Very friendly staff. Clean hotel and great breakfast. Not far from town
Had a wonderful stay here. Perfectly placed across the street from Cui Dai beach. If you want quiet and the beach, this is the place to be. It is a short $4 cab ride from Hoi An Old City where the hustle and bustle is. The staff was very friendly and helped us anytime we needed them. The breakfast buffet was a 9/10. The manager bought us frsh fruit o our table each day. We soend time in their nice pool. All in all, I give this hotel 9.3/10. Would stay here againa and HIGHLY reccomend.
Misleading photos of the beach
We booked this hotel because we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle and spend a couple days on a quiet beach. The photos show a ‘private beach with sun loungers’. This is NOT the case. There is a small beach across the street, but the only sun loungers are a couple at the far end for another hotel (you cannot use them without paying, and it’s not cheap). We used the hotel pool instead and it’s was ok. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
We have stayed at Muong Thanh Holiday Hoi An 2 times before and have loved it. We are usually long staying guests and with a lot of tour groups can be a little noisy on late check ins. Due to a lot of flights being stopped and very few tour groups it was very quiet. We had a special stay but as the Coronavirus started getting closer we decided to cut our stay short. The hotel staff have a little trouble with translation but that’s ok. We get there. We are in there country so we are happy to take it as it comes. Thankyou Muong Thanh Holiday Hoi An for our wonderful stay.
Awesome hotel across from public beach
Couples weekend trip and while this hotel is a little dated and far from the city center...it was perfect. across the street from the beach and nice pool...breakfast buffet was nice and even has a shuttle into town for free
We only stopped here for one nights, it was literally a bed for the night. The hotel itself is clean and the bedrooms were lovely. Much better than what I expected for £37! The pool area is nothing special and the beach is also across the road so if you are looking for nice views from the pool this is not the ideal hotel. We like relaxing places therefore if we had stayed longer we would of been disappointed as we found the hotel very busy.
Super happy
The staff is super friendly and take care of the guests very nicely! I can only recommend the hotel! Super clean, great amenities, good location lovely staff!
Fabulous staff friendly service Complained about cold coffee and was rectified immediately Cookery class was brilliant with lots of helpful tips and recipe sheets Pool area very comfy and well maintained and nice beach area Check out the amazing seafood restaurants just two blocks away
This 4 star resort is located on the beach. There is outdoor swiming pool, fitness, SPA. Rooms are big and clean. Lavish breakfast. There is free shuttle to Hoi An Old Town few times daily which is a must see UNESCO sight. Staff is very friendly. It is all that you need for your holiday or business stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff made the quiet stay very good. It is just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. to go to ancient town of Hoi An they offer a free shuttle service. Very nice pool and rooms have either nice river or ocean view.
Great stay.Good facilities lovely view froom room.Great incentive for staying 1 week
Good breakfast and friendly staff
This is a hotel rather than resort. Has beautiful big and beautifully clean pool. Beach is a walk away across road and along path through overgrown gardens and coastal vegetation. Beach can feel isolated if you are on your own. Sometimes pool staff take towels down and stay there but not consistently so. Lovely clean beach with clean water. Restaurant at night is geared towards group bookings from nearby countries. Easy walk of 1 kl into Cua Dai where food and drinks very cheap and delicious. Hoi An ancient city is a must at night. Great atmosphere and again drinks and food so cheap. Free courtesy bus available at certain times of day into Ancient Town. Taxis are incredibly cheap as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Escorted push bike tour for 2 hours through country side was great. No storage for clothes in room other than hanging space.
Peaceful oasis after day in Hoi An
Very nice hotel, The staff were great, as were the breakfasts, pool & beach. Free shuttles in and out of Hoi An. The room was good too, although quite often there was no hot water. Seeing as we were staying for 6 nights it would have been good to have more servicing of the room, such as vacuuming and sheet changing. Apart from that, all good.
Attentive staff. We found the shower over the bath difficult to use without water going on the floor Good pool
Nice clean hotel that is directly opposite the beach. The pool is fantastic and was never overcrowded at any stage. Our room was spacious and bathroom was a great size with both a shower and bath. Nice views over water. Staff are very friendly and helpful I would recommend using your safe as we had some money taken from our room ( our safe was broken), the hotel was good about it and reviewed camera footage however they were unable to find excatly who took this. Such a shame because wee had such a fantastic stay!
Great Location! Best value for money
Nice Hotel with great pool! Close to private and quiet beach Would recommend
Excellent place to stay
Large, modern rooms, very comfortable bed, enormous pool, beach across the street, quiet location, friendly staff, good wifi everywhere, excellent value. 10-15mins walk to restaurants/small shops. Would love to return.
Just great
Perfect hotel!
The breakfast is absolutely amazing!!! And so is the hotel!!! Rooms are big and clean. Pool and beach are both amazing! Not everyone speaks englisch but you'll always find someone with good English. There is absolutely nothing to complain about! Highly recommend
Very nice hotel across the street from the beach and a short ride into Hoi An. My only criticism is that the service in the restaurant for dinner is slow. We only ate there when it rained anyway, otherwise eating out in the old town of Hoi An or one of the seafood restaurants near the hotel is what most people will want to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel close to the beach
This hotel is 3 years old so everything in great condition. They have a private beach area for swimming. The swimming pool is large and perfectly clean .Only 5 km from hoi an .
Away from the crowds
Nice hotel with big pool and across the road from the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Handy Hotel shuttle to town and cheap for a taxi. Huge choice of food for breakfast. High bath was not easy to get in and out of and shower went everywhere. Beds were very comfortable.
Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Only a pitty kids have to pay when the want to play table tennis.
Friendly
Nice beach stay just outside Hoi An
Fabulous staff and fantastic hotel
All the staff at this hotel are amazing, they can't do enough for you and we were looked after extremely well. Would feel happy to recommend to anyone! Jo and Shaun
Lonesome hotel
This is an imposing hotel with a lovely pool area and on paper ticks all the boxes, however something is just not right. The staff are friendly enough, breakfast is average. The rooms are a really nice size, but with no draw space and only a couple of coat hangers. The view from our room was amazing. The bathroom had a full clear window from which you could also see the view. The free shuttle service times need to be improved, however taxis are very cheap and readily available, which they need to be as the hotel is 20 minutes from the old town and there is nothing around the hotel to walk out too. On balance we had a good time but not sure we would return.
Good value for the money
The hotel was very good, including the services and the breakfast. The secluded beach across the road was also very nice. Good value was provided for the money. Suggested improvements would include on site bicycles for the guests because the property is a bit isolated. Ee would recommend this hotel.
Better than advertised. Quiet and privare with access to all the local amenities.
Just ok ..
This hotel portrays itself as being 4 star plus, but it isn't .... there's a lot of cheap "quality" in the finishing. Staff were nice and friendly, and Hoi An is lovely, but hotel us just ok.
Great hotel located across road from beach. Quiet area with free shuttle bus into Hoi An Will book again on next visit
Comfy and friendly place
Very nice stay with friendly and efficient staff
Family of four.
The only improvements I can think of for the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee wasn't hot enough. Higher quality cereals could be made available and the cakes were not nice, pastries would have been a good idea.
Great Hotel
Great hotel. Superb staff, excellent service. A fantastic experience. Will be going back.
Great Facilities, superb staff
Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were superb, helpful and considerate. Staff on Reception arranged trips and taxis for us as we did not want to do the 'standard tours'. Room staff were thorough and room standards surpassed anything we had experienced in Hanoi and Hong Kong on this trip. The choice of dishes at breakfast time was great and eggs and noodle dishes were cooked to order. Fresh scrambled eggs to die for, unlike the time-served variety found in western hotels. The choice of other meals was more limited if staying longer than 4-5 days but the quality and standards of service were as good as that found in Hoi An itself with the bonus that the kitchen and serveries were clean and in good order, no lurking doubts about hygiene! Weather was unusually wet and windy with the remnants of two cyclones hitting the Central Coast within a week. Seating in the bar area was comfortable and access to free wi-fi (faster than at home in the Highlands of Scotland) meant that on the very wettest days we were not bored and our grandsons could access their favourite movies. Already making plans to return.
A great base for exploring Hoi An and countryside
Pick-up from Da Nang (Grayline) was super efficient. Reception at Hotel was exceptionally good. Modern Hotel, great decor and uncluttered. Room was very comfortable and standards of cleanliness were of the highest and maintained throughout stay. Dining room staff attentive and quality of food at breakfast and the range of choices in both Vietnamese and Western dishes was among the best we have encountered while travelling in Europe or the Far East. The historic centre of Hoi An is interesting and Hotel Reception provide a free shuttle bus into the town and arranged tours out into the countryside to visit craft villages and historic sites. Did not have to stick to package deals but Hotel arranged for taxis and guides to cater for our specific interests and needs. My wife and I both have mobility problems following hip surgery and the hotel staff 'leaned over backwards' to make things easier for us. Hotel has a 4 star rating but standards and quality of service at all levels exceeded this rating.
Resort with a view
Great location & luxurious resort with good facilities. Some issues with hot water in the spa & shower but good otherwise. Paid extra $$ for a room with a view which was worth it. Nice pool area & private beach.
Spacious room but staff were prompt deficient
Big clean room spacious, was always waiting on staff especially at pool area when trying to order drinks and food.
Golden week break
Stayed on the 6 floor, the room was great and spacious. Bathroom should be better, the shower water flow was a shame...
Moung thang
Great hotel with very good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff nhi was very helpful and song our cleaning lady did a great job would highly recommend this hotel
Nice hotel if you want beach location
Overall great motel to return home to after a day out in hoi an/ day trips. Some of the food menu items didnt match up when ordered as described. Cocktails great. The Spa was good facilties but a poor setvice although the staff were nice. Booked a 2 hour mud pack etc and it went for only 1hr 30min, no mud used, pedicure was a nail file without any other relaxing aspect. Asked for double appointment in seperate rooms, each time was a shared room and i had to remind them. Reception and door staff fantastic, buffet breakfast exactly what you need to start the day!
Not for Westerners!
Very poor hotel compared with others in Hoi An. Food very ordinary and noise from other guests in corridor and from pool area was terrible. Cater mostly for Asian market.
Lovely stay, beach area was awesome, bed was super comfortable, staff were very accomodating and the pool was lovely.
Very relaxing break
Enjoyable 2 week break. Beach across a small road, always quiet and plenty of sun beds. Clean swimming pool, lifeguards on duty, towels available for use. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was very good, wide availability of food, eggs cooked fresh to order. Reception staff very helpful, even booked our days out for us. Would definitely return.
The hotel is old. It need to remodel.
We were very disappointed. The hotel is in need of renovation. All the hallways are dark and the carpet in guest room and outside public area are old and smell really bad.
Value for money
Really a good hotel Relaxing
Dated but spacious
Dated hotel. Need to replace carpet.
It was amazing. Didn't want to leave. If we come back we will stay again.
The room is dated with carpet. Should replaced the carpet that looks like been there for more than it's time. We flooded the bathroom floor every time we shower. Breakfast is plenty of choices but quality is so so.
Not worth the money
Not all the rooms we booked were ready, although the hotel had notice of what time we arrived. They tried to charge two rooms twice. One of my friends room key stopped working at about 11 pm and she didn't get it fixed for around two hours. The rooms don't have balconies as advertised, they have a tiny shelf. Drinks are very expensive. Unimpressed with the hotel
nice hotel close to the beach
great private beach, great swimming pool, gymnasium and spa. breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choice and REAL milk for the coffee. the dinner menu was also great food. the rooms were very clean and tidy with a great view out over the river and swimming pool. the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. we actually saw the pool boy save a young boy from drowning.
Great Swimming Pool, Big Room with Sea View . .Balcony to small. Beach Okay. Shower setup needs looking at.
This was our last destination on a month and a half trip and it was the highlight of the whole trip. This hotel is worth every dollar. We originally booked one night, but we quickly fell in love with the food, the beach, the room, and the friendly staff. We will definitely be returning next year.
Value for money beach resort.
We booked Muong Thanh because we wanted a hotel that has a beach and a pool. We had both with Muong Thanh. Pool was clean, water nice. Beach was clean too. Our kids were very happy with the fine sand and clear sea. We booked the family suite and the kids were so happy because they had so much room to run around. It also had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom too! Breakfast was cater more for the local clientele. Probably because it is a local brand name. Muong Thanh is about 6km away from ancient town. But it didn't bother us as we were happy it was not crowded and quiet. Getting to ancient town was easy with the hotel's shuttle (think 4 or 5 times daily). But we usually cab to the town as it was easy to get cabs. Cost us about 70,000 vnd per trip. There are a few restaurants (abt 10min walk) around the hotel but we didn't try. Don't expect a Sheraton when staying here. Service is there when we need it, no more no less. And that's good enough for me. For me, Muong Thanh is value for money. A beach resort that I will come back to again when I'm in Hoi An.
Good vacation, interesting visit, friendly and lovely people. Cheap and fresh seafood
Great hotel. Loved the swimming pool. Nice place to tax away from the central city
Friendly staff, good hotel, Amazing beach!
The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazingly friendly. The beach across the road is clean and tranquil and offers a great place to relax. The breakfast is good and caters for most diets. The shuttle to town is also very convenient, the hotel offers a car or can arrange a taxi to the town if guests would like to go at a different time. Also try the Crispy spring rolls from the restaurants, best ones in Hoi An.
Lovely hotel
We went for a relaxing beach holiday and this hotel was a good choice
Value
5km from town and the free shuttle is not very frequent. Also, we asked for a private driver to take us to several places but he refused some destinations claiming they were too far (10 min drive) even though the concierge confirmed he would take us to areas that were close by. This was after we already pre-paid for the service as we were flying out that same evening. Buffet breakfast was very limited.
Nice Hotel close to the Beach.
A little far from old town. The Staff was very friendly. The service process don`t work good on the breakfast
Loved it and staff so friendly
Fantastic hotel at a great price. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate but many except the Reception staff still have difficulty with understanding English Great free breaky and free shuttle to Ancient Town and back was terrific My son on his honeymoon was in a 60sqm room and my beach view room was spacious with huge bath and marble features. Great place and real value for money and I'll be back
Out dated hotel - not as advertised
Muong Thanh Hotel - Hoi An Based on our experience of travelling around Vietnam, this being our second trip, we felt this hotel does not represent its description. We arrived fairly late (for Vietnam) at the hotel, around 10pm, the hotel was in complete darkness with skeleton staff on duty. Thankfully the lights in the corridor to our room were turned on. It's probably easier if I launch into pros & cons: Pros: - Friendly informative staff - Pool with beds/ towels & umbrellas - Clean bedding - Large bed - Effective air con - Private beach opposite side of road - Location was ok, short taxi ride 5km into old part of town - Breakfast included (however please read cons) Cons: - Overwhelming stagnant water smell in room, air conditioning unit not clean - Bathroom flooded during each shower - Food not replenished at breakfast. Arrived for breakfast at 09:30 (finished at 10:00) all food had been eaten - Cold coffee - Carpets everywhere, dirty & stained - Tired decoration - Hotel kept in darkness We paid £55 per night, in my opinion, it wasn't value for money, we cut our stay short by one day because it wasn't what we expected. We had hoped it was going to be a reasonable hotel near to the beach for a couple of days r&r before setting off on our packed itinerary. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend. In Hoi An you will find much nicer, better maintained hotels for a similar budget.
Beautiful beach across the road
Peaceful and serene, love it here and not far from old town. Hotel shuttle provided regularly. Lovely friendly staff. I stay here each time I come to visit, highly recommended.
Inexpensive luxury for Viet Nam.
Right on the beach, free shuttle to Hoi An, the tourist place. Great place to be if you want to be out of town (DaNang)
Great staff and amenities
This is my 3rd stay here and the standards remain excellent For improvement perhaps reminding guests who arrive late to consider others by being quiet in the corridors. Lot of people I spoke to mentioned this
Clean rooms out of the way of Hoi An town..
Nice hotel room view and service but breakfast buffet was not adequately stocked due to the many tour groups coming through.
Good stay and beautiful view
Over all it was a nice stay with a beautiful view but after staying 4 nights it was nice to switch hotels. People were nice and the hotel upgraded us to executive suit from deluxe because it was our honey moon which was wonderful and not expected. Breakfast was good as long as you came early around 8am but after and it felt like all the good stuff was already taken. Our bathroom was huge and wonderful but it flooded when we had showers, seams like they should of cleaned the drains more because water was slow to disappear, made us have very short showers. laundry service was over priced and was way cheaper in hoi an market, but then everything was cheaper in the market including any restaurants. lol we had 2 TV's but one remote that controled both making us have to unplug a TV we weren't using because simply just changing a channel would turn on the other tv. Getting taxies, they came super fast and no problem getting the staff to call them but since the hotel is farther from the old town every time we wanted to do something we had to call one which adds up. Drinks at the bar were made by inexperienced staff that took very long and tasted bad. Cleanliness was something like a 3star, good in most places but not perfect.
Hoi An - Beach Hotel
The hotel is close to Cui Dai beach and has its private stretch of the better part of it. It has a very nice outdoor pool. We stayed during the Tet holiday and saw the lion dance and other festivities around. The property has friendly stuff and pride of Vietnamese management and ownership. We stayed at the executive suite which gave us great view of ocean and river. The only thing for improvement is the drainage in the shower and tub are not working. This is due to the design not clogging. I hope management can look into this building issue. Otherwise overall a pleasant stay. Oh, did I mention a free shuttle to Hoi An ancient town?
Fantastic room and warm wonderful staff.
Very quiet location with attentive staff in all departments. Huge swimming pool decent gym and very nice room. It was very bad rain and storming but not the fault of the hotel obviously. It was nice to have a great room to hangout in. Room service was fast but limited menu. Restaurant was ok for breakfast. Not many choices for food in the area. Hotel offers a free shuttle into Hoi An and good choice of restaurants in town.
You need to change policy just because your costomer can't make there booking you take 100% come on really 100% ....oh that's wright you are an Australian booking company you should have called you company Ned Kelly bookings.
Little Gem near the Beach
This place was across the street from the beach and we had an ocean view. The pool was amazing and so was the hotel breakfast buffet. It's a little outside town but there was a free hotel shuttle to take you there and back. Enjoyed our time there, very relaxing and the staff was great.
Perfect place to relax
Great hotel with a beautifully maintained pool with its own beach across the road. About a 10 min motor bike ride to central Hoi An which lets you escape the hustle at the end of the day. Nice staff, not super service, but all you need. Hotel is new and clean, buffet breakfast is awesome.
Bit out but good
Hotel is out of hoi an but has regular shuttle to the town - we visited when not many people about so it was very quite. However if you check what hotels are near by and the price they charge this was good value. We stayed four nights. Originally booked two then extended - we had asked about airport transfer and was quoted 700000 vd was able to book same ourselves with online company for 330000 vd
The hotel is pretty new, the staffs are helpful and nice. However, the condition of the hotel deteriorates so fast. I asked one of the staffs and found out that the hotel was only 1 year old but its condition makes it look much older than that, may be 4 or 5 years old. The carpet peeling off from the wall, the card for the room didn't work well, I had to ask for different cards twice because the other ones didn't open the door. The doors have been touch up with paint so many times with poor quality. Beside those minor problems, everything else was great.
Excellent!
You just cross the street and there's the beach.. ..really really near, the food and the people are the beast!
We stayed 8 nights and I was surprised that they provided fresh flowers twice which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly and the beach conveniently located across the road.
Ocean View room
Booked this hotel through Expedia and was very pleased with my stay. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has its' own private beach and this made my stay more enjoyable.
Good place under some circumstances...
If you want to have a great room and sit by the pool all day, with no other plans, this is a great place to stay. If you want more... The staff were friendly and helpful if you asked. However, this hotel is lacking soul. There doesn't seem to be any real policy for staff to follow that provides a customer service atmosphere. Tours were available, but you flipped through a book they had on a stand. Although friendly, staff didn't seem to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We had 2 great suites. The rooms were very spacious. The living room and bedroom both had TVs. The breakfast was OK and free with our room, a mix of Asian and Western with plenty of fruit and vegetables. Eggs were made to order. The coffee was not great. The pool was wonderful, with seating for about 20. Free shuttle with assigned drop off and pick up times. Must let them know at least 1 hour in advance you want to use the shuttle. They will drop you anywhere in Hoi An but pick up is at the Hoi An bus station. The beach across the street was nice but lacks anything but some beach chairs and umbrellas. (If they have anything else, they don't make it obvious.)
Nice hotel close to the beach.
Great staff special mention to the pool guys MR CU and MR HAI . Girls very friendly on reception.
We loved it.
Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff.Superb suite. Breakfast average but good value for money. Would love to return as Hoi An is a very charming place.
Good Hotel
Enjoyed everything, room, breakfast, position.Only setback is paying to use pool table in games room ,only a couple of dollars but as a paying guest would expect this to be for free, thats all.
Great hotel incredible value.
This hotel is excellent it provides excellent value. The staff is great the location is excellent the beach is only 50 meters away. I would stay here again they even have a free shuttle into town
Highly Recommended
Thought the hotel was lovely. Staff were so welcoming and helpful and the general facilities were great. Stunning bathroom! If I was going to nit pick I would say that two chairs in the bedroom would have been useful (there was x1 chair and x1 stool)
Excellent hotel
Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. Beautiful view from our room. Would love to come back again.
Hotel has a private beach crossing the road.
We are very satisfied with the hotel and staff. However, both times using the shuttle service, were by chance meeting the driver on the road. So we have no idea where the pick up in town was at. Location is 5km away from town we have tried walking for 1.5hrs. It's definitely only for the adventurous!
Good position, near river and beach
Had a great room, staff excellent, shuttle bus to and from Hoi An. I'd go back again for sure.
Rooms to upkeep services in some areas.
Good on most things except for house keeping ! The Pool is great and the beach is nice . But as for the room which was clean only when you request for it. We even Left the room cleaning light on doorway for the whole day and night but nobody attended to our room . Our towels was only change once on the third days during our stay .
Fabulous four stars Hotel
A view from the windows of the hotel (6 th. floor)is marvelous, the river and the see. I have traveled a lot, but I have not met elsewhere a so friendly and helpful staff as in this hotel. The hotel is rather new, it has a big swimming pool and a nice gym. The tailors were very good. I recommend, I would like to come again. The climate is very comfortable, not too hot for Europeans for example in January, February, Mars etc.
Ok
Great hotel with great views
Late arrival airport
Away from everything , just close to the airport ,not much to say ? Small room ,simple beds , not much of a confort , for litlle less we can stay downtow in a much better hotel
Good only for summer season
Pros: Nice location for summer season. Big breakfast, large restaurant. Kind staff. Cons: The room and hallways had a strong smell of chemicals that was very bothersome. We paid extra for a seaview with a double and were given a seaview with two singles. So we asked for the room we paid for but they could only give us a garden view and they wouldn't refund us. At check in they asked for our passports but didn't return them immediately. Rushed us up to our room and when we came back to ask for them minutes later thinking we had just forgot them they had them in the back room expecting to hang on to them. We found this odd and not normal. We stayed here in mid December (rainy season) and it was definitely a poor choice. The beach and pool looked nice but due to weather we weren't able to utilize the facilities. The town is fairly far and cost about 85 VND each direction. They only allow bike rentals until 6 PM which is ridiculous if you want to spend an evening town.
Great hotel
Although this hotel is not in the heart of old town Hoi An, it is across the road from the beach and the hotel does shuttles to town about 4 times per day. So we spent the days relaxing by pool/beach and then got the shuttle into town mid afternoon. Staff were very friendly and variety of choice at breakfast We had a great stay here
Great hotel
Great hotel for the price, location I far from the main town area but they provide a shuttle and taxis aren't too much.
Top class stay.
This hotel is excellent. Clean bright and modern. It has a private beach and large pool. The service here is second to none and the shuttle to town will save you on taxi fares. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend this hotelto everyone.
A nice break-away
New clean great hotel. Nice clean pool. Serviceminded staff. Great ocean view and nice rooms. Though a bit out off town and expensive bike rental, but taxi into town is not too expensive.
Anniversary holiday
We travelled all over vietnam and could not fault this hotel the staff, breakfast and general service was outstanding in this beautiful part of the world
Best in Hoi An
This hotel has a beautiful private beach just across the road and a lovely pool in the grounds. The feel of the hotel is personal and staff to out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Hoi an is a lovely place and we can recommend staying here and near to the beach. Other hotels nearby interestingly we closer to the sea but with no beach access so watch out! Our room was spacious and with fab views. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of western type foods for those who do not find Chinese or Vietnamese food palatable for breakfast ( eg my husband! We saw lots of other hotels as we toured around and the family vote was that we had, luckily and serendipitidly found the best!
We enjoyed our stay.
New hotel with a huge sparkling swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it. If you like to go to the beach, you just have to cross the street. The hotel has a big parking lot for your car. The staffs are very nice and friendly, the food is good. You can get free ride on the hotel bus to Hoi An ancient town. It's peaceful and quite. We all enjoyed it.
Good hotel with friendly staff.
Good hotel, great staff, very friendly. Quiet, almost private beach just across the road. Bathrooms OK, bed hard. Pillows hard. Free shuttle buss into town at various times. Food at hotel very good, just a shame it didn't feel cosy in restaurant. Gym small but just about adequate. 30-45 min from airport. Generally a good get away from it all hotel
Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff
We stayed here for 6 nights, in a beach view room. It was lovely. We were staying there during our honeymoon and the staff were fantastic. The room was beautiful, modern and the bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was the noise from other guests in the hallway at obscene hours. Yelling at each other down the hall way, this is in no way a reflection of the hotel. Most staff spoke English very well. There were one or two who didn't and they weren't afraid to get someone who could to help, which is fantastic. It is a little bit out of town and the biggest thing we found was that the shuttle bus had to be booked for your return trip, we ended up just using it on the way in and getting a taxi back, as when going in the morning we weren't sure how long until we wanted to return

Wonderful Hotel
I had an awesome holiday at this location. Each day for breakfast, the staff personally gave me bacon that wasn't on the menu for others. Food selection was fabulous. All staff members were very courteous and wanted to ensure your stay was pleasant.
