The staff at reception especially afternoon shift were lovely . I brought in laundry at 9pm and it got done by 11pm. With short notice they were so accommodating and very friendly. Will always book at Novotel Lami when in the Suva area. Vinaka Vakalevu

Overall it was nice. The view and scenery were very beautiful. My room was clean and well-organized. The staff members were friendly and respectful, despite being a bit too laid-back. I am dissatisfied with only one thing and it is bed bugs. luckily they managed to move me to a new room after i spotted & killed two. but i already got bitten by them and have been suffering the itchness since I got home.. At least they didn't hop on my clothes or luggage.

Staff were so lovely! They responded to all our requests quickly for our room. The room was so clean! Spotless. It is worth the money you spend. The service is quick as well. I stayed here in 2017 and always remembered how nice it was to stay so I returned again. Not disappointed at all! Thank you Novotel.

This is a beautifully maintained hotel with a stunning location on the Lami coast - atmospheric views of reflections, mist and rain on the water. Service is excellent, and every room is lovely.

We checked in around 3pm. Was given a room as we entered the room smell was so bad because the room was leaking water. Water smell. Went back to the front desk will not change the room after having lengthy conversations he changed the room right next to the swimming pool was noisy and we booked a room with king size bed was given a double bed. Bed sheets had blood marks they changed it. Room had lots of ants.

Staff were wonderful, great Sunday Family BBQ with Live music. Good pool. Clean & Pleasent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was neat and clean. I did find bedbugs in my bed but that’s normal in Fiji. Under our beds were so thick with dust I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. They desperately need to hire a good chef and more wait staff as we were waiting over an hour for food or for anyone to come to our table to see if we needed another drink. I saw many people around us experiencing the same thing. They would’ve easily made 10x more money if they improve of this particular part of the service. Even a simple bottle of beer from the bar took 30mins plus. I ordered almost every food on the menu and some were excellent and some need to be removed from the menu or the chef needs more training. Kids spaghetti which is obviously ready made took over an hour to come. I would stay here again and hope these things can improve by then. Cheers!

The communal areas were tastefully decorated and felt like they had recently been upgraded. However our room seemed not to have been. There was no luggage rack or desk which seemed a bit strange. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is out of Suva with a taxi ride required to get anywhere. The restaurants food was very good but a bit pricey.

This is my favorite spot to stay in SUVA. Fresh area, water view is lovely. Nice and quite area. Lovely room space and clean. Water pressure specially in shower was wow factor. Best ever seen in one hotels ever. Food quality and great friendly staff. Will def come back for 3rd time.

Our matre'd or waiter was the most welcoming, fun host who shared a laugh as well as good advice on dining and wine. Staff were very pleasant, a lovely location. Unfortunately the rooms are tired, our glass sliding door to the bathroom was broken, and we could hear people walking up and down the corridoor. Having said that we had a restful stay

Nice spot to stay close to Suva but out of the city bustle. Great location on the water.

Personal attention.

Room was clean but only half toilet paper roll with no extras, about 10 tissues paper in the box. Asked for two blankets to be left in the room as wife has arthritis at the desk at 3pm . When came back at 11pm no blankets. Room phone was not working. Shame on Accor brand. Had to go to reception to get blanket.

Beautiful facility, friendly people, food was great. The only negative we had is that our room (126) smelled musty like it hadn’t been aired in a while. Otherwise all good.

A stunning hotel in a peaceful setting directly on the water. All rooms are beautiful, and furnished to a high standard, with an outlook directly onto the still water of Lami bay. Staff were friendly and charming.

I have been a regular to this property since last 10 or more years , However after Covid and reopening (after a long renovation etc ) this was my first visit. My Favorite wing of the hotel is still closed for some reason. I was shocked the Deluxe room seemed so small and tiny , whilst the size ahs not changed i was used to the slightly bigger rooms for some reason, There is no outdoor chair and table for the balcony, i had to pull out a chair and make myself comfortable outside for fresh Air. The Mini Fridge only had a packed of milk, No Bottle Water complementary. The room used to have a feedback form, it did not have it, The Breakfast was the most shocking change that i have realized - Previously everything was on Buffet and the choices seemed endless, the desserts were more in variety. Noe it seems you chose only from a small portion of dessert and drinks , The actual breakfast have to ask on order and the servings are no where close to what one needs to fil up for a good day ahead. Even the choices to order were not much. The rates seemed to have gone ahead whilst the services went right done the opposite lane.. For me, not planning to revist any tme soon... BIG NO

Lovely staff and beautiful location. The pool and gym were very nice. The hotel is very isolated with no other places to eat or shop in the vicinity. There is no airport shuttle despite Hotels.com advertising that so you need to add another $100 onto the costs.

Staff are so lovely and attentive. Food was good too. There have been some Reno’s since my last visit which have freshened it up but disappointing to see all the timber has been painted out. The deck was out of bounds due to construction.

Friendly and very approachable staff (hats-off to them). I found that the rooms were not cleaned properly as the fridges had leftover food from previous people who stayed there and rooms were missing items in rooms. Bed was stained and had smell in one of the rooms. AI find food expensive at hotel and there were more options closeby.

same story everywhere. short staff. delay in service or they forget what you order. the room we had the first night the toilet was not flushing properly. the shower is leaking. the water comes out on the tiles. the breakfast area is still going through renovations. afterall the check in staff are very friendly though. views are so relaxing.

It was very disappointing, staff were rude and would do nothing for us, not even service the room regularly, I understand in covid times things are different but nothing was available, no facilities at all, they should tell you this when you are booking it, no breakfast until I complained and wanted to be refunded, then the exact same disappointing tray delivered everyday! I have stayed at a number of Novotel’s over the years and Lami Bay are letting the name down, they are the worst Novotel by far, Nadi is so much better and they do not even compare to Australia’s I will never stay there again!

I think the hotel overall is quite lovely. Just needs a new lick of paint on the outside and to fix up a few things around the pool to clean it up. Nice place to stay in. I wish there was an a la carte option for breakfast rather than a continental buffet. Distance wise from Suva downtown is a bit far but tolerable. Excellent view otherwise. When I went it, was really quiet and I liked that.

Great place and a very comfortable room overlooking the water. Food was great and catered well for my gluten free diet!!! Arrived to the view of a rainbow and my last night saw an amazing sunset

On the waterfront - calming to work - room nice size and kept clean

Dire need of repair and upgrade. Filthy. Air conditioning not working, brought in an industrial fan which sounded like a tractor and they expected us to keep that on at night, cockroaches running around everywhere. For the price paid, terrible hotel and that too for an Accor brand.

Whilst the staff were so friendly, you may not find this place attractive for holiday due to long distance to resorts. The management could provide more leisure activities such as jet ski, snorkeling, live music, tennis, table tennis,...

The place was so noisy. I stayed 3 nights and moved rooms 3 times. I never received the room I booked.

The property is located in a very quiet part of suva. The setting next to the bay is spectacular and relaxing. I recommend it.

We liked everything from the warm welcome to the friendly staff.

We had certain issues with our room, but once bought to staff attention they were fixed promptly

We loved the room overlooking Lami Bay, you felt like you were right on the water. Unfortunately the glass doors opening onto the deck were broken and didn't slide easily. They also had a separate latch on them suggesting the doors needed additional security to be kept closed.

Everything was good. Good service and clean. Maybe new towels and sheets will be great
