11/10 time! The hotel was the best I have ever stayed at and I have traveled quite a bit around the world. Reception went above and beyond accommodating my brother and I. The managers were excellent with their hospitality and services. I recommend anyone and everyone to stay here, it's a must!

From the moment we arrived

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. The warm, welcoming greeting set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. Check-in was seamless, with a comfortable seating area provided, making us feel instantly at ease. As we walked through the grounds toward our room, we were captivated by the breathtaking surroundings. Every detail of the landscaping was immaculate, creating a truly serene and picturesque setting. The villa housing our room was stunning, and upon entering, we were blown away by how beautifully designed and well-appointed our accommodation was. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Every aspect of our stay, from the ambiance to the hospitality, was simply perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more!

In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms.

Should be 5 star review but NOISY! This is a stunning hotel dealing with a HUGE noise issue that not only affected our stay but is something the hotel is dealing with every week & weekend. Three out of our four nights it sounded like a nightclub and the base literally vibrated into the room. The hotel eventually located a fan which we used to help create a soft “white” noise so we could sleep. Boats drive past the hotel well into the night (1am and 2am) with the music blasting. The Club/Hotel “Five” across the marina has music BLARING into the morning hours. I was in Dubai at O&O Mirage last year and the marina wasn’t “open” like it is now. A lot has changed! It’s a disgrace for the other hotels in the area and I’m SHOCKED there aren’t stricter laws enforcing noise levels/hours. In the US we have huge hotels & parties in Las Vegas but at night, the parties go INDOORS and the buildings/clubs are designed to absorb noise so thousands of guests can stay in hotels peacefully. I feel terrible for the O&O and other hotels in the area for having to deal with this noise. For us, it was not the tranquil, relaxing trip like we had hoped for and we were happy to be leaving for the desert. This hotel is beautiful, food was incredible and the staff was very kind! I loved the Spa (massages were A ) & the staff in the Spa were top notch! Only reason I would not return or recommend the hotel is because of the noise and I was disappointed the only thing the hotel did was apologize.

This property is so beautiful. It is the oasis for relaxation if one is looking for a relaxing vacation at the pool or beach. The service is exceptional and the staff is so kind and nice. They go above and beyond. The food is always fresh and delicious! We love it!

Terribly loud with music from across the palm until 2am or 3am for the 3 nights of 5 night stay. Breakfast service is slow and poor based on previous stays

Both myself and my fiancée got married at the Only & Only The Palm on 8th October 2019 and I can't say how impressed and delighted we were with everything that all the staff did at the hotel! Victoria our wedding planner was fantastic with nothing being a problem or issue to deal with! Our Butler Ian also went the extra mile every time we wanted a reservation made. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would honestly say it's the best hotel in Dubai by far.

just an amazing above any other hotel experience, if you are looking to be pamper, taken care of and have an amazing food and relaxation on an exquisite property and you dont care about budgets this is the hotel for you, ARTEM the concierge was available to us trhu wahts up at all times, he arranged dinners, nightclubs, transfers, tours, and everything we needed, the rooms are inmaculate and clean, restaurants and pools amazing, we normally stay at the ritz or W or four seasons but this is just another level of service. 1000% recomend this hotel

Amazing hotel. The staff, service and facilities are wonderful and in a class by themselves. Beautiful day beds to lounge on by the pool and lots of tranquil beach. The restaurants, spa and pools side perks are excellent as well. We have stayed at a lot of nice hotels and this is one of the best for sure. They deserve their top rating and are want to impress.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, fantastic staff

I have stayed at One & Only The Palm twice now, and it was wonderful both times. I travel quite a bit and this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive but never intrusive, always thoughtful. The facilities are beautiful, lots of extra touches that make it special. When we arrived, it was early morning, so the guest relations manager, Francesco, had our luggage brought to the spa changing room, allowing us to change in comfort and head to the pool where our host, Shibin, came to get us later on once our room was ready. All of the staff were great. Sameem who works at the pool and the beach was especially helpful. The breakfast was amazing, our favourite meal of the day. I can't really think of anything negative to say about this place. Alcohol is a bit expensive, but that's to be expected in the UAE resorts. Overall a high quality hotel, I definitely plan to return.

Everything from our check-in, to our stay, to our check-out was most accommodated. They really went the extra mile to ensure every guest is most comfortable and that they are attended. Highly recommend it for anyone who would want a relaxing, private time.

Nice stay

Beautiful property with very attentive staff. Our room was nice and comfortable and the pool is quite lovely. On the downside, we were very unimpressed by the food at Stay and wished they served food by the pool (you can however, eat on this outside area close by, so it's not a big deal).

Wedding anniversary stay!!

It was exceptional except we had a very bad dinner the first day at 101 restaurant which gave us very bad stomach cramps and made our second day stay go to waste totally!! The service, the room and the food was very very good!!

Wow!! Best hotel we have ever stayed in.

From the moment we checked in it was obvious to see that the hotel had a very relaxed and personable feeling. Our room in The Manor House was gorgeous with a very large balcony. Separate shower and bath facilities. The room was cleaned every day and housekeeping visiting twice daily to replenish any items. The staff were fantastic - very helpful, always smiling and very courteous. They couldn't do enough for you. Yet if you wanted complete privacy , this is the place to go. We ate at all three of the restaurants and the food was awesome! They are all so different but the menus, variety and service were fantastic in all three. I can't think of a negative to say about the hotel, the staff or the food. They all should be so proud to be providing the best service to their visitors with always a smile.

Best place in Dubai to relaxe near the beach

Everything was excellent at this hotel. The check-in experience was exceptional, and it may be the best I have had. The room was very comfy and beautiful. I'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Romantic get away

First of all the room was well prepared as i requested and flowers were covering my bed wich i loved Second of all, hotel is suitable for couples but room service food was not testy And butlers have to know how to remain quite while knoking the door aslo the welcoming was amazing and super quick

Best in Dubai

Posh without being garish, the One&Only the Palm was our home away from home. It's nicer than my own home, which doesn't happen often, so that says a lot. And it's probably cleaner than my own home. We saw the staff scrubbing the pool EVERYDAY. Even my pool doesn't get scrubbed like that on a weekly basis! A little distance from downtown where the shops are at, about 15 mins car ride, but it was a lovely oasis away from the hustle of citylife. This was a fantastic cocoon for foreign travelers who may need time to adjust to the culture differences of the Middle East. Service was well-meaning and warm, but choppy. Some of the staff were outstanding, others were middling. For sure there's room for improvement in the service area. It needed to be a lot more consistent to keep up with the appearance of a 6-star establishment.

Beautiful hotel - romantic and luxurious

The hotel is beautiful and perfect for a quiet getaway. There is a complimentary shuttle boat and bus service to Atlantis and the other side of the river. Hotel were staff very attentive and helpful, even phoned through and informed restaurants we had reservations in about allergies etc.. We would definitely stay there again!

My visit to the las vegas of the middle east

I enjoyed the hotel .....swimming pool....and the resturant....the person named sharma who checked me in could have been more informative about what to see and where to go...and that a reservation is required to go the sail hotel...i went without a reservation and was turned away....all and all very nice...

Exclusive luxury

One & Only The Palm is amazing. Quiet, luxurious, exclusive and made to feel very welcome. This price of this hotel is worth every penny. We had a premier room in one of the mansions and it was one of the best double rooms we have ever stayed in.

This is our third visit to this hotel and it never disappoints. Beautifully designed and very comfortable rooms away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The only slight niggle was service in the restaurant was a little chaotic at times compared with our previous visit.

Bliss!

Incredible stay- my partner and I decided to stop in dubai for 4 nights on our way home from a two month Europe trip to relax and recharge after all the sight seeing. We could not have chosen a more heavenly place. Our room was absolutely gorgeous- so lavish and big! The whole hotel had a wonderful ambience and featured both a pool and a secluded beach. Definitely will return to this one!

Given the cost of the rooms, we certainly were hoping for a more intimate experience. Service was great but not perfect.

Different Dubai

Fantastic stay at the One and Only. Remote position makes it fairly inaccessible but that improves the seclusion. They still have a bit of work to do on staff training and attention to detail but after staying in a range of "mainland" hotels over the last 15 years, this was a refreshing change. Exclusive, excellent ambiance, quiet, nice beach, lots of privacy,good food. Staff are very friendly and generally excellent but breakfast service was sometimes a bit messy and beach service not brilliant.. Booked a hotel transport which did not arrive.....but these did not detract from a great stay.

ideal for honeymooner, couples with babies, we loved it - maybe the only downside is that watersports can only be done from the Royal Mirage, a boat ride of 7min away. other than that, the hotel is a true hideaway

What a beautiful and peaceful resort. It was a wonderful experience staying here. You will not find the service and friendliness of the staff anywhere else. The swimming pools are great! The breakfast is delicious. If you want peace and quiet and value for money, the One&Only is the right place for you. I would also like to thank Jalal and Abdul for their kindness and being so helpful.
