All the staff are incredibly helpful and really make the trip so special. The breakfasts were delicious, the massages in the spa were brilliant, very clean, lovely rooms. We got a special birthday treat too. We loved it and would highly recommend the junior suite with the outdoor shower.
TravellerOur favourite place so far. Lovely boutique hotel within a good walk from Hoi An or a taxi. You can borrow push bikes. Room 105 beautiful with outside shower. Staff sooooo lovely, special mention for Tam. Nothing too much trouble. Love Hoi An and love Cam Tam, really safe, quiet neighbourhood with such lovely people.
TravellerFantastic hotel. Cheap laundry service with quick turnaround. Tasty breakfast with a decent number of options. Pool is very nice. Outside of the main section of Hoi An so it’s nice and quiet but a taxi into Hoi An is very cheap and takes only about 10 minutes. Very helpful staff. Reasonably priced shuttle service to and from the airport or Da Nang. Excellent value for money. Very clean, even the water for the shower was much cleaner than in other hotels (used a shower filter which is how I know). Would absolutely stay here again. Loved it! The only slight negative is that the shower caps aren’t actually waterproof so they are of no use. Need to be replaced with plastic ones.

Vi havde et fint ophold her. Hoteller ligger for langt ude fra byen og der er ingen spisesteder i gå afstand. Der var en shuttle to gange om dagen ind til byen. En Grab var billig frem og tilbage, så det gjorde vi. Maden på hotellet var dårlig. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Der var dog frisklavet æg. Aftensmaden prøvede vi en gang. Vi ventede i over en time, med to små børn. Og det var ikke særlig godt det der kom. Vi spiste ikke der igen. Hoteller er ellers hyggeligt, personalet er søde og rengøringen er super. Vi havde et dejligt værelse med udsigt udover floden. Men smukt.

Affordable luxury. Great value, and incredible staff. Especially Kathy and Queen. A 10 min ride from Ancient Town, but a Grab cost me only 40,000 VND. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved the balcony overlooking the river, lovely pool, and thoughtful appointments in the room.
