Everybody was amazing even this keeps what the old Novo is zero complains. Doña Veronica is the best housekeeper and the people in the front desk and restaurant as well.

We traveled from USA to Rl Salvador on a family vacation. The staff was friendly and the outside of the property is pretty but the inside needs more cleaning and remodeling.

The employees are wonderful, and the property is located in a very popular area very walkable to shopping and dinning. The rooms and laundry are very old, but functional.

The Hotel has a Restaurant with good food at a reasonable price

The location is good, personal is very nice and helpful specially people who serve breakfast, the room is quiet and clean but the bathroom is very small and doesn’t have exhaust fan, other than that is nice.

I really liked all the amenities! The breakfast is good with something different every day! The housekeeping comes every day. Only one shared washer and dryer machine. I found a bagworm on my pillow two consecutive nights in a row… Other than this minor inconvenience I really enjoyed the Xpedition tours they offered at the hotel! Super fun and filled with so many adventures!! I would return here because it is overall well kept, clean, friendly staff, and great location where you are not too far from the main city tourist points; while still private enough away from the traffic and noise.

Great stay great price

Always a great place to stay.

Place is old and room smelled like a wet rag. I feel totally ripped off by Expedia and Novo. Paid over $200 for a place that should be no more than $120. Would not stay again even for $60. Very upset of how much I paid for this room

Nice stay

We had a nice stay here it was so quiet you forget you’re in the city. The rooms aren’t the best however it makes up for it with the lovely area around the pool and nice restaurant with lovely staff

The hotel was nice and very charming. The staff was supper helpful. This was very convenient as we landed late from the airport and the front desk was very accommodating with our late check in

Todo el personal es muy amable y nos dieron la bienvenida cálidamente. Las habitaciones y el hotel estaban limpios. Las camas muy confortables y limpias. El hotel es un poco antiguo pero las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. La piscina se ve fabulosa y limpia pues ha sido remodelada este recientemente. El desayuno muy rico al estilo salvadoreño nos gusto mucho y mejor aun que el comedor tiene una terraza al lado de la piscina por lo que pudimos desayunar en el exterior. La ubicación es céntrica pues esta muy cerca del centro historico al cual pudimos visitar y regresar tarde en la noche sin ningún problema.

The hotel is an older hotel. Our room was spacious but it was really outdated. The bathroom and kitchen were not in the best condition. The place was cleaned. Needs to be renovation. Beside these things, our experience was great. The staff were amazing and always available to assist you without any hesitation. They have a restaurant on site which was convenient. Breakfast was provided with your stay. The services there was also great.

Great value and excellent service.

I didn’t like the bathroom, very dirty, moldy and has a big black hole on the wall beneath the sink. The day my wife and I checked in, it was 1:20 pm and they took us to the room, but the room wasn’t ready, there was a cleaning lady trying to get it ready.

I book the hotel on the fly as my travel plans came to an emergency change in route. I was more than pleased with this hotel. The restaurant was great the staff was great and even the room. Though the pillows are small there was nothing bad about this hotel. Awesome stay and I will be back

I had a nice stay at Novo Hotel & Suite. The location was really great and within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. The atmosphere at the hotel felt safe and I enjoyed waking up to the view of a lush green garden. I liked that breakfast and Wi-Fi were included with the stay. The room had a mini kitchen which came in use. A major plus for me was that they are open 24hrs because due to flight delays, I arrived after midnight and they not only kept my reservation but there was also someone available to check me in. The only suggestion I would make is to update their bathroom but nonetheless, it worked well and had hot water.

How close is to the city, the staff go out of the way to take care of you question and needs, and the hotel is all cover in green vegetation, beautiful, clean pool, good food.

What did I like? I like location the swimming pool looks good but I didn’t swim the have doors next parking lot but they don’t allowed guest go through and they make you go upstairs to go out stairs are hard for bad knees.

The had a different breakfast everyday that was included , and a good priced restaurant at night . Has all types of alcohol ready no matter what it is. The AC was slow but once it started up the room got ice cold. The beds were on the firmer side , the location is great , and the bathroom is all good. Only issue I see for adults is the tiny pool, more made for kids or just lounging at night. I will stay here again. Also the have private free parking. Never had issue finding a spot . No elevator that I saw but staff can help you with bags

Peaceful environment

Pleasant experience, traveled solo but didn't solo. Great people and peaceful environment.

This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Its gardens and vegetation make it feel like you’re miles away from the city. The food is delicious specially the pupusas. Bathrooms are clean but need upgrade. This was our second stay in two years at this place and will stay there again during our next visit. A special thanks to Yasmin, Guillermo, Emmanuel, Carlos, Balmore, Gloria and Armando. Their attention, friendliness and warmth made our stay more enjoyable. See you next time!

Attentive staff and very helpful! I enjoy staying here and the price is reasonable. Breakfast are included with the room and I enjoy it each morning.

Would stay again

This was my second stay here. I like this hotel and the Restaurant is very good and affordable. The hotel is nice if you need to just stay one day or 2 just to sleep and shower. For longer stays it needs a lot of updates as the rooms are a little dated in terms of Furniture but it is clean and near all and very safe. Great Staff and delish Included Breakfast...

My favorite hotel to stay when I am in San Salvador. Centrally located, nice amenities, and very friendly staff able to assist all your needs. A nice green oasis within the capital.

Budget hotel, ok location, but...

The lady at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming, the other 2 gentlemen? Not so much. The hotel did not communicate that the pool is being renovated, so no pool and loud work was being done early on Saturday morning. The Tv remote changed channels but did not allow for the TV to be turned off or the volume to be adjusted. The pillows were terrible. The rest of the staff is very friendly is the room, although older - the property could use a full on renovation- it was clean, had a fridge and the breakfast was good.

It was great. I really enjoy the peace and quiet although there was some noise in the main yard due to renovation of the pool area! Other than that the service was great, the people were friendly!!! I liked it very much!

Fine for what it is: an inexpensive place to stay. Restaurant on site is mediocre. Staff spoke very little English. Rooms were care worn. Initial staft not helpful as i had to carry my own heavy stuff. Breakfast was ok and plentiful, but most was cold.

Y lo mas importante precios muy accesibles. 3 años seguidos haciendo mis reservaciones con ellos para fin de año en grupos de 3 hasta 12 y nos han buscado las mejores opciones. Personalmente les doy muy fácilmente las 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Old installations and Lot of humidity

The property is old, but it's quaint. Very green with lots of trees and plants. They have a restaurant on site, a nice pool and laundry machines. The best part is the service. Very friendly and malt employees have been working there for many many years. Ms. delay has been there over 25 years. it's really close to restaurants, malls, clubs, bars and easy to get transportation.

A beautiful tropical hotel in the city center

Mine was a very, very short stay, so I didn't get to enjoy the pool or the free breakfast. The location was excellent, convenient to the city center, and I enjoyed the tropical setting of the hotel property. The air conditioner was most welcome on a humid day and was simple to control with the clicker. The bed was just basic, nothing like what you see in the more expensive hotels. But I got a good night's sleep. The property was quiet, and there were no issues with security.

Comfortable rooms and a good restaurant. Bathroom could have been much cleaner but my overall experience was great.

Breakfast was good, hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Reception was attentive to guests. Very convenient to the local malls and shopping centers. Cleaniness was average but not horrible. Overall a good stay and will recommend!
