It was nice best part was the pool to cool down in.

Great place with wonderful staff. I bit old fashion but still great.

Very nice stay. We supposed to be there only one night and stayed 4. Excellent service, wonderful staff. Great food.

This place is very far from all connectivity and mall or restaurants. Staff is not co-operative and ask money for small things like Tooth brush and comb. You need to fight everyday for drinking water and all necessity things even towel. Every water bottle charged. No value for money.

Layover review

Layover before flight, short convenient stay with friendly staff.

Only thing location is isolated and quite far for dining ( need a vehicle to go mamak shop not walking distance)

Poor check in, staff messing around. Didn’t orientate us, forgot to give us the key. Restaurant was closed to us because there was “a meeting”. Only the terrace for golfers open and until 8 giving us one hour to check in and go and eat. 24 hour room service advertised, no room service offered. Room air conditioning didn’t work. Average stay.

Alot of improvements needed

No restaurant available, no room service. The only food outlet is Golf Terrace which will be closed at 5pm. Leftover drinks in the fridge when we checked in. On my 2nd night at 12am, some new hotel guest was able to open my room door! The frontdesk called my room asking why was I in the room😂! Obviously their hotel room system wasn’t updated when I changed room when I first checked in due to the leftover drinks etc in the room. Totally woke me up from my sleep. Golf course was nice. Played 2 rounds of golf during my stay. In conclusion, I will stay elsewhere and only go there for golf in future.

Good one night stay. Room spacious. Shower strong. Air- Con a bit slow to cool down. Was still not cold enough till midnight. Will be back bcos of the convenience of having the golf course 300 metres away

Nilai Spring Food

It will be more enjoy if they provide dine in restaurant for traveller at the hotel , there is a food court which quite far for elderly to walk which suits to golfer. Nice place also for team building event coz they open buffet breakfast for this type of event (honestly most traveller wants to dine in at the hotel coz they Are too tired to go out -hunt for food

The staff are always nice and helpful. Coming from the US it is a long journey and the hotel is close enough to the airport(42 ringgit)

Requested king bed non smoking room. Arrived at 1930 and wasn't a clean room available so had to wait, when got the room it was a twin smoking room.

Felt like staying in a hospital room and reception staff seemed disinterested and non welcoming. The price of beer at the bar was super expensive. 20 minutes from the airport but nothing to do at the hotel. Felt like a ghost town. Toilet was always blocking and no balcony or open windows, our room smelt of mildew.

I just stay one night.. Nice room n quite big. My kids like a pool..

Deluxe room was very spacious. Pool furniture dated and could do with replacing. Food in golf grill poor. Setting amazing

Uncleaned room

Was allocated a room which was not clean. Previous guest toiletries were still lying in the toilet.

Nice Hotel but food is not good. Hotel room given is hot, take hours to cool the room.

Nice & Cosy

Nov 2018 - Under expectation

We booked for 2nights stayed with my childrens. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staffs. Location quite far from main road. The room is big but the layout and design very oldschool and classic. We had bad experience stay at the same level with the team building candidates. They shouting and talking very laud all the night. I don't know what their problems. Very annoying. This hotel have nice kids pool, gym, aerobic and shop. Free parking lot.

A little dated but relaxing

Great resort for family with golf course and ample activities for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Staff are polite and helpful. I participated a golf tournament of my society at their course during the week and I had to leave after the game and requested for a late check out and it was granted.

Very friendly staff at front desk.Accomdating with requests.Rooms very big and spacious with a lot of facilities at the hotel.

Air con not functioning even 3 times the maintenance staff came... makes the room stuffy... do offer other room but already late night n need to pack all the thing in the middle of night..... for the first time sleeping without using any blanket...

Business trip

A beautiful hotel with low maintanence. Front office desk staff were horrible. Booked 2 king beds but due to high work load, realized 20 min after that we were given 2 twin beds. Once realized, inquired from the front desk and the reply was "dont have king size". Insistered for 2 king beds according to the booking and given as per the booking. Dont know how did they suddenly found 2 king beds. During the room transfer lost one of my phones. God knows what happend to the phone. Except room cleaning no body was bothered. From the time of the check in time, realized it wont be a pleasant stay. Bell boys didnt give a dam about customers bags offloading or onloading. Food is exceptional and reasonable. Booking said BB but end up paying for breakfast as well as free airport shuttle. Conditions mentioned at the time of booking is not true. A lovely hotel that could be ran with more quality and training. Poor management of the hotel (self is a auditor). Missing a very good opportunity of regular business. Overall will give 2 stars.

it is fine, but just a little jaded

This is my third stay at this hotel. It has always been pleasant, with friendly and efficient staff. We stay here as we have family who live close by in Nilai. In our most recent stay, when we checked in, there was a bit of a mishap with the room. A newly fitted vent was installed, but the plaster from the old vent cavity had fallen down. The staff were very quick in their response and gave us a new room promptly.

Room ok. Staff completely untrained. I only stay here because it's close to the Grand Prix track. This is my 3 rd visit and it only gets worse.

In Nilai district, not much choice in nice hotel. I guess this is the best in this neighborhood. Not convenient for shopping or dining, facilities is very limited.

Das Hotel hat gerade wieder geöffnet nach Corvid 19 - Pandemie und muß erst Personal suchen und einstellen. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Super -Swimmingpool - Anlage und Clubhaus. Auch mit Fitnessräume sind vorhanden und ein kompletter Golfplatz. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, aber zur meiner Zeit gab es kein Frühstück...leider.

Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig vom Flughafen. Ruhig mit Aussicht auf dem Golfplatz. Frühstücksbüffet relativ einfach.

Piscina bellissima ma sporca Palestra grande ma senza aria condizionata Camera grande e comoda ma con sgradevole odore e rumore per colpa dell’aria condizionata vecchissima Colazione ampia e abbondante anche se mancano cose come latte caldo , cappuccino o acqua frizzante. Buono ma migliorabile

wifi ช้ามาก และ ดูเงียบมากเหมือนไม่ค่อยมีคนเข้าพักในวันทำงาน ผมนั่งทานข้าวคนเดียวในร้านอาหาร ห้องค่อนข้างมีกลิ่นอับ
