The staff and hotel were fantastic!
I liked the historical perspective of the building but street noise was annoying
Gorgeous! The junior suite was spacious and the bath tub was lovely. We had a great stay and enjoyed the included breakfast.
The ladies at the reception desk gave us great restaurant recommendations and were very helpful. Loved the heated marble floors in the bathroom. Great shower.
Location Breakfast was easy Great staff very helpful
Good location pleasant staff
Wonderful hotel in a great location
Everything was great from beginning to end
Excellent hotel
Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Breakfast buffet delicious and so was dinner. Central location.
The hotel has everything to be unforgettable (starting with the scrambled eggs) but lack of personnel makes the clean up of the rooms slow.
Great location
Excellent hotel- friendly staff, beautiful rooms and amenities, awesome location
Central to Copenhagen. Tivoli Gardens, little mermaid and museums etc within walking distance. Hotel drinks and food expensive, however food was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Copenhagen.
Lovely stay. First time in Copenhagen and was centrally located so we could walk easily. The main train station was also close if we needed to venture further out. Our room faces Tivoli gardens so we had a nice treat with a view of the opening night fireworks. I would stay again
Amazing hotel in a great location ! Love the design , attention to details and the friendly staff
Beautiful
Great hotel: design, location, rooms, bar, and breakfast all highly recommended!
Wonderful stay
Excellent staff Very good location Good Resturant
Exceptional! Modern! Sophisticated! Classy! Chic! Visually stunning!
Excellent location
Luxury hotel in great location.
No is a listed building in a great location for all the main sites such as Tivoli and Nyhavn which are both short walks. Very Skandi in style which friendly, helpful service throughout.
The Nobis is a solid choice for Copenhagen. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was always courteous, professional, and helpful with questions, reservations and taxis.
Rooms on the ground floor, street level. Worst of all, heating is managed at the front desk, complained every day that the heat in the room was unbearable, headache every night because of the heat, needless to say it’s beyond unhealthy to sleep in that heat. they offered a fan, AC system doesn’t work, wanted the windows open but because you’re at street level the noise is awful and people look into the rooms, they will respond, no one looks inside; have a look at the pictures, ground floor rooms can be looked into. Curtains had to be closed for full privacy. Bathrooms, made for one person, doesn’t fit two people. Reception at check in, very friendly, the guy at the door both nights, went beyond all to try and help us, ladies at the reception, arrogant; Response, hotels in Copenhagen all have this system i regards to heat and AC, fact is, I stayed in many hotels in Copenhagen and this never happened. 1k for two nights DEF not worth it, DEF not a 5 star hotel. Compensation, two bottles of water and nuts from the minibar. Restaurant was fantastic, service and food was amazing and we loved it, both dinner and the breakfast both mornings were lovely Location is good but won’t come back here
the hotel is rated as 5 star, it is far from it. it is more a 3+, front desk staff were not very friendly or accommodating during check-in
Great hotel
A beautifully designed hotel in a great location! Everybody was friendly, particularly the cleaning and check-in teams (the cleaning teams were so accommodating and very courteous about when they could get in to clean etc). Breakfast was okay, but not great for vegans — the first day the waitress seemed embarrassed not have vegan alternatives, and made a real effort and arranged for alternatives the next day, but after that they quickly ran out through the week and the other staff made no effort to replenish it and just told me “we’ve ran out of… [each alternative]” each day, which I wouldn’t expect from a 5* hotel, having warned them I was vegan ahead of my visit — in 2022, veganism isn’t uncommon and many other places are providing hot food alternatives also. The spa also had some plumbing issues which meant the plunge pool made very loud slurping drain noises constantly which wasn’t very relaxing. Other than this it was a perfectly pleasant stay in a beautifully decorated hotel.
Thank you!
The property is next to amusement park. There were fireworks at 11:45PM for 15 minutes. Followed by street yelling and police sirens.
Property was beautiful and right next to museums and Tivoli Gardens!
Wonderful staff and a great renovation of a beautiful old building!
We arrived 1/2 day late due to tight flight connection. We booked for 5 nights, and only stayed 4 nights. Hotel had issues with hot water and water pressure, and said they would look into, but never did. Staff a bit nasty and snobish, but maybe that's the "Danes". At front desk we asked about the nearby boat ride, and after checking said that booked up till June, while we went to the boats and had a 5 minute wait to get on. Hotel well decorated but not well maintained like one would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Great location with everything in central Copenhagen in walking distance. Cool building maintains its original structure but has upgraded/modern interiors. Really nice breakfast buffet (lots of healthy options) and an added bonus that they don't charge extra for baby beds/cribs.
Excellent in every aspect
Great location. Friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms in pure Scandinavian fashion
The hotel was very pretty and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. My only negative comment was that the room was VERY small. The included breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was convenient to town center. I really enjoyed this hotel.
Amazing breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms.
Blissful experience
We stayed at Nobis in Stockholm once and knew to expect a lovely hotel. The experience in Copenhagen was perfect, the staff ensured our stay was relaxing, Dora at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in her multiple roles as was Mathias at the bar and restaurant. I strongly recommend the hotel and restaurant especially given it's convenient location to the main train station.
The property is centrally located and has very nice accommodations. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly - good amenities, bikes, bar, restaurant, breakfast, etc. Across the street from the Glyptotek and walking distance to many attractions - great spot - highly recommend Nobis Hotel.
Perfect but no byredo products in the room. Also the room standard did not meet the high price. But overall a beautiful hotel
Good looking hotel and very friendly staff. No bar atmosphere and not all the spa facilities were working.
Beautiful building , ideal location Friendly staff and relaxing stay
Very well located nice hotel within walking distance of Tivoli and the old section. Very friendly staff and metered inexpensive parking around the corner. Modern and clean. Only negative were very small rooms. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the high ceilings and wall of Windows made it feel larger. Our friends in the 3rd floor in Room 314 were in a garret - a single small window and low ceilings making the room seem tiny and less nice.
The little extra was supposed to be the SPA but it was not fully functional, a little disappointing
Absolutely gross. Stay anywhere else
They had gross stains on the leather and on the walls. They have a staircase to get into the building but no bellman working to help with luggage up the stairs! This place was gross and a scam. The photos you see on their website are years old!!! Looks like they cut the staff some days. Only person working was someone who said it was their first day. No concierge. No fun at all.
Brilliant location and food. Reception staff not often available via phone or at the desk but otherwise great hotel and would recommend
Excellent staff, good location, comfortable atmosphere.
The staff was amazing
Nice hotel, not a great room
Room was directly above the front door of the hotel. Door to the room was in the stairwell.
prime location , prime service
it was wonderful. Very friendly staff. Only thing, maybe make a tag so don't change towels everyday. It is not eco-friendly at all.
Superb choice
Amazing hotel. Very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast selections were delicious. Views of Tivoli and City Hall from the window.
The front desk staff were very helpful! Location is close to everything. Breakfast is very expensive.
very new in old in restorative setting great location friendly staff
No parking service on arrival .. which was outlined / rather small room Great breakfast and Ok stay
Very stylish, nice decor need to add 24 more characters
Very 'Nordic' in its theme. Central - great rooms. A bit minimalist in some ways
Subtle beauty in Copenhagen
Amazing, tasteful hotel. One of the most elegant rooms i´ve ever stayed in. Perfect location right next to tivoli, in walking distance to everything. Really helpful and professional staff. Will return again and again.
Exceptional!
Lovely hotel - exceptional service and accommodations, great central location within walking distance to restaurants and sight seeing.
Amazing staff, helpful, happy and very approachable
Unique hotel decor; staff really helpful. Given early and late complimentary check in/out
Beautiful hotel, perfect location, incredible service and hospitality.
Great place, wonderful decor. Was a little bit surprised to be put in a disabled room as it was a romantic break I was on. Also surprised that there were no facilities for making tea, just coffee, which I don’t drink...
Wouldn’t recommend
I don’t understand the good reviews, or agree that this is a five star establishment. Hot water is intermittent, noise is an issue (if someone flushes a toilet in the rooms surrounding yours, you’ll know), and the location is awful. It’s in the midst of a very touristy area, so it’s extremely loud at all hours (sirens, people hollering, etc). There are much nicer areas of Copenhagen to stay. The room was the size of a cracker box, and the bathroom is about two feet away from the bed (seriously). In addition to this, we had a bad service experience the day we left. All in all our stay was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Tak Nobis!
If I could leave 10 stars I would. From check in to check out, my 9 days in the good hands of the Nobis staff were warm and well attended. Eager and friendly staff, delicious and hearty breakfast, central location, upscale amenities. If you’re looking for glitz, this is not the place but if you want a true Danish experience in minimalist style and form, do yourself a favor and visit the Nobis team.
Lovely hotel and staff. Strongly recommend
Boutique
Small, Hygge, and quiet despite the major thoroughfare nearby. we enjoyed the architecture, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms are small, but well thought out and the duvet/pillows first rate. I'd return without any hesitation.
A gem of a hotel
The staff was exemplary and very helpful. We really likes the look and feel of the hotel. The location was also great and was near museums, bars and restaurants.
Horrible experience!
I was overcharged and placed in a dirty worn down room on the bottom floor facing a big a heavily trafficked street resulting in a noise level never lower than 65dB. As well as you had no privacy since everybody saw everything. So closed curtains all the time. Not to mention that the rooms to chose from were either in the actual reception area (not kidding as you see from some of the other reviews) or in the stairway/entrance all on street level. I asked to change the room since it is almost ridiculous to pay €400 for this. But was told it was to only free room available. Next open room is the Penthouse, and I will have to add and whopping €1500 extra on top. As if this was not bad enough the manager then tried to put the blame on me for not emailing and letting them know I wanted a quiet room but that they were happy to add it to my profile for next time. This is for sure, the last time I stay in any of the Nobis hotels and we just cancelled all the other bookings.
Old Architecture, comfortable bed and modern furnishings
We were very disappointed with the poor service and how spartan the room was. No turn down service at night, no water service in the room, we had to ask for additional toiletries a few times, etc. The hotel apologized during our stay but told us upon checking out that the Expedia rate did not include turn down service at night! Considering the rate and rating of this Hotel, we were very disappointed.
Great location, comfortable bed and room, helpful staff
Location, décor, staff, and sauna were all excellent.
Wonderful location. Excellent staff. Large rooms. Great breakfasts.
Good location , close to most of tbe attractions and bicycle rentbfrom the jotel is very good.
THE most important thing in a Bussines it’s his people... Noboa Copenhagen staff it’s the best!!!!
Terrible experience. The hotel reception argued with me upon arrival and forced me to change from one room to another mid stay, staying in the same class of room. It was just a clerical issue in their system that forced me to move alongside a terrible front desk person.
Service and staff attitude were excellent. Location well positioned to walk to most points of interest. Rooms small, but typical for Europe. Immaculate and comfortable. We did not care for the food. Very limited options. They need to expand the menu.
No air conditioning Room make up was not done until 16:00 Only after my insistence
Inexperienced staff totally ruined the check in process. Tried to make me switch from one suite to another suite mid stay. Eventually, the hotel apologized.
Very well located and wonderfully nice young staff But nowhere near a 5 star hotel. "Junior Suite" is a small room with a itty bitty closet. Our windows were rectangles next to the ceiling, so you could not see out. No doorman. No concierge, so you need to wait until a receptionist is free, and they know little. We walked in the rain to a recommended restaurant that was closed for the summer. One slow elevator for entire hotel.
a beautiful hotel, housed in copenhagen's former music conservatory, lovely staff there and our room was dreamy and quiet. thank you so much, nobis!
The whole ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. The reception staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was very good, if small. The restaurant served a very good breakfast, and dining in the evening was excellent.
This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location but at over £1941 for three nights including breakfast is outrageous for Copenhagen.
Fab hotel! Will come back when we’re next in Copenhagen
Expected better
On check in I asked for a quiet room away from traffic and lift. We were given room on the first floor, on busiest road, opposite the lift and near the staircase down to busy and noisy reception. My concern was ignored by receptionist who was not prepared to give my requests any consideration! The room and bathroom were small but nicely appointed and overall the noise did not spoil our stay, although the traffic is loud. However the reception attitude continued in a negative fashion pointing out at every opportunity that our room rate did not cover anything but the room. Not even the bike hire even though there was a rack of them. In complete contrast the bar manager Maz was great. Welcoming and very knowledgeable.
Beautiful old property, renovated to a modern hotel.
Very clean; helpful staff; literally across the street from a museum & 2 blocks from Tivoli; immediate area has many touristy attractions
The hotel is in an excellent and very central part of town. The rooms are very clean and new and done to high standards. The staff was extremely nice! They gave us tips for everything to do while we were there. When we got to the hotel, the airline had misplaced our luggage so we didn’t have any clothes. The lovely ladies at the front got us brand new Underwear! Socks! Toothbrushes! Everything we would need until our bags arrived the next day! They really went over and beyond and they should be commended. Thank you very much for a lovely stay in a wonderful hotel in a wonderful city.
Staff were pleasant, well trained and attentive but apart from that, could find no explanation of this hotel's star rating and was very disappointed. Not the facilities in terms of public rooms, leisure facilities, tv and radio channels I would expect of a hotel with this star rating. The "superior" bedroom was extremely small - the first room had a sliding door to the bathroom - insufficient space for a normal door to open - and it was necessary to squeeze around the bed. The second room was slightly larger but still very small and I have had much larger budget hotel rooms.. No tea or coffee making facilities in room and a tray charge of 50 kr. Disappointed and will not book again
Very nice rooms and a friendly and attentive staff. My room was on the first floor and I did not hear any traffic noise. Heated shower floor and towel rack were a nice touch.
Very quiet hotel centrally located. Excellent restaurant.
Cool décor and excellent restaurant.
Beautiful hotel in historic building with great mix of modern and classic Danish style.
Great stay in CPH
Beautiful hotel at a great location.
It was perfect!
Fantastic Copenhagen Hotel
After a long flight from Miami, with a lengthy stopover in Lisbon, getting to and staying at this hotel was amazing. The hotel has all sorts of Scandinavian charm with every possible modern amenity.
Don't get your hopes up...
Upon arrival, I can't lie, I was very disappointed. However, the staff were very attentive and did what they could to accommodate me. (Which is why their rating was lifted to a 3 instead of a 2) Initially, I had picked this hotel because it is in a beautiful old building and was featured in internet articles spotlighting it's Danish modern design aesthetic... I have a weakness for old buildings... Well... This design was lacking. I felt the room was cold and uninviting. Isn't there a way to achieve design and warmth? The room was too bare... I understand minimalism but it must coexist with functionalism... Especially for travellers... There is no kettle/coffee maker because i was told it didn't fit the minimalist feeling they wanted... So, why not tuck it away... As a Traveller, when I get in from the cold I want tea and when I wake up I want coffee... I want a room I want to be in... Not a cold tiny empty room I feel sad in... (They can bring you a kettle... But I believe that has caused more problems... Damaging the furniture... As there is no designated spot...) the room I got initially and what I paid for did not add up ... I was suffering from suppressed infuriation at how much I paid for this tiny room.... (However, I was upgraded which eased the fury...) The hotel common areas are gorgeous... Except I don't understand the chatkes in the lobby... The staff is nice and are happy to help. Bottom line... Don't pay an arm and leg to stay here. No extras here.
Hotel in a historical building with amazing staff
Amazing staff, super polite and helpful. I like the fact that the building itself has got a bit of history. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor, I guess it is probably the smallest one in the hotel, but good enough for us as we are usually out during the day. One thing I find very unusual is the lightings of the room are relatively dim (energy saving reason?), which made it hard for me to put makeup on in the morning. I am not very used to very small bathroom, hence I normally take shower in the sauna area in the basement, which is super spacious. Love the sauna facilities, great idea during winter. Love the fact that they supply a basket of fruit outside the sauna room as well. Quality of food at breakfast was fab - a bit pricey for the amount that I ate as I don't actually eat much during breakfast. Location is fantastic, very short walk from the Central station, right next to Tivoli. Overall I would recommend friends to stay there for short trips.
Good location, excellent staff, rooms are reasonable size and well appointed. Lighting a little confusing. General condition of rooms and hotel are very good and restaurant is very good. A nice place to stay.
Beautiful hotel, great location!
Gorgeous hotel with a great central location - close to train station and Tivoli. We absolutely will be back!

Stylish, elegant decor. Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet location but close enough to walk to all major attractions or take train/cab which are easily accessible. Breakfast was included and options of high quality combined with the calm decor was great way to start the day. Dinner was very tasty but Noi restaurant was empty. Wish the gym was bigger. It’s very small and 3 people felt tight. Overall nice non big name option in a good location that is quiet but close to action.
