Nice and clean. Friendly staff.

Great people and great service and reasonable price

There is a butcher shop in the first floor and it wakes us up every time they cut meat, also the AC turns off by it self so we have to call reception to start it. Then housekeeping start moving furniture and making noise at 6 in the morning. No parking spots available Elevator needs one of the employees to make it go down to parking floor!

The staff are very helpful and when we could not get back for our booking they cancelled our booking for us and didn’t charge Also we left our luggage there for almost a week and it was very safe

Location s prime, still very busy traffic and noisy area. Didn’t like the room they gave me on back with no view, asked to change and had to pay additional money to get room on the front side.

I have booked this hotel twice in the past year and, I have enjoyed my stay with my family. The suit is very spacious and comfortable.

The property was nice, clean and comfy. However, I could prefer if there was more varieties in breakfast especially the day after day. As the breakfast was the same everyday, with minimal varieties. The staff were kind. All in all stay was good. Thank you!

This was my first time to staying & I really enjoyed staying. I am a Jordanier & I visited my family in Jordan. I stayed there for five days. I & my wife will stay there again. Right in the heart of city surrounded by great neighborhoods. Staff very very humble, polite and helpful. Breakfast great. 5 star treatment in very cheap price. Great people and free valet parking 24 hour super market right there. Safe area

Spacious apartment requiring some upgrading

Service staff is friendly. Located near a mosque and main road, so it can be noisy at times. The two bedroom size is good but the condition is not of tip top condition. Shower room cleanliness is acceptable but not that of the sofa and pantry (including the kettle). Rain was leaking into one of the rooms. In room safe is not useable (no instructions) and not laptop compatible.

The people who are working in the front desk where very helpful and friendly

The staff was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast excellent and very generous. The bathroom looks dated and needs some work, some of the drawers were broken in one of the rooms and we run out of hot water when the 4 of us were showering one after the next. The reservation agent Ammar was very helpful in setting up tours of us, answered many questions and gave me excellent advice. Our tour guide/driver Hassan was wonderful. He gave us great advice, took us to the best shawarma and falafel restaurants in Amman and made sure all our needs were met. He took pride in his work and in his country and wanted to make sure that we had a good time while in Jordan. Overall I recommend this property. The quality for the price is very good and the staff goes out of their way to take care of their customers.

WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION THE GUY AT THE RECEPTION ADVISED THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY RESERVATION BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW / RATING I MADE ON BOOKING.COM SITE. THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. IS THIS ETHICAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. MY RESERVATION WAS NON REFUNDABLE. SURELY IF IT WAS REFUNDABLE I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. MY DIFFICULTY IS THAT I HAD A NUMBER OF NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS.THIS WAS THE LAST ONE. EXPEDIA SHALL TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION WITH THIS HOTEL AS PER EXPEDIA POLICY AND PROCEDURES.

Good location and good service. However, AC was too loud, it was impossible to sleep when it is working.

Affordable, descdent , good for money paid

Its a good hotel for a night of rest. Rooms are good, comfortable though little old in get up. The ceiling height is little low, but OK--- Not stuffy. We travelled as a group and were 5 people in two rooms. For two person rooms are good, if you put another bed its a little crowded, so take a room instead. If you plan to stay a night at Amman and travel forward to petra or other location , it is just ideal. The WI FI was out of order , hope they mend it. Break fast is descent. They serve you mix of western and Jordanian breakfast. The Coffe is great. Staff are descent , English is good. There is a supermarket store , you can buy all your stuff in case you forgot something. You need water bottle, refreshments, snacks or toiletries or fruit or chocolate you can get it.

Great small two star hotel in Amman

Good value for the money

The front desk staff and breakfast were amazing. It’s a great value for the money. Very nice and busy area. But they need to keep up with the maintenance of the rooms. It’s starting to show some age.

Good accommodation and great value for your money

Apartment is clean, spacious and suitable for long/short stays. If you're looking for place to stay in Amman on a cheaper scale, this one is highly recommended! The in-house tour packages are great deal! Be sure to contact Muneer as your tour guide, highly recommended.

Quality service in Jordan

Nishan hotel was what you'd expect for the price. Had to pay bill on check out - make sure you pay in JD as the exchange rate given on their credit card bank is abysmal. Breakfast very good and room pretty comfortable for a 2 star. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pretty good location too. All in all, would stay here again.

A good option in Amman

This was my second stay at Nishan hotel and I would stay there again. It has a nice combination of comfort and value. The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is limited in front of the building but you can park on the street or just around the corner pretty easily if the spots in front are taken. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate with some hot dishes included. There is also an outside terrace to sit in for breakfast, weather permitting. Apart from the grocery store next door, the neighborhood did not offer anything and you need a car (or taxi) to get around as the hotel is not close to anything in particular. Other than that the neighborhood is fine.

Great Hotel and good value for money

I loved the hotel. First night was awesome as we got upgraded to a Junior suite. On our second stay after 24 hours in Petra, we got back to the hotel (on a separate reservation) and the staff was very welcoming. We found the suitcases waiting for us in our new room. Awesome stuff.

Nice hotel with excellent service

Great place with excellent service, staff was very welcoming and helpful, the owner is a very generous and kind person, and he offered us a decent discount when we had to stay longer because of unexpected circumstances. The breakfast was great with full buffet, grocery next door. Definitely I will come back.

good bargain for your money

we chose this hotel because it is situated near some relatives. the rooms are clean and big for a big family. the staff is really helpful . there is a garage for parking your car near the hotel. there are plenty of good restaurants and shops near by, people come from all over Amman to do shopping in that area. it is not a fancy 5 star hotel, but it is a good clean and practical place for a big family to stay.

Spacious rooms

Nice spacious room with separate living room, convenient location. Only negative was noise from cafe adjacent to hotel with loud noise and music till late hours at night. Staff courteous and very helpful.

This a newly built hotel, with a great location that is close to everything, the rooms are large and comfortable, and clean with a nice furniture, the service is very good and the hospitality is excellent. I would use this hotel again and recommend it.

good, clean hotel

Rooms are nice. Slippers, cosmetics ( specially hair condition!) were good. It’s good to have coffee, tea and water in room. Clean an warm room. In toilet was something broken. Breakfast is excellent, good selection of different choices. Staff are kind. We had possibly leave our luggages in hotel while we done trip to wadi rumi. Location is not so good.

Grande camera ma lontano dal centro città

Hotel un po' datato fuori dal centro di Amman, viaggiavo con 2 amici e al check-in ci hanno dato la suite con due camere da letto , molto grande e comoda anche se il bagno denotava segni di invecchiamento. Discreta la colazione a buffet, l'unica nota veramente negativa è che dovrete usare sempre i taxi se vorrete andare in centro città
