Nice hotel not so nice location

The hotel is nice, the staff is nice, the area is a little rough looking

Romantic and near subway

Hotel has a nice restaurant and romantic setting. The room was big enough for two people. They are doing construction so it looks a little scary when you first arrive and have to walk through. Overall I will definitely stay next time I'm in town.

Horrible experience between having the only room with no wifi, a non functioning tub and construction early morning to evening no true relaxation. Decided to just come back early and poor communication with staff.

Amazing hotel. Front desk service was great and made every accommodation for us!! Great beds and a wonderful ambiance. Food at the hotel was also great and the bar staff was phenomenal. Central to a metro and great walking area

Poor quality room for such an expensive hotel

Three issues: 1. The shower pressure was terrible. 2. The TV stopped working. 3. The air conditioning broke. For such an expensive hotel I would expect a lot more.

The staff at Niecpe Hotel make it outstanding. The hotel is charming' room was small but adequate. Overall if the 14th arrondisement is convenient for your visit to Paris; this is a good choice with several good restaurants in the area

Excellent service!

The quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Lovely room with great bed and wonderful bedding. Nice finishings in bathroom. Very nice breakfast with lots of variety and good coffee. A bit off the beaten track but close to metro station and lots of shopping. I would stay there again.

Loved how friendly the staff was, they really made me feel welcomed. The rooms were large and spacious and meticulously clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. I was there in August and the air conditioning worked great. We ordered room service and it came quickly and was delicious. Thanks for a great stay to all the staff

The hotel is pretty new, but some of the rooms look dated...(carpet, dark light, heavy gold and brown...) Some spots on the walls and carpet...however:The bed and linen is good, and towels are spotless. And, people working there are great, professional, quick problem solvers, friendly, human, they do everything to make you feel home. I want to mention Benoit at the reception, Kassim and Maeva at the restaurant/bar. everybody was really nice, so at the end, its definitively people who make you want to come back!

This hotel is nice, seems more suited single business travelers. We stayed as a couple. Despite not going for the most standard room and paying more our room was tiny! We stayed in December and the room was a hot box. We set the air to 18C and it would turn off and move back to 22C.

I stayed there for 7 days, enjoyed these days. Location is good, 2 mins close to subway #13 line, connecting to the most places. Good and fresh breakfast Buffet. Staff in the front desk are professional, I’d like thank Julie gave a good suggestion for tour the city. Room is relative small but very clean and equipped with all stuff you need. There is a small grocery store and several French restaurants nearby. I strongly recommend when you are looking for hotel. July, 2022

The hotel was a perfect quiet stay in Paris away from the crowds while still convenient to get to the places we wanted to visit.

Excellent service. Super clean and nicely decorated. Strategic location. Very walkable and all. In short, definitely the BEST option in the Montparnasse/Pernety area.

Small but quality room & service near Montparnasse

Service was attentive and everyone was very kind. The room was spotless and (although small) quality was of high level. The bed was extremely comfortable and with the blinds you are sure to get a good night sleep. Location is nice, though not my favorite area when staying in Paris. Nice neighborhood though with lots of boulangeries. If staying in this part of town, highly recommended.

This is a very clean and well appointed property. The staff are super attentive and very helpful.
