Family apartment was very convenient. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs which suited my elderly mother. Plenty of room upstairs for three of us.

Got to the property can’t complain check in was easy. 1st complaint the heater didn’t work 2nd the male house keeper decided to let himself in at 8am ( we were asleep at the time) glad I had the chain on the door and when my husband yelled he said housekeeping. We wasn’t ment to be out of the room till 10am and he didn’t bother knocking first too bad if I was in the room on my own without the chain on the door he would have just walked right in

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very modern and clean, surrounded by palm trees, and what was good was a key pass to wave to get in the rooms, instead of a key, if you were carrying luggage you didn't have to put it down to open the door inside.The motel was situated between Maccas and KFC within a1 minute walk so no problem with finding dinner. Highly recommend this motel to any traveller.

Staff were very nice and let us come in early at 12 at no extra charge and stay was great will be coming back in 12 months to stay again

Quiet location surrounded by a plethora of fast food chains. I do not eat fast food but finding some cafes, pubs and restaurants open after 3pm on a weekend was like an excerpt from.a Survivor episode. Daily housekeeping as stated in booking only happened 1× in my 4 day stay. Need a recycling bin as only one general waste bin Great bed Wonderful shower Nice touch with microwave and toaster but no cutlery or crockery to eat food. No facility except bathroom sink to wash dishes so i bought utensils from.a local op shop.

Easy check-in, very clean room with thick & fluffy pillows. No highway noise. Walking distance to fast food outlets. Our parking spot was sometimes taken by someone else.

Rather dissapointed.

The smell of cigarettes in the room was really, really strong. Not entirely clean, the shower had some mould areas and general dirt around the toilet. Half of the electric blanket didn't work. We were afraid to use the cups as they were probably dirty. Overall, pretty dissapointed. The service at the front desk was great.

I was told on check-in that my booking had been upgraded. However it had been downgraded. I had booked a twin room but the room had only one bed (luckily there was also a couch).

no help with trying to source good food in town during covid19 restrictions other then an international restaurant that was disgusting

Good if You're on a Budget

Friendly reception/check in. Good wifi signal in our room. Despite being on the highway, our room was very quiet overnight. A hotel serving pub meals and several fast food outlets are adjacent. Tables and chairs in a small garden were a pleasant spot to gather with friends. The room was small, a double bed, table and chairs, small frig and bench. The room was clean on arrival but water glasses were not washed when bed was made. The bathroom was clean but very compact. The shower worked well. Very hard for staff to clean when the room was occupied and toiletries on basin bench. Air-con worked well. The bed was a tad dippy in the centre, not a big problem to us but other couples complained about this. We did not have a reading lamp over either side of our bed. It is a budget priced motel with small rooms at fair value. If you need a spacious room and bathroom, look elsewhere.

Ordered breakfast for 7:00-7:15am to be delivered to room & had to leave to go to hospital appointment at 7:45am & breakfast still hadn't arrived & there was no explaination from management until we happened upon a staff member, apart from that everything else was fine.

Nice accommodation on the outskirts of Orange

We were lucky we stayed in apartment 1. Has plenty of space over 2 floors, comfortable beds, 2 toilets, a kitchenette and a huge TV upstairs. It is a little dated but we loved it.

It was nice & clean and else to get to things aroun the area

The shower curtain was too short in Length,the water flowed into main bathroom in the handbasin and the toilet area.. There were no plates, bowels and cutlery. The toaster and microwave was provided but no plates to eat our toast.on. There were no exhaust fan or deodorant for toilet.

Hospitality fantastic. Although rooms are older they have a great layout. They are spacious with a kitchenette, seperate to bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Located Sydney side of Orange on busy highway. We stayed room 25 off the street so was very peaceful. Clean & friendly staff. Very basic for overnight stay. Best water pressure in shower ever!
