Room was very spacious and clean. The manager was extremely helpful as well. There is a nice mall right next door with plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

Dec 7 arrival to Egypt 🇪🇬

When we arrived very early in the morning of our check-in day, the hotel staff (Mohamed Yousef) greeted us very happily and made us feel very welcome after our long international flight from Mexico. He went well above and beyond for us in doing everything in his power to make us comfortable and relaxed while we waited until the earliest possible opportunity to check in to our room. We were so relieved to have such a friendly professional who empathized with us in our timing situation. Superb service!

This place is hidden on a dirt road with loud construction everywhere. The Bed was the absolute worse bed that I have ever slept on, you can feel every spring hurt your body. The couch was ripped and was painfully uncomfortable. When you open the kitchen cabinets, it smells like roach spray. After speaking to the manager about these issues, he refused to move me to another room unless I paid him more money. This is not the way to treat a long term guest who has been there for an exceptionally long time. If the management is terrible, then the rest is self explanatory. The only good thing about this place was the housekeeping crew. You've been warned, do not waste your time at the New City Aparthotel Apartment(s) Hotel.

Satisfied and will book again if needed

The place has a very good location, there is a nice mall close by and the area is good. The hotel needs some renovation it gives you a dark feeling at first then you get used to it. Overall its good for short stay it has almost everything needed.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Spacious studio. I didn't like small insects in the bathroom and 2 uncovered bins. I know it's summer but the water was barely warm.

The property had a comfortable and clean room with refrigerator and microwave. The loveseat was ideal for my comfort in the room of my choice. I also had a private balcony with furniture. Having the 90 Point Mall within a five minute walk was ideal as it has a fresh food market, cinema, hair salon, bank that can do money exchange, and several very good shops and restaurants and popular cafes. The staff were helpful and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here if in Egypt My room was very peaceful.

Property reality is matching the pictures . but the cleanliness and the smell inside the apartment wasn't the expected. Not allowed to have visitors inside your rented apartment and there is no any one bathroom available in the reception !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only you can use the room Bathroom .

WiFi issues, you need to ask for charging the router, you get what you want the other day. bad smill in the room, reception response is very slow, except Mr. Nasser. It was not a good experience.

Served the purpose well .....

We needed a place to stay close to the fifth settlement in the new cairo area. There were only two or three hotels that were exactly where we wanted to be. These were very expensive and we weren't looking for luxury on this trip, just something practical and clean. New City suites was about 15 minutes from where we wanted to be but the price was great. Clean hotel, kitchenette, AC, wifi. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect!!!

I loved this hotel!!! First of all its location is perfect, quiet, outside busy Cairo, less pollution, very safe and within walking distance from Point 90 mall. There's always a driver available if you book ahead with the reception, at affordable prices. I booked a room for 1 person and I got a lovely, more like a double room, with a very comfy bed, good size tv, landline telephone and a small kitchenette( small cooking hob, kettle, microwave and a fridge freezer). The room was very clean, contrary to some reviews I read before I booked. The bathroom was clean as well and well stocked; kitchenette was smear and grease free. The water pressure was bit low here and there. There's laundry facilities available on site and a small gym free to use for all hotel guests. Bonus: there's always someone around who speaks proper English which is so so helpful. I found the management very professional and the Staff courteous and friendly. I asked for my room to be cleaned every other day as I didn't want to be disturbed every day and they did that very well. There's a small restaurant downstairs more like a Dinner. It has a limited but yummy menu. There's quite few takeaways that deliver to the hotel if you fancy something different. All in all a perfect place to stay if you're in for business or pleasure. I definitely recommend it!

New City Suites a fine place to rest

This hotel is very good if you have things to do in New Cairo. If you wish to experience the joys of old Cairo, it is perhaps a little far from the center. This is a good thing if you wish to have an easy time.

Nice hotel in the heart of new cairo

Excellent value worth. Maybe the internet coverage could be better, but for the price its a a bargain. Very very very helpfull staff, frendly. The hotel is very clean, private and quiet. Highly recomended

Hotel located on unpaved road at a terrible view

Very bad Hotel staff don't wear uniforms, it has problems with water in the room, i spend a day and a half without water and all the nights without hot water no telephones

I stayed for a week and they treated me very well. Arab hospitality at its finest. It's more like an apartment than a hotel having a full kitchen and a nice little sitting area with the bedroom being separate. I would definitely use it again next time I go.

It's entirely bad experience

It's entirely bad experience; first they didn't confirm my reservation from Hotels.com, And they Make a trike in pricing for making a business day use for 240 EGP, and they forced me to pay 600 EGP. Otherwise, TV was not working, there was no internet connection and no help for solving this issue.

its a dorm but not at all a hotel

Staff are nice and location is very close to auc however services and cleanness is bellow the standards and even its relatively new building the interior is really consumed and needs maintenance.

Cannot really beat the price...

Near AUC but a bit removed from all other items. The hotel is safe. Owner is very kind and helpful. Should know Arabic in order to communicate with hotel staff or have a translator. There is a small gym for a little exercise. You really cannot beat the price. You can so cook and prepare your own food. There are no telephones and internet is slow at times. I was comfortable and happy here. I stayed for 3.5 weeks.

Sehr freundliche Personal mit etwas Trinkgeld machen wirklich alles was man braucht. Sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit Über ist man frei und die Straßen sind mittlerweile Klasse ausgebaut in diese Gegend. Ich bin immer gut bedient dort und bin sehr zufrieden.
