Comfy and clean, loved it

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. We upgraded to the park view and it worth it. Also, it's quieter than District 1 but lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. We'd stay here again.

You have to check out 30 minutes before you need to leave so they can check your room. They kept us and our car waiting

The apartment was convenient to tourist sights, dining, etc. It is very near public bus routes. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Very CLEAN.

My first stay at this hotel was so good that I ended up booking it again next time I was in Ho Chi Minh City.

This place certainly deserves a 10. The location is great, easy walk from many of the hot spots in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Both my room and the common areas were very well looked after and the internet speed was great.

Hotel very clean, kitchenette vẻ convenient, bed comfortable, bathroom clean with washer which is very useful for log stay. Staff very welcoming, they go far and beyond to help customers. Highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel with excellent location. The staffs were exceptional use8and professional. Close to downtown, and other local shopping centers such Tan Dinh market and Da Kao market. Varieties of excellent restaurants as well.

Room is clean and equipped with a little dining area, furniture new, bed comfortable, bathroom very clean. Although located on a busy street room is very quiet for a good night sleep. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We like it so much we decide to come back after our trip to a different region.

Easy walk to everywhere in districts 1 .

A great location with a big park nearby! We enjoyed walking around HCMC even though most people didn’t walk! This was not far from many main sites like the Tan Dinh Church ( pink church) Clean, and so great that you have a washer and drier in your room! It’s a very great washer and drier too! There were cooking facilities too but we didn’t use as there is lots of great food everywhere in HCMC. Highly recommend

Good hotel for the price

Great place with great amenities. Only problem we had was you can hear everything outside and the property is located on a very busy street. Luckily we didn’t have noisy neighbors as i’m sure we would’ve heard them too.

Large apartment, great value

Great stay here - really big space, good location opposite a nice park and walkable to main sights. Only downside was that we were supposed to have a washer dryer in the room, but some of the rooms don't have them available. Instead, someone will come and take your washing and do it for you (free of charge), so it's not a huge issue. We would have preferred to have the flexibility to do ourselves, but there are plenty of people who would prefer if how it is, so just one to be aware of rather than something of concern. I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel seemed nice enough, but the street was noisy. We used the TV to play white noise, which turned out to be a ridiculous plan since at 12 am the house music and party started all around us. Imagine the loud base, moving furniture, and high pitched women of a club, and you'd be in having our experience of trying to sleep. At 3:30 I tried to call downstairs, but the party persisted until 5:30 am, when the rest of the city wakes up. The hotel is right of Hai Ba Trung, down the way from the pink church. It is a bustling part of the city, but partying houseguests would make it unsuitable for anyone who wants sleep.

The apartment looks brand new and the cleaners had the place spotless everyday. Lots of space, very comfortable bed and a massive shower.

The suite was exceptionally clean. AC cooled the suite fast even it was extremely hot outside. Staffs were quite friendly and helpful.

The property is new and extremely clean. Service is great. Suite is cleaned spotless daily. The drainage in the shower is not good but I just lifted the cover and problem solved.
