Like the hotel and will stay there again

Very good condition great bed!

It is a safe and quiet area. The hotel is very clean. Food is delicious. I like the buffet nights in the first-floor dining room. Carmela rendered service above and beyond her job. She was very accommodating and pleasant. My only comment is the dining room on the 3rd floor is a smoking-allowed area. I cannot take any cigarette smell, but one has a choice to order room service, and this is what I did. If this is the only dining room for the night- make it non-smoking and have another place for smokers. If one is out for a 12-hour tour, sitting in the dining room and enjoying a meal after a long day is nice- not eating one's in the hotel room. The 3rd-floor dining staff (I forgot his name) was very nice and accommodating also. My room is very clean and maintained every day. I slept well.

Always stay here whenever coming to Amman

I didn’t sleep all night from the noise inside the hotel from the guests partying next door, and from the smoke coming from under the door,

I ordered food to my room and waited 30 minutes then I slept, I got surprised at check out they charged me for the order that I never received and had to pay after the reception lady (Manal) accused me of lying

I enjoyed my stay at Movenpick. The staff was the best, very welcoming and nice. Everything was so easy, from checking in, to checkin out. The room was large and spotless clean. The lunch options were wonderful and the area was super nice at night. I walked a lot and enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. The staff are excellent and attentive. The room was both comfortable and very clean.

Since I walked in to the hotel they greeted me well. I arrived to the hotel 1 hour before my check-in time, and I was able to be in the room. Raneem, Manal, and Malik deserve more than 5 stars, they were very polite, friendly and nice. Made sure I am happy. Location is close to a lot of places. Overall service amazing all staff were smiling all the time. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Amman. Thank you guys for the best hospitality!!!

The hotel is getting old and it is overpriced. Service in Jordan is excellent though

My family and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is well kept, very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. We had a minor issue with the AC the first night we were there but as soon as I called the receptionist they sent someone to fix it. Overall I would highly recommend it and if I was every in the area again I would stay there for sure.

Beutiful and comfortable hotel, discreet and efficient staff. Too bad the swimming pool was closed and there are no green spaces outside.

Hotel was nice. Room service had a mix up but they sorted it out and sent free cake and fruit. Everyone is nice. The room smelled a little like smoke. Overall I would visit again.

The room looked tired looking for 5 star rated hotel. I had to buy my own air freshener to fight the smell of dust . The restaurant was even more tired . The breakfast buffet was a complete let down with empty and scarce food choices . The staff was fairly decent with good customer services.

The rooms are very clean and in good condition! All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast, the food is not up to any 5 star hotel .
