Very accommodating, and good breakfast. They also allowed us to keep our luggage at front desk after checkout for few hours.

I would rate the hotel condition as average but the service as excellent because the manager was very kind and considerate. This is a really generous review given the state of the room. I would only recommend staying here if you have a very, very, very low budget and absolutely need to stay near the airport. I could not order dinner on Grab when I arrived around 9:30 PM, as everything was closed early because of Lunar New Year. The manager kindly provided me some fruit. However, the room left much to be desired. The plug by the mirror in the bathroom did not work at all, so I had to dry my hair with a plug by the bed. This isn’t a huge problem, but I would have assumed that the closest plug to where the hairdryer was placed would work. The shower is completely open in the bathroom meaning water gets absolutely everywhere. This was fine for me since I was travelling alone, but I can’t imagine it’s very comfortable if you have two people that need the bathroom. Also, the shower faucet goes limp and shuts off the water so you have to hold it up to keep the water on. I had to boil some water with the kettle provided, but the desk in my room was blocking the plug so I had to drag it over. Then the lid on the kettle came off entirely. End of the day the hotel will get the job done if you need to stay by the airport for an early morning flight. Keep in mind they serve breakfast at 7 AM, so if you need food earlier than that, maybe don’t stay here.

Very convenient to the airport. For a minimal cost it wasnt difficult to take local busses into the old city.

Very close to the airport and though they can arrange their own taxi for pick up and drop off if you need, I was easily able to book a Grab taxi for myself from the airport to the hotel. My room was super clean and spacious. There were no issues with hot water. My room rate also included a simple but freshly made breakfast which was great! There is not much at the walking distance around the hotel but grab taxis are easily available to go anywhere you need. In short, if you need a comfortable and clean place to sleep/transit near the airport, you can rely on this hotel.

this picture is not the place, they are very sneaky. I booked two king beds for one night. We were put in a room with 3 single very small beds. no windows! scary, smelly.. not good at all

Our stay at the new airport hotel was exactly what we needed after arriving in Hanoi close to midnight! Very close proximity to the airport, TOMMY IS AMAZING, even picked us up from the airport himself. Made us feel very welcome and taken care of, he had good communication with WhatsApp. Rooms were clean and loved that there was breakfast for us! Only disappointing part was the Catba island tour which we booked through the hotel, was not exactly as planned/promised from what we were expecting from the exact itinerary on the website. Confusion with language barrier and transportation to and from Catba was a little hectic (we were dropped off on the side of the road in the middle of old town Hanoi all alone, and picked up by another random bus) and the days were reversed from the itinerary. Aside from that we did manage to make it there and back to the new airport hotel (again thanks to Tommy) after lots of trust and blind faith in the drivers.

Tommy was a super, super host. His property is extremely clean and Tommy is also very friendly. Would come here again!

Perfect hotel near airport when coming into or heading out of Hanoi

The owner, Tommy, is amazing. He’s extremely helpful, very kind, very gracious. He serves breakfast in the morning and coffee. The hotel is an amazing price for great service and value. Really appreciated everything Tommy helped me with to make my first night easy as I was a bit nervous as a 1st time solo traveler. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable, he helped me download WhatsApp and Grab and he helped me exchange money and explained to barter with people and he set up a ride for my next destination. Highly recommend Great service Great value

The friendliest hotel in Hanoi

Staff are super friendly, try hard to ensure a good stay. From pick up at airport to the return, a very pleasant experience. When I needed an electric plug adaptor that they didnt have, staff went to a shop and purchased one. The room was large, clean, newly renovated. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great little boutique airport hotel.

About 5 to 10 minutes from airport; they have round trip convenient transportation for a reasonable price. Great stay for connecting flight or early morning flight at Hanoi airport. Good value!

Clean, comfortable and very affordable

Close to hotel and neighborhood can seem shaky at first, but friendliness of staff, price, and cleanliness and comfort of rooms more than made up for that. Bfast was plain but awesome (and included in price). All in all a very nice and affordable hotel.

We were searching for a place to stay a little more than eight hours for a flight early in the morning, right next to the airport. We checked in without much expectation but the place was much nicer than I had imagined. Sure you cannot expect much at this price but it would be more than enough worth the money paid for.

Good stop-over hotel near Hanoi Airport

Very good economy hotel for staying close to the Hanoi Airport between flights. Family -owned with very hospitable owners. $5 taxi from airport. Host arranged transport back to airport. Simple but good breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed. It is situated right by the highway but road noise was limited the night we were there. Beats long drive in and out of Hanoi just to overnight!

Nice basic hotel close to airport. Rooms are very large. Food in restaurant was just OK, we should have ordered the pho soup instead. Breakfast was marginal at best. We would stay again but eat at the airport first.

Nice hotel to access Noi Bai airport

It was a bit difficult to get a taxi due to too close to airport. However, I was told that the hotel had sent a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Next morning, the hotel hired a taxi to the airport for us without our payment. It is a good service.

Convenient and Clean Hotel Near Airport

Great location just a few minutes away from the airport. Great place to stay when arriving late or avoiding the traffic when leaving on a morning flight. Hotel is family owned and run. Owner is very helpful and breakfast is made to order. Room was comfortable and clean.

An Airport Hotel.

This is good for what it is, an airport hotel. You go there, sleep one night, and leave. Nothing fancy, but does the trick.

Nothing in surrouding. Only stay if u just need a good rest before next connecting flight. Transport arranged by hotel is way too expensive considering only 5 min away from airport and charged usd2 per person include child per way. 5 pax in a car per way is already cost usd10 which i think is unreasonable. no free airport pick up. Meal price in hotel restaurant has increased so much from few months back. From the menu posted by other traveler was vnd65k now increased to usd5 (vnd110k) 40% increased! Hotel owner is warm and friendy. Room is big and clean.

The hotel is near Hanoi airport That is only plus for this hotel Its a family run hotel and at times sitting to have a meal you cannot hear anything due to the level of noise from children yelling and playing in the hotel foyer. The hotel has power outage 2 -3 times up to 1 - 2 hours at given time each night and in summer the humidity can be uncomfortably hot without air-condition. We were a few seconds short of stepping into the lifts and being stuck when the power went down. The location is away from city and finding somewhere to eat is limited if your thinking to going out. The hotel itself offers very limited choice of food selection, from memory 5 for lunch and 5 for breakfast The anchor of the hotel is the manager while he is there everything runs reasonable well, however when he is not his workers have difficulty running the hotel, the major point being communication and food. Knowing what I know about Hanoi I will be staying closer to the city as its only 15 - 20 minutes away from the airport. I would not stay in this hotel

A wonderful place to stay

We stayed at the New Airport Hotel after a long day of travel getting to Vietnam. They were excellent overall. We contacted them ahead of time and they were very accommodating in picking us up from the airport, in spite of our flight arriving quite late. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We'd definitely stay again!

Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating (family owned). Newly opened hotel so rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean, but shower kind of leaks through shower door so can wet the bathroom floor. Nice basic hotel that is good for a short stay, main town is 45 min away. Pickup/dropoff from airprot is available at a charge (not all rooms come with free pickup). Food provided is not great, mostly instant stuff, but okay for a short stay. Hotel is not close to any attractions. Overall a good stay for the night by the airport.

Price and quality balance was good. Easy to access between airport. Staff are very friendly. You can find out some very local attractive eating place around as well. Owner Tommy was super friendly and reliable.

朝空港までのタクシー代200,000ドンを請求されました。無料ウォーターはありませんでした。 チェックインは、4部屋予約してましたが、３部屋しか予約がないと言われおかしいのでちゃんと調べるように言ったら、携帯を見直して予約が入っていることを確認してました。30分かかりました。部屋は新しく清潔でした。風呂場に換気扇がありませんでした。

나 혼자 죽을수 없어서 좋게 작성해서 다른 분들도 경험하게 하려 했지만.. 저 이후로 피해자가 없었으면 좋겠다는 마음에 솔직한 후기를 올립니다. 저 스위스 산 전망인데요.. 일단 3성급 호텔이라 어느정도 감안은 했습니다만,, 서울로 따지면 마포대교, 잠실대교 등등.. 이런곳 바로 옆에 있다고 보시면 됩니다. 창문을 열면 지나가는 차만 보입니다. 저녁에만 캔맥주 10병 이상을 마시지 않으면, 쉽게 잠들수 없습니다. 덤프트럭 지나가는 소리와 경적소리.. 아..아침에는 알람을 따로 하지 않아도 일찍 일어 날수 있습니다. 발코니.. 라고 하기에는 유리창고 없고 성인 2명이 서 있으면 딱 맞습니다. 덤프트럭의 매연을 마시면서 담배 피시기에 딱 좋습니다. 더 이상은… 휴… 할많하않!

Per una notte va bene

A 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, va bene per uno scalo di una notte, per colazione ti propongono uova e pane, camera non pulitissima ma tutto sommato accettabile per passarci una notte.

飛行機が欠航になり急遽予約しました。いきなりだったにも関わらず空港まで迎えに来てもらうようお願いし、来ていただけました。しかし、夜遅いから$4かかると言われたので了解したのですが、翌日40万ドン請求されました。その時はベトナムに入国してすぐだったのでドンの計算がイマイチ分からないのと店員さんにやや高圧的に言われ、そのまま支払ってしまいました。帰りの空港までの送りも20万ドン請求されました。私の勉強不足だったのも悪いので勉強代だと思って諦めますがもう利用はしたくないです。

У этого отеля главное преимущество - бесплатный трансфер и 7 минут до аэропорта. Персонал очень доброжелательный. В остальном - обычный отель 3 звёзды в районе, где делать вообще нечего.

직원분과 영어 소통이 어려웠습니다. 여권을 빠뽀라고 하더라구요.. 그래도 방 넓고 좋았습니다. 에어컨이 생각보다 안시원했다는 것과 조금 오래되서 낡았다는 것, 하지만 진짜 깨끗했어요. 오래되어서 그렇지. 공항이랑 생각보다 멀더라구요. 시내랑도. 그래도 잠깐 머물기에 여유롭고 좋았습니다. 아, 밖이 좀 시끄러울 수도.

Bel hôtel sans intérêt

L'hôtel était très bien entretenu, notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Par contre, ils devraient retirer la mention « restaurant » de leur description. Le 3/4 des plats du menu (menu qui tient sur une page) n'étaient pas disponibles. De plus, lorsqu’on a voulu aller souper, l’homme en service nous a dit d’aller dehors en nous disant qu’il y avait des restaurants autour. Sincèrement, il n’y a rien autour. On est en plein milieu des champs au côté d’un viaduc.

チェックイン時、英語対応の受付スタッフが不在で15分ほど待たされた。ベトナム人スタッフがいたが英語が話せないとのことだった。 チェックアウト時、空港までのタクシーを依頼したところ、受付スタッフ自身の車で送迎され、送迎費用を請求されたが領収書は無しだった。
