Loved staying here. The Mythic is a converted factory building; very clean and airy. Superb location for public transport to access areas too far to walk, but just across from the old town accessed via the bridge and medieval arch. Would definitely stay again and happy to recommend.

Good location

Nice location just outside of the old town. Very comfortable bed. Room is small and the transparent glass to the bathroom wasn’t ideal. String wifi. They ordered us a taxi for a very early morning departure, which arrived exactly on time.

Ideally placed within the city close to the sights you may want to visit. Easy to find with public transport just minutes away. Small intimate place to stay with about 25 rooms tastefully decorated. Generous breakfast options. Friendly staff.

The food was nice, was good to have bacon and good quality mini sausages. The scrambled eggs were nice too, and the hotel is really pretty. In particular the breakfast area is the best I've seen in a long time!

This is hotel is walking distance to restaurants, shops. Staff was excellent. I will stay at this hotels every time I'm in Valencia.

2nd Stay

This is our 2nd stay at Mythic. There is nothing to dislike about this property. It has a great location, clean modern rooms and a fabulous breakfast. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Great stay and location.

Just outside city center, good breakfast, fresh and new, spare and modern. Paid Parking around the corner.

Interesting little place. It's a converted warehouse, so in the winter natural light is at a bit of a premium. There's also a lack of storage in the room, and not for want of space. A hook on the back of the doors, and a couple of drawers by the beds would have gone a way to making us feel more at home for the 5 nights we were there, rather than having to keep fetching the suitcase from under the bed. That said, the bed was comfortable, the shower was warm, the staff were very friendly and the room was quiet so it was easy to sleep. Just a couple of small improvements would go a long way, particularly for longer city breaks. For just a night or two it's got all you need.

The breakfast was overpriced cuz they served a couple of bread and terrible cheese.

Lovely would stay again

The accommodation was lovely. There was main reception person who greater us and looked after us she was amazing and so helpful. Room was what expected so clean and comfortable. Family loved it. Location is just outside the old city but very walkable, not the nicest of areas but no impact or issues.

Lovely, stylish hotel

The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the city centre - with easy access to Turia Gardens -, but on a quiet street with no external noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone on hand at reception to answer any queries and help. Breakfast, whilst a little expensive, was nice when we had it on the last day (it would be worth booking this in advance if you're unsure). The building is very stylish and chic, and the rooms - whilst on the smaller side - are clean, comfortable and cosy, with good, quiet air con. You can hear some noise from the corridor, but if you have considerate people also staying in the hotel, it won't be a problem. Light sleepers should ask for a room as far away from the breakfast room as possible, as staff start setting up for this quite early.

Ideal for a short city break

The hotel is a 20minute walk from the metro station, a short walk to the centre and the tram to the beach is a short walk around the corner from the hotel. Check in went smoothly, greeting and shown to our room by a friendly polite guy, room and bathroom clean and tidy, the shower was the best! we stayed in room 8, 2 free bottles of water. Cleaned every day, couldn’t fault it, although no tea or coffee making facilities , there is a coffee machine in the main lobby, breakfast was available at a cost of €9pp. Highly recommended

I liked: The modern layout (it is something unique) and the ambiance @ the property is very calming (to me); The rooms being on ground level floor, which makes it easier to bring in and out the luggages; Cleanliness esp. the bathroom which is modern and clean and the beds being properly made and clear out the trash daily; Politeness and friendly attitude of staff; The fact that Mythic VH is very near the Old Town of Valencia and accessible to public transport; Breakfast is good but adding more choices will be good, too. For me, there is nothing not to like about Mythic. I hope to be back to Valencia and stay @ Mythic VH again. :)

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Overall splendid ambience - and no one else seems to mind that the rooms are windowless. The old town is a stroll through Valencia’s lovely diverted-river green park: much nicer than staying in it!

Place was very comfortable, secure and in or near an interesting neighbourhood. The unit is well equipped with a fridge, tv, and a decent sized shower, and a comfortable bed. It is well worth it to add the breakfast to the room. There are also grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and a large park nearby.

A very tranquil stay at Mythic Valencia. Very clean, cosy and strategically located close to the old town. The bed was very comfortable, fully functioning A/C and excellent shower. Would recommend for a solo or couples trip.

Outstaning top service and people.

The best aspect of the Mythic was the staff. They went out of there way to be helpful in every way. In addition, the location of the hotel is wonderful. From there you have easy access to a great deal of what Valencia has to offer.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great as it is across the street from the park, Turia Garden, and only a short walk from the Old Town. Overall, Mythic hotel is the perfect place to stay and I can’t recommend it enough!

Mythic was the perfect place to come back to after a full day out and about. A highlight is the fact that it was so quiet and the air conditioning was a 10/10! We had to ask for blankets!! In summer!! I will recommend Mythic to anyone visiting València, and we will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay in Valencia

Clean, contemporary hotel. Almost Scandinavian in its decor. Across the street from the park that runs along the river- nice view.

A modern and clean property, very conveniently located, a pleasant stay overall.

Good and clean

Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are super tiny, I barely had space to put my luggage wasnt as confortable as was with a young kid. If you are travelling as a couple it will prb be fine. NO kettle, no coffee only water and only for one day. Staff can be helpful or not, depending on who you get on the day. Area is fine you are close to many interesting things. Aircon is powerful. Did not try breakfast. Coffee wasnt good thou.

Due to the style of structure the hotel is a bit noisy. Otherwise rooms and services are quite good

Great hotel, great location

This is a really great hotel. I stayed for four nights, and was in a great location for exploring the city as well as being close to the metro stop that takes you directly to the beach. You can also hire beach towels for a €20 deposit which is really handy as I forgot mine! The check in process was really easy and any time I spoke with the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. The reception is manned 24/7 which I always like as a solo female traveller, especially when getting back late at night. I stayed in a standard room that had everything I needed including a super comfy bed. The bathroom has a rainfall shower which was really refreshing after long summer days exploring Valencia. Overall a really great hotel and I would definitely book here again next time I’m in Valencia.

Quick Holiday Break

We came for a quick holiday to Valencia. Mythic hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Serrano Towers. Close to the tram and many public busses were available. Very convenient. The hotel seemed newly renovated. The rooms were very clean, with fresh sheets and towels. My side of the bed was perfect however, my partner did complain that his side was not as comfortable and he left with back pain. The rooms are small with a small desk, an area to hang and place small luggage/ backpacks. The shower and water pressure were great. The front desk was helpful and friendly and professional. Overall, it was a good hotel with great A/C for the very hot Valencia days.

Minimalistic hotel

The hotel is located close to one of the gates to the city. Inside, it looks very new and has a lot of modern features. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For a very short trip it’s an excellent option. Rooms are very minimalistic so there is not much room for luggage. I liked the safe box feature but beside it there was not a single drawer in the room.

Staff Sensitive to our Needs

Our stay didn’t start out well because we gotvan attic room on the 2nd floor ( no lift? just stairs) but my confirmation from hotell..com said I got a Panoramic double room. My husband injured his knee and was traveling with crutches so there was no way he could sustain 6 days of climbing stairs. There was no available room on the ground floor so we had to contend with that room, but Nuno assured us he already spike to his manager Carolina and they would promptly correct the problem. True enou, we were moved the next day to a ground floor with amenities in bathroom built for someone with mobility issues. From then on, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is nice, in a good location close to all the tourist attractions. Their staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. This is a good value charming boutique hotel that I highly recommend when in Valencia. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for promptly correcting the problem so my husband can have a comfortable stay. Muchas gracias!.

Modern and innovative design. Clean comfortable. As rooms are arranged along the lines of an American motel set up, passers by could be an issue if they were making a noise. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel by the old town.

Very unique hotel, looks like an old factory building with cubes for room, but the room are surprisingly big and comfortable. It’s a different set ups than most hotels and that is what made it unique. I will definitely stay at the Mystic horel again

A gem in the City

This hotel is a 10 out of 10. Modern and tastefully furnished and very quiet. Breakfast superb. So well located for old town and the Central Park that runs through the city.

Very simple and and very adequate for short stay and easy access to all historical city attractions. Will stay again on my next visit definitely.

This hotel is centrally located to all the main areas. It’s on a quiet street in a safe neighbourhood and is right near a bike shop to hire bikes. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to all who visit

This is a lovely hotel. Only 8 mins from the old town. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. The taxi from the airport takes about 25 mins and cost 20 Euros. The only downside is the rooms don’t have windows so there is no natural light. They are very comfortable. There is an area which is nice to sit in. The air conditioning was a god send. Breakfast is good. There is a reasonable choice but it could be better. Everything is good quality and fresh. The rooms have everything you need but it would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Disappointed compared to rating

First the positives…. The hotel is very conveniently located to the old town, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the shower was awesome. But…. The room was about the size of a postage stamp (there wasn’t enough room for our two suitcases; mine unfolds into two sides), the room was very cold (only had air conditioning and not heat); the sound on the tv didn’t work (had to continually adjust the volume) and the breakfast buffet was marginal (cold scrambled eggs, somewhat limited selections).

This little boutique hotel is a gem. Clean, airy, modern and perfectly located near the old town and easily navigated public transportation. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. The room, although not very big, had everything we needed including a little safe and a mini fridge. The shower was large with very good water pressure and the beds were perfectly firm. Breakfast consists of a buffet much richer than your average continental breakfast. All in all a well thought out hotel which provides a calm and quiet place from which to start your adventures in Valencia

Mythic Valencia

Great stay generally good. Location was good, comfy bed and clean. Standard rooms are a little small. No English TV or kettle on rooms but has fridge. Toilet door being transparent was too open if I'm honest and hence marked down for this s reason. Great shower however and everything was clean and tidy.

Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the water heated up quickly. The staff at the front desk were very kind and provided us with plates and cutlery when asked. Cons: Room size was very small. No window. Since there is no kettle in the room, it would be nice if they offered tea and coffee at no charge. During our stay there was construction going on which started at 8:00 a.m.

Great value. Quickly use of old industrial building. Clean, comfy bed and great shower. Very good continental breakfast. The room was on the small side but that's more a statement of fact rather than a criticism. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is small, quiet and in a great location, with charming, helpful staff. We visited at a time when there was a big festival going on in València, and the Carme district (old town)was insanely busy and crowded. Hotel Mythic is close enough to walk there, but was a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast is good, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Please note that taxis do not necessarily know this hotel, so have the full address ready to show the driver!

Good stay

The hotel is located over the other side of the old town but this is great as only a short walk and it is quiet. Breakfast was good. We stayed in room 1 which was on the ground floor and set up as an accessible room. I could hear the people in breakfast which was slightly annoying. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in room and the tap in the bathroom was useless. It was a sensor one which made cleaning teeth and shaving very difficult. Couldn’t get any hot water from the tap. However the shower was powerful and warm. Good price for this hotel

Clean, modern, attractive, with super nice front desk attendants. Great location by the riverbed park/trail and easy to get to the historical attractions on foot. Highly recommend! : )

Perfect stay in Valencia

This hotel is a real gem. Great location, very clean. This quirky hotel was perfect for our recent stay, we have booked it already for next year!

Great concept, clean, brilliant staff, highly recommended as long as you are not claustrophobic as there are no outside windows.

A nice property ina nice location, but there is no ventilation. In Feb the AC is turned off, the fan is turned off and there are no windows that open. Our room was up some stairs, so leaving the door open at the bottom of the stairs was not an option. It was hot, still air - hard to sleep. Breakfast was small but nice, but the same every day. The cakes were fresh on the weekend, but got stale.

Nice little eclectic hotel

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in terms of cleanliness and quietness. Location is also very good.

A quirky small hotel, being a converted factory, but the hotel was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was varied for a small hotel, and staff were very friendly and active, especially the charming Cristina. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of all the tourist destinations in the town, and a short taxi ride to the airport and Oceanographic. Regarding any improvements, for the English I would recomment a kettle with tea in the bedrooms and more variey for an English breakfast. Nevertheless, the hotel represents excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I was expecting a fairly decent place to stay based on the price but I was completely blown away by how nice this place is. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. The entire building is new or possibly renovated. The room was very clean. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast included. Absolutely amazing!! Would love to come back and stay here next time!

We really enjoyed the Mythic Valencia. All front desk staff were friendly and wonderful. Very nice common area for use any time and also used as bar and breakfast area. Really good breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily. Easy walking distance to old town. Excellent pizza place just around the corner. Good air conditioner and beds. 7 blocks from bus station if you arrive by bus.

A real gem

We stayed here for 2 nights. Loved this modern little hotel which was spotlessly clean. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Added bonus if breakfast was was replenished regularly. It’s so close to the old town so literally took 5 or so minutes to get to there. I’d definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it has only been open 6 months and the bar area had only just opened on the day of our arrival. The room was clean, minimalist and comfortable. It was finished to a good standard and because of it's position there was zero road noise which in Valencia is pretty incredible. Lots of natural light. Position wise it is 5 minutes walk from the amazing old quarter where you have bars and restaurants along with shopping. It is also about a 20 minutes walk from Nuevo Centro shopping complex which also has decent cafés and entertainment for kids. All the staff we met were great and friendly and want the hotel to be a success. Things to be mindful about with the hotel, the bathroom door is mottled glass so whilst you're away from view having a shower unfortunately you are in view if on the toilet - no issues if you're alone but depends on the level of comfort with the person you're sharing the room with. Because the building the hotel is in was an old industrial warehouse there are no balconies, this is not a negative at all but worth a mention as most hotels are tower style buildings whilst this hotel is on one level. The rooms are lovely but they are not designed for someone who travels with a lot of luggage. They have enough room to accommodate you but not if you have a larger amount of luggage. Overall the hotel is great, lovely location, staff and finish. Would recommend it and will stay again - best of luck!

Centrally located, near Historic District and Science Center. The staff was VERY friendly qnd helpful. They secured us a taxi and directed us in the direction of bike rentals. The bed was very comfortable and the batheoom was cute. Cute botique hotel with a nice breakfast buffet.

Most enjoyable

It was a very good stay here only disappointment was on last day breakfast was not being restocked quickly enough so at times completely empty so for us no breakfast and we were there for over 30 minutes

Ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new hotel. There was a warm welcome, and all the staff were helpful whenever needed. We felt we had chosen the perfect place to be, only a few minutes walk away from the old town, but away from the crowds. The room was not large, but had everything required (perhaps a small mirror in the main room would have been appreciated), and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would wholeheartedly recommend to all our friends.
