A very good stay, good size rooms, polite and friendly staff, location is on back street so don't get too much noise, not so far from all tourist spots
Nice hotel in Jaipur.
Staff helpful. Nice breakfast. Clean & comfortable. 10 minute walk from the railway station.
Property was in a good location away from busy roads. Sadly the hotel made up for the lack of noise outside by ensuring there was endless noise inside. Noise from building works ongoing, noise from the roof, Boise from the corridors Bathroom needed some maintenance, was a bit grim. Mini bar was never restocked, nor were toiletries. Breakfast was very basic.
My stay here was actually pretty nice. The staff were kind and helpful, the food was decent. They went out of their way to make things positive. But there was one major and serious problem. They added on unauthorized dynamic currency conversion when I checked out. They added it on even though I verbally and in writing told them not to. Either the hotel management or owner or the bank is dishonest. I confronted them and made effort to give them the opportunity to make things right. They did not do so. So, unfortunately you cannot trust this hotel with your credit card information. They will add on unauthorized costs (dynamic currency conversion). I am very disappointed.
The bed was dirty and when I requested the put new sheets on the person doing it was very unfriendly. Moved out the next day. The rooftop restaurant is nice.
Excellent location if you are travelling by train to/from Jaipur Jn. This is a family run haveli with well-priced rooms. I paid more for the suite (not much more) and got a huge room. Rooms facing the street are best. others are a little dark. Their newly renovated rooftop restaurant is a great place for breakfast. They did muck up my laundry (forgot to send it out) and the hot water can be tricky. It is typical Rajasthani decor and very nice and clean. Good value and a top neighbourhood judging by the surrounding houses. Also easy if you are coming from the Ajmer Rd. Easy to walk up to M I Road and along to the delights of the Bazaar and tourist spots.
Lication was good and people's whowirk here too. Breakfast was super
Nice hotel
Facilities is good. Nice welcome Good meal Everything is good 😊
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and good rooms and amenities. Nice food in the restaurant too
Excellent Stay Throughout
This hotel is the best mid-range hotel I have stayed at in India. The staff are extremely helpful well beyond the call of duty, very personable and professional. The corridors, hall and ceilings are replete with exquisite hand murals and paintings which are delightful to the eye. The rooms are spacious, quiet, very clean and beautifully decorated,The breakfast which is included in the price is buffet style, copious and delicious. The location is also very good, being close to the train station and the town centre. All in all, the best value for money. If I went back to Jaipur this hotel would be my hotel of choice. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel well looked after in a very comfortable environment
Very pleasant place to stay in a good location. Staff are very helpful and friendly they Made our stay comfortable and we felt very welcomed. Rooms were spacious and had all amenities including a jug and tea and coffee. The bathroom was good had a shower that kept the water in the shower area not all over the bathroom. The staff were friendly and courteous and we enjoyed their company. The restaurant had a lovely outdoor garden that was great to be able to dine in. There is off street parking available I Would happily recommend tthis hotel to others travelling.
Clean hotel in convenient location
The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to center and train station. The room is huge but ours unfortunately had only a tiny window overlooking the wall nearby. The wi-fi worked most of the time. The hotel overcharges quite badly for the taxi to the airport.
Nice traditional style hotel, good location
The hotel is traditional style with wall and ceiling painting. Good location very close to Jaipur Jn station, metro and MI Road/Ajmer Rd. Clean and tidy, basic rooms but very comfortable. Typical 3 star fare. Breakfast is good, waiters and other staff very friendly and helpful and the manager goes out of his way to see you are comfortable. Great value for what you pay for it. We crammed 3 adults into a room and all went well. Autorickshaws and taxis easily obtainable outside and walking distance to main road. Manager offered us a "freshen up" room after we checked out and before we left for the station in the evening. Very good service.
Did not deliver the service which was promised. Was told there were twin beds in our room but that was not true. They charged extra for a roll away bed
Superb
This hotel a beautiful new haveli, we had got a really big room (3 pax). The staff was really kind, helpfull. We had dinner at rooftop, and breakfast on groundfloor, both were delicios, varied, plenty. They've got free wi-fi. One thing the location, it is not near to heart of the city, so you can't go for walk to see bazaar or City palace. I highly recommend this hotel!
An excellant time in an excellant hotel
A very good place to stay with very good management and staff.
Comfortable stay
Good service, nice staff, comfortable room, and a fantastic rooftop restaurant. Only negative was that our room was a little too dark.
nice
Really gud
Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible, would never ever go there again
Excellent Experience
Superb service, comfortable rooms, had an excellent stay.
Good value for the money in jaipur
2 days in jaipur on holidays. Hotel staff was very friendly. Food for dinner was very good. Breakfast at average. Main thing to improve is that this hotel would require a refurbishing, especially the bathroom that looks very old. Clean but looks too old now to look fresh. Overall ok for the price.
A great stay
We loved this place. The haveli has lots of character and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were really helpful and spoke very good English. It's situated back from the Main Street so is quiet. We loved the rooftop restaurant too.
Pleasant stay
Stay was comfortable but con's being water not able to sink in bathroom and too far from shopping area...
I would stay again there
The bathroom wasnt in good condition, the staff a bit slow but overall i would stay there again
Nice, clean & comfortable hotel
The stay at Nahargarh was a pleasant surprise. The cleaniness, service and breakfast was great. They had our car washed also in the morning. The puppet show was great. Overall nice value for money hotel.
Good stay
Wonderful experience and nice stay at the hotel
very plesent stay, and very nice staff
We really felt like home in this hotel, very clean nice and large rooms and most of all the staff very helpfull and profecional.
Very good hotel with very good service
The price of room was very very good; very nice standard and very good service. Best hotel in India that I visited during 2 weeks (I slept in 8 hotels in different cities).
Highly Recommend!!
Didn't find a single flaw about this hotel, they truly value customer satisfaction.
Wow!! Just amazed with the hotel and service
-Beautiful Hotel in budget price -Clean and large rooms -Good food -Well maintained hotel -Great staff and service -Free pickup from bus station or airport
Wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Nahargarh Haveli! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We travelled during Holi and the hotel manager really looked after our safety. The staff always checked on us to make sure we were having a good time, even providing Holi colors at the hotel that we could use! The hotel itself is beautiful and ornate. The room was clean and colorful and the bathroom was huge! I recommend having breakfast or lunch on the rooftop--it's very relaxing. The hotel restauraunt is really delicious and resonably priced. Thanks to the hotel for a great experience!
OK, But wouldn't stay there again
Very reasonably priced hotel but let down by room not being cleaned or towels changed. Breakfast was included but nothing to write home about. The rooftop restaurant offered a good choice and value for money. Overall I wouldn't stay there again
Beautiful roof garden restaurant
A small hotel with real Indian atmosphere. The room we had was on the small side, but clean and comfortable. The roof garden restaurant is what really makes this hotel stand out. Good value for money.
We couldnt stay at the hotel because first of all thet try to give us a standard room when we have paid for a de luxe one. When they finally show us the de luxe room that had a balcony with view to the fort... The view was at a river full of dust and dirt with a horrible smell. There were no rooms with view to the othher side. We book this hotel because we wanted a view to the fort and the answer was..." This is India" we dont recomend this hotel beacuse the photographs shows only some corners and not the real hotel.HORRIBLE!!!!!!! We lost our money and went to another hotel
Good and Bad
The first problem with the hotel was actually getting to it. Their website has a link to a Google map which shows it as being on the main Ajmer Road when it's actually in a residential street behind an office complex. Our driver (from out of town) went to the office complex only to discover that we should have turned at the previous traffic lights and it was complicated to get back there. A more accurate map would be very helpful. The room was fairly stark and, while the bathroom had very modern fittings, the door was broken. There was also a fair bit of noise. Now for the good news - the staff, especially the Manager, Sher, were very helpful and the hotel was reasonable value for money. The room was sufficiently dark for sleeping. We were due to leave Jaipur by train just before midnight and they let us rest in a room near the restaurant, although that was very noisy as there was a show on. With a few improvements, the hotel has the potential to be very good.
Pleasing Experience
The hotel was good and I really had a nice experience. However I would the hotel management to pay some heed towards the roof top restaurant, as there was hardly any attendant there and it was a little weird to see that sort of a service from a good hotel. Regards
Good hotel for stay
The front office is helpful. And it's also nice to have a roof top terrace. Comparing to other 3 stars in India, it's far way better.
Apart from breakfast nice room
It was having very nice room n ambience but complementry breakfast was pathetic, nothing was eatable.Big rroms with nice ambience, breakfast was not good at all.
Good deal and great hospitality
I stayed here for an overnight trip and wish I could spend a few more days. When you walk in they give you a refreshing drink which is a blessing after a long journey. The check in was hassle free and there is complimentary wifi and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and standard, nothing fancy. I just wished they provided a heater for the cooler months of the year as tiled rooms can be a bit cold. There isn't a whole lot of variety for breakfast but again its free and I'd rather take what the hotel offers then go searching for a place to eat. The manager of the hotel is really nice and answered all your questions and guided you where ever you needed to go. My only issue is, the hotel was a bit difficult to find. I was traveling from Delhi and my driver had difficulty locating the place. Had to make several mini stops on the way to the hotel because its not on the main road and this ate up a lot of our time. Other than that I'd definitely come back and stay here.
Not bad, but wouldn't return
The Nahargarh Haveli is a decent hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Jaipur. It is a bit out from the city center, and we had a couple rickshaw drivers get lost trying to find it - even with the card given to us by the hotel. The somewhat remote location was a drawback to us. So was the overpriced food at the hotel - but after coming back from a day of sightseeing, sometimes you just don't want to head out again to find a restaurant. The hotel was also a bit odd that the hallways of floors 1 & 2 smelled quite pleasing, but 3 & 4 had a smell of body odor. Try to request one of the lower floor rooms.
Very helpful staff.
Hotel rooms, hallways, and dining room were beautifully decorated. The manager was very helpful in making arrangements. The food was good and the room was standard Indian room. Requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. Not close to tourist sites but close to train station.
comfy, clean and friendly hotel
Very nice hotel, lovely bathroom with separate shower and bath, my only (very minor) complaint was that there wasn't a full length mirror in the room. Very comfy bed and a pretty good breakfast too. Our room was on the ground floor near the reception so it was a tad noisy in the morning, but this wasn't a huge problem. Overall a lovely hotel.

Hotel management must be fair with customers So that we are thinking to stay there again only for the service Thanks Only advice fair with the customers
Nargarh Haveli- Great place to stay in Jaipur
Great hotel, welcoming staff. Food is a bit expensive and very oily. Location of the hotel is convenient. The Manager is very helpful in arranging for tours and making recommendations for places to see. The hotel is a safehaven in a very crowded and dirty city.
Nice decent stay
Its a nice place to stay...rooms are pretty decent.. Staff is very friendly. The only concern i have is the quality of stuff in Toilets. Towels need to be of better quality and also the toiletries they provide should be slightly better.
Highly recommended hotel for those in Jaipur!
My experience in Jaipur was made even more enjoyable by having stayed in this A-grade hotel. For the amount of money for this hotel it really added up to fantastic value. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop dining experience. The menu pricing was reasonable but the meal, view and service made up for it. The staff was amongst the friendliest I've come across and the hotel was most likely the best I stayed in during my travels of north and south India. If you have any travel questions or issues the front desk should be able to sort it out. Speak with the general manager, Sher, who can be found at the front desk, if you'd like a more personalised level of service, as he will go to all efforts to help! I was only able to stay in Jaipur for one night but I would highly recommend this hotel whilst in Jaipur :)
Amazing stay
Excellent hotel. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a very delicious cup of tea and were later told that we had been upgraded. Our rooms were very traditional and spacious. The Manager kept asking us how our stay was going and if there was anything he could do to make it better. The rooftop restaurant is very nice and food is great. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel to stay in, great service, food, rooms, decoration, etc.
Hotel Nahargarh haweli
Overall a decent hotel. Bit difficult to locate as its not on main road but the guy came over to take us home. Hotel and Room are nicely furnished. Room size was bit small for us we needed to have additional bed for my daughter. Breakfast buffet was also good though menu was repeated alternate day. Guy at reception gave us good advise on how do we plan our site seeing. Overall comfortable stay.
