CRYPTO-FRIENDLY BOOKINGS

Loud music all night, really ?
First of all: None of the staff speaks english. Okay, I seak a little russian, fine. There was very loud music in the nightclub that belongs to the hotel, playing till 5am in the morning. It was impossible to sleep. When asking for earplugs, I had to call 3 times. (By the way: Room service orders forgot the cutlery and brought wrong water - okay, can happen.) In the end, after complaining that it was impossible to sleep, a young guy at the counter told us: "Yes but you have to respect that we're also a nightclub, and there the music needs to be loud." What the hell... Last thing: The offer says the spa is included, which is NOT. you have to make exclusive reservations for an extra price. I feel really bad for the kind people that made our stay quite lovely the last time, but this time the staff - and the music - was just a pure failure. very disappointing. All in all, the rooms are very very comfortable and look beautiful. I just wish the staff from this stay would get a proper training.
