Perfect stay!

Great location, clean and bright room. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic hotel

Great hotel, located close to the city and the sights. Room was perfect!

The room was spacious and light. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great - close to the main attractions and bus stops, park etc. I was a little worried when I arrived as it was down a small side road, but in the evening it was very well lit and felt safe. The keycode locks were great as there was no need to carry a key and codes were emailed on the day of check in for a trouble free arrival. (Reception is only manned between 10-2.) There was an extra bed in my room made up as a 'day bed' sofa. Unexpectedly, there was a mini fridge and Nespresso machine. It would have been nice to know in advance as I could have brought some decaff pods from home! However, there were only espresso cups in the room so a big mug of coffee wasn't going to happen. Until I found a larger coffee cup in the reception area! I also found a water cooler machine downstairs (unfortunately only after I'd carried a 6 litre bottle back from the shop!). All in all, a great place to stay but a little more information about the facilities beforehand would have made it even better! I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

We had a pleasant stay. The twin beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked well to keep things comfy. Some minor issues were around the stained bed spread and the door that required us to slam it shut to lock. The room was basic and could have used a stool or something to keep our luggage out or the way. The location was ideal which is what you’re paying a premium for.

Lovely room in a very quiet area of the old city, although only 5 minutes walk to everything you would need. The room is lovely and sympathetically restored, the bright orange bathroom is great! Check in and out was quick. Just of note - no mini fridge on the room. Although there is cold drinking water by reception, a fridge in the hot weather would be most welcomed.

Very good design and interiors. Comfortable stay. Central location. I was not very happy with the bath set up though. Even the wash basin is not suitable for kids.

This was a self check in, which works great if you are expecting it. Both the front door and room door open with a code sent by message. The place seemed a little minimalist but met our needs. We parked about three blocks away in an underground parking lot.

When I arrived at the hotel there was a power outage, so I could not activate the intercom until the guest attendant came and opened the door. The elevator did not work and the room was dark. One of the guests called the service and they arrived quite quickly to take care of the problem and were very kind

Fantastic Location - would stay again

Great location in centre of Valencia. Loved the easy self check-in codes. Room was a fantastic size, with a great shower and comfy bed. Only downside was having to come back in the middle of our second day to pay the bill as there was no one there at our check-in, or the following morning… if no-one generally there for reception might be best to offer a pay online facility so guests don’t have to interrupt their plans.

Location is amazing but that’s the main thing

Location was amazing but the wifi was slow and didn’t work. Even the Netflix on the TV couldn’t connect to the wifi. Beds were large but the cushions weren’t comfortable. It would be great to have a fridge as well considering the price you’re paying.

A quiet restored building with large rooms and beds in a traffic-less lane just a few minutes away from the historic centre,with its many bars and restaurants. No breakfast but nice cafes nearby and a good coffee machine in each room.

Upon arrival at 19:30 there was no reception . The bathroom was not clean there was fece in the toilet and hair all over the shower. After a discussion on the phone someone did come to clean but very superficially. The room that was originally reserved was changed and the staff claimed the room was the largest room they had , in fact it was a smaller room , in actuality all the rooms are about the same size but we were charged for a triple room and in the photo of the room you could see that the third bed was in another space , instead the room we were given was smaller and all the beds in the same space . Lastly but no less important the walls were not insulated and you could hear everything from both the hallway and other rooms. This hotel plays a trick with nice loft decoration worn look but has no service and did not address the noise factor. I would recommend that other guests not be fooled by the photos on the website this is really a pensione, one star!

Valencia 3 day break

The only problem we had was they had said it was OK to have a 3rd guest as it was a triple room we had booked. I booked flights for my daughter and then when I informed them of the time we were coming they said that one of the nights was not available for a 3rd person however after I explained that the flights were all booked they resolved it by putting an extra bed in a double room for one night. Anyone can make a mistake but I did panic for a few hours. Other than that they were very friendly and helpful.

Charming hotel off the beaten path

We've spent two nights in Valencia. OttoH Charm is centrally located near Plaça dei Reina on a quiet street. The staff is helpful., our room was spacious and comfortable.

This charming hotel is very conveniently located, 5mins walk from plaza de Reina, Spacious, spotlessly clean room, tastefully decorated, very good WiFi, smart TV with good number of channels. Everything is new keyless entry system is extremely helpful specially if you arrive very late. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I mostly dealt with Fabio) I would definitely recommend this.
