Amazing service!! Maria at guest relations is the best example of great service that I have seen in a long time. All of the staff was excellent. Accomodations are right in the heart of the city convenient for transportation and for sightseeing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend the hotel and I commend the staff on the service they provide. Thank you to Maria and all of the staff at the hotel who made our vacation amazing!

We have stayed at this brand in several locations. The room has everything you need and space to enjoy. Very friendly staff and helpful. Wished I would have joined their member rewards program earlier. We definitely will choose NH Collection for future stays.

Great hotel and Hotel brand

Location was great, and was a walking distance to most landmarks of my interest. Staff was great and very welcoming. The rooms in my opinion are very small for the amount of money that we payed for, but overall it was a very nice stay.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the views from the rooms are to die for. The location is also very convenient.

The restaurant food was sub par. The least enjoyable aspect of the stay. The hotel ordered a cab for me to the airport and the driver drove too fast and dropped me off at the arrivals rather than departures. It was a fixed rate and i didnt have the exact amount but he didn't offer to give me change. It was very unpleasant.

Property is lovely. Centrally located. Easy to access metro, as the entrance is across the street.

NH Collection exceeded my expectations

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, the room was well appointed, the rooftop bar was amazing and the restaurant was superior to what I would expect from a hotel. Location was excellent for walking to Plaza Mayor and a bit longer walk to museums. My only complaint was that the lighting in the room was a little too subtle for reading and the streets right around the hotel were extremely crowded.

This is my second stay at the NH Collection Madrid, and their customer service is exceptional. The hotel is also incredibly convenient, located right in the heart of everything.

Lovely place!! Super balcony views to gran via with an amazing rooftop. The rooms are excellent!! The amenities were excellent. Would definitely visit again!

Hotel was in a convenient location. Has a cute little rooftop bar on top. Walking distance to sights and shops. In a safe area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot my sunglasses after I checked out and the staff have been very helpful returning them to me. Rooms are clean and well looked after.

This is the best Nh hotel I have been on. Wonderful attention. The staff very friendly and helpful. The amazing 360 view rooftop. Definitely my favorite and will come back soon!!

Location of hotel was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Room is as extremely comfortable and beautiful. Balcony overlooking Gran Via was amazing. Was able to watch the sunset from our room. Really happy and impressed with this hotel.

This hotel is well situated and conveniently located in center of Madrid. Concierge was awesome and they recommended and helped book reservations. All the staff members were helpful. Would stay again…

Perfect location. Dog lover hotel. Good breakfast. Very good front desk personnel. Reasonable room. The pillows a little hard for me. Bed ok. One issue with cleaning that we left and advise front desk to have tje room clean but when we came back no cleaning was performed. Then we left in the afternoon and came back two hours later and the room was not still clean. This communication needs to improved. Otherwise is an ok hotel for a stay.

Well dedicated and professional employees. The best location you can have right in the heart of the center. Great facilities an amenities and hotel is clean and tidy all the time. Special thanks to the receptionist (Carolina) who I'll be forever thankful for her immediate action and after care when I's not feeling well. Keep up the excellent job guys, I'll be back for sur.

Very clean hotel with beautiful modern rooms, air conditioning works great and located in a very central area but for my personal preference it was too chaotic and the surrounding areas were a little too loud and crowded. Hotel was great though!

We had an excellent stay. Great view of Gran Via. Our room had a nice contemporary feel, amenities, comfortable bed, cleaned daily, and we didn’t hear any street noise. The hotel is conveniently located near all the major sites and transportation. We enjoyed breakfast which was included and even though you get a tray of breakfast treats, you still have the option to order various specialties. The rooftop bar had great views of the city and the restaurant is nice and intimate.The entire staff ( front desk, guest relations, and restaurant) were friendly, courteous, pleasant and helpful. We are thankful to the staff for checking us in a little early. After a long flight, the taxi had to let us out with our luggage a few blocks from the hotel because the streets were blocked off due Madrid’s “workers day” which is their Labor Day, so we were exhausted and probably looked like it. We would highly recommend this hotel and return here again.

The property is nice, but not out of this world. Entrance is poorly decorated, small & tight. Room: OK to small. Restaurant was good, but expensive. Breakfast: not worth the extra $. Bar: rude servers wouldn't give my husband a glass of scotch to bring to our room for me while we were getting ready to go out.

We stayed in a gorgeous corner suite with a very large and beautiful terrace. The location was incredible and the room very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect service and bedroom and bathroom we’re cleaned

Great hotel when you’re jet lagged! Close the windows and not a peep of the central city location gets through. The blackout curtains are also perfect. Sleep whenever you want! The staff are excellent, and the facilities too. The only slight disappointment was that there are no vegan options in the restaurant but I’m finding that’s more common in Spain than other countries. The views down Gran Via from the balconies are also spectacular!

My favorite part about the property was the location but also the layout of the room and of course that we got a single queen size bed.

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD, PET FRIENDLY. GOOD BREAKFAST. THE ROOF ACCESS ALLOWS EVERYONE TO PASS BY THE GUEST ELEVATOR AND I CONSIDER IT UNSAFE. WHEN A GUEST GETS INTO THE ELEVATOR SOMEONE CAN GET IN.

Centrally located. We spent 2 nights there. You can see the NYE fireworks from the rooftop. They have doors for the windows and black out curtains so it’s quiet from the busy streets but be careful you might sleep in until 2pm… all good for us but make sure to set your alarm if you have plans for the next day.
