Disappointing

Our room has no hot water, not even warm. Instead of moving is to a different room, we were told to wait and take a shower at midnight. The next day, there was still no hot water. My husband wants a refund.

Room was very clean! Bed was comfortable. My room was well maintained.

Was an awesome day..rooms were clean and workers were nice.

Easy access

Dirty long term tennants

Our initial room has not been cleaned, pillow cases slept on and dirty floors. Outside hallway with mud everywhere and food scattered on the floor and very loud hard rock music blaring from a room across the hall. The workmen that have apparently been staying there since June had things very messed up. We were unable to cancel our room due to the properties rules so were moved to a much cleaner room. The employees that assisted us that night were helpful but appeared frustrated.

Decent place

Decent, quiet place for a night stay. Many food options close by.

Dirty and very loud music all night

Don't stay here unless you want to feel like you are in Tijuana. Very loud Mexican music and LOTS Mexicans that can't speak English all 3x weve stayed now. Up w music outside drinking beer. Keep you up most the night. Office does nothing about it. The room was only half clean. Pubic hairs on bathroom floor, bottle caps on living room floor, edges dirt build up.

No hot water at 930 pm because a ton of solar farm workers came in and used it up. Poor planning for clientele. Between door secured only by a chain. Most egregious... handicap accessible room had steps to get into the room and not a larger wheelchair door.

The room was neat and clean, but the neighboring Wendy's patrons were squealing tires regularly in the parking lot until around 11 pm.

Blood stains on the bed spread and sheets. I didn’t need to use any cold water when I showered. The hot water was cool enough.

Overall very nice property. WiFi could be a little better.

There were a lot of construction workers staying there. At 5:00 am they congregated out in the parking lot. They were loud, laughing and woke up several of the rooms. When I let the front desk know, they said that the workers won't be working on Saturday and so it should be better. Not a place I will ever stay at again!

Could have been cleaner. All the outside garbages were full, broken beer bottles in the stairwells. A lot of construction workers, seemed like most of the rooms were full of living situation tenants.

Par for a 2 star

One of the beds was literally broke, the A/C had a mind of its own, and the toilet was questionably secured. But, its a 2star hotel so you know what you're getting into.

Don't Believe in Hotel Ratings.

Check in and lobby area was nice, but the guests on the property were loud, partying outside, cooking, drinking, playing loud music till late in the night. In the morning there were empty beer bottles, bottle caps, empty cases of beer around the property and stairways. The entire property and room needed updating and care. I guess you get what you pay for. We were so uncomfortable in the morning, we did not want to stay for breakfast. Hotels com rated this as a "Very Good" hotel and it should have been rated Poor. We will never stay at a National 9 again.

Power kept going off and it took a while to get checked in.

You should not be listing this hotel on Expedia or any other site!! It’s a terrible place for any traveler to feel comfortable. It is basically a low rent apartment complex.

Great quick night stay

Con: Room 147 was filthy. Dead fleas around the edge of the bed seams. Floor had not been mopped in a very long time. Both of our socks became blackened very quickly. Toilet was leaking water on the floor, everything very grimy and old. Very noisy until 10:30 PM. Picnic tables out front of the room attract vagrancy Pros: Front desk was very kind and helpful. Refrigerator and microwave were in working order.

My none smoking room smelt like someone had just smoked in it.

Absolutely horrible, almost the whole hotel was booked and they were throwing a party on the lawn around the hotel. Beer cans literally everywhere you looked and they did not look like nice people whatsoever. Left right away. Don't go to this hotel, it’s unsafe and they let anything happen. Horrible management and customers.

They Overbooked!

The hotel was overbooked. When we arrived, they said they didn’t have my reservation, even through I had confirmation for a NS room with two queen beds. I even called TWICE the day of check-in to work out details, and nobody said I didn’t have a reservation. Instead of giving us the room I requested, they “found” the grossest pet room with only one queen bed.

Nice, clean place to stay and bed were very comfortable.

During check in the front desk people were not as friendly as I have generally experienced at other properties. Pet room was more stinky than others I've stay in. Heating/cooling unit smelt terrible,

Really dirty room with black mold in the shower. Incredibly noisy air conditioner that kept you awake all night.

Near Arches National Park

This was a good hotel for the night. The room was quiet. The breakfast was good with waffles, hard boiled egg, cereal, sweet rolls, yogurt, juices, coffee, milk and tea available.

Needs cleaning and basic upkeep

This property is overall poorly maintained and very dirty outside, in the hallways, and the grounds. It's obvious by the stuff outside of the rooms in the walkways that long-term residents stay here. The bed was clean but uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean. The towels were thin and rough. The edges of the room were very dirty, as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. No modern conveniences like phone plug ins. One switch controlled all of the lights in the room. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the room after dark. Lots of noise and commotion in the hallways. Halls smelled of smoking and weed. Won't stay here again.

O K for us but no wheel chair access. room was clean, nice bed. good fridg with lots of space. drain plugged in tub. tiissue box empty. o k breakfast. grounds littered with cigarette buts. construction workers and "migrants?" in far end.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The area around the ice machine, however, needs a good scrubbing, and trash needs to be cleaned up from the parking area. Otherwise I would have given an excellent rating overall.

The free breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much of a selection.

The beds were super soft and comfortable. Place a little run down but very clean.

The staff are very pleasant people and good at their jobs. There is something generally nice about this place. It's not the newest or trendiest--it's simply warm-feeling.

It was ok but it was old, floors creak, you could see light through front door therefore you could hear noises and it was difficult to relax and sleep.

Room was 1 King, I reserved 2 queens. Room smelled of either a dead rodent or overwhelming insecticide. Everything else was just grungy.

The front desk staff were amazing

Staff were very helpful. Not a luxury hotel but worth every penny I spent. I’d stay again.

Could be better.

The room, mainly bathroom area, needed a better cleaning. There were dirty water marks running down the side of the tub, the toilet had hair and paper in it, the sink had hair in it and on the counter, one of the pillow cases had hair on it and the room had a mildewy odor to it.

This was not an 8 out of 10 motel. AC was loud, but let the the front desk attendant know.

Could use some improvement

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good number of chairs. But, the carpet pad was lumpy. And there was a lot of small gravel near the front door that made is hard to keep the carpet clean as we came and went.

Clean older motel, lots of clean grassy areas for dogs, good breakfast for the price, walkable to several dining options.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great bed. Nothing fancy but great price.

The grass is nice for the Dogs since the pavement is so hot.

Very run down hotel

The room was a non smoking room the stank of stale smoke and very musty. Lots of nats flying around in the room. Window curtain was very dirty. The furniture was extremely worn. A spider in the tub and it felt like it was going to fall through the floor. The people above us was stomping around all night, we had requested top floor and wasn’t given one. All outside garbages were overflowing. The place needs a serious renovation or torn down! We will never stay here again!

I asked for a ground floor room (for 2 seniors with bad knees) and not only was that request met but it was an ADA room with grab bars, much appreciated. So the service was great. Although an older property, the hotel and room were updated, well maintained, immaculately clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was usual continental fare and included hardboiled eggs for a protein choice. Overall a very satisfactory stay; we will return if in the area again.

We were only there for a night but it was clean, quiet and convenient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. There are 2 ice machines at the property but only one was working. Had to go to the far end of the bldg & upstairs to get ice. That was my only complaint with my stay.

Older hotel, hot water, low price.

The National 9 in Price is an older hotel that is showing its age. The table and chairs in the room were old and worn, the floor trim in the bathroom was chewed up. There was a ceiling tile over the shower that was water stained and partially open when we arrived. However it was the cheapest available room in town, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the heater worked. If I expected the Holiday Inn, I should have payed for the Holiday Inn and stayed there instead. It is what it is, a cheap hotel room to sleep in. Next time I travel with my wife, I will be a smarter husband and pay more money for a nicer hotel. Guess ya live and learn!

National 9 in Price is a decent cheap motel. The room and buildings are a bit dated and in need of renovation but the room was clean and bathroom was all good. We didn't try the breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable, but we were awakened at 4:30a.m. by upstairs people and next door people taking like they were fighting The hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was poor. We went to eat at 8:00, and we had to ask for several things to be refilled as they were very empty. Also, they were no hard boiled eggs. It seems they would have planned for all the people that had checked in.

Nice place to stop with dogs

This was a great stay for the price. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely an older property in need of some maintenance however. The toilet needed to be tightened down to the floor better and the primary facilities lack ADA accessibility. The toilets was small and low and there are no grab bars in the shower or near the toilet.
