Great place great neighborhood. Clean and quiet.
Clean and quiet
The hotel was nice, quiet and centrally located to everything. easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
The property is quiet, but it’s right next to the train station! The staff were very friendly and the property was very well maintained! I have no complaints about this property and would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Close to the subway. Too small room and did not provide any additional mattress for our son, even though we had mentioned it while booking
Good place
Good place
Tiny but comfortable and clean rooms. Bathrooms with excellent showers. Helpful staff with water, coffee and snacks provided. Great location.
Easy access to the train station.
The bed was large and comfortable. The morning coffee and pastries was an added bonus.
Close enough to Tokyo Metro stops, very convenient for access to tourist areas. Part of the lobby is a breakfast to go Sara with a coffee machine and European style pastries and breads, but watch out for allergies. The staff are ok and polite enough.
Our stay was not ideal! We’ve stayed in Tokyo at 4 different hotels and this was not great. Rooms are extremely small, we couldn’t open any luggage. No laundry in the building. Stained bed sheets, walls, carpets in our floor. We couldn’t move around the room. Horrible experience. Location is ok, better on the other side of castle.
Great hotel, close to train stations
Excellent hotel! It was an easy walk to the train station, very close to 7-11 and dining options. The rooms were comfortable, I loved the extra pillows, I didn’t get them with another hotel. They have bidets in Japan everywhere, I LOVE this! The heated seats in the middle of the night made me feel like a queen. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s clean, the service is excellent and we will come back.
Conveniently located close to a metro station and a few different kombinis. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms could do with some deep cleaning and dusting. The Expedia search criteria probably shouldn't have suggested a standard twin room for a family of four.
A very basic hotel
Second time here because it’s in the middle of a lot of areas we frequent. Close by the train station
Loved this hotel, beds super comfy, clean towels and water given everyday. The rooms are small but this is not a issue as you spend more time out then at the hotel. Short walk to train station and a food mart and 7/11 a 1-2 minute walk.
Great accommodation.. Very close to subway train station, just across the road. Local restaurants near by. 7-Eleven, Lawson and family mart on the same junction. Great service from staff, room service everyday. Nest hotel is close to all amenities. Highly recommended.
Awesome
Room is too small, but location is great.
Our stay at the Nest hotel was disappointing. The check-in staff was rude, the room was extremely small (we had to leave our stroller in the hall), and the bathroom was barely larger than an airplane lavatory. The walls were thin, making it hard to sleep, and the cleanliness was subpar. Service was lacking—we had to retrieve our own towel when requested. The coffee was terrible, and there was no breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend if comfort and service matter to you.
Great hotel
Close to station and staff are friendly. Room is small but it’s fine for us. Family of four with 2 kids
It was great
Convenient, clean, friendly
Wonderful guest relations at front desk
I had a great stay at Nest Hotel Hanzomon. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect after long days exploring Tokyo. The location near the Hanzomon subway station made getting around easy. I'd definitely stay here again!
Staff was great, helpful and informative. Easy walk to subway/train and Imperial Palace
Good base for Tokyo stay.
Good location for metro/subway. Room small but comfortable. Free croissants and coffee, epic!
Good place to stay with family and kids
Amazing property with great staff. The free bread (croissants, muffins, pain au chocolats, macha muffins etc.) each morning along with the coffee/hot choc machine was brilliant. Great location to the train station and a number of restaurants etc. around. Staff were incredible, compact rooms but clean, tidy & good facilities
Family stay
Stayed here for 5 nights two adults with two young kids and had a great stay. Yes rooms are small but they have everything you need in the room and use the space wisely. Location was great with lots of shops near and subway across the road. Free hot drinks from machine in lobby all day and free bread breakfast every morning with a great selection of croissants, pain du chocolat and cakes. The matcha ones were fab and went quickly. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the arrival gift bag for the kids with child size slippers and amenities and sweets was a really thoughtful and nice touch. Shout out especially to Daichi who checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again.
Goo
Was nice but under the bed was very dirty, room is tiny but comfortable, hotel is well located and we liked our stay overall, staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great breads in the morning. Clean rooms. Coffee 24/7. Friendly staff.
Fit our needs. Close to the train station and only a few stops away from major sites
First time to realise that such a mix of (international) guests in and out of a boutique-like hotel would give a not so great impression overall (didn't have this feeling in other larger hotels)
Very nice stay room was small but that was expected for the job done and for a pretty good price.
Small rooms
Good
Great place, would go again
Super clean and friendly service. Close to subway station
Excellent
So close to convenient stores. I love the complementary bread and coffee in the morning. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Will definitely book here again when we go back to Japan.
Very very very tight stay for 4
The pictures on the website are very deceiving. So not book the economy room for 4, if you are a family. It's basically 2 King single beds with no space for anything else in the room. It definitely does not sleep 4 in any sort of comfort at all.
This was a very comfortable, although a very small room. The staff were kind and friendly. The coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby were great. Close to two train stations. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
Its nice hotel and in convenience location, just 3 mins to the station where you can go everywhere in Tokyo by sunway
Tokyo Stay
Comfortable stay, convenient location, and friendly staff.
Perfect for what is is. I clean hotel that is close to station and convenient.
Very good modern hotel
Really nice modern hotel; plenty of space, coffee & hot chocolate available in lobby, friendly staff and good bed with some normal pillows (Japan has pillows with beans or something in which I'm not keen on so like a hotel with western pillow option). Would highly recommend.
Well located to stations
The station to get to shibuya was close by.
Located across from subway. Rooms are very small. Easily get to multiple points of Tokyo.
Quiet clean and convenient
Good business hotel in a central and well connected area. Other hotels may be better for tourism, but this is a perfectly good place to stay for all visitors. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

‘
Great service and very clean. They recommend a great breakfast place and also helped with luggage transportation.
The location was 2 mins from the train station and Hanzamon line takes you straight to Shibuya in 5 stops
Lighting was not good, super dull - bed too large for room size, little to do in the area
Great location close to transit, the room was small but to be expected. I wish there was a smoking room at the property but I was close by if not a bit awkward to figure out. Otherwise I had a very comfortable and smooth stay.
Very clean, organized and great staff. Would recommend.
Just don’t. A cruise ship cabin is much larger…
Very conveniently located to explore the heart of Tokyo.
Listed laundry facility as an amenity, but it was actually not on site. This was a huge inconvenience for us and our travel plans.
The room was unclean with previous guests hairs all over the place and provided pyjama.
Bugs in the room
The rooms are a lot smaller than the pictures. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is just some bakery and a coffee. However , what was the hardest thing for me was the bites I kept getting in the bed. So much so that I asked to be changed roo madn they didn't even argue!! Which made me think they know about this problem. I am not sure whether they are bed bugs or dust mites but there. So, needless to say I would not stay there again. They probably need to do some through cleaning and bring pest control
Extremely tiny rooms, can't move around, one need to sit down so another one can walk around; moved in with dust in some spots, they cleaned the room and again left the same spots with the dust on it, like the tv and corners. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful.
We loved this place and missed it when we moved to bustling Shinjuku. The management were super kind and accommodated some awkward requests around timing. Super gracious. Rooms and bathrooms impeccable. Coffee machine was a massive plus as was breakfast. Pro tip - toast everything. Thank me later. Icing on the cake would have been a functioning ice maker, which was a first world problem, to say the least. Outstanding 5.5 out of 5 stars for these guys and thanks again for the hospitality. With love from Singapore.
The hotel was great. Close to train station. The room itself was t horrible but very obvious they don’t move or clean under the beds. Lots of built up dust, trash and even hair ties and Bobby pins. I would stay here again just for convince sake and the staff were very friendly.
good
They charged me to hold my luggage
Nice hotel, the breakfast is just a bad of 3 different kind of bread and coffee
Rooms are quite small. Many dining options within walking distance. Family mart is on the corner and 7/11 is across the w.
Like are
This hotel was in a convenient location - close to a Family Mart and train station. Not much happening in the area though. There is no laundry in the hotel even though it is stated. Rooms are small and we struggled for space to keep/access our bags in the room.
When i went in to check-in and about to say Hi to the receptionists and they both didnt look at us which left me a not good impression in the customer service. The room was super tiny, the sink still had a pair of someone’s contact lenses left which i felt disgusting.
Staff went above and beyond to help in any way. Property is spotless and great transport links are nearby. Very surprised this is only a 2 star hotel. Thank you for a great stay.
Good Property, Close to Hanzoman Station
Great Hotel and Very friendly staff
Great hotel for the price! Location is across the street from Hanzomon station on the Z line which connects with all lines and goes directly to Shibuya and Sky Tree. There are 3 convenience stores within a block and a few restaurants. Rooms are small but for Tokyo standards not bad. Bathroom is spacious and modern. We stayed there for 10 nights. It was perfect. Hotel staff was amazing. Front desk to cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The only slight negatives would be no English tv stations and internet was slow so streaming videos had buffering. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend the hotel and I will stay there again next time.

Booked a room for a family of 4. It had 2 single beds. Room is so tiny there was hardly any space for luggage. Location is good with a train station 2 mins away.
Gave us new amenities and water bottles everyday
The only problem they did not have any english speaking tv channels. This rather inconvenient especially in the evenings.
Extremely small bedroom.
Quiet location. Once you learn the buses available it is very convenient. It is only a 25 minute walk to Kyoto Station.
This was our first stop in our visit to Japan. We spent two evenings exploring the surrounding neighborhoods of the Imperial Garden. This hotel sits on the western side of the park and is surrounded by office and government buildings. The neighborhood feels safe and clean at almost anytime of the day, and there ware always people taking care of business or visiting the smaller and older businesses that populate the area. This was a great point to walk around the park to visit the Imperial Gates, The Bridges and the many museums and cultural centers in the area around the Gardens. The hotel itself was small as expected but had everything we needed. The staff was accommodating with getting our luggage sent to our next location without and hitch. Coffee and Bread served in the morning was a great treat instead of sitting down to eat a full breakfast. Overall an awesome place to start of your visit to Chiyoda City.
Everything except for the room size is great. I stayed there for three nights with my wife and two boys (10 & 9). To say that we were tight in the room is an understatement. It would have been extremely tight even if it was just my wife and I. There was no room to open our luggage comfortably. BUT the service was great. The amenities were nice. Everyday we could get new toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, body wash towel. Plus free coffee and water at your disposal. Would I stay here again given the room size…maybe. Wouldn’t hesitate if it was just two persons. If I went back with my kids, I would definitely reconsider or get two rooms.
The staff member “in training” is so lovely and calm. I felt soothed and relaxed by the lobby and the demeanor of the staff. The room was good, needs vacuuming. Beds too small for sharing with kids. Thank you, “in training” staff member!
Brilliantly located small hotel
Small room but the location more than makes up for it. Steps away from the Hanzomon line which is amazing!
This little cosy place is perfect for those that are looking for a place to sleep and spend their days exploring Tokyo, close to transport, food everywhere, and positioned so you can visit Shibuya, Shinjuku, Disney parks and surrounding areas easily. The rooms are on the smaller size but remember your their just to sleep. Staff were amazing and polite, very helpful, facilities in room are perfect for what you need.
Great central location. Small rooms but that’s Japan! Highly recommend!
Excellent staff. Helpful. Very clean. No breakfast, just bread and coffee. No bellman.
very good!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful (even tho we only spoke English they still were super helpful!) the room was small but that’s expected here in Tokyo. The bread in the mornings was a cute touch. I love how simple and modern everything was
Was good but some noises came from the bathroom while I were inside the room if I had got out of the room and lights off then there won’t be any noise anymore
We loved the location
Hotel is located diagonally opposite the entrance of Hanzomon Sub-Station. Take exit 6, will have either elevartor or escalator that could lead to the ground level. Take about 2 mins to walk to the hotel by crossing 2 traffic lights. This sub-station also goes directly to Shibuya and Oshiage Station which I could transfer to Narita Airport via Keisei Narita (which take about 1hrs 15mins). However, it is a quite residential and office area. Hotel provide freshly brewed coffee at lobby. Cafe latte tast funny, not sure if it is the milk issue.....Overall room is small for 2 adults.
We read reviews on Nest and decided to give it a try on our 10 day trip. Subway station is around the corner from the hotel with the option of stairs, elevator and escalator. Elevator is definitely appreciated when traveling to and from the airport with luggage. They have complimentary breakfast daily that are packaged in a neat little bag. It is a tiny muffin with bread and croissant. They have a coffee machine that you can use 24/7. Midway through our stay, they started providing complimentary water (which was appreciated). Room service was upon request. They leave you a bag of fresh towels on your door daily if you do not request the service. The room is very small. We had a King bed with very little room to move around. The rooms are relatively clean. But there are stains on the wall and on the sheets. And because of that, I can only give them a 4 ⭐️.
Overall start was good. Hotel is nice and clean upon entry. Rooms are TINY don't be fooled by pictures. Bed is hard and after a 5 night stay I need a massage. Although the rooms are cleaned and are clean it had a funny smell upon entry.. Not sure if it was a former smoking room in the past and the smell is still there or a past guest smoked illegally? Not sure. Loved that the hotel is basically beside the train station but nothing really around walking distance to anything fun. Good value for the money for the 5 night stay... We looked at extending an extra night and was worsted quoted over $600 for the night and at that price this hotel is not worth it in the slightest.. Might as well spend that money in a proper size room and a more central area
Conscience and good quality hotel.
It’s great place and a very nice essential hotel. My only concern is the room was quite small, but I guess this is how it is it Tokyo. Besides, everything was great.

Perfect place to stay. Super clean, the staff was super friendly, and less than a minute walk to the Train station.
