My only gripe is that there is very little shade on the beach.

When I had issues with the air conditioning the first night, Jackie had Maintenance attend to it immediately and actually upgraded us to a better room due to the inconvenience

Cozy resort in the middle of Seven Mile Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this resort in Negril. Location is perfect. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and served great food. Having a free breakfast each morning was refreshing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Treehouse!

The resort was comfortable, rooms good & staff friendly. Lack of staff @ supper, we waited 50 minutes for our meal. When it arrived the waiter/bar attendant was sweating profusely dripping into our food, complaining that he was the only person doing that job & making excuses. Fish was deep fried dry & waiter didn’t seem to care about overcooked fish again making excuses, not very professional.

Service at the bar was not very good

This is my third stay. I always enjoy the breakfast buffet which allows you to try authentic Jamaican dishes. The resort is quiet, bathrooms have been renovated, and the cleaning staff keeps the room so clean. The resort sits right on the beach so you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. They are currently renovating the bar area as well.

Its my go to place for relaxation with access to a beautiful beach. The rooms are very welcoming.

The resort was at a perfect location and steps away from the seven mile beach. The staff were so friendly and made me feel at home. I would recommend this resort to friends and family.

Be sure not to get room 9 it’s a very tiny room and the bed is just a double /Queen woke up every morning with soar back. Noticed they put toppers on the mattress.

I came here with my dad in April and loved it so when me and my friends was planning a trip I just instantly thought of this place because it’s close to literally everything you can walk on the beach and talk to vendors there’s restaurants on the beach and I also had a rental car so I was able to drive and go to places and Tony Montana is the man to go if you want to do exclusions

The property was well-maintained and the rooms clean. The bathroom had updated amenities. Being snack on the beach was a definite plus. Our server at breakfast, Ms. Carol, was a gem. She was funny and quite accommodating. I wish I had planned a longer stay.

I did not like that they put us in a room with no working air conditioner. I did not like that the generator on the property was too small to support power on the property, so the power was out for long stretches of time. No power, no lights, no A/C, no internet. The room itself was lovely and clean.

Paradise at Negril Tree House

Total relaxation, great location, wonderful staff, and good food. Loved going to bed with the sound of crickets and waking up hearing birds chirping. The water and waves are therapeutic. I came back refreshed!

I liked the size of the property the fact that it was right on the 7 mile beach. The staff in all areas were exceptional. I wanted a different experience rather than going to an all inclusive resort ,staying in the Negril Treehouse Resort offered that for me. I will definitely be back and I will tell all of my friends and family. What a lovely spot this resort is.

Nice boutique hotel right on the beach. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Always the little things that make you feel special. Getting that little amenities kit upon check in was a superb touch.

This was a well managed hotel directly on Seven Mile Beach in Negril. My room was spacious with a small fridge, safe, TV and efficient air conditioning. The water pressure was excellent. There was ample parking available. The on site restaurant serves delicious meals. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The landscaping was attractive and the hotel grounds were well maintained. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything was beautiful

Decent property. The food is excellent, but it can get busy around there as they do day passes. Wood slats on the windows let's you hear everbody walking by and talking when in your room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was a big hit. Nice beachfront affordable property with a few amenities.

Great breakfast options and wonderful staff. It's too bad there isn't a coffee maker and coffee in the rooms, though. I prefer hotels where I can make coffee in the morning in my room as soon as I wake up instead of having to walk somewhere to find some.

Friendly staff

This property felt like a natural resort for Jamaica, versus a corporate hotel chain. The staff prides themselves on getting to know you. We were able to get a massage on the beach. Breakfast was included in the package we had. They have a restaurant and bar on site that was open until 10 or 11 PM. The beach is steps away from the hotel lobby. I can’t wait to return to Negril and this property.

The Negril Treehouse Resort is a unique vacation destination that I enjoyed thoroughly. From the unique Treehouse rooms to the beautiful and well lit walk ways, the Treehouse has it all. From the quiet and relaxed life while right on the beautiful 7 mile beach with sunsets every night to the security cameras and beach security who are always on point. The Negril Treehouse is on a another level of boutique resorts. I can't wait for my next visit here.

Overall I enjoyed the resort, it was intimate, relaxing, and understated. Would come again. Food could have been improved, would have enjoyed more fruit at breakfast, fresh local fruit smoothies, and more Jamaican inspired plant based options. We walked down the beach crossed the road and ate at Coletta's restaurant which was delicious and wanted to try Miss Sonia but it was closed. Rasta

I’m going back

Pleasantly greeted and always attended to. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. We were steps away from Margaritaville where the catamaran tours head out, making it convenient for excursions. Breakfast was included each day and enjoyed the rotating options. Great time all around.

The service is unmatched compared to anywhere else I’ve been. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you’re having the best stay and best vacation possible. I will be going back again.

I loved the ambiance and the food was amazing. I didn’t like the noise level, especially from the staff in the mornings. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. The staff needs to more quiet while doing their work to not disturb the guests.

I loved the Tree House. It's centrally located on the 7 mile beach. The property was clean and the staff is super friendly. Biggest drawback is the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Also, Margaritaville which is a couple of doors down had a big party the first night of our arrival that went on until 2 am. Definitely could hear it loudly at our hotel. We did a beach pub crawl from our location and it was a lot of fun as so many places were so close. Also, make sure to look for the sting rays in the water. Saw several very close to the shore line.

Very nice affordable Negril Resort. Located next to Margaritaville. Right in the middle of 7 mile beach. Very relaxing. The staff will do anything to make your vacation pleasant. Nice clean rooms. Good Security on beach. Negril is very safe. Security guards all over the beach. Never felt unsafe. No seaweed, clean peaceful, relaxing beach. Grocery store across the street. Best Pizza at Chances Restaurant next to Margaritaville. We will return!

I finally got a stay at Tree House. Great place. Central to everything in Negril. Customer service was superb! Breakfast was wonderful. Loungers on the beach were clean and in good repair. Rooms are well-appointed and clean. Everything you need is available. I would say, the 1 downfall for me, was the thin walls in my room. I could hear everyone conversation and tv channels all day, all night, every day. Other than that, i had a wo derful stay.

My wife and I are returning guests to the Treehouse. We absolutely love it there. Staff=friendly, hard working, professional. You enter a guest and leave a friend. Owner is on site involved with her establishment. A trully wonderful owner. Beach is awesome. To sum it up, i wish i was back at this awesome establishment.

I loved how friendly the staff was. We had to go to Kingston. We were told to call them, if we had trouble driving. I I wish the food was a bit more Jamaican in flavor. I’m Jamaican, so disappointed in that. Other from that it was great!

This was our second stay, no major changes, still great friendly staff and wonderful 7 mile beach. Good location, close to many bars and restaurants. Food at the beach bar is great, but not many options for my wife who is not a fan of spicy. Free breakfast was ok, being right on the beach now is nice. Only big issue, on our first night after a long day of travel was a VERY LOUD beach bar party going on 'til 4 AM. Other than that was a nice stay, thanks to the staff for their great service!

Our room was kept very clean, very important to me. The staff were nice, and accommodating. The food very good! Lots of beach space. Easy walk to activities in both directions. Will definitely return.

Check in was efficient. King garden room was comfortable, with hair dryer, fridge. Wifi was good most of the time. Beach towels available, lots of loungers and shade. Breakfast was included and plentiful however slow service. Restaurant service was slow but food was good. Grill with pasta and seafood was amazing. Beach location was fabulous. Definitely a lovely place to stay.

We love the Treehouse! The property is quaint and clean. The staff is friendly, kind and courteous. The buildings are well maintained and new activities are added (such as a pickle ball court and entertainment). The location is absolutely the best!! We had to extend our stay due to weather and they were very accommodating. The Treehouse feels like coming home.

We LOVED the Treehouse. First time in Negril and this hotel sealed the deal - we will definitely return one day. Service was excellent. Food was very good. The free breakfast had limited choices but I appreciated the convenience of it. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Highly recommend!!

I’ve stayed at this property before and loved it. This time around it was okay. It’s not bad but some upgrading is needed. I love the home feel of the units. The property is very lush and right on the beach. The family had a good time.

Great hotel great food

Stay for 4 days. Breakfast in the morning was good. Service for coffee and juice was fair. Menu was limited. Rum Punch was delicious. Was looking for more selections of authentic Jamaica food. My transfer returning back to airport arrived and the front desk told driver they didn’t have anyone by my name. They left and I had to pay 100.00 dollars for taxi. The lady at desk mistakenly looked at my reservation card wrong. It clearly had my name and passport info. The lady that does messages had scheduled a message at 5pm on Monday. No show!!!! I saw her the next day at breakfast and she said she had car trouble. Someone could have called me. I wasted time waiting for her when I could have gone to Dream weekend party.

Just spent 5 nights at Treehouse. The pros: great location on 7-mile beach, wonderful staff, great (Jamaican) food, beautiful grounds. The cons: property is due for some updates and needs more amenities. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recommend Treehouse without hesitation.

I love staying at this resort. The staff is friendly and the sourroundings gives that tropical feel. I especially love the beach settings. There's nothing I did not like.

Safe relaxing, the only problem for me was the bed was too hard. House keeping put a duvet on there but was not sufficient. It needed a matress topper or new bed

This resort is ideal if you have an expensive taste but is currently on a budget. Lol. After having an issue with my room, I was upgraded to a beach front room. Ex cellent customer service. Food is good and most of the staff were friendly.

Treehouse is a place that a solo traveler can go and know they will be taken care of and made to feel like family

I've been to a few resorts on the seven mile beach over the years and Tree House is truly the best!!! From the staff, thanks Kerri and the most delicious Jamaican breakfast daily!! Best beds, so comfy and the resort provides a relaxing environment. My 88 years old mom, could easily walk with her barefeet everyday on the beach and into the ocean, beacuse it is flat all around and smooth! The beach restaurant has yummy food at a reasonable cost too! Can't wait for the next trip, I'll surely return! One Love, Margaret

The food and the service at the restaurant was very good. The appreciation party was a lot of fun and a nice touch, would like to see more entertainment. Beach staff did a great job and was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and hope to return.
