Good place before MP

Stayed here before Machu Picchu. Staff was so accommodating and area close to the bus and train stations.

Stay here if you don't need sleep

They lost my hotels.com reservation but they still had rooms available so we stayed 2 nights. Both nights were incredibly noisy. The hallways echo and you can hear everything from people going up and downstairs, babies crying, cats meowing, music from downstairs, and conversations upstairs. It was loud. So we didn't really sleep- but other than that staff were nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was from 5am-7am. Checkout was at 9am. Wifi worked the first day, but not the second. They are also doing construction on the building all day during the day. It's loud.

It was a good stopover

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. We had an early bus to Machu Picchu so the hotel brought us our breakfast to the room. Very nice of them. They stored our luggage while we were at Machu Picchu. The only downside was the noise from the street was loud, but the hotel has little control over that. It got quieter after 11 PM.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was super helpful and even prepared a lunchbox on the day of our hike to the Machu Picchu. That being said, the wifi wasn't working for most of our stay.

Comparando los servicios con los precios cobrados, la relación es correcta. Es relativamente barato y con servicios aceptables, sin lujos pero a buen precio.

Sehr einfach aber Ok für den Preis

Nur eine Nacht. Länger Marsch hinauf, etwas schwer zu finden. Viele Lokale rundherum. Frühstück war mickrig.

Good location but not so quiet.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast ok but not more. Beds ok. It’s not very quiet, the walls and windows seem to let all sounds in. Hot water ran out after one shower. Good location, close to everything.

We survived machu picchu mountain..

Good hotel, friendly staff, warm water, big and comfortable room and close to machu picchu.

Amazing place, spacious rooms and really clean. Breakfast good and staff friendly. Totally recommend.

No había quien te atendiera en recepción, y el desayuno comentarios que llegaría al cuarto y nunca llegó, y al hacer el check-out, no había nadie en recepción. Solo recomendado para pasar la noche, de lo demás que ofrecen bastante mal.

No recomendable

No sirve el wifi, hace demasiado calor y no respetan los pagos en línea, tuvimos que pagar dos veces. Es inseguro pues en la noche no hay nadie en recepción y te piden que tú tomes la llave. El desayuno es muy pobre.

Aceptable

Todo bien. Problemas con wifi, con toallas, el desayuno lo justo y necesario.

Excelente para la noche antes de Machu, y cama comoda y grande

Mal

En primer lugar, los del hotel New Day nos derivaron a otro que era de los mismos dueños, en otro lugar de Aguas Calientes, muy fea la zona. Después, por problemas ajenos a ellos, no había agua en el hotel, pero no tenían ninguna solución para darnos, tuvimos que nosotros pedirles de bañarnos en otro lado. El desayuno frio, y muy pobre. Por suerte fue solo 1 noche
