Upon arrival we were lucky to be told we had been upgraded to a pool suite which made our stay even more amazing! Brilliant service from the front desk, rooms were cleaned immaculately and new towels were provided without fail. Thank you Noūs for hosting us and providing an amazing stay!

A Dreamy Santorini Escape with Exceptional Service. My recent stay at Nous Santorini Hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I was treated to the highest level of hospitality and warmth. The entire crew—from the reception to the room service, restaurant, and bar team—went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Service: The kindness and dedication of the staff are what truly set this hotel apart. Faryad at Bar & Breakfast lounge was incredibly welcoming, ensuring well service been received at all time and offering insightful recommendations for local attractions. Fernando (Fereydoun) was always available to assist with any requests, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay with the best Ice Lates ;). Constantino from the restaurant made dining a delightful experience, always serving with a smile and a wealth of knowledge about the local cuisine. A special mention to the wonderful Pedra & Constantino, whose kindness and hard work made my stay even more memorable. Their collective efforts created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Room & Amenities: The room was an absolute haven of comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the Santorini landscape.

Nous Santorini was so great! The facilities, staff and the buffet breakfast was incredible. The food was a bit more on the pricey side but the pool menu was wonderful. Messaria the area was a little lacking but there is a good bus service that was €2 to Fira in 10mins.

This hotel is truly 5 star! We were upgraded on arrival to a suite with a pool which was amazing. Every single member of staff we met went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and polite. We could not fault them. The main pool is fabulous, the breakfast was gorgeous. The pool cocktails went down a treat. Our suite was kept very clean, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Modern, expansive resort centrally located on the island of Santorini. Close to Fira. Very welcoming and attentive staff at the front desk, the pool restaurant and the spa. Resort has its own transportation service.

beautiful property. wonderful staff. good amenities. the room i stayed in was pretty but there were a lot of small ants. daily housecleaning. breakfast was good, other food options were fair. the spa’s scenery was very relaxing. overall my stay was good.

Serene Santorini

Beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Fira, but only 10 minutes by car. Elios restaurant was very pretty and the food was delicious. Lots of choice for breakfast, sitting by the amazing infinity pool. A lovely peaceful break and a great place to explore from. The use of WhatsApp to make reservations and ask for suggestions, is a useful addition and the front desk are very quick to respond. Thank you.

We stayed in a pool villa and it was excellent. The food is delicious and the resort is clean and peaceful. A great holiday!

They made our stay

We booked a weekend stay at Nous quite last minute and thought that the location and look was very nice. We arrived after a short drive of around 10 minutes from the airport and were welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink and found we had been upgraded to a suite!! The hotel had a great ambience and nice view, and was very relaxing We had some issues, and they were extremely kind, generous and helpful! They went above and beyond to fix the problem, and really made our stay so much more enjoyable! The location was also great close to fira and around the corner from the bus stop We'd highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Staff were amazing all around. Breakfast buffet was perfect, always filled and never missing a thing. The premises are gated and guard on duty at all time, definitely felt safe with young kids. The overall property was astounding. I would definitely recommend for families or couples!

Beautiful property, very attentive staff, gorgeous rooms and decor. Plus conveniently located to access all parts of the island!! Easy 5-10 min drive into Fira as well. Good restaurants located all around!

A very pleasant stay at NOŪS. Check in was swift and pleasant. As a Gold Member of Expedia, requested an upgrade and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, spacious room with a private pool. New built hotel. Easy access to nearby restaurants and interesting sites to visit. Polite and ready to assist staff. Good breakfast. Will visit again.

It was a beautiful property from the grounds to the pool to our hotel suite with a pool it was all perfection. Staff was amazing, the food was amazing and we loved the kitties that are part of this property. The kids in our family truly enjoyed playing with the cats and just hanging out at the pool.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a fabulous experience. The included breakfast is what I would expect in the highest end 5 star restaurants or hotels. During check in our hosts offered us a few experience packages and I would absolutely recommend the island catamaran cruise! It was very easy and communication was wonderful at all times. The hotel was able to book anything we wanted, and they communicated through Whatsapp and were very helpful with accommodating a late check out as we had a later flight. The hotel is very centrally located and walkable to local restaurants (we walked to Mike’s Grillhouse almost daily for drinks and food), convenience stores and super markets are also very walkable. I would certainly recommend renting an ATV from a nearby distributor so you can commute around the island quickly and visit different parts of the island at very little expense. I would recommend this stay to anyone - staff is very helpful providing anything you need. Food and drinks can be provided while lounging poolside at the infinity pool. The hotel gym, restaurant and pool were absolutely fantastic.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Spacious and airy on an otherwise busy island. Serene and beautiful with incredible service, stunning pool, fitness and spa facilities. Highly recommended!

Property is too far from the areas where the activities took place. Commuting took time and was a bit expensive due to price gouging and limited competition.

The Nous was perfect for our Santorini vacation. The room (Jr. Suite with pool) was large, very modern and an excellent value. Moreover, the staff is exceptional. The concierge arranged all our transportation efficiently and provided excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. This was a 5 star experience across the board.

The overall stay at Nous Santorini was outstanding . Staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

The property itself is nice, but as a tourist I will not return. Inconvenient location with no shops within walking distance. Taxi (5 mins drive) starts from €20 one way and hotel tries to charge you even more like €40 from the nearby Airport! There are some good staff but concierge is generally mean. When we arrived, Hotel was almost empty but Santos put us in a room facing the construction site next to Hotel. When we wanted to book a cruise of our choice, concierge put us in their ‘favourite’! We ended up in a 2 hr pick up ride and 3 hour cruise instead of the 5 hr cruise booked. During stay, we tipped the drivers, the restaurant, housekeeping etc. Upon departure, Marie from concierge says there will be ‘breakfast boxes’ for our early departure, and then she asked for us to tip the team. I declined due to my poor experiences and the next morning there were no breakfast boxes for us! I will certainly not return !!

The service staff were exceptional! From arrival to departure they really made us feel taken care of. Top notch quality overall.

Before I go in to detail about how beautiful the hotel is, I want to start by mentioning how incredibly attentive the staff were during our stay, everyone was incredibly thoughtful and friendly, really made the stay so pleasurable. Special thanks to Philomena who was serving us every morning, always with a smile on her face, and the client manager who paid such close attention to every detail, always attentive and reassuring, showing a genuine enthusiasm for our excitement towards the island. The hotel itself is stunning! Really impressed with the architecture, beautiful pool and other fantastic on sight facilities. The location of the hotel is perfectly positioned in the centre of Santorini, so it’s easy to get from one side to other of the island. Really fantastic experience, we stayed for 5 nights, every morning waking up in Noūs was spectacular. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Really lovely, new, contemporary hotel situated in the middle of Santorini and within 20 minutes taxi ride of all the main towns. It’s early days and there were a few service issues but overall I’m sure it’ll be a great addition to the island.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits au NOŪS. En couple. L’hôtel est très propre et l’architecture est superbe. Un gym pratique, avec accès sauna et bain vapeur à volonté nous ont conquis. Les suites avec piscine privées sont très agréables. Cependant le personnel est peu formé pour un hôtel 5*. Le service est lent, et peu personnalisé comparé à ce que l’on peut s’attendre d’un hôtel dans ce genre. Il n’y avait pas grand monde à l’hôtel, ce qui est bien pour la tranquillité en journée mais le soir venu, aucune ambiance à la piscine principale ou ailleurs dans le complexe. C’est très limité. C’est carrément un hôtel pour aller se reposer.

Bemötande och servicen från personalen var den bästa vi har varit med om! Fantastisk och genuint team! Läget och hotellet var fantastiskt, en stor pool med fin utsikt. Rent och stort rum med vacker inredning. Vi rekommenderar varmt hotellet. Åker vi tillbaka till Santorini, då kommer vi tillbaka hit. Ett härligt och genuint team.

Hébergement situé au centre de l'ile ce sui permet de bien la visiter. Le village de messaria, peu touristique, permet de rencontrer les iliens ce sui n'est vraiment pas le cas à Oia ou Fira... Un seul reproche les petits dejeuner,le restaurant et les boissons sont hirs de prix ?

Great hotel!

Great visit, beautiful hotel - both the rooms and the hotel area. Really serviceminded staff that takes care of every wory you might have immediately. The food were also of high quality.
