Had trouble checking in. They claimed I never bought a room, even though I showed them my reservation online. Room was not cleaned or prepared for my stay. Had to get a new room. Front desk worker was rude and unprofessional. Very slow service.

Location and comfort

Great location, easy walk from the train station and old town. Little supermarket 200m. Spacious studio apartments , everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern and great bathroom. Washer/ dryer available. Highly recommend

Fairly basic apartment close to main transport links

The apartment was clean, eqipped with basic kitchen items. Almost everyday the room is cleaned. Location is close to center.

The apartments are okay, basic but the bathroom and kitchen had been redone. The bed sheets barely covered the dirty, stain mattress. The room smelled horribly, extremely musty and some other unpleasant smell. The service is very rude. The horrible interactions with the staff left an unpleasant memory.

Decent location, Clean and well.stocked kitchen (we didnt use anything though, Can be rather noisy outside however.

Excellent - great location to walk from train station as we did, then on to explore the town. Booking and check-in was very smooth, apartment as advertised, perfect for our two night stay and breakfast good too. Many thanks to the team, would highly recommend to all!

Lovely quiet location an easy walk from the train station, Cathedral square and Vilnius' excellent museums.

The room is bright. The small kitchen is quite well equipped . Air conditioning supplied. Provide shampoo and shower gel. They change towels every day. There is a washing machine and dryer on each floor. Totally 3 floors each block. 24 hours front desk. They have luggage storage service. But people who are not strong enough must bear in mind : They don’t have lift. We were assigned to the 3rd floor. You can imagine to carry 17kgs suitcase up and down is how ……

Good find

We stayed in a 1 bedroomed apartment which was very clean and well equipped generally. Corners in the bathroom needed a bit of attention and there was no cutting board in the kitchen. Quiet and well positioned.

Excellent place to stay!

This is a great place to stay ad it is a short drive from the airport or an easy walk to the train and bus stations. We have stayed here several times and it is our place of choice when in Vilnius every time.

Last minute booking so it wasn't my first choice but it was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Would consider staying here again.

Ok stay

Recently home from a trip here and I’ve got to be completely honest , we didn’t really get what we expected . The rooms overall were ok however we did have some issues the toilet flush broke every time it was pressed , a panel in the toilet kept falling off , we had no window just a very small sky light that we couldn’t reach to open or close the blind which flooded a lot of light in the mornings there was no blackout blinds/ curtains as in the description, soundproof rooms as described again in the description wasn’t accurate as Saturday we had a knock on the door from reception asking us to keep it down (4 adults chatting listening to some music) the biggest issue we had was only one mirror in the whole apartment which was in the bathroom making it pretty difficult/ time consuming to get ready , however our friends in a separate apartment had multiple mirrors but their room was considerably smaller even though both were deluxe apartments , we did question if we had been given the correct rooms but didn’t hear back from reception. Breakfast was ok however one morning we were left in the dark whilst staff ate their breakfast I think this was to indicate that we should leave lol the location however was brilliant and can’t fault that at all as a whole these apartments were ok for a short trip but just feel we didn’t really get what we expected or seen advertised online. The bar/ snacks deli advertised was a tuck shop type vibe from reception cans or bottles of beer etc .

Geocaching in Vilnius

Very nice apartments. We could wander around Vilnius without any problems. The breakfasts were very good and they could meet our dietary needs. The people wete very nice. Highly recommended

Not the best experience.

Not so new as was expected and the room was not very clean. There were places with calc and rust in the kitchen and bathroom. Our window was to the street and it was quite noisy. Stuff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

Comfort in a perfect location.

Lovely studio apartment, very comfortable bed and a couch/pull out bed. Big walk in shower, full kitchen facilities too. Great value for money for 3 nights incl a good breakfast. Nice location, only 10-15 mins stroll from the Old Town and all the sights, bars and restaurants. 12 mins in cab from the airport.

This place is either a hotel or apartments. You choose which one you want. I had the apartment and was very satisfied with the accommodations. The apartments are literally right out the door from the hotel. It is comfortable, has a kitchen for guests staying longer and wanting more space. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I will stay again.

Good flat, walkable to old town, limited parking

The apartment was well appointed and clean. Quite spacious for 2 and modern - lovely shower. One wall is windows and they seemed to let in street noise though the hotel isn't in an especially noisy place. Its a good 10 -15 minute walk into old town and we found its location good. Parking is in a lot behind the hotel and limited (suggest you don't get here late in the day) - its small, narrow and quite difficult to get the car parked (a helpful man from the hotel guided me or I'd have been stuck).

Very nice apartment. Washing machine available at the end of hall. Attached to a hotel so had the benefits of the hotel...24 hour front desk, excellent buffet breakfast. Very nice room.

Can't fault this place, especially for the price. Large clean, comfortable room and reasonably well equipped kitchen plus a great location. Woild definitely be my first choice if/when I return to Vilnius.

Very quiet, very clean, beautiful apartment. A beautiful view from the dining table; full kitchen (exc. no microwave). Loved my stay here, and will definitely go here again.

Gorgeous apartment hotel, friendly staff

This place really ticked the boxes. The apartment room we had was amazing, lovely modern little studio. We didnt need to use the kitchen but if you were staying a week or perfer to self cater this would be perfect. There is also a washer/dryer on each floor free to use, just supply your own powder. The staff were lovely and spoke fantastic english. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options, both hot and cold. The breakfast room was well laid out. We arrived by train and it was a short walk to the station. Headign towards the old town its just a block and a half to a variety of restaurants, we recommend the Georgian House restaurant nearby. Such good value for $70 AUD a night!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic hotel, a short walk to the Old Town. No issues at all.

Came to hotel late around 2am( or early morning) and left at 10am after breakfast, but still made to pay for car park full fee. Sometimes would be nice to have little more understanding to family’s with kids. Other than that very cozy hotel with nice breakfast.

Perfect for a few days city getaway.

A nice studio apartment, perfect for couples. We didn’t use the kitchen as it was a 10min walk into old town and food was very cheap. Service was great, always polite and helpful. It was a 7 min Uber ride from the airport and close to the town. Central station was a 10 min walk away. Definitely recommended.

Ok, a few missing touches.

Lovely place but... no full length mirror, no shower gel (shampoo sachets only), lack of windows (only one window in the ceiling in the room we stayed). Location is good, not far away from the Cathedral and cafes all around the place. I would say if they would add these little touches, i would stay there again.

Great value and location

Lovely choice of breakfast, nice area and east access to everywhere. Only two things I wasn’t very happy with and would change but didn’t bother me enough to complain was that our room had a sky light and it was bright from 5am so had to sleep with something over my head. The other thing was that we never had any maid service to make up the room. Overall though lovely clean, modern place and great value for money.

Good value for money, lovely apartment

The apartment was very nice, large, good facilities and very clean. Breakfast was good for the price, a standard continental breakfast. The staff were very helpful booking us taxis and arranging a breakfast box when we had to leave before breakfast. It is a short walk to places but easy to do. There is no lift so prepare for stairs. Very good place to stay!

About a ten minute walk to cathedral along a beautiful street. Reception was helpful and room was great work everything kitchen wise that I needed.

ファミリータイプアパートメントに4泊しました。部屋の設備は十分に整っていました。キッチンウェアは最低限のものは揃っています。食洗機はありましたが、電子レンジはありませんでした。 エレベーターがないので、2階以上に宿泊する場合はスーツケースを自分で持って上がる必要があります。 ホテルの朝食を利用しましたが、バリエーション豊かとまでは行きませんが、メニューは毎日マイナーチェンジしましたので、飽きる事はありませんでした。

Adecuado para visitar Vilnius

Apartamento bien situado para visitar Vilnius. El equipamiento es muy escaso y hay detalles mejorables: una mesa que cojeaba por cinco centímetros de diferencia entre las patas, y la sábana bajera rota.

En menisi uudelleen

Huone kellarissa, jossa pari pientä ikkunaa katon rajassa. Näistä näkymä siis maatasolle. Huoneen sijainti vaikutti varmasti myös kellarimaiseen kosteaan ilmaan, jossa oli aika ikävä nukkua. Lämmintä vettä ei tullut suihkussa kuin kerran saapumispäivänä. Muina päivinä piti käydä respassa mouruamassa asiasta ja joku kävi putkia rassaamassa. Tämän jälkeen tunnin verran ruskeaa vettä…mutta toki lämmintä. Suihkukaapin viemäri ei vetänyt juuri lainkaan ja suihkussa käydessä kaapin lattialla noin 10cm iljettävän näköistä vettä kun nosti viemäristä hiuksia jne. Muuten sijainti ihan ok, kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin ruokapaikkoja ja muuta. Aamupala myös ihan hyvä, ei kovin runsas mutta vatsan sai täyteen.

Bien situé, petits appartements complet, frigo, poêle, four, lave vaisselle. Bien entretenu, moderne. Buffet déjeuner est vraiment très bien.

Short 5 dat business trio. You have everything on the apartament but be aware that three isn't a lot od spacer inside. Good value for monet for a single traveller.

Jeg besøkte hotellet 2 ganger før. Det var bedre service og mer rent. Denne gangen staff var uventet mindre hyggelige.

Værelset var i kælderen og ingen mulighed for at få lys og luft ind på værelset. Alle billeder på hjemmesiden må været taget fra andre etager. Men tæt på byen

Bien ... pratique pour visiter Vilnius

Bon séjour et très bons petits-déjeuners ! Arrivés avec un vol de nuit, nous étions vers minuit à la réception de l’hôtel. Il a fallu près de 30min pour retrouver notre réservation et obtenir les clés des appartements. Les chambres étant dans des bâtiments différents du bâtiment principal, il nous encore fallu 10 minutes pour trouver l'intégralité des chambres. Cependant, le reste du séjour a été parfait avec du personnel à l'écoute.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt recht zentral und es ist ruhig nachts. Die Altstadt und das Rathaus sind beide in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof befindet sich in Laufreichweite. Der Check-in findet im Hotel neben dem Apartmentgebäude statt. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. In unserem Zimmer war der Boden nicht wirklich gut gereinigt.

L'appartamento era spazioso, luminoso, moderno. Comoda soluzione, si poteva accedere all'appartamento sia tramite porta privata con codice, sia tramite corridoio che portava alle altre camere e alla reception/cuore dell'hotel. Reception con piccola zona acquisti bevande/cibi e souvenir. Doccia grande e con vetro. Mancava solo il telefono per poter contattare la struttura, ma abbiamo trovato il numero online.

Kallt i december

Helt ok rum (lägenhet/apartment). Dock tveksam om vi verkligen fick den typ av boende vi hade betalt för. Vi reste i december och rummet var ganska kyligt. Vi fick hämta ett extra element nere i receptionen. Men det badrummet förblev kallt. Rummet städades inte efter första natten, även om det stod städning varje dag. Men det kändes rent och städat när vi kom iallafall. Sköna sängar. Lite tråkig frukost. Torrt bröd och torr ost. Tycker att läget var bra. Nära gamla stan.

Хорошие апартаменты рядом со старым городом. Очень близко от железнодорожного вокзала. Хороший завтрак - все есть: омлет, блины, овощи на пару и т.д. В целом позитивные впечатления - на день, два - хороший вариант.

Новый Отель. Отличное расположение. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Рекомендую 100% .завтрак выше всяких похвал. Все свежее, вкусное.
