Average, Anchorage hotel. Nothing special. It's a place to rest for the night.
Only place i ever been kicked out of for making love to my husband not fighting or yelling drinking or throwing stuff . The female staff got upset at my pleasure. Me and my husband was just trying to enjoy the last night of our stay before going make home.
The staff are amazing here.
We plan on staying there again on our next trip.
Nice stay!
Great place quiet easy to park
Nice and quiet.
Very clean and cozy
Good location, clean, great staff who were kind and friendly.
It was good for a 4 night stay
Clean and safe! Will definitely stay again!
I really like the stafff. I really like the room and especially the shower.
Superb
Enjoyed the quietness!
Front desk was fantastic, very pleasent young lady!
Clean, quiet, friendly
Great spot to stay for short layovers, clean, quiet, friendly!
Everything was great!
Will be staying here again.
Very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were actually fluffy. Showerhead was high enough to easily accommodate up to 6'4". Range top, microwave and full size fridge were clean. Only negative is there isnt an ice machine with already made ice. You have to turn thevice machine on in the freezer which takes an hour plus to make ice. Centrally located in Anchorage so you can quickly get to where ever you are heading.
Surprisingly nice!
I was able to find this hotel at the last minute because of a reservation mix up at a different hotel. I didnt have high expectations, due the the price. I was quite suprised. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular, but the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the grounds were clean. Most of all, the staff was frendly and accommodating. Plus the hotel is pet friendly with a nice area that they can play out back. Please pet owners, pick up after your pets.
Quiet, clean place to stay, I would stay again
It's a geat place to stay. Clean and great staff. The rooms are immaculate.
Everything
Nice
Clean, quiet and the front door staff was very helpful.
It’s always my first choice
It always smell clean. Its a great place to stay. Friendly smiling staff.
The facility was excellent, even though I’m only staying one night then I have to drive down to Kenai. The rates are very reasonable. The people are very friendly very informative and I like it.
Great staff, and phenomenal nights stay!
The room is very clean and quiet. The air is even fresh, not like some hotels that mask odors with smelly spray. It has a nice kitchenette, but no cookware, utensils, glasses or plates. I guess the policy is to bring your own. Kind of hard when you’re traveling from out of town for medical. We compromised and so far it’s worked out.
Loved it
Everyone at the front counter each time was very helpful and friendly.
The kitchen is super convenient, friendly staff.
When you walk in through the doors, you smell clean. The staff is so nice, helpful, and polite. The rooms are fantastic. I love this place.
Great place staff were very friendly. Much recommend for reasonable pricing.
The rooms are sufficient. The area a little sketch
I appreciated the quiet and VERY clean room!
Room was fantastic. Beds comfy. A pleasant surprise for such an economical price!
good place
5 stars
I love how peaceful and quiet my stay was.
The main door being always locked wasn't ideal but other than that it's amazing place to stay
This is place is awesome for how affordable it is. Nice and clean, convient stove and a full size fridge with freezer. The staff are all so nice, and helpful.
Nice staff & the recliner
We liked everything except the broken, noisy refrigerator. The problem was fixed in a timely manner.
Excellent service
good place for hotel
There was blood on my bed. The walk way was icy and the shower head was not in my shower but on the floor.
Convenient for my business in Anchorage, but not the most picturesque of locations, and its positionrelative to the Old Seward Highway means a certain amount of traffic noise is inescapable.
Great place!
This was the first time I stayed at this property. I picked it because it has a full size refrigerator/freezer which is important for my shopping runs. It turned out to be in a centrally located spot with easy access to the major roads for running around Anchorage. It was clean, the bed and bathroom were nice, and hot water started quickly. These are the things I look for in a hotel so I enjoyed it.
Aani, the Front Desk clerk, was super friendly and very helpful in getting us checked in early. The room was quite comfy and the bed was perfect! I'd stay at this property again if we return to Anchorage in the future
Really great property and staff. The pillows are overstuffed though. Gave me a stiff achey neck since I have a short neck. Usually half pillows are firmer and the other are more flat but all pillows were too stuffed.
Delightful Stay
We had a wonderful experience. Front desk very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Provided a prompt shuttle to the airport.
Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Two quirks. The room has a complete kitchenette (cook top, microwave, refrigerator) but nothing in it. No dishes, silverware, cookware or utensils. They only offered maid service once every 4 days. I stayed six but couldn’t convince them to do the room on the 3rd day, mid-stay. The only maintenance issue I encountered was the card reader to enter the lobby was pretty finicky. Fortunately there was someone at the desk or in the lobby to let me in.
The location is not close to anything - except the library. Parking in Anchorage is a real problem, and traffic is fierce. But, there is nothing they can do about it. Just a caution to prospective customers.
Nice place to stay if you need kitchen facilities in your room. We did not use the stove or frig but long term visitors would like this. We did do laundry since we were visiting Alaska for a month and we actually choose this hotel for price, location and laundry facility.
We needed a simple hotel to stay on our last night of our vacation close to the airport and glad we choose this location. The heater worked perfectly and we were all fast asleep by 9pm so noise wasn’t a problem during our stay.
Great
Nice place in Anchorage
The hotel was recently renovated, which was really nice ! I liked the simplicity and modern feel. The bedding was so soft ! Our room was clean and the folks at the front desk were friendly ! Overall nice stay. Only complaint is I wasn’t a fan of their coffee.
Clean with amenities that we needed - coffee, refrigerator, microwave
4 day stay in Midtown
Nice clean room, very functional, friendly helpful staff. Location was ideal for me (MidTown)
clean
nice clean hotel
We arrived late and the young man at the front desk could not have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable even though we are only there for a few hours. I would recommend it anyone.
Such nice spacious rooms with a kitchenette and full size fridge, super comfortable beds and pillows, great service, convenient location and surprisingly less expensive than many other hotels in the area. Highly recommend!
Great!
Very clean! Nice!
Both front desk staff I met at check in & check out were friendly and professional. Clean, convenient coffee station in the lobby! Clean room/bed, comfortable mattress. No road noise, no pool, so no loud children running down halls. Very nice time, will be back! Hidden gem.
Very nice place and good location. Beds were very comfortable. Only problem was the people that previously stayed had left food in the fridge opened.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, clean, and quiet. The bunnies are FANTASTIC 😁
Pet friendly
It was a very nice room, we made reservations at the last minute due to a vehicle issue and repair Staff worked very well with us and our need for pet friendly, thank you very much. We slept very well and so did our pet lol

Nice clean hotel close to attractions in Anchorage. Laundry available at location as well as kitchen area in room. While there was a small kitchen, there were not any plates, utensils, etc. Items in their small store area were a bit expensive.
First night, at check in: We were given the key to an occupied room. Walked right in on some guy sleeping before realizing what was going on. They gave us new keys and room number. Second night: we walked in to find all our stuff was gone, room cleaned. Did we walk into the wrong room again? No: The front desk said they had moved us out accidentally, but not to worry: all our dirty clothes and toiletries had been dumped into our suitcase, and they would drop back by our room in a bit. The desk guy asked if there was anything he could do? Yeah: Don't enter my room again until after I check out. I would have asked for a refund but was too afraid of how they'd screw that up also. Unrelated note: there's a huge vagrant camp across the street.
The property is very nice very quiet
Good as always
It was god as always definitly on my recommendation list
Nice quiet
Handicap stay
Employees are all pretty nice. They seem to have a good security system there. Will probably stay again the next time we are in anchorage.
I woke up in the middle of the night , getting eaten alive with bed bugs . I would not suggest this hotel to anyone . This ruined my whole trip . I would like a full refund.
Good value for Anchorage
Nice, newer property. It’s off by itself but not that far from shopping and other services. Yes, there is a homeless camp across the street and down the road a bit, but it did not impact our stay.
This is a new hotel in apparently a new chain of hotels. Shuttle service stopped in evening, before our plane arrived from Juneau. Kitchen dishes, utensils and pots were not there, yet.
Nice
Everything excellent customer service
Good location in Anchorage
Other than lobby remodeling eliminating the breakfast area, this was a good place to stay. Good location.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Hotel next to Transient Camp
This was an overall OK hotel. Location is horrible right next-door to a transient camp with people on drugs passed out on the curbs and in the road.
I don’t understand how the hotel is rated so high. It’s your average road side motel experience. The hotel is located in a sketchy looking place which is surprising for Anchorage. We were looking forward to using the kitchenette in the room to make some quick breakfast but there were no pots and pans. Water wouldn’t drain in bathtub. Keys never work. We had to replace our keys 3 times in the 4 days we were there. There was no body wash from day 1. The dining table was dirty and the worst part was that room service once every 4 days. So we never had room service.
Excellent experience.
I did not stay a night at the hotel. I made the reservations for my 2 girls, but the reservations had to be under their name. I wanted a refund but don’t know how to get it back?
worst experience, too expensive for what they provide - have to repeatedly ask to clean the room(cleaned once after multiple requests in a 5 nights stay) - one of the front desk agent was so rude and makes nonsense on what she is talking. I reserved 2 rooms both are on my name(one fot us and one for friends family) and my friend had to leave due to emergency and i checked with her to see if i can get a refund, instead of giving refund she checked out room saying i can't physically present in 2 rooms - bad smell in the elevator - construction in the front didn't give best experience
Wonderful
It's spacious for 4 people, with kitchenette and big refrigerator..
Great rooms
Comfortable bed, kitchen, quiet. Helpfu front desk folks.
Too Expensive for What You Actually Get!
Even though the room is advertised as a suite with a kitchen, there are no utensils, cups, glasses, bowls, pots pans, etc. Ice maker in room didn't work. Hotel is literally one block from a homeless encampment. Also, "breakfast" was something you make in your room. Things like pop tarts, microwavable breakfast sandwiches. So, not the greatest. $340 a night wasn't exactly a bargain!
Great stay, will be be back
Had a good experience within the hotel and had no issues. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and nice and new and well kept. Greatly appreciated pet friendliness. Hotel employees at the desk were all pleasant (I had interactions with three). They keep the hotel secure and for guests only which was appreciated since there are a large amount of homeless in the area and it’s understandable they do not want loitering within the building which would otherwise be a problem without secure doors. I felt perfectly safe staying at this hotel and in the parking lot. I will continue to stay at this hotel as I travel to anchorage often. Recommend to others. This is a good middle range hotel that is affordable but still good quality.
I didn't get to stay with hotel because of problems with car and wasn't able to make it
The beds were uncomfortable but the location was nice.
Good staff and economical lodging price , however staff did not control loudness of large amount of tenants who were part of a conference or work related activity to about 10 pm each night was there.
Room close to reception area loud with residents acting a bit like they were high and visiting with receptionist. For female alone did not feel safe. Noisy until midnight.
The property is poor and run down. Checked out one day early. They would not give me a refund for the day because they said you booked through Expedia. Reach out to them.
