Helpful staff and manager at this very nice, artistic hotel. I had an issue with my booking, and they helped resolve it—thank you, Marcello! The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station and just a short walk away. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel is nice and comfortable overall. However, the sound and vibration from passing trains might be unpleasant if you’re sensitive to noise, but, it’s a highly convenient choice if you need to be near the train station!

Super convenient to the train station and some great eats nearby.

Very unsafe area. Dangerous and not recommended with kids. You will be crushed into by random people intentionally for no reason. Try to stay away and alert if you must stay here.

Incredibly close to the train station and the departure/drop off point for many tours making it super convenient. If you don’t mind a 30-40 minute walk it’s also no problem walking into the centre of town, otherwise it’s right by the M3 metro line which takes you right to the heart of the city. Also I really appreciated the good hotel gym. It was also surprisingly quiet for the area - couldn’t hear any traffic noise.

This was a really good property next at walking distance from centrale terminal. It was spacious and clean. The room was well equipped and we would stay back again.

The hotel was nothing to write home about, but its location is a big plus—perfect for traveling throughout Italy and even to neighboring countries. While the neighborhood itself doesn’t offer much in terms of activities, there are a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest, and the staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a decent choice for convenience and comfort during your travels.

Garage parking took too long to retrieve my SUV and barely made our flight to Spain. Suggest you ask for an earlier time for the garage contractor to be open, like from 7am to 6:30am. This will allow for early flight departures.

Clean and quiet right across from the central rail station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Silvia who checked us in was so sweet and amazing. Everytime we walked through the lobby she would check on us. The hotel was super nice and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Loved our stay. Also the door man was so quick to help with our luggage and assist with the stairs. The gentlemen was so cordial and you could tell he took pride in his job.

Great location. It’s just 4mins walk from the Milan central station. Hotel is clean. Comfy bed and pillow. But breakfast is just so so. Everyday the same menu. Should have more variety.

We had to leave before breakfast was served and the hotel has a to go bag of breakfast goods for us.

Great quirky, modern property. A stones throw away from Milane Centrale station which was amazingly convenient - also right by tram and bus stops. Lovely little touches around the property like free arcade games and bits of art. Breakfast included a good selection - lots of sweet things like cake, especially! I would definitely recommend it.

We were in Milan for a quick 36 hour stay arriving by train and leaving from a bus from the train station. This hotel was perfect for our stay ,ideally located and easy to find . The room itself was ok and the breakfast very good

NYX Milan is conveniently located just outside of central station, with metro, tram, train on the door step. And also a big food outlet inside station. Room was clean and spacious, with a nice view to central station. Door staff and the cleaner were super friendly. Very happy with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if we back in the area.

The hotel is very convenient for the train station however, the bar played club music until after 1am, and the sliding doors to the inner courtyard, where our room was, were open. The music was literally so loud I could Shazam it... We called the front desk at midnight and they didn't turn it down. Finally I used ear plugs, not sure when the party ended. Great location and a good hotel, but I would never stay again with so many other options in the area.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station which is why we stayed there and it was clean. But it may have been the worst bed my husband and i have ever slept on. Maybe it could have worked for one person but absolutely not for two. We are not particularly large people and this was our last hotel stay after a month of travel. The vibe of the hotel is also just odd.

Does not match the pictures. Outside space is not what it appears, it’s small and not as green and furniture is not comfortable at all. Location is sketchy, drugged out people in park across street. Train station way to close.

Overall, we had a great experience here. My only complaint was that our comforter on the bed was torn. Year was quite large and easily noticeable. Also, I thought that all 4 star hotel had a pool, but I may be mistaken.

My stay at the NYX Hotel was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The hotel is perfectly situated with excellent transport links—two trams stop right outside, and both the Metro and train station are just a five-minute walk away. Our room on the ninth floor offered a fantastic view of the city, and the space was both spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

One night stay prior to flying home. Great location next to train station and well insulated with no noise. Staff were very helpful and we had easy access from the train station. Bus and tram lines were next door.

The only person that was nice at the hotel was the bell boy and the man that greets you in the front along with one girl that looks Asian at the front desk. Check in was a nightmare. They did not want to honor my free breakfast. The restaurant was also atrocious. They charge you a few Everytime that you order room service. They made my stay very uncomfortable. I went one day to breakfast like 10 min late . I just wanted some juice and a pastry and they closed the door in my face yelled at me to get out. It is a horrible place with the rudest people. Never again.

Beautiful hotel with great collection of amenities. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. I stayed with my three year old. I would recommend this place.

Stayed only 1 night- quick Milan stopover. Pros -staff are very friendly from the warm welcome as you enter the doors right to the moment we left -great well taken care of room with all of the essentials -very clean -very convenient location as just across the street from the train station and walkable distance to several restaurants In general Milano Centrale area is crowded just practice caution! -also has a safe, if you’re traveling with valuables and such Cons -a bit of noise and vibrations from the trains but it’s not too bad -soap dispenser in bathroom was a bit odd and could use explanation. You had squeeze the weird, no-nozzle, upside-down bottle (never seen this before and we thought it was broken). It also dispenses fast so you end up with too much soap. Once figured out it wasn’t too big of a deal, but worth mentioning. -no iron in the room. Had to go to the 4th floor to iron clothes. I didn’t know till I asked and would’ve been more convenient if I knew ahead of time considering our very tight schedule.

Such a lovely hotel! Contemporary, clean, great location and friendly staff! Check in and check out was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. The bar area was so fun and we really enjoyed the stay overall.

This place was great for my stay, I did had to check out early but they hold my stuff until I was done with my day and I was able to use the amenities while I was waiting for my train. The staff were super kind, helpful and respectful. I will definitely stay here again.

Very lose to the train station and subway station. Easy to get around and to most of Milan's tourists attractions. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

The staff were welcoming from beginning to end. They helped me with my train ticket, switching a date/time for me. The hotel could not be closer to the train which worked for me coming in with luggage I didn’t want to wheel far. They stored my luggage both prior to and after my stay to align with my train times. I walked to everything, though some walks were pretty long such as the duomo.

The food was horrible, a lot of effort for the included breakfast, but it was very poor.

Great stay here for our family of four spread out over two rooms. Rooms were spacious, bright, cool in the 80-90 degree weather, and clean. Staff were friendly, nice common areas for relaxing. Steps away from Milan Centrale, trains, trams and metro made it ideal for getting around. Close to a variety of dining options as well. Ended up being a good pick for us.
