Decent hotel for the location

Nadia's Hotel is a decent place to stay as you're very close to Cenang beach, a shopping mall and lots of restaurants The service provided was excellent but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hotels.com stated that i needed to pay 6 myr in total and the hotel charged an extra 20 myr. I tried to fight it and even had a Hotels.com agent try to step in, but no result. The hotel is also strange about listing all kinds of penalties for damages or missing things. The hotel leaves you on edge with their nonsense. The positive is the location and thats it.

Lovely Langkawi

Great location - 2 mins from beach and near local shops &facilities. Good size room. Bathroom is a little tired around the the edges but good shower. Lots of rules & warning notices re breakages! Loved the open air roof top bar that had a welcome breeze! Bargain cocktails too 😊

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here at Nadia‘s hotel. It’s convenient close to everything I wanted to be near and I can’t wait to come back next year.

My go to hotel in langkawi. Frequent traveller to langkawi and I always try to stay here first unless theres no room.

It’s a decently clean basic room hotel at a prime location right opposite of cenang beach, would consider staying here again or trying other nearby hotels. But this definitely is a safe choice from now on, overall satisfied with the whole stay of 5 days.

Nice, Conveniently located hotel

Centrally located on Cenang Beach (Pantai Cenang). it was near many shops and restaurants. A car was not needed. The only complaint was that the duvet was not changed. I found a piece of dried food stuck to the duvet and a stain with it. It would be nice if they had a storeroom for luggage in the event that people had a later flight like us. Hotel Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I've lost count how many times I stayed here. It's my no.1 go to hotel whenever I travel to langkawi and I travel there more than once a year. Standard is fantastic as always. Even the pool was pretty amazing this time around trying for first time. The only feedback is the safe and tv remote batteries were both dead, but a quick call to housekeeping and new batteries were installed in a jiffy. No complaints at all. And Flo Lounge is one of the most fantastic rooftop lounge in all of langkawi. Definitely must visit.

Always my first choice in Langkawi

The hotel is strategically located in Pantai Cenang, everything is within the reach by walking. The rooms were nice and clean. But, as most of the review mentioned, sound isolation were not good so for people with concerns, may want to reconsider. Other than thay, always happy to have another stay whenever travveling to Langkawi.

This has to be the best service oriented hotel in all of Malaysia not just Langkawi. My wife and i have been traveling for ten years so we have stayed at numerous places and we don't just hit excellent as we understand people make decisions on reviews. I promise you won't be disappointed with the quality and service this hotel team provides.

Don't stay here as a family

The hotel staff have very little English or they were acting as though they cpuld.not speak much. Our first room smelt of damp and something worse. I am concerned that they do not change the sheets regularly if the room is left unoccupied. We were changed rooms after complaining a number of times. The second room was a little better but there were wires coming out of the wall to the light above the beds. This was not particularly safe around our toddler. Breakfast seemed like leftovers from the lunch the day before and the rolls had hardened from being left in a warm cabinet. Nobody checked the swimming pool when people swam with their underwear on rather than swimwear. This is not hygienic. All in all, we do not rate this hotel at all, especially for the cost per night. This is not a 3 star hotel by any stretch.

A great place to stay either for holiday or work. Cozy, calm and great hospitality.

Location close to mall and beach was fantastic. We were there for SCUBA so this was perfect. The 5 days we were there we only used a taxi (via Grab) once, other than to go to the airport. So much to do around here. Room was clean, bar was good. I did not eat here so don't know about food.

Perfect location for a short stay

The hotel is right in front of the beach, with lots of shops and restaurants around. We only stayed 2 days and it was the perfect location for us to explore. It is about half an hour by grab to eagle square anf half an hout in the other direction to the cable cars.

Located central of cenang. The staff has been always friendly and helpful! Great job! The room has been a basic room. Bedding has been dirty. There is only 1 room key card available doesn’t matter how many person. Towels always one per person.

Great bonding with daughter at Langkawi

First trip to Langkawi. happy to know that Nadias is just opp the famous Pantai Cenang Beach:) Did parasailing and Jetski. Like the shops along the streets Went to Furasato Spa Amazing service and very accomodative. Went to Kuah Square which is ok Loved the langkawi cable and sky bridge Crowded and hazy due to haze otherwise all good Overall stay is happy and good :)

Nice pleasant stay, reasonable rate. only think I find this hotel charge too high a rate for lost card key to room for MYR50 when I lost it. In Penang, the hotel I stay only will charge MYR20 for lost door access card.

Room was big enough but would like extra chair and hand towel. Mattres was quite ok 8/10 hardness and pillows good. My room 243 didn't have shower curtain(hope htl can look into it) ... Would have given full marks. Buffet breakfast was good enough. Hotel fronting Cenang beach but need to cross the road. Beach is clean with slight gradient and waters is clean and not choppy. Eateries are nearby and food trucks serving cheap food can be found 10mins walk away. Would recommend Orkid Ria seafood restaurant for dinner as it serves fresh seafood at a reasonable price. Grab cars/taxis are abound and drivers are usually friendly. Costs RM5 for a 10min ride. To airport is RM12~14 only. Must try the Sky Cab and Bridge which cost RM55 for basic cable car ride with 3D Art museum entrance and Sky Dome. Entry fee to Sky Bridge is RM5 for walking ie; 10mins by stairs down or RM15 by Sky Glide .. be prepared to wait if there are slot of people.

Budget feel, 5 star location.

Right in the heart of Dataran Chenang. Expensive for a basic room without breakfast. No frills. Feels like a budget hotel.

The only thing is location . But everything is terrible You have only one key for all guests and you need to pay for everything even for extra towels

Well this hotel is in a good spot, central and right across the road from the beach. Best is the rooftop bar serving happy hour drinks from 4-7. Hotel is ok however there is a certain state housing feel to it. Room was comfortable and clean. Did not appreciate that they billed us twice and would not do the refund on the spot, but told us they would do it later and email us the refund receipt. Have just been on my bank statement and 2 days later no refund. Not sure why they could not just put the refund through the EFT machine right then and there. Not happy.

1) Cleanliness: The room itself was ok, despite some stains and a few hairs on the bed sheets that may have come from the housekeeping staff. The bathroom however was filthy. The shower area as well as the drying line were full of mold and mildew - nothing a little bleach wouldn't remove. 2) Rude staff: house keeping and dinning staff were nice. The check in desk people however are rude. Multiple times we were in the middle of asking a question or receiving an answer from the two girls working the day shift and all of a sudden they ignore us and respond to a phone call and have a full conversation before they got back to us. They didn't even say excuse me or hold on for a minute. 3) You can only take particular beach towels to the beach after you sign them out and leave your only room card with them (which you take back once you return). Which means if only one person in the group needs to take a towel, the other person in the room stays without power (AC). Oh yeah, they don't give more than one access card to the room because they are too cheap and don't want to give you a chance to waste electricity once you leave. As for the beach towels, ours were very old and had tears in them. 4) The parking is a good 3 minute walk to the back side of the hotel (the door is only in the front of the hotel). A hotel in this area at this price should offer far better service than what we experienced.

The hotel is clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good location as it is opposite to Chenang Beach. However, the hotel rooms are old. Renovation should be carried out to improve the room condition. Room cleaning needs improvement as there were dirts seen in between the tiles in the bathroom.

One of the better options around

Overpriced, as most of the hotels in Langkawi are. Not that clean and they didn't change the sheets even after I placed the card on the bed. It's very noisy in the hall, especially due to the housekeepers. The location is the best part of this hotel. Wifi was fast, free parking was limited but didn't have any issue. Front desk staff was friendly but could use more coaching in professionalism. Overall the room was completely basic, but decent.

A nice stay.

A no thrills stay at the nadias hotel. Perfect location if you want to be near the beach but slightly off it. Eveything was nice about the hotel. No real complaints. It’s clean, nice staff and even has a nice rooftop bar with reasonable drinks. So all in all a pleasant stay.

It was an amazing stay! Very clean hotel and nice indoor swimming pool. And it is very convenient for food. We just walk for 5 min to have our dinner. Cenang Mall is just beside the hotel and beach is just opposite! We have a good sleeps for 2 nights! My kids love this hotel very much! We will come back again

Great place to stay at Cenang beach

Overall experience was great. Room was nice and big, and of course clean. The downside is that the sound insulation was pretty poor. If you have concerns about this, you may want to reconsider.

Convenient, central. Large comfortable bed though bed linen had old stains on it. And a little sparse on the towels. Lovely breakfast and the rooftop bar with it’s happy hour was fantastic. Will be coming back for sure.

Strategically located in Pantai Cenang, 5 mins walking distance to the beach, 1 min to the mall for duty free shopping. Nice swim at the hotel indoor pool . Checked in was easy and the hotel reception staff, Mr. Ammar was very helpful with all my questions & requests. Highly recommended.

I love everything this hotel has to offer, from its location which is dead center of everything in Cenang, right opposite of the beach. The indoor pool is just great, away from the hot scorching sun and intermittent rains. The room is spacious and clean. However I really hate the air ventilation inside the bathroom. It was interconnected with other rooms. Whenever there's someone smoking in the neighbouring rooms, it would leaked into our room via the air ventilation. We have to kept our bathroom door closed all the time to avoid that but at the same time, we had to bear with the smelly bathroom. We tried air refresher from time to time whenever we need to use the bathroom. I think the management should revamp the air ventilation with an exhaust fan in each room. This would allow the ventilation vent to be sealed off when the fan is not turned on, and would prevent foul smell from invading other rooms.

Good location if you want to be near everything. Hotel is just perfect for convenience, food and shopping with a nice beach just across road.

Nice hotel close to beach however I was told my room included breakfast at check in and then this morning when I checkout I was made to pay for the breakfast after I ate it. If I had been told breakfast was not included then I would have eaten outside of the hotel.

Hotel close to beach, mall, easy to get meal near to the hotel

We stayed here a year when it was newly opened. A year later, we notice that the walls are beginning to have bubbles, and somehow there's sand on the floor in the room.

Sound proof

Everything's are good except sound proof are not that good.. can heard people's talking & sound of stepping from corridor.

Excellent location, cenang beach visible from front of hotel, both sides of hotel lined with food, shops, massage places, airport 10min car ride away. Room had the basic amenities except hairdryer which you need to request from reception. Otherwise, the room is clean and spacious, a comfortable stay :)

Pleasant enough but poor policy

Hotel is centrally located. Everything you could need within a block and a shopping mall next door. Laundry service go out of the hotel and turn right for about a block. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Breakfast basic but ok. Egg station plus a mix of Asian and western food. Roof top view excellent. Downside - this is the first hotel I have stayed at that doesn't provide a hair dryer - weird. Also I am sick of hotels professing to be environmentally responsible when they are not. They have the spiel about the towels etc but there is no place to hang your towels. Not one hook in the bathroom. Had to drape them over the shower wall hence they were changed every day so the policy is rubbish. Also this is now the second hotel I have stayed at that provides individually PLASTIC wrapped toilet rolls. Totally irresponsible. Stop now. At least they don't provide throw away toothbrushes so points for that.

Really good overall

Perfect location, really good service. Only negative point is that you hear all the noise in the corridor.

Horrible just horrible. The lobby smells like dead animals. Our room didn’t get service even though we requested room service. People let their kids run and play in the halls even though it says “quiet area” and the staff didn’t do anything about it. We couldn’t sleep at all. We would’ve been better at a motel instead.

Great location & stay

Great location, walking distance to almost everywhere. Right beside a small shopping mall and plenty of food available all within a stone throw. Good rooftop bar at the 4 level and value for money weekend high tea at the hotel. Will stay again if I am back to Langkawi. Only negative point is that the air-con in the room is not cold enough, definitely need servicing.

What I liked most is the staff, The receptionist helped me to plan and execute my tours and activities in during my short vacation in the most efficient way, his name was Zamri Ahmed.
