Central, staff friendly and clean.

Clean room, easy check in with friendly staff. Close and walking distance to everything i wanted to see, Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location close to barangaroo limited parking at an additional cost. Room was big. Clean.

The accommodation was clean, spacious, well appointed and very affordable. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Nice location, One receptionist, a nice lady, did not have enough grasp of English language. My wife was very unwell and I had difficulty in getting this lady to understand our problem. We enjoyed our stay and plan to rebook for sometime next year.

Overnight stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Rooms were spacious and the bed and facilities were great.

Although in an unusual location these apartments are close to Rail, Tram & Ferry Services.

Nestled under an highway, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The suite is large, and supplies with cooking and eating utensils. Very nice hotel and close to the Opera House and Water front. Will stay there again when we are next in Sydney.

Large spacious room, comfortable bed and close walk to everything

We had a huge quiet apartment. Very clean. Kitchen and dining area and loveseat. Would definitely return here. Excellent location

When checked in the room was not what we wanted or expected. Thanks to the staff we were relocated to a great room. Really enjoyed another stay here and will book in again.

Brilliant location at a good price

We really enjoyed our stay at the Napoleon on Kent. The location is brilliant, right opposite an entrance to Wynyard station. Given we were so central, we walked pretty much everywhere. Our room was huge, much more spacious than expected, with a kitchenette, couch and dining table. Our room faced directly on to the Kent street footpath, so we didn't open our curtains much. I thought there would be a lot more noise from the street, but we were pleasantly surprised that there was not. The price we paid for our studio apartment was very reasonable given the location and size of the room. Would happily book here again next time we are in Sydney.

Customer Focused and Newly Renovated

I had an amazing stay as this place is in the heart of the city and highly customer-focused. They remember returning visitors and simplify check-in and check-out. Also, they paid attention to, and took care of, my special request made during online booking. The environment is friendly as other guests would say hello whenever I crossed paths with them. In addition, the room assigned to me has just been newly renovated. Furniture and cookware are new. Everything is working so well that I really had a great time. I definitely would return. Thank you.

A good central place to stay if you are going on a cruise easy walk or train to circular quay.

This renovated apartment met our needs. Close to everything.

Very dirty, the only clean thing was bed linen.

Good location and the reasonable rate, but first time to learn that the hotel charge cleaning fee unless 7 nights stay. we stayed for 4 nights. When we asked cleaning, it would be additional fee. When we asked change the towels, it would be additional fee

NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN

The property is in need of a good extensive clean. From the dirty dishes and stained cups to the sticky table top. Take your own wipes and give everything a good wipe down before you unpack. The sheets were stained as well with black stains. The water pressure in the shower is very low and the whole unit is in need of an upgrade as it is looking very tired.

The staff at reception are extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed on the second floor which was close to the footpath but it was very quiet day and night. Apartment 204 is well equipped with a modern shower and kitchen. The location is excellent for transport, food and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

There was asy acces to he hotel from the train station an walking distance to the cruise ship port. Room was clean and comfortable bed.

Although it is directly below a main highway our room on the ground floor was quiet. The bathroom however needs to be upgraded or cleaned thoroughly. The bath is filthy.

On a main road, so was quite noisy. My shower rail wasn't attached properly. My friends room had a dirty floor. Staff pleasant.

Perfect location next to Wynyard station & just up from Bangaroo & the harbour. Has a newly open large supermarket only 1 minute away. Beautifully upgraded renovated rooms & extremely good plus rates for the rooms makes the hotel an upmarket hidden value / gem place to stay.

Good Value for the price. Second time I have stayed and had the same room. Lounge is broken and has been for at least 6 months as I had the same room last stay. Balcony has cobwebs in spots showing it doesn’t get cleaned. Location is noisy. If you are looking for a good location with plenty of room on a budget then it a decent place. If you are wanting modern and quiet then probably pay more to stay elsewhere

We were happy with our stay as it is very conveniently located, it is a bit out dated which is good to see rooms are getting a full update, this is a very clean and comfortable motel. Very happy with the nightly rate. Pillows need to be updated as they were lumpy, i will bring my own next time we stay here.

It was great to find an apartment of this size in this neighbourhood for this price. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming upon entry. The location is perfect to explore the iconic sites of Sydney on foot, with easy access to transportation options. The staff at the front desk were consistently friendly and helpful. The after hours entry system is simple and efficient. We recommend this property to others without hesitation.

A pleasant experience recently renovated apartment with excellent facilities.

We liked the distance from from train station (300 m) ,Wollies and resturants very close by.apartment and staff very good. Did not like the soap and shampoo shelf missing and half flush button on toilet cistern appeared broken.Which are only trivial overall very good

Convenient short term stay

The room is a studio apartment that is clean and comfortable. Bathroom nice & clean & kitchen was well equiped. Apartment 201 was at street level and next to lifts. Very noisy from the street traffic and people walking outside & near lifts. TV reception was poor and kept cutting out. Property is close to transport.

Really close to train station and shopping

The room could do with a good clean. Dirty skirting boards and dribbled tea stains down cupboards. It is an older property and there where lots of areas where things like towel racks have been replaced leaving damaged walls. Could heat the cars and noise from the street. Great location and staff are great

Our 1 bedroom apartment with balcony was excellent. Spacious and very quiet considering it was underneath the freeway. King size bed was so comfortable and shower was a very good size. Train station across the road so easy access to and from airport. It would have been nice to be greeted by all Reception staff on entering and leaving the Hotel.

Great place to stay . Close to everything and it’s easy for walking

The studio was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. It is in an extremely convenient location close to Circular Quay, Wynyard station and the CBD.

Very well located for me

Great place to stay, very convenient to trains and transport plus supermarkets and a short walk to restaurants and ferries. A little bit dated and a bit noisy but Aki and the other staff at the front desk were excellent to deal with :)

The apartment was in the perfect position easy to get to and parking couldn’t fault anything

The location was very good, easy to walk to many places or easy to get to public transportation. Also close to grocery store. It’s right under a busy highway so it can be very noisy.

The location is fantastic. The hotel could be in better condition. If you need a place that is easy to access this is perfect. Literally in front is the train station that takes you straight to the airport. The front desk is friendly and helpful

A basic one bedroom apartment but very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This was a fantastic spot for all of our group to stay while playing & attending a music harbour cruise for the night. Within walking distance to all we needed & great food options around.

Very hospitable service and accommodated to our needs with no fuss. Got upgraded to a bigger room and was allowed early check in due to our circumstances with no fuss. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Very clean, tidy apartment. The air con in the lounge area didn’t work so it was very chilly. But the air con in the bedroom worked fine.

Haven't stayed there for a couple of years. Location, customer service and cost have always been great - but with their new upgrades - the rooms are so much better.

Location is right next to Wynyard train station so perfect to get around. Walking distance to QVBuilding & shopping precinct . 20 minute walk to the Ricks Bridge & Opera House. Comfortable room with seating atea, kitchen, couch & tv.

The staff were absolutely lovely - they really made our stay special. The room was really clean and spacious. Very close to the train station and easy walking to all the iconic sites. Will definitely stay again.

Property was a good distance from the harbour. There were a few things that the room needed especially for a long stay: a broom and draws to put clothes in.

Great property in the heart of the city

Property was old with broken skirting and lots of mould in the bathroom. Really run down. No room at all in the shower. Missing grout. We could of definitely done better elsewhere for the same money. Very disappointing

A perfect location for a work trip with multiple meetings in the CBD and Barangaroo. Very professional staff. Well maintained rooms with fully stocked kitchens.

This location suited our needs perfectly in a great location as we were able to walk everywhere, and at a decent price. We arrived at 9:30am hoping to leave our bags for the day before we checked in, but the lovely receptionist not only let us check in early but upgraded our room which was greatly appreciated! Quiet within the building, although the noise from the roads surrounding were slightly bothersome, it was nothing intolerable. Would recommend it as the room met our needs, was clean, and was satisfactory for a slightly more budget stay.

Clean and tidy, great location easy access to trains

The Saturday night was very very noisy ! The bridge above me traffic was so loud we couldn’t sleep . But the Sunday night was much better

There was no communication after the reservation was made, including no automated reminders on check in procedures. The property did not feel fully safe when walking in. The state of the actual room had previous damage, including what looked like some unrepaired fire damage. The couch arms were not attached so fell off when sitting on it.

Great spot, very affordable, good communication and easy parking option in the basement.

The property is within easy walking distance of the Wynyard train station, allowing easy access from the airport. 15 minute walk in one direction to Circular Quay, 10 minutes in the other direction to Darling Harbour. The apartments themselves could do with a refresh. A lack of power points is an inconvenience

We’re stayed here many times the deluxe rooms prices & being next to Wynyard station light rail plus only a short stroll to Banagroo & the harbour are so many plus’s highly recommend it ..

Didn't meet expectations

Very convenient location for ferry and train. Poorly maintained and cleaned with limited facilities. Definitely no more than two stars. Ask to be moved if the facilities are not what you expect. The information on transport from the airport is INCORRECT and outdated.

Property was spacious - furniture in the living section was old and not in great condition. Serviceable.
