It was neat and cjean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located near to the metro. There are also cafes nearby and it’s also walking distance from some nice sites.
Rooms are very small and Lenin, bed sheets and other facilities weren’t that good
Hotel was central for everything that we wanted to do, yes the room was small but we were only sleeping in it was out all day. Store luggage is with the receptionist but we went out from 9am till 4.30pm and it was fine. Would recommend and stay again.
It’s an OK hotel. The room and the bathroom are very tiny
The hotel was good just room was small and the lift. However overall good experience.
Give it a pass
Its very small and congested.
Nice room, clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
The receptionist was delightful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was clean. I enjoyed our stay! I would recommend the hotel for family and friends who travel abroad. Thank you!
Met with a very warm and friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was small but perfect for a 3 night stay. Would definitely book again.
. .
Superb experience! Will definitely stay there during the next visit.
Very small hotel. I guess you would call this a boutique hotel. Their “front desk” consists of a person sitting at a small desk. They almost could not find my reservation when we arrived. One elevator- very slow. Very small room. So be prepared. Bathroom door like 2 ft from the bed. We got a very small balcony that looked down into the street / in front of hotel. The only part we like was how close it was from the Eiffel Tower- about a mile. And public transportation close by. Don’t pay extra for breakfast — there’s a bakery just a couple doors down!
Nice quaint hotel. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again. Breakfast could be better for price or should be included.
Staffs are friendly and accommodating.
The location is good there are 2 metro stations close by. The rooms are small but that's normal for Paris. The rooms got renovated but they would definitely need a deep cleanse for the floors, walls, bathroom (toilet) & new curtains would make a huge difference too.
Great place to stay in Paris. Easy to get to all the major attractions and lots of great food options nearby. Staff was super helpful with recommendations. Only thing to note is the rooms are very small, we weren’t even able to open our luggage fully. Aside from that very comfortable and clean place to stay.
The internet connection was terrible!
Good for city break
Nice hotel. Good location but not too touristy. Street could be a bit noisy but didn’t bother us. Could say room was on small side but had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. Perfect for a city break
The room is perfect for shorter stays, especially if you plan on spending the entire day out. The hotel is very quiet and very small - room, elevator and bathroom were tiny. The area is well served with restaurants, grocery shop and accessible metro station just a few steps away. It was clean enough and the staff were friendly.
Despite the very small room and a somewhat dirty bathroom/under night stand area, my boyfriend and I loved this hotel. The location was great and was very safe overall. Didn’t have any issues walking around at night either. We also both said the beds were the most comfortable we have maybe ever slept on and after 2 weeks we still haven’t been able to stop speaking about how comfy it was. I would recommend this and would stay here again in the future!
Great place.
The solo room really is pretty small. So just keep that in mind. The washroom is tiny also. Your face hits the sink if you sit on the toilet. Other than that everything was fine.
The individuals at the front desk are the best. I wanted to play golf while I was in Paris. The lady when I checked in stayed on the computer and telephone until she found a course. Then she told me about a great restaurant and a night club. (Moonshiner)
Great place to stay
The hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing. Therese was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and all her suggestions were perfect! The location was excellent. Metro stop right up the street. Across the street from the hotel is a little Boulangerie for coffee and fresh croissants. The rooms are small, like most Parks boutique hotels, but very clean and lots of storage space for clothes. Would stay there again for sure!
The staff at this property were very kind and helpful. They refreshed the towels daily and remade the bed. They arranged our airport stuttle for us. Staff was great. The room itself was small which is normal for paris. I did like the size of the bathroom however. The property is right beside a school so during the day it is loud. Nice shops and grocery stores around. Its a 35 minute walk to the eiffel tower and you can not see it from the hotel. The metro is very close as well. Not too much night life. Seemed like a safe area.
My husband and I stayed here for five nights while visiting my daughter who was studying abroad. This hotel was 1block away from her apartment so that is why we chose it. The receptionists were very helpful and everyone spoke English. The room was small for American standards but it was spotless. There were doors that opened to a small terrace, updated bathroom and flat screen TV (CNN is the only English station and captions are in French). The room had coffee and tea along with an electric kettle. The room was cleaned everyday and breakfast was also downstairs from 7-10 am. I enjoyed the location of the hotel because it was close to the bus, train, many restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and shops. There was also a McDonald’s up the block that stays open until 11pm. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. The only con was that my room did not have a refrigerator which I needed to store insulin and we were told that guests could not use the microwave so it was not possible for us to heat up food.
Lovely hotel with easy access to transport links
The staff are very welcoming and have a positive attitude at all times. Very clean room and comfy bed!
We stayed here about 4 days. It was very clean. Everything it’s walking distance. The restaurant across the street was very good. And a few coffee shops close by.
Very clean abd comfortable
Excellent location, the personnel were very attentive and helpful. Many options to dine around. Close to a metro station.
Newly refurbished hotel in the heart of Paris. We had adjoining rooms, and although they were a little small, they were quite comfortable. The location was perfect with a bakery at the corner and bikes ready to rent right outside the front door. Staff was extremely helpful giving directions and recommendations for good places to eat.
Perfect for a 1 night stay while visiting Paris. Around 25 min walking distance from Eiffel Tower. Room was small, but that is standard for Paris city center. Overall the property was fine.
Great staff, very clean rooms, and near to a lot of good places to visit. Rooms are a bit small, but, everything else is just fine.
great stay
The newly decorated rooms look amazing, they are just a little small, but if you consider the air conditioning working like a dream in the 40 degrees heat when i stayed, plus a wonderful breakfast with the biggest homemade croissants and lovely service, this is possibly up there in the best hotels i stayed in Paris. highly recommend!
Convenient location.
This is in a great location as it is near the train station and a budget option if it's your first time in Paris. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the 2 front receptionists as they have left me wondering if they have tried to stay in a different hotel. My first encounter is when I asked for a bucket of Ice however they gave me a bowl instead and to make it more worst I have been told to make sure I return it the following day as they needed it for the breakfast buffet. My next encounter is the front desk person who works at night, I ask if I can have another pair of spoons and forks as I have returned the dirty ones however I have been told that I was supposed to clean them and I politely replied "If I have a dishwashing liquid I will". He then angrily replied, "Well, this is not a restaurant it is a hotel". I just shook my head and walk away as we don't want to ruin our holiday. Overall a good hotel location with a couple of front desk receptionist who doesn't have great customer service.
The property was very convenient, safe and staff were friendly and helpful!
Overall a good property for the money. Room a litle bit small, but it was clean and updated. Bathroom felt clean, well put together, litle small. Somewhat far from main subway stations, but walkable (all under 10 minutes) Very quite at night. Good restaurant just in front. In a good area to walk and eat authentic french food. good hotel.
Clean and modern. Pricy but is close to many attractions and amenities (pharmacy - groceries - metro)
Tiny, clean, affordable room near the Eiffel Tower
Tiny, clean, affordable room near the Eiffel Tower
The most amazing staff. I had a great time staying here ♥️
I liked the staff and their way of accommodating my requests i.e. I had a very early flight and they served the breakfast way before the normal time. They have also booked a taxi for me to go to the airport. The room is cleaned every day. The location is great! You can walk to the major places to shopping such as: BeauMarche, Blvd Saint German, etc.
It was well communicated with Metro, restaurants, pharmacy, fruit store y walking distance.
Overall pretty great property. The rooms were decent sized considering it was Paris. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room (the tip top was visible from our top floor room). The room could use some love though. The TV had a crack down the middle, so watching TV was a bit irritating but tolerable. The shower was small. The drain plug was not properly installed, but was just floating on top (held stagnate water as well- so the room got weird smells after returning all day). The breakfast was great. Location was amazing, along with all of the cafes and grocery stores near by. It looks like they were mid renovation, so maybe the rooms will get a little facelift as well. We would stay again, as the issues were very minor. The hotel attendants were all amazing. Loved our trip here.
Ridiculously small rooms, cleanliness below standards, barely greeting staff, specially at reception, overpriced for what it is.
Dont expect a lot of space, the room works well for 2 people, shower is small, but overall a great experience 😊 Juliette was extremely helpful! The entire staff was great. Bed was comfortable and the best part....WE WERE IN PARIS!!
The room we have was barely big enough to call a closet. Severely overpriced and does not even include coffee, in the room or in the lobby. Inconveniently located, not close to dining options or transportation options. Felt somewhat unsafe coming back to the hotel late in the evening.
Everything
Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet space. Only challenge was no hot water for shower in the morning. Though receptionist indicated if i had called, they could have remedied. Because i speak very little French, i had hesitated. My fault, not theirs
Great staff, local area location clean. Beautiful bathroom. Hair dryer was very week. Room is extremely tied
Very tiny room for two people. Elevator barely enough to fit 2 people with no luggages with you. Hard to be on the 6th floor when the elevator breaks down just like what happened to us. Staff was nice, she gave us directions where to go and called taxi. She also offered us coffee and tea after we brought down all our luggages from the 6th floor. Metro is close by and franprix. Some restaurants near but did not eat there. I would not recommend this hotel for my colleagues especially with health problems, It’s not worth the price , sorry it’s 👎
The business room is too small! So if you need more space, don't consider this room. It can barely fit one person with a small bag. The service was good, the front desk staff were nice, and there are a couple of metro stations near the hotel.
3 metro stations awesome
Small, yet practical. Friendly staff and very clean space. Loved it, would go back for sure.
This was an amazing stay and I couldn't recommend it more! Beautiful, about a mile from the effiel tower, a beautiful walk that took us about 20 minutes. It was a quiet but central location and the staff was amazing!
I already posted the Nouvel Hotel Eiffel on my IG as I really loved the stay and highly recommend it for various reasons: It is clean, well designed, safe and very central with a great access to transportation with nice surrounding and dining options.
good
I enjoyed it, but unfortunately, because of the Corona virus was forced to leave earlier than I planned. This was not in the control of the hotel, but mandated by the government, because of emergency measures.
Couldn't swing a cat..... and naff area
The toilet was 1 step away from the bed...not great also when you are a couple as you could hear everything in the loo. The area was really disappointing; I knew I wasn't that close to the sites but there was just nothing great nearby either such as restaurants and shops....just kind of a naff non area. I would advise staying somewhere more vibrant.
There are a lot of restaurants in the street near the hotel. Good location!!
Once we arrived the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was very small but good for the price we paid. The bathroom is in the need of a little update, a few things seemed to be broken, also I think it could have been cleaned a bit better. A small Soap and shampoo was available. The area was nice and quiet. A lot of shopping and restaurants in the area.
excellent
I enjoyed my days and the hotel was within convenient places of my workshop and eating places.
Comfy and clean
Me and my mom enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was very small, which I think is normal for Parisian standards. But since the room was so clean, the bed was comfortable I think was worth it. I would definitely stay there again.
Nouvel Hotel Eiffel is a nice spot for a 2 day max stay. The hotel room looked exactly like the photos and hotel staff was very kind and polite. Room and bathroom are quite small, but that’s expected for most European 2-3 star hotels (be cautious about bringing over sized suitcases). It’s not far from multiple metro stops and is located in a fairly quiet area. This hotel was just what I needed for a 2 night solo stay. Unfortunately my view was of the inner rooms and not the street view. Overall, this space is reasonably priced and is good enough for a quick stay.
Nice clean property, extremely basic. Kind and helpful staff who speak English, arrange cabs for you to and from airport.
Really nice hotel near the metro and many amenities. The service was excellent and our stay was delightful. Staff was very accommodating and spoke English which made it extremely easy to communicate. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it for anyone that wants to see the city.
It was a great location for accessing landmarks all over Paris. Although small. The rooms were clean and modern
Encountered 3-4 different desk employees. All super friendly. The lady that checked us in even gave me an adapter so we could use our “American” plugs in the room. Room small but expected that. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Small patio good for getting some fresh air or letting a nice breeze in.
Nice hotel
The hotel is well placed next to two metro stations and the room was clean and good for a short stay. Staff was nice and friendly
Property was close to metro stations and there were great hidden gem restaurants.
I knew from past reviews that it was a tiny room...it was still a surprise (lol) but it was very clean, comfortable bed, small grocery store on the corner, cafes and places to eat within a block, quiet area and a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
I was so excited to stay at this hotel but It was the worst experience ever. The room was extremely small and smelled really bad. I complain but they didn't take care of it. The room smelled like feces.
The room decoration was lovely and the overall aesthetic value of the hotel was amazing for the amount we paid. We particularly liked the lighting in the room, especially the strip lighting around the bed, it was a nice touch and made the room very cosy. The hotel is in a perfect location, we walked to the Eiffel Tower several times, there is a metro at the bottom of the street and a lovely patisserie and shop just down the road. Most of the staff were friendly, the gentlemen who spoke good English was particularly welcoming. However when we checked in, the women who checked us in wasnt particularly welcoming and just looked like she didnt want to be there. There was dust in certain areas, marks on one of our towels and dirt in the bathroom drawer and the corner of the bath. Only minor issues but still worth pointing out. It was nice that the cleaner came in everyday just to have a quick tidy of everything. It would have been nice if there was a drinks dispenser or something in the lobby as we arrived on a Sunday and found it nearly impossible to find a shop that was open. Overall we had a brilliant time and would reccomend this hotel to any of our friends. The room isnt massive but it was perfect for us and again we couldnt fault the location or the balcony views!
Excellent value close to everything
Excellent service and ambiance good location the rooms are of small size
Very pleasant stay, room just a little small.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and was in a very convenient area. The only issue we had was the room we booked was extremely small. We had a total of 3 luggage’s and there really wasn’t any room to store them and open them on the floor area. We had to put them on the bed each time we needed to open them and squeeze pat them when they were stored on the floor. Other than the room size, it was a very pleasant stay.
Good spot for a night or two
For what was needed, a clean, comfortable room for one night, everything was great. Nothing out of order.
Great Room
Wonderful and friendly staff. Room and hotel very clean. 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and grocery store nearby.
The property is in a great location . The Metro 12 is on the same street (1 block away) & the busbiscrightcaroubdvtge corner. There are shops / restaurants in walking distance. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel! The staff was friendly except 1 female receptionist who seemed to be nicer if you spoke French 😕
Convenient, nice neighborhood, good eating outlets
The Staff we incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. However the room wa extremely small, and difficult to move around
Clean, modern and friendly staff. Good value and good location. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby, a great cheese shop.
I didn’t come to Paris to spend time in a hotel room. Yes it’s tiny, but the bed was comfy and the staff was amazing. The hub and I had laughs trying to maneuver around all our (my) stuff while getting ready- it’s a good thing we kinda like each other ;) We had a balcony and the door opened in with just enough room to step outside. Great location with sites within a mile (perfect walking distance) and the BEST Lebanese restaurant just steps away (Mediterranean food was amazingly fresh- always packed- owner greets and walks everyone to door). Uber is everywhere so getting around is easy if your feet hurt.
Cosy and friendly hotel
Great hotel, friendly staff too!
I love Nouvel hotel Eiffel.i’ll come Soon.one more time LOVE VOUVEL hotel.
Nice but hot
The hotel has nice rooms., small as to be expected, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c was on winter mode and it was 26 degrees in Paris in Oct:)
The hotel is located in s cool part of Paris, a little out of the tourist zone which is so nice to experience. The hotel is tiny, no amenities, no air conditioning, rooms are a shoebox so good luck with your luggage. Sheets never changed, bedding dirty, and 2 towels per day.
Horrible!! Room has been cleaned and we had to ask couple of times! Rooms do NOT have any space. This MUST not be used as a hotel!!
A very pleasant stay at Nouvel Hotel
Nouvel Hotel is located just a short walk from Eiffel Tower and other turist attractions, at least three underground stations and many small cafes and restaurants nearby, 20 minutes by taxi to Orly airport. Rooms are modern and well equipped.
Clean, modern but not so close...
The hotel was very clean and modern. It was about 1 1/2 miles from the Eiffel tower. About a 20 minute walk. Nothing is really around so you need to walk or take a cab. At night the cabs wanted to charge 35 Euro for a ride back but during the day it was about 9 euro. When we asked to call a cab one day we were told it as close to just walk. I felt it was kind of rude because we had my mother and two children that didn't want to walk. We had already been traveling and walking for 10days at that point... Another thing make sure you specify what Nouvel hotel because there is a very popular hotel with a similar name that many of the drivers thought we wanted to go there and were very confused when we tried to explain. Overall the hotel is nice just be prepared to walk to get to any sites.
Good location walking distance to Eiffel Tower, and Louvre. Metro station 1 block away for easy access to all of Paris. Facilities and room have been updated with modern conveniences. Our room was small, but comfy and clean for two people. Wifi in room was ok.
Compact, quiet clean hotel
We stayed 2 nights in August during a heat wave and were really grateful for the air conditioning in the room. The room was small but well priced and we didn't need anything more. Perhaps tea/coffee making equipment might have been nice for an early morning cuppa in our room. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. They were happy to try and find out about a strike at the Eiffel Tower for us by searching on their phones. Breakfast can be bought at an additional cost which might be good idea to do as not many breakfast places around the hotel itself unless you want coffee/croissants. The Metro is really close and easy to access all the sights. Would come again and recommend.
Hotel was easy to find with a great location.
Very pleasant Hotel, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating with a good understanding of the English language. We were only a 30 minute walk at most from some really great restaurants and only a 40 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower! Our room was temperature regulated by controls on the wall which was a life saver. Very comfortable, clean room.
Rude staff
The receptionist was rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel welcome at all throughout my stay. The room I was in was tiny in comparison to pictures, there were flies everywhere. Would not recommend at all.
Overall good; just double ck shuttle at ck in
Great service. Room small but served the purpose; comfortable bed, good water pressure. Cute little restaurants nearby. Only issue was they failed to book us a shuttle even though we requested it 2 weeks before; cost 20euro extra for a cab. Otherwise great
Good deal 3 star hotel
The hotel room & shower room is too small. Its newly renovated, with good mattress, clean & tidy. No fridge, no cups for water drinking, you hv to go down to lo by for drinks, but free coffee in morning. Very convenient location as metro is closing by.

Unfortunately when we arrived renovations were taking place. This was not something that was advertised and would have been nice to know seeing as I was booking for a surprise birthday. Leading from this due to the renovations the communal areas were very dusty walking down the stairs after one flight of holding the bannister my hand was white from the dust of the work taking place. Leading to the air quality in the hotel to be poor really dusty causing me to have an asthma attack(something that has not happened in 8 years for me) the rooms were really tiny and we found several what looked like pubic hairs in our bed. The smell from our bathroom is what smelt like all I could describe as sewerage. Bed was comfortable and the decor in the room was pleasant. Some what a little noisy from the rooms above in the morning but I guess this is not the hotels fault for noisy guests. Fairly good location couple minute walk from the metro and plenty of restaurants/bars/shops with in walking distance.
