Great service and location room was clean but a bit outdated

As advertised. Friendly staff. Perfect location.

A past visitor’s underpants were in one of the rooms. The air conditioner didn’t work in the gym. Despite a sign asking for equipment to be cleaned in the gym, there was no wipes. The air conditioning didn’t circulate well to the bedrooms. The pool was half size and this is not mentioned in the promotional material.

The mattress is not comfortable. Difficult night sleeping.

Whilst not the most up to date property, the management and communication of the property along with location made it a great family location.

Property in general is old but good.We stayed for 3 nights out of which we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights as it was too hot and AC wasn’t cooling at all .Guests cannot select their temperature and fan speed.We complained twice but nothing could be done .They gave us a fan but it was very uncomfortable.Their lobby had AC working and was much more comfortable than the actual room.Our room temp was 24.5 degrees consistently in-spite us setting AC at 20 ,so clearly no cooling whatsoever.We could hear neighbours using their washing machines late at night so poor sound proofing .Not staying here ever again

Good affordable accommodation particularly if you can get roof top apartment. Great location. No disability access to the lounge or pool and their is no spa

Pretty average hotel, the rooms are quite dated, sticky floors and the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. Positives were that the staff were friendly and it's in great location, which made it easy getting to meetings in Canberra CBD.

Lovely quiet apartment in Canberra close to everything in the city. A bit old looking inside. Could use a spruce up but nothing to put you off.

Excellent location, very comfy bed and well equipped studio. Good parking ($20 p/n). Could do with more teabags and milk.

The location was perfect, close to shops, city centre, local lake and parks. We were in a courtyard room. It was clean but quite dated as was the rest of the property. Would have preferred a shower screen to a shower curtain. Airconditioning was also dated and a little ineffective, Overall middle of the road, and suspect the premium price charged was due to the location above all else. Also disappointing, was having to pay for parking on the premises.

This property is centrally located in Canberra City, across from the large Canberra Centre, close to a wide variety of eating options from fast food to fine dining. Public transport is close. Great location for our 5 days in Canberra.

Two tv’s , separate rooms, swimming pool, bathtub, two rooms, fully equipped kitchen. A very friendly staff!

This place was ok, nothing flash. If you have a car, do not stay here. There is no parking nearby, you will have to park in a shopping centre and pay the normal rates there. Every time you exit you pay again. They don’t even have a visitor park to unload luggage.

Very run down - needs a full refurbishment. Very overpriced and then they charge extra $20 for you to park your car in the car park. Reception staff were all friendly.

Great stay, we were upgraded to a more spacious place and it has everything we need, well almost. After a small issue about extra pillow and other items, it was sorted and we appreciate all the help of the staff! Beds ( I requested two single beds as my hub snores loud) were comfy, sheets very clean and towels thick, though some parts got an eggy smell. Overall, we are quite happy with this place. It was very quiet too. Though I had ear plugs, only a little noise from cars. We stayed in Room 308. Thank you!

We arrived, and got parked easily, a lovely well equipped apartment.

Motel was perfect for out one night stay. Close to everything, good dining options nearby and parking on site. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall a good experience except that there wasn't any room keeping done on the second day...we need to call them they changed towels but forgot to replace wash and shampoo....and forgot to give us toilet paper which was a bit disappointed

One bedroom apartment

Very helpful reception staff & great communication regarding parking and additional bedding (sofa bed). One-bed apartment was spacious. Central location to city sights & restaurants. Would stay again.

Location right in CBD, short walk to shops and restaurants, but very quiet. It was a small unit and dated, needs renovating, however, it contained everything you could need, including washer/dryer and half drawer dishwasher. Definitely would stay there again.

Was a good place to stay

Brilliant for a quick overnighter. Right in the city. Not the most modern but certainly has everything you need plus more. Very much would stay again.

Was perfect for a long weekend in the city centre. Comfortable king bed, full kitchen with half dishwasher, and euro laundry included. Daily room service. Walk across to Myer and all shopping. Would stay again.

As others have said, the rooms are a bit worn, but I think the price reflects that. The location is excellent and our communication with the property before our stay was excellent regarding parking and fold out couch. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to Canberra.

Nice place, close to everything.

We had a good overnight stay. One minor problem with the heater being so loud I needed to turn it off. Obviously a problem they were aware of because there was two small electric heaters in the room.

The staff were friendly and competent. The facility was very clean and comfortable and had all that you could expect. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely consider Nesuto the one to beat for future stays.

Great location, plenty of space but no lift to L8

Really enjoyed our stay. Party of 3, travelled interstate for marathon festival. Car parks are TIGHT (I’m grateful my friend was happy to drive & park because the spots are quite tight (not uncommon for hotel parking however). Room (2-bedroom unit was spacious) - no complaints there at all. The main issue we had was that we’d been allocated an apartment on Level 8. This was not an original floor in the original building so the lift only goes to Lvl 7. Not ideal to have to walk the flight of stairs with luggage, or accompanied by the elderly or young children. Outside of this really enjoyable stay - staff were attentive & accessible.

Water pressure is always good at this property. At the end of a day when come back to the room for hot shower, it's a nightmare if only a bit of hot water comes out of a shower head.

A bit of upgrading is needed in an older building. But it provided space ,convenience to everything and met my needs.

Rooms and sauna and pool area need updates

Based on the location, price and photos, I was expecting a modern hotel experience. Instead, arriving was like stepping back in time to the 1970s with ugly old decor and average facilities. I was allocated a carapace that was unusable (except for maybe a moped) and had to ask for another carapace. Overall, this was not value for money compared to other options in the Canberra City area, so I won’t ever be staying here again.

Foyer is functional, but tired. This could be better rated if money were spent on refurbishing.

The location was excellent. The accomodation was good.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in th CBD. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room a nd bed were excellent. My only complaint was that the air flow system and bathroom exhaust were very noisy even eith the AC off. Had a very disrupted sleep.

Location is fantastic. It’s really convenient as everything is near by. The room was clean and value for money. But there was only one negative thing. There was a bit of noise all the time in the bathroom - I believe it came from the bathroom fan.

A quiet, nice place to sleep.

The property was really dated and worn. Not what I was expecting when looking at the photos. The room had a stale smell and very limited kitchen supplies for the kitchen (no bowls/pans/pots). We were on the second level and had no views (we had a view of a fake hedge along a walkway). The only upside was the indoor pool and sauna

Great location. Room was well equipped. Bed and pillows comfortable. Aircon was a nit noisy. Only issue was allocated parking spot was impossible to parking in and after numerous attempts I was forced to go back and get another spot which was all a bit stressful.

Need renovation. Will prefer that the toilet shower is mobile rather than standing onto the wall. Will prefer that there is a shower section rather than having to climb into the bath for a light shower, causing a high risk for fall hazard especially for the seniors.

Nice and handy for shopping and walking around town. people were lovely.

Bed really needed an upgrade. Too lumpy and hard. Not the best shower going round.

Great little home away from home.

All studios at this place come with kitchen and laundry facilities. This was a huge plus for me, since I don’t like to pay exorbitant, per piece laundry fees. The location was also excellent, just a few minutes walk from the city’s main transit hub and near loads of great shops and restaurants. Will definitely return should I need accommodations in Canberra again. Only drawback? It is not on the modern side when it comes to decor and fixtures. Was not a problem for me at all.

Easygoing but professional and very attentive staff. The rooms were functional, clean and spacious. The accommodation is really close to all ammenities, yet very quiet inside . You almost forget that you are in the middle of the city.

They do housekeeping everyday and made our stay extra special. All my requests had been accommodated.

The lack of parking for all guests is a pain. Should have read the fine print on that before booking as it was a pain finding safe overnight parking.
