Amazing lodge and location!
The lodge was amazing and so beautiful! We loved seeing the Christmas decorations still up. The beds are comfortable and the robes are so cozy!
Clean and quite
Really enjoyed it
Best place to stay in Creekside
Amazing property
Always enjoy our stay at the property
The staff were extra friendly, both over the phone when I asked about transportation options, and in person. including the shuttle driver, the front desk staff, the servers. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
Amazing spot. Just outside the town. Feels like the middle of nowhere but close to town.
We had a very lovely stay here. The massage was top knotch and dinner was delicious! Will definitely be back!!
very kind
Nice place for getaway yet still very close to whistler. Tranquil and beautiful.
Great hotel
A nice weekend getaway
The hotel service is really great! They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff on duty. Courtesy château drivers are very helpful and friendly too. The only thing I would suggest is make sure the bath tub is well cleaned before next guest check in. I found some hair on hot tub. Other than that, everything is fine. Nita Lake Lodge is great place to stay.
Nita Lake Lodge is the most idyllic and beautiful mountain chalet imaginable surrounded by cedars, a lake and mountains. The room waa the best, most relaxing room I have has the pleasure of staying in with the fireplace, wood accents, giant soaker tub, fluffy robe, high quality bath and shower products, the tasteful whitr Christmas lights in front and back of the wooden chalet, seconds from walking trails in the forest. Away from the Disneyesque nature of Whistler centre. This place is amazing.
Recommend
Very nice vibes
Honestly we went up for one night for my birthday although the service and the lodge was amazing , the hot tub gets were not working and was looking so forward to relaxing in the hot tub and their lounge was shut down for the evening leaving us to go back out of the lodge to get beverages and snacks . This should have been informed to us at booking or at arrival . Not happy
Amazing Lodge on shore of Nita Lake. All amenities here. Shuttle to Whistler Village. Their in house restaurant was not good at all, end of summer staffing issues from what we saw.
Good
It was very nice canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes are included in stay
This is an amazing property! The location was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking, an the staff was courteous, professional, and refreshingly positive and helpful. Would give more stars if able.... The desserts were amazing at the cafe as well...
Nita lake lodge stay was very nice. Staff at breakfast service were amazing! Very kind. As well as all the shuttle drivers. Very informative and helpful. Very easy to get to and back from the village. No stress on wait times. Room was great. Very quiet. Perfect for baby. Family vacation was well enjoyed! Highly recommend Nita Lake Lodge Chef at breakfast was outstanding. Got the classic breakfast both times. Cleaning staff were extremely friendly. Great interactions with staff on stay. Made us feel extremely welcomed.
Shuttle into Whistler Village and beautiful lake view from our room.
love the property however the experiences in the lounge left alot to be desired, the service is not very good at all, seems like there is no leadership, food was average - not sure what the restaurant is like but since my last stay the quality has gone down sadly
10th stay and just as great as always! It’s like our home away from home.
Fabulous in every way! Nita Lake Lodge & Spa is stunning in its beauty as well as in a convenient location. All the restaurants on the premises offer delicious food with a wonderfully friendly wait staff. The Lodge offers bikes, kayaks and canoes as well as a convenient shuttle service to Whistler Village. I will definitely be back!
We really like Nita Lake Lodge and wished we could spend more time there in the future trips.
Beautiful property with beautiful views of the lake. This visit was a little different as they were preparing for filming for a Netflix film so things were not quite their norm.
Surrounded by water and trails. Liked that. For the price we’ve stayed at far superior properties though.
Exquisite lodging and great food
We had an awesome stay at Nita Lake Lodge!
.
Lovely hotel set within beautiful surroundings.
Wonderful location
Lakeside dining was lovely
Location is good if you’re looking to stay in Creekside. Common areas of the property are in need of better housekeeping. Halls are outdated and dimly lit. Numbers missing on many of the doors to the suites. Grounds are overgrown tree branches growing wild to side of building and signage. Restaurant is dog friendly but had to remove glass chards on ground so my dog didn’t digest. Overall was disappointed for a place that boasts excellence in Whistler.
The location is not as idyllic as the pictures would have you believe. Residential homes border the property and noise from them echoes across Nita Lake and onto guest balconies, from 7AM delivery trucks to motorbikes revving down the street & heavy construction work. The rooms were spacious but in need of TLC. Balcony railings were peeling badly, resulting in paint flakes stuck to arms and clothing. Bathroom floor was stone and had several large stains around the toilet. Old refrigerator went haywire at one point almost freezing my insulin. There were random wires exposed on a shelf in the living room. We had dinner from the Cure Lounge & Patio on 5 occasions and experienced issues with EVERY meal: serving meat to a vegetarian, a badly undercooked beef burger, missing dish items, double tipping, taking completely the wrong order, or a ridiculously rude server. The Fix Café was amazing – great coffee and broad range of food and drink options. My wife and daughter tell me the Spa was divine – experienced, communicative and professional clinicians. The complimentary shuttle service into Whistler was good and both drivers we encountered were friendly & helpful. Despite being courteous and helpful, reception staff never asked if we had a good or enjoyable stay. We had carefully chosen Nita Lake Lodge for our once in a lifetime family adventure based on their impressive depiction. Considering the room rates at the hotel, we feel let down and expected a better experience.
Gorgeous! Great Lake for hiking, biking, paddle boarding Stunning views
Outstanding location, hotel, everything!
Quiet, private and safe lodge
Amazing property away from the crowds in the Whistler Village. Nested in a quiet setting in front of the lake, enjoyed walking on many trails. Only 10 min drive to the village. We'd like to come back !
Great
I doesn't get much better.
We were pleasantly surprised on the size and quality of the rooms. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. It made some really great coffee. The bathtub was oversized and welcome as I am 6'5" with a funky back issue. The tub was just what the Doctor ordered after a day of bike riding and or exploring. The rooms were cleaned daily, with a very attentive staff. As soon as we left the room, the cleaning staff immediately descended on the on the room and has it cleaned before we finished breakfast. Bike rentals were complimentary, as were canoes and stand up boards. Breakfast was excellent ans the views while eating were outstanding. Overall, we had an excellent experience here.
We loved our stay at the Nita Lake Lodge! The location was amazing right on the lake - we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking as well as biking the great trails, including up to Whistler Village (all free/included in our rate). Also appreciated the free shuttle driver who handled so many people and pickups/dropoffs to the central village - busy time during Crankworks. One bedroom suite was a nice set up for our family. Only downsides were that the noise from hallways was loud, and the room with the sofa bed got really bright early in the morning and we had to MacGyver a solution. Also Wish this property had a 2 queen/double bed option. Food was great at breakfast and at the lovely cafe overlooking the lake. Was cool seeing signs that a Netflix show is being filmed there. Would stay again at Creekside!
Was great experience with lake view and really friendly staff ❤️
Such a nice, comfortable, peaceful hotel that’s close to everything. The complimentary bikes and shuttle are the icing on the cake
The accommodation are absolutely stunning. The views are awesome the food was delicious!
Overall it was good but reception service were slooow and not really attentive. Don’t order room service between 0800-0900 because they don’t know when it opens. Still not sure when it opens…
Lets snooze
Quick location near the hghway and located on a lake.Underground parking for a fee. Shuttle service to the village.valley trail bike path at doorstep.
Beautiful water front property with secure underground parking. Lovely room including fireplace and terrace. Good dining facilities. Lake is beautiful to walk around, but dont swim in it as there are parasites that cause a rash. In fairness to the hotel there are signs warning about this and obviously not in their control
Nita Lake Lodge is always a favourite of ours to stay. It’s quiet and the views are stunning! It has everything you need on the premise or very close by such as coffee, snacks, dining, a gym , liquor store close by, a pool and hot tub, and a fantastic spa!! The lake is beautiful and there are tons of trails to walk or bike. It is the perfect couples or family getaway spot if you don’t want to be right in the village.
Wonderful room, warm and kind staff, great food, enjoyed the sauna and plunge pool. Would absolutely return.
Amazing
very nice
Unfortunately, I tripped on their step on their patio, broke my nose & got a concussion. That has coloured my rating. The staff were very kind, the place was lovely & we hope to return next year. I have reviewed their facilities on their website, complete with my comments about the step, and they've written back saying that they will see what can be done about it. So, overall, it was a good holiday, just different than what we expected. The local health care center is excellent!
I loved our stay. The staff were friendly, the location was amazing and not too close from the Village. The sport amenities were a wonderful addition.
Beautiful Lodge
Nice lodge. Very clean & comfortable. Hotel staff was great. Two restaurants on site.
The room and views were beautiful
Good area, dirty
11/10
Such a stunning location and fantastic service. I never wanted to leave nita lodge. The spa is fantastic, rooftop hot tubs in the trees and I had the Kundalini massage with Grace which was the best massage I’ve ever had. The Fix cafe does great light bites, toasties, cakes (blueberry scone is delicious) and great coffee. I loved getting a coffee first thing and sitting on the jetty. The food in the cure bar is great too, perfect setting for a glass of wine. There’s a sauna, pool and hot tub to use too which I loved, and the free bike hire, kayak hire and paddle boarding was such a great perk. I cycled along to whistler village every day and went to green lake and lost lake park too. I’ve had the privilege of staying in some fantastic hotels and nita lake lodge is in my top 3. I really loved it and can’t wait to come back next year.
It was very good
We were greeted with delicious local chocolates for our anniversary! The soaking tub with Mountain and Lake views was perfect after an adventurous day. We also enjoyed the outside fireplace at the restaurant.
Beautiful location.
Great location! Great service!
Amazing service! The front desk staff were very friendly, approachable and super helpful. We loved the location, it was very quiet and relaxing. Plus the fact that you can rent bikes, boats and SUPs is fantastic! Perfect for a weekend getaway.
The place is actually nice and clean. But it was a real disappointment to find out that we have to pay for parking ( 25 cad per night) I’ve never paid for the parking in the hotel before, so it felt a bit cheap.
Beautiful place to stay! Loved all the room and will for sure be back!
Parking was a little much but other than that so amazing. Proposal trip went flawlessly would definitely recommend
Highly recommend, accommodation and location.
A beautiful lodge and peaceful location. We have really enjoyed our previous trips to the lounge and patio and the overnight stay did no disappoint. I would highly recommend the Nita Lake Lodge for a stay in Whistler. Summer or winter this is our preferred stay, away from the chaos of the village. Hopefully we'll be back soon.
Amazing for dogs and kids!!!!! Large and comfortable rooms. Loved the separate bath and shower ! Can’t wait to return.
We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, first stay was outstanding, absolutely incredible! Second stay was a little dissappinting - didn’t get the room we thought we’d booked, reception staff not as friendly, features in the room not working.
An excellent family-friendly retreat offering tranquility and privacy.
Beautiful room
Room was beautiful- fantastic view of lake. Bar is rather soulless though - too big, dark and echoey ( go to the bar next door!) We didn’t eat in except a croissant and coffe in the cafe in the morning
Outstanding!!
Nice and calm and great facilities
Lakeside setting
Spectacular property. The views, amenities and restaurants were fantastic. The best part was the amazing staff!
Too noisey
Too noisy. People parting and drunk.
If your idea is to relax and spend a few pleasant days alone or with your family. This is the perfect place.
Lovely place. Really glad for the rest and ease at a place like this.
Amazing
Beautiful location with cozy rooms. Very pretty nature walk around lake Nita with breathtaking views.
.
We like the hotel room and staff. location is great
We had a wonderful stay at Nita Lake Lodge. Clean, spacious room. Good food options onsite. It’s a nice walk to the main part of Whistler. We will definitely return.
Always lovely to stay here ! The staff left us a beautiful welcome back note in the room which was very heart warming! Great time at the spa! Lovely spa product selection available for purchase. Very much enjoyed our dinner at The Den, cozy cocktail vibe where we enjoyed fabulous butternut squash gnocchi and wild mushroom risotto.
Perfect stay in a beautiful lodge! Will go back.
Easy access to walk to three lakes around. Great location and beautiful lake!
This a great property, but it is showing a tiny bit of age here and there. And the hotel food options are also feeling a bit dated. Could use a bit more maintenance and TLC to remain the gem it clearly was when it opened. Love the addition of the sauna—but would love to see dogs disallowed from the pool areas. The rooms are well designed and beautiful, but small issues need addressing like broken lamps etc. Not terrible, but why not fix things?
The Hotel is nice. The room is spacious. The fireplace and view are great. Clean. Bed is comfortable and it is quiet. The location is wonderful. Close enough to Whistler village and yet far enough away. There is a spectacular trail next to the hotel and restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shop has tasty food and delicious coffee. Our only complaint is the service. Service by some has been wonderful but borderline rude by others.
The rooms are great with high ceilings, comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The Lounge and Dining room served delicious food/drinks and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also visited the spa which was a fantastic experience.
Spectacular place to stay.
Beautiful property and room. Only downside was the small hot tub that was always full and the noisy people in the adjoining room. Not great soundproofing.
Excellent weekend stay within a 10 minute walk from Creekside Gondola. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with a nice view of the lake. A great choice outside of the village.
Gorgeous Great staff Hot tub and sauna both broken :( Other than that - amazing
The property is located at Creekside with easy access to the gondola. They have a shuttle bus that can drop you at the hill or village and runs every 30min. They provide free ski lockers close to the ski hill so that you can leave your skies there and walk over in winter boots. The hotel is very quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. I have stayed here before and will again.
Quick and easy check in. I have stayed here before and enjoy the location that is away from the main village. Easy access to the Creek Side lift up Whistler. Nice walking trails start just outside the hotel.
Rooms were very nice. Only negative is it is a pet friendly hotel, and when the dog owners left early in the morning, they left their dog in the room and the dog howled until we ended up leaving later that morning
Can’t fault it here
Such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Walking distance to the local village with all necessary amenities. Lovely rooms with everything you need, including a sofa and a fire place for ultimate comfort. Free hot tub overlooking the lake. Excellent food in The Den restaurant.
Extremely little communication, then after asking for a late check out they gave me noon which was fine but at 11, 1120 and 1140 they kept knocking on our door asking if we were checking out. We were trying to get work done and it just showed a complete lack of communication amongst their team. Then they tell us the best way to communicate with them is via text and after sending them 2 different texts for information there was no reply the entire trip. It was disappointing as we were trying it out from our regular hotels.
Lakefront!
4th floor rooms have great lakefront views and double height lofted ceilings.
One the best hotels in all of Canada. A must for executive travel.
Not great service at the restaurants
We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel in Canada. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and a delightful bonus was the French skincare line provided in the bathroom. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel features two on-site restaurants with delicious food and a café perfect for those in a hurry. Our room had an incredible view overlooking a snowy, frozen lake – truly breathtaking! It was such a treat to be able to take peaceful walks around the lake. The location is fantastic as well – just a 10-minute drive to a vibrant town center with plenty of options for enjoying winter activities for the whole family. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable winter getaway!
