The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the Seaview from bedrooms was nice. My suite had two showers, one of them had a missing glass door which made it useless. when i told them about it, they just took pictures of it but they didn't fix it. Room service is not great, sometimes they will do what you ask in minutes and sometimes hours even for if it's just a bottle of water. Breakfast bar was so bad and poorly serviced.

Beware and stay away

This Property is extremely dishonest. Charge your card again after you leave. Very bad communication.

Personal very friendly and professional. Hotel is clean, good breakfast, tea and coffee available at room. Location is strategic and safe.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location with lovely staff. Front desk and the restaurant waiters at the breakfast time are really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff keep the room really clean and neat. Loved our stay.

VERY POOR CONDITION!!! Elevators are TINY and randomly stop for no reason. WATER WAS ORANGE coming out of the SHOWER. TV had BROKEN power cord. NO AMENITIES WHATSOEVER. IRON LEAKED & DIDNT WORK. ONLY POSITIVES are location and it looks pretty.

Clean. Calm and reasonably priced. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful.

The location is great, close to the embankment and the bay. The reception people are nice and helpful in day and night. The room is also great, there is a kitchenette, a place to eat (a table and a chair). There is a balcony. Good there is an ac to warm up the room. The bathroom is great But (-) bad wifi (-) average breakfast (-) no hairdryer (-) there are plates and spoons, but for example there is no frying pan to heat food on the stove

All the employees were kind and helpful.

Hello i liked the front desck young lady she was excellent and collaborative and very suit , she solve my problem but the hotel need refurbishment, wifi disaster

Nice clean hotel and located near to Old City.

Ali at the Front Office was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. They provide a big bottle of water upon check in and no replenishment. Within walking distance to Old City and F & B outlets nearby and close to Zaitunay Bay. Enjoyed the hot rice porridge (congee) during breakfast. There is a problem with the hotel's email address. Got into website and sent emails inquiring about hotel pick up and many attempts made, emails were not delivered. The following has nothing to do with the hotel but do take note : be weary with taxi drivers from the airport. A fare agreed can change from Lebanese Pounds to USD which makes a difference which was what happened to me.

Hotel's location is very convenient. Walking distance from Zaitounay Bay and Beirut Souks. The hotel is clean with good quality rooms. I spent the first night in a single room until my studio was available. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is OK, and is available from 7AM till 12PM. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful!

Neither airport pick up or taxi booking materialised. Door to one room never fully worked or locked, however the staff were very helpful in trying to fix and come up with a manual key. Breakfast was pleasant, well located Clean, spacious suite, balcony - not the greatest view but in a built up area. A little tired around the edges in places. Had kitchen facilities but only a frying pain, so not ideal for self catering - may have been provided if we'd asked. Comfy beds, tv worked and WIFI throughout stay

The value , us$ 120 , which you Expedia charged me was unfair by all means. This property was , at most , a 2 stars accommodation on the contrary of what you advertised . I was so much misled and over charged and that is why I felt so bad about this stay . I’m sorry to say that I will never use Expedia. Com to book accommodations or air travel in the future . Moreover I will inform my aquaintences of that incident. Professor Ahmad Jado

Otel konumu itibari ile kusursuz bir bölgede bir dakikalık yuruyus ile sahile, iki dakikalık yürüyüş ile de Marina bölgesine ulaşabilirsiniz. Personel tüm sorularınıza içtenlikle yardımcı oluyor. Sizin huzurunuz ve rahatınız için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Çocuklu aileler, tek seyahat edenler ya da çift seyahat edenler oteli çok rahat bir şekilde tercih edebilirler. Herşey için bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und recht groß mit einer kleinen Küche und Balkon zum sitzen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was nicht schön war ist das Frühstück mein Mann und ich haben an diesem Tag nur gemeinsam Käse vom Frühstück gegessen dieser war anscheinend nicht ok wir hatten fürchterlich Durchfall undcerbrechen. das war dann auch das einige Mal das wir zum Frühstück im hotel gingen.

Bon mais... on peut faire mieux

L'hotelier est aux petits soins, mais la chambre et surtout la salle de bain était dans un mauvais état. Robinetterie qui fuie. Pas de draps , il fallait demander, pas de serviettes aussi il fallait demander. C'un bon rapport qualité prix, mais avec très peu d'effort on peut améliorer le statut de cet hotel/ .

Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, direkt Strand Nähe. Hotel Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Empfehle das Hotel , da es Preisleistung sehr gut ist.
