The rooms need a little update and maintenance. The hotel was overpriced for the price. The staff was great. The person in charge of cleaning our room was excellent!!!

Very good experience

At first we had problems with a safe that wouldn't open and a small bed but the staff immediately changed us a room. The room attendant Alina was really fine and the room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good value for money.

El staff es muy atento y amigable! Todos nos trataron súper bien! Definitivamente volvería! Los cuartos son amplios y cómodos. La cama súper grande y cómoda con muchas almohadas. El baño grande y siempre limpio y agua caliente. Además de vacacionar, también trabajé en el cuarto y áreas comunes y el internet funciona muy bien!

This hotel is our home for summer in Madrid for few years already. Very well located next to the Top restaurants and best shopping in the area. The property is not in a touristy crowded area, it is more as an exclusive type of location very well located. The staff is incredible and very helpful. No matter what you need they will be happy to assist you with. No doubt in recommending and going back ok our next trip.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful area; aside from plenty of excellent bars and cafes on the doorstep, there are some fantastic museums and galleries within five minutes walk. The room was nicely furnished and prefectly clean, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food (both at breakfast and in the evening) were very nice. I’d happily stay again and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Good hotel in a really convenient location. Our rate included free breakfast which was a plus point. Slight negative was that the pool area didn’t seem to be open, however this was probably due to the weather being pretty bad. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for someone looking to explore Madrid from a central base.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. I was very disappointed by the pool. The picture makes it look amazing. It’s actually stuffed in a corner and not pretty at all.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Really comfy beds! Really nice location too.

We stayed here only one night to catch a connecting flight. The location is great in a really nice neighborhood. The rooms are a good value for the price, not high end.

Great hotel, with nice staff. Rooms could be larger (paid for it, but it’s distribution didnt help with opened luggage). Bathrooms are great, lightning and beds too. Wouldn’t pay for the view again. Don’t expect too much social gathering on the pool arounds. Great breakfast too with quality options
