We were assigned to the old building which not sure if we were alerted at the time of the booking. With the comparison to the new building, property is definitely worn out a bit. The check in was fast, but the courtesy of the staff, was not as good as other hotels we were staying during this trip.

I understand that amenities can be self-serviced but a tea bag or two in the room or close to the elevator would be nice.

I've stayed at this Inn several times while on business in the Kokura area. Very convenient location either by train or car. Clean, quiet, conveniently located in the dining and entertainment area.

I stay in Kokura at least twice a month while on business travel. Nishitetsu Inn has become my favorite hotel to reserve a room at. Quick and easy check in, very clean and modern facilities, extremely covenient location.

I've sfayed at this Inn several times while on business trips Kokura and the general Kitakyushu area. Excellent service and extremely clean and comfortable facilities.

Outstanding property and my first choice always when staying in Kokura. Very friendly and patient staff, excellent rooms, always clean and well maintained. Great price if booked early, for such a convenient and city centered location.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I travel for business on the weekends from Hiroshima to the Kitakyushu area and have stayed at several hotels in the area over the past year. Nishitetsu Kokura is my favorite. Very clean and modern facilities. Excellent and friendly staff. Well maintained and spotless rooms. Very good restaurant on site with reasonable prices for the centralized location in Kokura City. I hope to make this hotel my regular overnight stop whenever visiting the Kitakyushu area.

Value for money with a beautiful onsen

I liked the hotspring (public bath)of this hotel. Room was small as other business hotel in japan but everything was perfect for a single traveler. This was my second time visiting the hotel.

Great value, love the sauna

Love this hotel. Room is clean and comfortable, and the bath area with infrared sauna is terrific. And breakfast is a great value.

Friendly staff, clean room and a nice hot bath. My experience at Nishitetsu Inn Kokura was beyond perfection. It also serves a great breakfast at just 500 yen! Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

Service was very good Room is small even by Japanese standard. Difficult to adjust room temperature to our satisfaction.

There are free amenities you can get just near the front desk. About 5 minutes walking to Kokura station. The room is more spacious compared to standard Japanese business hotel. And the breakfast was delicious (An Asian perspective, very few western food options though).

Best hotel value ever

This place is great value for money. Good location, room fairly spacious by Japanese business hotel standards, has onsen with far infrared sauna, and delicious breakfast for only $3 if you buy as part of your reservation.

I'm writing this from the perspective of someone who travels for work are a fair bit and primarily stays in budget friendly business hotels. I'm going to rate Nishitetsu fairly high for a BH. Obviously the room was very small but that is just how they all are. Some things that stood out were: 1. Once you check in, you never need to see any hotel staff ever again. Elevator is directly in front of the main entrance so can come and go easily without anyone looking at me. 2. Bed was super hard (again.. standard BH style) but the pillows where actually nice and firm (which I like and is not the norm). Also I didn't need to request a second pillow because it was already there in the closet space. 3. Internet performance was actually good.

They even provide a free smart phone with free international calls!

Not a far nor difficult walk from Kokura Station. The staff were nice. Breakfast was basic but had a good variety, though some of the choices may seem weird (meatballs, fried chicken). There was also a poster in English and Japanese advertising the availability of beer for breakfast (for an additional charge). The bed was comfortable. I didn't use the sento (indoor hot spring) bath, so I can't comment on that. As a foreign resident of Japan (not a tourist), I was pleased that the front desk did not try to get a photocopy of my foreign registration card, unlike the odious APA Hotel, which insists on it, despite the law. Overall, would recommend.

Good service

The room itself was small but was good for me. Some of the drawers in my room were dusty and looks very unclean. I opened one of the drawer and this one had all the electronics and WiFi adapters. They had no identifying tags or anything. In order to watch TV you have to pay, this is suppose to be included with my booking but no. Hotel and staff very were friendly and helpful. Their hotel bath area was good. Breakfast in the morning was good too. In your room, they provide a bath robe, I kind of like it. Toilets and beds were clean and tidy.

The room is clean but the room is a bit small. The hotel is near the JR station and the shopping street of Kokura. You can have your meal and go shopping easily.

ダブルベット部屋を二人で宿泊したが、部屋の広さは狭い。

チェックイン時の女性スタッフのマナーが良かった。朝食も良い。

大浴場がとてもいいです。サウナはそんなに大きくないですが、快適。水風呂もしっかりあります。

スタッフの対応が良く、朝食もスムーズでした。ただ、大浴場の体重計が利用しづらかった。

駅から近く、大浴場があり、チェックインの時に支払いを済ませているので、チェックアウトが楽でした。 また、利用したいです。

職員表示預訂只是一個人房間，但是也可以住2 個人，叫我下次預訂2 人房間。於是我提供預訂紀錄顯示為2 人雙人房間，職員惟有說系統有問題。浴場很細、沒有樽裝水提供。

エアコンの温度調整が出来ないので、暑くて寝苦しかったです。窓を開けて寝ました。

혼여에 최적인 숙소입니다. 대욕장도 있고 역과 가까워서 강추입니다~!

ホテル内の大浴場が嬉しかった。 周辺は飲食店が多数で、とても便利でした。

リピートでステイさせていただきました。 駅からも徒歩の範囲で、周辺にはお食事処も豊富で気に入っております。 サウナ付大浴場でゆっくりできました。 スタッフの方々もテキパキとされており、心地よいサービスを受けました。

２階にある大衆浴場でとても疲れがとれました。

這個地方在小倉JR站約行 15 分鐘, 地點在二大購物區之間, 酒店是清潔舒適, 但地點很多酒吧, 不太會家庭

大浴場サウナ完備がとても嬉しく朝ご飯もとても美味しかったです。

あまり探さずにここを選びましたが、とても良かったです。駐車場ありと書いてあったので、無料かと思いきや、有料。それは書いて欲しいでさね。 もしかしたら、書いているのを見落としていたらすみません。

便利な立地

小倉駅南口から立体歩道を通って5分ぐらいです。 繁華街から離れていて静かです。大浴場は快適でした。

部屋はあんまり綺麗じゃなかったかな

綺麗で大浴場もあり、リラックスできました。

特徴であるお風呂とサウナは気持ち良いです。 新館に泊まりました。エレベーターは2つで結構待つ場合があります。 部屋のベッドはちょうど良い硬さで広くて快適です。3泊しました。2泊後清掃が入り枕が変えられたようですが、ヘアリキッドの匂いがするものに変わり困りました。 洗面所の水の勢いが非常に弱く、また詰まりがちで困りました。トイレもなぜかペーパーが流れない事が複数回あり困りました。改善した方が良いと思います。

ジェットバスが良い

長らく故障？で動いていなかった大浴場のジェットバスが動いており、入浴で疲れが癒されます。

清潔感のあるホテルでした。大浴場いつも気持ちよく利用しています。また泊まります。

２回目の宿泊。前回利用できなかった大浴場も楽しめました。 駐車場の係の男性スタッフがとても親切でした。ミラーがぶつかるかどうか注意深く見てくれて感謝です。ただ立体駐車場のパレットが上昇するスピードが速く驚きました。

快適に過ごせました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズに行えて楽でした。

繁華街からも、駅からも、ちょうど良い距離でにある。朝ごはんの食堂がそこそこ広くてワサワサしない。

大浴場もあり、遅くまで対応して頂けるマッサージもありで最高でした。

먼지가 너무너무 많아요

방 청소를 안해서 먼지가 너무 많아요. 벽에도 먼지가 달라붙어있고 이불시트 위에 잔먼지가 쫙 깔려있어요. 환기좀 시키고 먼지좀 털아주세요.

総合的に小倉では一番かと

駅や繁華街から近く、便利です。大浴場も広く、清潔感があります。観光、ビジネス共に最適だと思います。

駅近く、居酒屋多い。至近にコンビニあり。
