Customer Service
I had an issue with my request for non-feather bedding not being granted, but the hotel staff/managers fixed the problem by the next day. Great service!
Beautifully re modeled factory into a hotel. Very upscale. Only "complaint" is the narrow depth of the sink which left me splashing water on the floor and practically hitting my forehead on the mirror. Have already spoken with management and was told they are working on a new design already. I wouldn't not stay here again for this reason. It was just awkward.
Nice hotel, lacking communication
The hotel was in a good location. It was nice, and clean on the inside. The rooms were comfortable, and cozy. The bathroom was alright, a little tight. The front desk was not to friend. I felt like they were being bother when we came. Nothing was explained to me. However, I enjoyed the hotel.
Nice little get away
Nice place. Clean. Chill atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Stay over the nice for new year eve. Very unique place very close the ,shopping mall all the convenient store and restaurants, only 7 minutes to Providence airport. Love the place
The property was very nice. I love that the room canceled out the noise. You couldn’t hear anything from the occupants next door. The staff was welcoming, warm, and very helpful. The only issue we had was with the restaurant. The service and food was horrible!!! We waited over an hour to be served!
Not my style and felt like we were in a dungeon
Nice people and great location
Quick stay
Decided to get away for 1 night. Hotel was clean, extremely comfortable and staff was excellent.
The front desk staff was extremely professional. The bartender in waitress that I dealt with were absolutely amazing, full of great suggestions for local excursions and betting conversations.
Everything was great and clean.
Beautiful site, very clean, nicely appointed, lovely river view and close to shopping. Staff was courteous and friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again.
A+
This is our 2nd time staying here and while the 1st time was nice, this time was amazing!! The breakfast @ the hotel restaurant was prefect! Hotel is very clean, service was superb and location exceeded our expectations. Plenty of restaurants options nearby but definitely give the hotel restaurant a try!
Love staying at the Loom, staff is always great and the rooms are always nice and clean. Convenient location to dining, movie and shopping makes the Loom a no brainer if you're staying in Warwick!
Great hotel.
I had to change my hotel from the Attleboro hotel. This was amazing.
Excellent vibe and delicious breakfast! The concrete walls add privacy and insulation which was perfect for unwinding after an evening out. It was a good getaway for my partner and me. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Outside the hotel, the location is close to many chain eateries and downtown Providence is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants a hotel with privacy and a bit of industrial flair.
Fabulous stay!
We absolutely loved this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay! The history of the hotel is rich and unique. We loved how the historic aspect was preserved. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant as well!
I liked staying in this hotel. The only thing I disliked is the washbasin in the bathroom. I had one in my room which was tiny and not at all convenient to access.
Hotelnis in a historic building and has very unique decor and rooms.
Loved this place
Stayed here for a long weekend for a wedding we were attending. Room was clean, property was well maintained.
Check in with wine and warm greating! Very clean and nice hotel. Across from the mall
Lovely hotel in an old warehouse. Great staff, and very comfortable and quiet room!
Nice quiet rooms, nice aesthetic
Low water pressure / missing amenities
What was billed as a “river view” actually looked out over an outdoor dining area which was next to a river - so not an unobstructed river view (for more money). No refrigerator, microwave in the room. Water pressure was very low and getting the shower temp right was a real challenge. It’s too bad because I liked the old mill conversion but without these amenities AND low water pressure I can’t recommend the hotel…
Beautiful, modern property.
Good place to stay, convenient to Providence.
Stay was nice and quiet- everyone was super helpful and nice!
Pleasantly Surprised
I couldn’t see a picture of the room when I booked it so I was a little nervous, but I was pleasantly relieved to find it was clean and very nice. The bathroom was spacious and very well lit and the office chair was very comfortable. The decor was warm and pleasant with a clean and contemporary aesthetic. The beds were comfortable and the mattress not too soft. The concierge desk was very helpful. The view from the room was not spectacular (facing a mall across the street) but the fall foliage was nice.
I loved the experience and the aesthetics of the hotel. I plan on staying there again.
We did not have a fridge in our room. That would have been nice. But the room and bed were very nice.
Easy access
Staff is very nice, but room is freezing, heat doesn’t seem to work. Also no decaf or tea of any kind in the room. Bathroom sink is way too small, also.
I just think bathroom was too small. Everything else was great.
I hope this place was in the process of opening. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were both sub par. The shower floor was slippery and the controls were very hard to use. The HVAC was loud and blew right on me. After a shower the concrete walks were steamy and water ran onto my suitcase. Having to pay $10 a night to park across the street was absurd. It's the only place in the area, but I doubt I'll return.
I gave this facility 3 stars because of the room. I stayed from Wed-Sun. Only one of those days did I have hot water in my shower. The rest, luke-warm at best and on Sunday morning, cold water only. I spoke with the front desk and they told me they'd been working on it. Obviously, never got it fixed. Ridiculous. And the bathroom mirror and sink, that design is a joke. You hit your head against the mirror while washing your face and because the sink is so narrow, water splashes all over the floor and your clothing. Oh, and the sink stopper, you have to press it by hand into the drain to close it and then after the sink is full of soapy water, you have to stick your hand into that water to press it again to release the stopper. And of course, my stuck in place, so after closing it to safely rinse off my contacts, I couldn't get the stopper to release to drain the sink. Therefore, when brushing my teeth, had to spit the residuals into the toilet. And the heating unit, well it ran continuously throughout the night and not a quiet unit. The staff and the food in the restaurant were fabulous, however, not having a hot shower thru most of my stay is enough to keep me from returning.
Beautiful and super unique property, would 10/10 be back
Great hotel, would stay there again. Food very good in the restaurant. Nice outdoor area to have drinks.
Industrial building turned hotel was interesting but a bit cold (not cozy). The room had a nice river view to one side but was close to a busy road so the river view charm got a little lost.
Rooms are decorated well. Nice industrial concept. Very comfy bed and quick ride to the airport.
Great place to stay
Staff was pleasant and quick. Room didn't have a fridge but staff offered to bring one. Very clean room and bed very comfortable.
Very attractive hotel. We used the gym and bar
Great experience and good location
It was a great experience at this newly renovated property. Room was pretty big, aesthetically pleasing and had comfortable beds. Would stay again if in the area!
Neat industrial building renovated into modern hotel. Enjoyed the spacious rooms with high ceilings. The room didn’t have a mini fridge which wasn’t convenient for our beverages and leftovers.
Toilet flushing was an issue and pipe leaks.
NYLO / LOOM
Disappointing, The room AC did'nt work well, only warm water in shower not hot, Room was not big on comfort.
Beautiful property with chic, industrial rooms. Comfiest hotel bed I've had in a long time! A for interior design. B for location - near highway and airport. C for breakfast service - pretty slow.
The room was comfortable but it didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. The door is really heavy and the bathroom does not have 4 walls. The breakfast, eggs and potatoes, was very salty and overpriced.
Family visit
Our stay was very comfortable and would stay here again. Parking was a little tough but we then found out that we could park on the additional parking from the building next to it. This does not take anything away from our stay.
Great modern feel.
TERRIBLE bed, I never stay in a hotel with this terrible bed, when the guests in the upper room room walk I heard every step in my room because the concret construction of this building, I feel like I was in prisión, don’t like anything on this hotel, bad experience…..
Hotel is lovely, with comfortable beds & nice shower. The only negatives were the lack of any type of covered area to check-in/unload & parking is across the street which is a downer in torrential rains.
Property is nice, conveniently located. The customer service was ok, room nicely decorated. The bathroom sink is tiny and impossible to use to wash your face without getting water all over. The shower floor was slippery, we had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip and fall. Very little water pressure and the temp changes to cold while in the shower. Pillows were flat and not very comfortable. The hotel makes you pay 10/day to park in there parking lot.
Construction and window washing machine noise was unbearable. Like a beeping alarm was sounding for straight 20 hours.
Staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast menu was adequate and staff was responsive.
It was very difficult to wash my face or hands in the bathroom sink. The sink was too small and so close to the wall that there was hardly any space between me and the sink. It made washing nearly impossible, and my clothes got soaked. The towels were also very old.
the stay was great overall but alittle loud in the morning with kids running and some construction going on! but it was very good!
No complaints, had a nice one night stay. Food from the restaurant was mediocre but plenty of options nearby.
The actual property was under contstruction and failry dirty. Flies were in the lobby and the room. Sewage backed up in the room and I was offered to switch rooms. THe new room had spiderwebs and a dead bug. Safety was a serious concern as the hotel door did not lock. You could lock it with the deadbolt inside but the when you left, you didn't need a key to re-enter. I spoke with the manager and he acknowledged they've been having trouble with the locks but no warning was given upon check in to make sure your door locks. Super disappointed. I asked for a refund of some sort and was told there could be no refunds or compensation for the trouble. Will never stay there again.
Modern industrial vibe. Conveniently located. Parking cost $10. Bathroom sink is so narrow you can’t bend over it to wash your face- design flaw. Bathroom is open to the main room above the shower so not a whole lot of privacy. Room was tastefully decorated, very clean, bed was super comfy. Keurig in the room. Staff was friendly.
m
This is a neat hotel in an old mill by the river/ creek. The rooms are very nicely decorated but it is really chilly/ drafty.
Well for starters they gave my room to someone else and I had to wait for them to get that person out and then was able to check in it’s was quite the mess would I stay again I’m not sure but the woman at the front did try her best to make it right thanks
Horrible sink - too narrow and too tall. Had water all over!!!!
The room had an Industrial design but didn't have to be cold and stark.Only 1 face cloth for 2 guests. Parking wasn't explained well. Had dinner and breakfast. Food was good but servers should have been instructed to tell us beforehand that it was cash or room charge only due to remodeling? Dining esthetic on terrace was fine but inside not so much.
Excellent
Overall good stay.
And the night I checked in for my reservation was down at the lounge having a drink I went back up to the room as I was walking a mouse ran across the hall and into my room I went to the desk told them I need the refund that I was leaving and I had to go find another hotel to stay at for the weekend I was being there for three nights I called Expedia to get a refund and even though the house was in a four-star a five star hotel like they claim it was gonna be I had to give them $299 Cancellation fee on top of what I paid for the room when it’s all said and done I’ll get about $200 back this is completely wrong I should be reimbursed my whole amount because of the conditions if you’d like please get back to me phone number is 239-989-4627 thank you
Great stay, nice view over the water!
Very nice!
The room smelled funny. The pillow case was ripped. Towels seemed damp. No night light. Cool vibe but needed some fresh linens.
Great service!
We have been staying at the Nylo regularly for years. Staff is always very nice, we love the simple clean decor and the beds are comfortable. Definitely not a fan of the new charge for overnight parking (especially since we could not even park in the Nylo lot there were so many cars) and the new charge for coffee in the morning downstairs. Even a Motel 6 gives their customers free coffee in the morning
Crazy humid and slippery in room
The hotel is beautiful, industrial chic in a nice area. But the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the weather so the concrete floors were actually slippery. Then the room was too warm so we couldn't sleep, despite the AC running all night. The frizz level on my hair is off-the-charts (and I live in Houston, so I'm no stranger to frizzy hair). I will give a shout out to the bartender who was doing her best on her third shift. She was largely alone and learning, she kept her cool and was very friendly under difficult circumstances.
Love this place
We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite . Spacious room. Clean facility. Comfortable bed and pillow. The couch in the living room needs some thorough cleaning.. had to remove couple of mm’s stuck on the seat . The pull out bed is springy , thicker mattress might help. Other than that, everything was excellent.
It was not a good deal for the price or match my expectation for a Hilton boutique hotel, the service and offerings march more of an economy hotel, limited housekeeping, no free coffee or tea in the morning, and limited staff. The hotel was also under renovations. I would not recommend for the money.
We were only staying one night and it was perfect for what we needed. The area is very walkable and the atmosphere is very nice. The room was very clean and unique. Only down side was there was no fridge in the room so we could not take back leftovers from our dinner. Overall great experience and would stay again in the future.
Worth It!!
We chose the NYO for our overnight anniversary getaway and it was definitely worth it!!! We’ll be highly recommending for all of our out of town friends & family who come to visit us.
Dripping AC. Wet floors all over the second level.
We had a nice stay especially because it pet friendly.
Great hotel and room!
Great room and great price! Was nicely designed and spacious as well. Would definitely come back!
Front Desk was awesome.
A lousy weekend
On 07/06/24, at 8pm, I stopped at the bar for a night cap. I wad the only one at the bar. Trying to get service was like pulling teeth. It was terrible. Sunday morning when I checked out the person at the front desk was asleep. I had to wake him so I could check out. Also, my wife ordered a cheese burger. It wasn't cooked and the cheese was just thrown on not melted and she had to ask for condiments. All in all terrible service and terrible staff. I can't believe I paid $600 for such a horrible experience. I suspect nothing will be done about this.
Clean & comfortable overnight.
Last minute overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was ‘roomy’. Only small issue is that the sink in the bathroom was tiny and washing your face was challenging; Water all over (RM 339) Friendly staff.
Very modern fun building
The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern for a remodel of an older building. There was construction at the time of our stay which was annoying. And they left the music on outside in the pavilion overnight but it didn't happen again when I mentioned it to the staff. The parking was less than desirable. There needs to be more lighting in the parking area but it seems to be a safe neighborhood.
Nice conversion from a mill. Clean, quiet, great food. Most importantly when teaveling, the beds are fantastic.
The staff at check in was very helpful and the room was great!
Only negative parking is across street but most clean hotel I’ve stayed at and the most comfortable beds!!
I loved the view from my room, the corner room on the fifth floor. The property manager was really super friendly and trying his best to keep things running smooth in any way needed.
Hotel was in an old mill, along a river, and adjacent to a nice brewery also in the old mill
The hotel is warm & inviting. The area sind our rooms was very quiet with the exception of the air conditioner in the room. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.
Solid choice
Overall good stay. My only disappointments where the lack of a small fridge in the room, the sink is very narrow and close to the wall so when you wash your face it’s hard not to get water on yourself and the floor, and the hot water in the shower took forever to actually get warm enough. The bed was very comfortable, but I wish the curtains went all the way to the floor so the room stayed dark in the morning. Hotel was generally quiet and the staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and the location is super convenient to the mall, dining, and I-95.
This place was great. The one thing that stuck out was the bathroom were not really designed well. Whoever is in the room with you is victim to whatever happens in that bathroom.
Perfect
Loved it.
Great hotel
All good
The bathroom design was unique but did not provide for much privacy due to the frosted shower window and the open space above it. Housekeeping had obviously not cleaned the inside of the bathroom door in some time. The fancy shower only partially worked; the valve for the upper shower was broken/nonfunctional. One had to exclusively use the hand-held shower head, but the upper shower, nevertheless, occasionally dripped cold water. The sleek sink looked great but was impractical to use (especially for toothbrushing) because of its narrowness; it was too close to the wall and lighted mirror that projected a couple inches out from the wall. The concrete floor made a design statement but was uncomfortable without shoes (when preparing to retire for the evening).
It is a block of concrete. More like a converted warehouse. The air conditioner was cranking all night long. Would not rate the hotel. If rated, would be no star.
