Some cracking and mild around tub shower

I can see they’re trying but really need to invest money into some renovations. Kind of seedy place and vibes.

Noisy outdated

The staff that welcomed us was great. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom tub was stained so that was a downer. Area with beds was satisfactory. Breakfast was not inviting. We would stay there again. Probably give them a rating of 7.8

Very customer service oriented

The front desk person was very accommodating. I needed a ground level room. Room was clean.

The property looked run down on the outside. Smell in the room was terrible. The carpets were very dirty, and bath towels gray. The heater was loud, but it sort of drowned out the noise in the other rooms. Hot water would turn cold in the shower if someone turned on the water in the sink. Probably won't stay there again.

Check in was fast and easy, room was simple and clean, nothing fancy, perfect for an affordable stop over on our long drive.

A cheap place to stay for sure but you pay for what you get. Room furnishings were fine, outdated tho as well as the bathrooms. Internet off and on so really could not use at all. A bit noisy as close to hiway. A cheap overnight stay if you are not looking for anything special

This is an older property. The beds were not comfortable at all. The front desk person was nice. Breakfast was pretty slim. We went next door to a restaurant for breakfast.

Very Convenient

Easy checking and stay. Stayed here twice already and will be back next time in in this area. The location is very convenient and close to food, gas and other stores.

Old motel you get what you pay for

It wasn’t fancy, but it was very clean and had everything needed including comfortable beds.

Staff members are helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

Crowded and sketchy breakfast

Needs serious upkeep in cleanliness in the bathroom.

Tesla charging right next door was perfect. It's a simple place in a simple town but well kept with new touch to an old place. Staff was very nice. If I need to road trip that way again I'm definately going to stay there!!

Overall was OK.

Room 1 must have been the Most Used. The carpet has 2 tears in it, one of them about 18 inches long. Room also had a funny smell to it when we first arrived, might have been cleaning products?? Bathtub is really old (like 60 years old). The TV is tiny (32" ?) and it would have been better to have 4 full size pillows instead of 3 and a tiny one. Noise in the middle of the night sounded like someone was doing laundry at 2AM. Room is right next to the office so anything is possible. The good points are the location is central and easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was in a tiny room but WAS REALLY WELL STOCKED. This was a pleasant surprise. Hard Boiled eggs, waffles, oranges and lots of coffee and sweets, LOL. Overall the stay was OK.

This place was a blessing on a night I was supposed to pass through and decided to stop. I came with my sister, son and two small dogs. Everything worked in the room and was cleaner than many other hotels/motels/inns. The inn keeper was kind even when I arrived after midnight. I sincerely appreciated the relief after a stressful day on the road. Thank you so much!

Bed was lumpy and creaky. It was awful to sleep on.

You get what you pay for….. mold in the bathroom, the toilet has black lines like they are not cleaned. The flooring between the bathroom and main area has exposed tack boards for the carpet that in the dark put several holes into the heel of my barefoot. To have all items working the TV, fridge and other items were plugged into a 5 plug extension cord. This was an overnight stay just to sleep and quick shower in the morning… however safety precautions need to be taken to prevent someone from getting seriously injured or ill. We tried to tell the front desk upon checkout About the tack board but nobody was there and didn’t come after ringing the bell 5x. We had to leave and go to our next destination.

Dirty room, stained sheets, sink did not drain. I understand pool not open but hot tub not open as well. Poor overall

Room was fine but the wifi was non existent…that was very very disappointing..we has to leave the hotel and drive to another location to be able to send updates on our trip to our family…

Wifi, ice, and lock on our door all not working. Would've stayed somewhere else if we knew this.

It was rated7.2 and had breakfast. That was why we booked. No internet service. Very run down. Breakfast was warm coffee, warm water for instant porridge. Needs a total uplift. Very disappointed

The property was ok, room was clean. The checkin girl was not real interested or friendly. The morning guy was friendly when we checked out.

Older motel. Toilet had mold in it. Facets hard to turn on. Plenty of hot water. Bed was clean and comfortable. No hair dryer glad I noted this before I washed my long hair! What we expected for our money.

The owner was good. The room was clean but the bathroom tap was so difficult to turn on that I had to use 2 hands. No hot water in sink. We felt as though the property needed an update. Ice machine not working poor wifi. They tried for sure. Lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast okay but no tea and that’s what I drink.

Dirty. Bedding was dirty and hotel staff would not give new clean bedding. They became upset and annoyed. Second night was canceled.

Nice place to stay

Our stay was fine, no problems.

As soon as we walked into the room stale air hit our face. Our bed had a bug right on the pillows. We had to make sure it wasn’t a bed bug. Once we were in the room for a while, we noticed our noses running, our throats were dry, and our eyes itching. There was definitely some kind of contaminants in the air. We had to buy things from the local convince store to help purify the air enough to sleep in the room.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. No problems. Ice machine was out of order.

The bed was very soft and I rolled toward my husband all night.

Keys wouldn’t work. No toilet paper. Staff kept disappearing. Tub was dirty. Sheets were dirty.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Thin windows & walls, but noise wasn’t a huge problem. Perfect for what we needed.

No thrills , it’s just a place to stay for the night. Motel 6 tier level ….

It was good for what it is

The room floor was black with dirt unwashed, the towels were so old, used and thin you could see though them, no toilet paper in our room, front desk refused to assist with getting the room to a somewhat satisfactory staying situation and the TV didn't work. Disgusting is the best term for this stay and it had a decent review rate on your site that's why it was chosen..so disappointed with Expedia and the hotel.

Breakfast was lacking. Towels weren't entirely dry. Carpet was dirty.

Give this one a pass

Water at the sink never did get hot. Needed a team of Belgians to pull on the water faucet in the shower. Water in the shower went from nice to scalding to freezing in an instant. No housekeeping, though we were there for 2 nights. Needed towels, but no one at the desk; couldn’t call from the room because the phone was inoperative. Finally found someone at the desk who gave me towels from the laundry room. Breakfast was pretty good, though. Wi-Fi was terrible; couldn’t even connect from the bath area. Only 1 lamp was functional; toilet seat was very loose. Next time I’ll spend the money to stay at the Holiday Inn or Best Western.

The only nice thing I can say about this property is the price to stay. Old beds, old scratchy towels, cheap toilet paper. Motel 6 across the street would have been a better choice

Shady. Wet carpet. Killed three flies that were trying to disturb my sleeping. Below average motel.

Cheap, clean, comfortable place to stay and had free breakfast.

Easy check in. No frills motel. Some updates. The carpet in our room was old and stained and missing in some places. Bed was not the best. AC worked well, Small tv on the wall, Good water pressure, bathroom was clean.

The hotel was pretty clean. I would have rated it higher except the was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower. The room looked clean other than that. The staff were very friendly. It was a decent hotel for the price.

It was easy access off the freeway, well kept up in a nice place to stay.

It seemed clean. Microwave and fridge in room. Good shower. Check in person could have been a bit more engaging. Breakfast: packaged mini donuts. Hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, cold cereal. Waffles were good. Bread. No meat but ok breakfast.

Will be going back

Our room was very dirty. On the side of the dresser there was a used flosser & a bottle of deodorant from the previous person. Hangers were left in the bathroom & a used bar of soap.

The floors were so spongy I thought I would fall through. The boards on the walkway and stairs are falling apart and loose. 100° outside and pool was closed. Pictures on The website are way deceiving. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned ever. We just went home. Just disgusting. It is a hole!!!!!

Older hotel, which could be fine if taken care of and maintained! Very run down, the floors in our room were FILTHY! My grandson took his shoes off to run around the room and his feet were black! Didn’t see any bugs but hard to sleep comfortably in those conditions. Also very loud in our room. Between people upstairs coming and going out of their room until early am and water pipe sounds all night, just a horrible experience. Do not recommend :/

Gross, disgusting and it smelt like old cigarettes and new cigarettes. You might as well have smoke it was foul and no hot tub or pool and the front reception lady was a smoking right outside the door. Gross never again!!

Overall enjoyed my stay, and breakfast included which is a plus.

Careful showering!

The shower only runs barely bearable hot water to scaulding, in room 30. The lavatory, the same. Placing your hand on the toilet tank found the porcelan to be warm on the outside, too. Couldnt figure out why or correct it. It wouldnt have helped to call rhe desk because the nice young man wouldn't have had a clue either.

This place was very dirty. Carpet in the room was dirty and partially torn up. Shower/tub was grungy, toilet seat was loose. The desk clerks were very nice & friendly. Will not stay here again.

Time to change towels. All were bad, you can do better. They were older than dirt.

Confusion

When contacting the hotel on the way in we were told we didn't have a reservation. Ultimately had to pay for a room in another hotel.We have yet to be reimbursed the charges. Having to dispute with bank.

Room was ok. Not very clean. Paper and debris all over floor. Bathroom not very clean. Ice machine did not work and wifi never worked. Two things i needed. Ok for price i guess.

This is an older property very well maintained. Breakfast was very good. 10 stars for cleanliness!

Although we didn't expect much because we got such a great deal, there was a lot to be desired. Bathroom tub still had previous occupants soap in it. Found items from a previous person in the room. Things were repaired not well. Our bed was very unstable. But there were no bed bugs, and like I said, I didn't expect much.

This was a great place for the value. Plenty comfortable and most importantly - the air conditioner worked great! There was some bad wear on the bathroom flooring, but it did not affect our stay at all.

No working pool no closet no pictures on walls Tiles and Floors were dirty and in corners and their other areas clerk when checking out was asleep at the desk

Room in general was clean but we had a pet room and the carpet had stains all over it and didn't smell very good. My dog went right for the stains and started sniffing.

They double charged me for a room and did not give me a refund. Do not stay here through Expedia.

A clean and comfortable room with a tub and shower. Mattress and pillows were very good. AC worked great. Free breakfast ! Good job ! You will be my go to spot in Nephi.
