편하지만 또 익숙하지 않은..

베트남 나트랑 마지막즈음에 들린 모벤픽 알마 리조트 일반실을 들렀다가 알마 리조트 풀빌라가 풀이어서 선택함. 1. 방 컨디션이나 프라이빗 풀 컨디션은 좋음 (물론 수영장의 일부(수영장 가장자리 석재 일부 흔들림) 2. 배달도 정문까지 나가면 먹을수 있음. 과일 배달 많이 시켰는데. 버기가 30분 이상 안 올때가 있어서 그건 좀 난감 (이건 시간대가 체크인 체크아웃 시간하고 겹쳐서 그런듯) 3. 빌라 콘도 어메니티에 대한 앱이 있어서 좋으나 업무가 과중된건지 대부분 급한 용건은 빨리 요청하는 게 필요함. 예를 들어 침구 같은 것은 좀 여유 있어도 상관 없으나 물이 부족해서 시켰는데 1시간 30분 뒤에 컴플레인 후에 온다던지 하는 부분이 (믈론 침구는 2~3시간 뒤에 옴) 뭐 좀 빨리 시켜야 함. 4. 수영장 종류는 적지만 알마보다 더 가족적이긴 해서 즐거웠고 폼파티와 초콜릿 파티는 아이가 좋아했음. 5. 레이트 체크아웃 없음. 결국 아고다 앱에서 1박 추가. 대신 조식 못 먹으니 도시락으로 바꿔달라할 수는 있었음. 그냥 생각해 보면 가족끼리 편하게 지내면 좋을듯. 4점과 5점 사이인데 저 위의 한국인 습성에 안 맞는 부분으로 4점에 가까움.

Good for traveler with kids.

It's in poor condition. Doorlock was broken and took half day to fix while we have to wait in room. I feel nickle and dimed throughout the day. I can't get a water fountain anywhere and max request of 4 bottles of water per 2 person in room per day. If you do this model why not make the resort free and charge us for breathing air? On the good side the beach was nice even though full of screaming children everywhere.

Its not a 5 star....should be a 4 star. Older hotel. Rooms are old and have dirty throw rugs that havent been steam cleaned it years, same with the throw ruggs in the lobby....very dirty...gross. poor service for getting drinks, only 1 bar at the pool and lobby area. Poor service for breakfast, you have to get your own drinks and clear your own plates. The swiss village is a far walk and not much there. Water slides are fun and the kids park is fun. The hotel resort needs to renovate or be demoted to 4 star.

It is an excellent hotel with a lot of activities and services. But but hot water for the bathtub is cold, apparently for energy savings for the environment.

We love it especially for the private beach and all facilities have been kept at tip top hygiene and cleanliness.

The facilities are beautiful and new. The breakfast was very good. Beautiful beach! Lots of walking required to get around huge property. They have electric carts to shuttle you to beach restaurant but a little inconvenient. They could do a better job of stocking convince store as there are not any market or stores in area. All in all, a nice resort

The Movenpick is a fantastic property - great pools, great beach & most importantly - great staff! They are what makes it even more than 5 star plus!

The resort is very family oriented and our family, especially the kids really enjoyed it. This is my 2nd time coming back to the property and on my birthday, it was a little bit disappointing at first as my special request to have our villa near the pool was not accommodated even though I booked 2 months in advance. However when I shared my real time feedback, the reservation team called me the day after to offer us in changing room as they now have availability and offer late check out as well which I appreciated that my feedback is heard and acted upon. All the staff at the resorts are very attentive, from the bellboy, room services or at servers at the Tropicana restaurants, the team at the Rope Park as well. On the other part, I guess some of the staff at Panorama may not be familiar with the buffet setup. We had our buffet lunch where soft drinks were indicated as free flow included in the price but one of the staff asked us to pay when we were taking a coke, it was later corrected by the supervisor I believe. The check in and check out process could have been improved. It was public holidays in Vietnam and only 2 counters were opened for check in and 1 counter opened for check out, meaning long waiting time. I wish more "human touch" during these process could have improved the our experience, simply say happy birthday during check in or asking how was my stay during check out, which unfortunately didn't happen.

LIKE ( ): very beautiful place and view, excellent breakfast, great infrastructure, kids friendly, kids place staff very nice NOT LIKE (-): problem in check-in due Expedia booking is unaligned with Hotel reservation system, staff friendly but limited, not all staff speak english, dirty corridor way to room, very dirty beach close to hotel, few options of restaurants for lunch and diner, breakfast is good but not enough tables in hush hour but in last day the upstairs saloon was open, dirty plates in restaurant. No previous explicit warning that little kids need covid test so I have to pay for a rapid test during check-in.

This place is a huge resort complex, having alot of facilities and services; i.e water park with children pool, tennis course, and fitness/billard tables. The room is quite clean and very furnished. Location of this resort is close to Nha Trang international airport so its convenient for transport to and from the airport.

Movenpick Resort Cam Ranh is the best place to stay along that beautiful long beach. I would recommend you and your family to come and enjoy.

Beautiful resort. But dust in rooms and trash washed up on the shores of the beach wasn’t up to par with what I would expect from Movenpick. And it would be nice if the staff new basic english words like napkins...

Great place to relax

Great amenities, staff were very nice. Room service and house keeping were very slow.

The hotel is brand new and very luxurious. However most of the new staff are poorly trained and cannot speak english. I recommend managment adress this problem.

We like the overall feel of this property. It has a nice blend of modern with traditional design to the resort. The Swiss Village is a nice touch, with a Swiss/German restaurant, gym, and play areas (billiards/pool, table tennis), and even a disco and karaoke rooms. The English level of the staff could be better, most of them took some time to understand what we were trying to say. But the property is brand new so can give it some time.

Not yet at their best but...

Newly opened, rooms are clean and facilities are good. Very comfort and well-designed. But the staffs are not yet prepared, sometimes they seemed to be clumsy and not systemized. I know they are never unkind. They tried their best, I guess. Actually, they were getting better even during my 4 days of stay. You'd better check up for everything from multiple staffs for a while because you'll get different answers. All in all, dispite of what I said, I was satisfied. It is a lovely room with reasonable price.

처음 해외여행을 하는 아이와 함께하는 여행이며 휴양을 목적으로 선택한 숙소입니다. 가격이 제일 저렴한 레지던스는 주요 시설과는 거리가 있지만 메인 풀 까지는 걸어다닐 수 있었으며, 얼리체크인 서비스를 받을 수 있어서 만족스러웠습니다.

시설은 괜찮음. 조식은 5성급이 아님. 종류도 맛도 4성급 이하. 키즈시설이 매우 취약. 풀빌라 수영장 수질이 너무 안좋음. 메인풀은 괜찮음. 슬라이드 재미잇음. 직원들이 영어를 잘 못해서 소통이 불편함. 서비스는 친절.

그냥 그랗습니다

그냥 막 좋지도 나쁘지도 않네요. 침구.. 괜찮았어요, 다만 저희는 아이용 가드가 없어서 불안한 마음 음식.. 그냥저냥 가짓수가 많은건 아닝데 매일 비슷하니 좀 식상해져서 그런지 별로 식당에서 아이들 위한 인형들이 와줘서 아이들이 좋아함 수영장 넓어서 좋은데 물이 오래된듯 비누거품을 엄청 쏘는데 물은 안 갈으는듯 투빌라룸였는데 바퀴가 돌아다녀서 그때부터 좀 찝찝함. 우리 숙소만 그랬는지 모르겠지만 특유의 암내가. 버기가 바빠서 그란지 엄청 빠르게 달려서 몇번 버기들끼리 부딪칠뻔. 명절이라 비싸게 가서 그렁까요? 막 좋은 느낌만은 아니네요. 다음엔 다른 리조트 가볼게요.

원래 호텔 1박 예정이었는데 무료업그레이드로 빌라동을 이용했어요! 멋진 곳에서 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 숙소의 청결상태도 좋고 직원들 모두 친절하면서 프라이빗한 느낌을 주어 넘 좋았어요. 자전거로 바다를 이용할 수 있고 자연환경과 어우러진 리조트라 1000% 만족한 곳입니다. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶어요^^

전반적으로 아이들과 같이 가족 단위로 오기 좋은 리조트이다. 초콜릿 파티와 조식 때 아이들을 위해 다양한 후식과 인형탈을 쓰고 퍼포먼스를 보여주는 것 등은 매우 좋다. 다만, 좀 더 발전을 위해 한마디 하자면, 음식은 중간 정도로 감동을 느낄만한 것은 초콜릿 뿐이었다(초콜릿 회사라… 커피도 원두 생산해서 그런지 커피맛은 괜찮았다) 수영장은 너무 그늘지역이 없어 항상 그늘 찾아 다니며 수영해야 하는 아쉬움. 슬라이드는 물이 너무 약하게 나와서 재미가 없었다. 그래도 수영장 수질이나 컨디션은 괜찮았다. 수영장에 선베드 여유자리가 늘 없었고, 카바나는 유료라서 아쉬웠다. 바다는 의외로 놀기에 쾌적했다. 아이들을 위한 키즈 프로그램은 너무 유아에 맞춰져 있어 10~15세에 할만한게 없었다. 야외 줄타기가 있지만 너무 더워서 아무도 이용하지 않았다. 종합적으로 자연친화적이고 깔끔하고 대규모이며 서비스도 나쁘지 않아서 4점을 준다

아이들과 가족들 모두 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 리조트 시설 안에서 모든 식사를 해결할 수 있었던 점과 수영장의 깨끗한 수질, 많은 안전요원 덕에 마음 놓고 아이들이 놀 수 있었어요. 매년 방문할 계획입니다.

비치프론트 풀빌라에서 묵었습니다. 룸에서 보이는 경치는 너무 아름다웠지만 숙소 청결 상태와 직원들의 atitude는 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 뫼벤픽 방문 직전 인터컨티넨탈 호텔에서 숙박했던 경험때문에 자연스럽게 비교가 되네요. 아이가 있다면 풀빌라는 아주 탁월한 선택이 될 것 같습니다.

The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want the sofa bed opened and with bedding we need to pay 750,000 dong per night. I found this ridiculous as we picked the room because it had the bed and sofa bed and now they were trying to force us to pay for what we had already paid for. Their initial solution was to suggest we just upgrade to a villa for an additional cost. In the end after much negotiation they agreed to open the pull out sofa. I’m not sure how many others have been pressured to pay to open this sofa when they booked the room already because the photo showed it. I think it’s false advertising and really made me feel like they were scamming us. Food prices too high for what it is too.

가족여행에 최적!!

친정부모님과 5살 쌍둥이 자녀와 함께 다녀왔어요. 바닷가는 너무 여유롭고 물도 깨끗했구요. 풀빌라 컨디션도 너무 좋았어요. 제가 묶은 빌라 위치가 워터슬라이드 수영장 바로 옆이여서 놀기 너무 좋았고, 메인동과도 가까워서 버기카없이 걸어다녔어요. 모기나 큰 벌레는 없었구요... 날파리가 좀 있었지만 어디서든 번식하는 날파리를 어쩔 수 있나요...ㅠㅠ 샤워필터 5일간 사용했는데 생각보다 깨끗했어요. 조식.. GOOD!! 제 개인적으로는 반미가 너무 맛있었어요. 반미 바게트가 바삭하고 고소하고!! 쌀국수는 매일 조금씩 바뀌는데.. 저는 포크와 치킨 쌀국수가 맛있었어요. 에그볶음밥은 둥이들이 잘 먹었답니다. 과일은.... 기대이하였어요ㅠㅠ 조식타임에 인형탈쓰고 어린이 손님들한테 인사해주고 사진도 찍어주는데... 이거 아주 좋아요ㅋㅋㅋ 너무 즐거운 여행이었어요.

방도 크고 4인가족 잘 쉬다 갑니다

Хорошо отдохнули с детьми. Прекрасный парк с водными горками, дети (9 и 4 года) накатались вдоволь. Отличный основный бассейн с большим количеством удобных лежаков на любой вкус. Очень вкусная кухня в основном ресторане «Панорама», особенно рекомендую посетить шведский стол вечером Единственный минус - море не для отдыха с детьми. Были очень сильные и высокие волны из-за ветра. Может это токо в феврале так, не знаю …

숙소에 아이가방(+5만원정도 돈),폴라로이드카메라, 운동화를 두고 왔어요. 운동화만 분실사실을 발견해 찾으러 갔는데 운동화만 주었습니다. 보통 다른곳은 분실물이 나오면 모두 돌려주던데.. 빌라 내 전용수영장에 락스처리 많이해서 아이 수영복 색이 모두 탈색이 될 정도였고 수영 후 몸이 간지러웠습니다..객실정비도 넘 더러웠습니다. 조식은... 식당도.. 음식도 더러워서 2일중 마지막날은 먹지 않았습니다.

어르신과 어린이를 포함한 가족여행이었는데, 전반적으로 편안하고 친절한 호텔입니다. 오션프론트 2베드룸은 널찍하고 풀도 깨끗하며 뷰가 좋아요. 조식뷔페도 괜찮은 편이고, 인형들이 돌아다니며 아이들과 사진도 찍어주고, 워터파크도 어린이 친화적입니다. 제주도 수준으로 한국인이 많지만 그만큼 한국인들에게 편하고 친절한 서비스를 제공하는 것 같습니다.

시설 규모가 너무 크면 불편한데 적당해서 너무 좋았습니다 특히나 해변가가 아름답고 해변까지 산책하는 길이 아름다워 여기가 파라다이스구나 생각했습니다 날씨가 무덥지 않아서 쾌적해서 더 그런습니다 룸도 좋고 호텔에서 전망도 아름다웠습니다 조식 중식 석식 다 이용해봤는데 다 괜찮았고 조식 석식 포함이라 편해서 좋았습니다 마지막날은 석식 이용이 안되어 못 먹을 줄 알았는데 중식으로 변경해주어서 참 감사했습니다

너무좋았어요

시설 서비스 너무 좋았어요. 도착했을때는 방에 쥬스와 과일세트가 준비되어있었고 매일 청소해줄때마다 쿠키도 서비스로 놓어주더라고요~ 샤워실 배수가 잘안될때가 있어서 아쉬었어요... 그리고 샤워수건추가로 시켰더니 찢어져있는수건이 왔네요... 그래도 베트남어,영어등 못하는사람도 편하게 이용할수있게 앱으로(한국어설정가능)다 할수있고 거기서 요청을하면 바로바로 갔다줬어요. 호텔 주변에는 아무것도 없지만 시내까지 셔틀있고 따로 택시타고 가도 괜찮을꺼같아요~ 음식은 호텔에서 먹거나 배달시켜서 먹을수도있어요. 시설은 깨끗하고 나트랑가면 또 이용하고싶은 호텔에하나에요~~
