Good option for Salamanca, but rooms not so big

The location is excellent for my holidays in Madrid. Breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly.

Friendly hotel with perfect location outside touristic areas near good restaurants and shopping. NH is a good option if you don’t want to spend a lot of money just to sleep.

Our fourth time in this hotel. Our room was spacious w/ good closet space. Nice, comfortable beds. Well sorted Breakfast included natural orange juice. Somewhat overpriced, perhaps because of the area.

Great place

Excellent location but the property urgently needs a renovation, especially the bathrooms which are worn and outdated. Quality of the towels terrible. For +300 euros a night not worth the value.

The hotel was perfectly located near restaurants, shopping and principal streets. The hotel’s staff was very helpful and polite. Very clean and breakfast was very complete

Lack of bellboy 24 hours a day for handling lauggage when you have to catch a fly early in the morning, no matter the girls in the recepcion desk solve the situation. And lack of luggage supports in the rooms specialy during stays over one- or two days.

Hotel cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado

Wonderful location. Close to major shopping areas of Goya and Serrano. Very nice restaurants in the area. Will definitely return. Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Fantastic hotel in Madrid, near Retiro park, shopping, transportation. The rooms are well sized and it feels like a home (especially if you get the terrace)! I highly recommend staying here.

Very bad service and client atencion

Not happy with front desk service. I had a pending package delivery returned to carrier, in spite of having my room registered under my exact name. The off handed way the lady and manager responded to the issue was in a very negative, unresponsible and uncourteous manner.

Location, location, location! This hotel has the best location in the Salamanca neighborhood. Nevertheless, the beds and pillows are terrible. Really, I had trouble sleeping in such a terrible and deformed mattress...

Staff was rude. For late checkouts they made up a price they wanted me to pay after the fact. There was no prior disclosure in writing or otherwise of any fee. They was this was handled was appalling. Manager was also rude.

Lovely property with great staff, excellent location, and spacious rooms with lots of light. Terrace rooms are wonderful. Only complaint is bathroom floor and sink could have been a bit cleaner, there were no slippers as mentioned in the hotel description, and the shower needed some TLC as it leaked out onto the floor where it was probably missing some additional silicone. Wonderful experience and we enjoyed the well priced and delicious new restaurant under the hotel! Will recommend to friends and will certainly be back! Best priced room in the neighborhood for its size and location!

Excellent hotel with all of the amenities that one can think of. I particularly liked that you could app order things to the room (towels, soap, charger …). The breakfast buffet was lovely. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and the terrace was a nice perk. I appreciated a proper blow dryer adjacent an outlet for different voltages in the case that you brought your own hair/ shaving device. Overall, this property is well thought out and suitable for the modern traveler. Kudos to the NH team!

Excellent location and great staff

The hotel is great, and the staff specially Joel is excellent. Joel helped us in everything we asked him, even things that did not have to do at all with the Hotel. We appreciate Joel's assistance a lot. The only negative aspect was the room size, 213 is a extremely small room, I would not stay in that room again. Location is great.

The hotel is centrally located in the Barrio de Salamanca, excellent restaurants and shops around. What I would suggest is they change the mattress and pillows and use a more upscale ones. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience! Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent location, in the heart of Salamanca. The hotel is very noice, windows don't lock the sound of cars driving by and the the noice from the floor above was very disturbing, I stayed on the first floor and could not sleep well.

Outdated hotel. The room had blinding white hospital lights, shower leaks water out into bathroom floor, beds were uncomfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and kind. This hotel needs renovating to the new NH interiors and some TLC

Nunca funciono el aire acondicionado y era mucho calor. El personal decía que todavía era época de calefacción cuando la temperatura ambiente ya estaba por los 27-30 grados. Se abrían muy poco las ventanas y el ruido de la calle era intento

I stayed for 2 days for a business trip. Air con didn't work in the room and if I opened the window it was quite noisey. The service was good and food in the restaurant was good.

NH Lagasca , the location is perfect if you want to stay in Salamanca neighborhood, nice restaurants and shopping, needs a little update. Will come back !

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. their staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is privileged and in its surroundings there are good restaurants and nice shops. However, I believe that it is time for them to decide to carry out remodeling of their facilities

Great location, close to many shops and about 20 mins walk to Madrid Centro attractions. In my opinion besides shopping, Serrano/Salamanca does not have "much" to explore. I choose to stay in this neighborhood because I was very concerned with the pick pockets situation. I encountered it a few years ago on Gran Via.... During this trip I noticed there are presence of police in Centro street corners and also patrolling.
