This is my second time at the Myconian Kyma and we loved our stay! The staff members were very polite, welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff worked very hard at the breakfast to make sure it was enjoyable. Try the pancakes! The pool and views are beautiful. By the way, I went to many restaurants during my 8-day stay, and NOA restaurant has the best Greek salad! See you next year!

Good location, nice staff, good service. They offered me a room upgrade with additional charge. I was offered by Expedia upgrade room if available with no charge because I’m platinum member.

The entire staff were amazing. I had the best day of my whole life. Everyone made me feel so special being that it was my birthday and took amazing care. The grounds are beyond, gorgeous, and the staff really do go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we so appreciated being greeted personally by Nikos, who sat down with us after we checked in (with a complimentary yummy banana drink) to the explain the hotel, offer dining recommendations, and answer any questions we had. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and we had a delicious dinner there as well, since the day time and nighttime views were so stunning. Our seaside room with balcony was beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance to Little Venice and shops and dining. We stayed at 4 luxury hotels while in Greece and this was our favorite! I can’t imagine a better place to stay!

Pleasant stay

Lovely stay at Myconian Kyma. The staff is so lovely and well trained, what makes your stay feel completely pleasant in this regard. They offer car rental services and concierge is always wiling to help. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the common areas are well taken care of. Breakfast was included and was a nice standard continental. We booked the room with private pool, the downsides were that (1) the pool is not heated and the salt water filling it was very cold; (2) the rooms with pool are very close to each other and there is no privacy, you can see all your neighbours in their pools/external areas; (3) the room interior is pretty much standard and simple, no wow factor, so don't expect something magnificent just because you are paying a higher rate for the private pool. I would recommend as the overall experience was really good and there are not so many good options close to Mykonos town that provide as much as Kyma.

Beautiful views with a great breakfast! Our particular room location had a lot of foot traffic at all hours of the day & night.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and her birthday in Mykonos and chose to stay at Myconian Kyma. All Myconian properties are connected to each other and guarded by a gate and security guard. We rented a car and found that the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. There is also free parking onsite. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted in the parking lot at our car. The staff handled our luggage direct from our car and another staff member proceeded to take us to the lobby and give a tour of the main areas while we were awaiting to check in. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room! We went to our room and found a special welcome amenity. The room was clean, spacious, and had two terraces including a jacuzzi! Expect luxury with nice towels, multiple robes, slippers, and super comfortable bed and pillows. The service at the hotel is the best I’ve ever received. I travel frequently including 5 star hotels and Kyma doesn’t disappoint. Check in was smooth and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kyma has a delicious breakfast with many options including prosecco. The staff at breakfast and the pool are also very accommodating and friendly. There was never a request that they couldn’t help with. Maria at the concierge was an angel. She helped arranged many things for our trip including a celebration for my wife’s birthday. She made our visit memorable and I want to personally thank her for her efforts. I highly recommend Kyma.

Great overall experience at this hotel. We arrived early morning and a shuttle was already waiting for us at the airport. Once we arrived at the hotel, Eleftheria at the front desk was waiting to greet us and show the property around and recommend activities. Nikos was also really helpful with great customer service from both of them at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and you need to try the local orange juice which was so tasty. Evangelia at the restaurant was really great at assisting us for breakfast and always has a smile on her face. She always kept our orange juice filled. Restaurant manager was also very helpful while working together with his staff to provide excellent customer service. This hotel is highly recommended and a short walk to old town. This is why they are considered a 5 star hotel because all staff goes over and beyond to provide the best customer service they can for the guests. I will return here next time when I visit in Mykonos. Thank you for the wonderful experience to all the grateful staff at Mykonos Kyma Hotel!

The property is kept pretty well and the staff is very nice and helpful .The problem is with the hotel location and the transfer options for their guests. Although the hotel is at walkable distance to Chora ( fabrica square) about 10-15 mins down and up a steep hill , the road has no sidewalk or lighting at night. It can be dangerous to walk down this road because of the fast passing cars and again no sidewalk. You have to walk in a straight line one infront of the other and be on high alert to avoid any collisions, plus who wants to go dinner all dressed up and have to go through all this. Where is the luxury??! The staff is very aware of this as they recommend against walking this road but yet the hotel provides no shuttle to transport their guests into town. Instead they reffer you to a third party transfer company who will charge you 25-30 euros for a 5 min drive and who you might have to wait up to an hour. With all the money we pay for this 5 star property the least they can do is accommodate and keep their guests safe by providing a shuttle that runs every 30-hour from hotel / pick up location like some other countries do. Also if you have a late arrival or departure flight the “free shuttle” will have a charge or 10 euros per person. Definitely won’t be staying here again, better off finding a hotel inside town or at a beach resort.

Nice hotel a short walk to town on busy street

Hotel is very nice, the only issue was it was not as close to the shops and restaurants as we would have liked. The only street to get there was very narrow and could be dangerous especially with a little one. Outside of that the location and actual hotel was very nice.

The stay was absolutely amazing!! The view from the room was superb! The walk to the center of town was only 10 minutes which was super convenient. The breakfast was so good as well. The restaurants context are a little pricey but give good portions and is delicious.

Wow!!! The hotel was beautiful! Our room had a beautiful, private infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a living room, and two bathrooms. The food was exquisite, and the customer service was among the best! The staff went above and beyond their call of duty. They made us feel special, took care of every need, and they were so attentive, kind, respectful, and super welcoming. I loved my stay!!

The hotel is stunning- the decor is fabulous, as are the pool area and surrounding areas. The staff are very attentive and very helpful, remembering your orders, recommending restaurants and arranging transport. Nothing was an issue. We travelled with a baby to the hotel and I was conscious as it seemed like a very “trendy” hotel - however we were always made to feel welcome and nothing was too much. We were able to walk into mykonos town which was useful too.

15-20 minutes walk into old town/harbor area. Great staff and nice hotel. Room was a bit small, but nice nonetheless. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at Myconian but I find it beyond bizarre how getting some laundry done costs just as much as a one night stay. $180 for laundry. I have never seen anything like it before and I have stayed at several 5 star hotels. I had to call over 3 times for it to be collected, couldn’t tell me a price and then charges $189. My hotel room stay was $180/night. Very disappointed and disgusted with it. Aside from that the hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely friendly.

Property is close to town and can walk but not right in middle of chaos. Great breakfast! Pool was wonderful. Loved that they picked us up & dropped us off from airport/Ferry. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Property was secure with lots of safety. Loved our room with the private pool.

We stayed in a suite with two balconies and jetted tub which was phenomenal. Two tiered suite with stairs inside. Room was immaculate, cleaned every day while we were out, offered extra towels, turn down service before bed. We dined in the hotel restaurant for lunch one day, and dinner another day. Drinks and coffee every day at hotel were amazing. Staff so nice and welcoming. Short walk to town, which we enjoyed, done during day and night. We ate at both of the other sister hotel's restaurants; they were both phenomenal. I would never stay any where else in Mykonos. We cannot wait to go back. We liked Mykonos more than Santorini due to all of the above.

Great hotel, service and facilities! Rooms were clean and always cleaned super promptly each day. Nice vibe by the pool, good food, great rooms. A free shuttle bus to town and back would be the icing on the cake and the only improvement I could offer.

Overall great property. Room had a nice view of the city and the windmills and the welcome drink was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was really good. The food at the restaurant was also good. A few small negative items. The pool as amazing as it was was not heated, and was colder than the ocean. Hardly anyone would swimming the pool. The transport available for the first time, we didn't know how far the downtown drop off was and ordered the hotel shuttle. It cost us $15 euros for 1.5 mins of driving. Hotel can be a 10 minute or so walk downtown.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The beds and linen were so comfortable it was hard to get out bed. I don’t have one negative thing to say about my stay here and would definitely book this hotel again.

Spent a few days at the beginning of our trip here & looking forward to ending our trip here too. Couldn’t fault the place or the service. Outstanding

The staff were unbelievably helpful and kind. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and lots of great information. Once we settled into our room (which was upgraded as a surprise) they delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room. The views were also amazing. The hotel was a great find.

The property has an amazing view of the Aegean in the room we selected. Property is impeccably maintained and the service is first class. Our group is a fun, dancing and sometimes boisterous but respectful group. We were asked to keep it down a couple of times on a Sat night at the bar... That was only nick I would give them. Alvida (bar tender) makes the best Mycanos martinis...

MYKONOS is fancy overall this expensive everywhere. This hotel does not disappoint, food is great (although daily breakfast gets boring if you stay more than 2 nights , because breakfast menu does not change). Staff is great, rooms are nice and with great views. Sister hotels are close and accessible

Amazing Amazing!!!!

This is by far the best hotel the accommodations were amazing and I would stay here again. We had the best experience and I was speechless with the best service. The staff was so nice and friendly and they treat you like they have known you forever.

Unique about our room: we had private swimming pool. Toooooo bad our swimming pool wasn't exposed to the sun like other rooms next to ours.

Wonderful Stay

I was here solo for a 10 day ‘retreat’ and I couldn’t be happier. The thing that stood out for me was the staff - it was low season so there were almost as many as guest, and they have clearly been so well trained...warm and polite, consistently. This hotel is about understated luxury (top notch without the pretentiousness - just my cup of tea!

Very clean, friendly staff and great food! We especially enjoyed the fine dining restaurant at the neighbouring resort.

Could not ask for more

I stayed for three nights in early October and had a wonderful stay. Excellent service from the moment we stepped foot on the property. The room felt fresh and luxurious, both the NOA and BAOS restaurants were excellent, and the spa was also great. I couldn't ask for more from a property. I also appreciate the free breakfast was included and the options were more than what I have seen at comparable hotels.

Another great stay at the Myconian Hotels. The staff are so lovely. Lots of nice surprises including an upgrade and gifts for returning.

We have stayed at three different properties in Mykonos and this one was the best. They have a beautiful pool and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The were many young couples. The also have a wonderful breakfast. So many items to choose from.

Everything was perfect. Pick up at airport, reception, check-in, room, property, food.

Loved the service, staff were so helpful, constantly cleaning & there to always greet you with a smile. The property is gorgeous & in a great location to go down into Mykonos town by foot. Beds are so comfortable, rooms are private & have EVERY amenity. We loved this place!
