Front staff was friendly, pool not in service. No real complaints, just observation.

Overall, the property was nice and the room somewhat superior to most Motel 6’s. The only drawback was that there weren’t any open parking spaces available until someone finally left and I was able to pull in it.

Too close to the highway and I could hear the traffic

It was a very clean room. The bed was clean and comfortable. It had everything that I needed for a one night stay. The refrigerator was very noisy it kept me awake at times. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Cat pee

First, this the first time that I’ve left a review. The first room smelled strongly of cat pee, I asked for another room and it also smelled of cat pee but not as strong, my wife sprayed some perfume and that made it bearable. I read the reviews before booking saw that someone had posted about the breakfast, when we went to get it there was none not even any coffee, this is not the hotel’s fault since I went back and saw that breakfast was not listed as an amenitie. The A/C unit only blew air toward the floor and looked as though it needed some cleaning and work. The check in person was very helpful and accommodating. The bed and coverings appeared to be new and comfortable. Over the motel wasn’t the worst we have stayed at but should we need to stay in the Jackson area again we will not stay here.

I loved itb

The shower had no grab bars or nonslip traction on the tube of the shower. I slipped and fell hurting my back leaving me in pain. Also thos non smoking room had two ashtrays. I did report to the lady at the front desk by phone that I had fallen in the shower tub and hurt myself.

Desk clerk anticipated my needs when I got out of our car to check in. We were given a room on the first floor with a disabled parking place right in front of the door. Was a good experience.

Great affordable stay

On the surface the room looked clean smelled clean but it was kind of dirty. The tub was dirty stained I like taking baths but I wouldn't take one in that tub I put a towel on the bottom just so my feet wouldn't even touch the tub. This is why I wear flip flops in a hotel room I spilled water on the floor wiped it up with the paper towel the paper towels was black I mean just really black. I bring my own bedding reason why I went to pull the blanket back it had burnt holes and little dirty spots just hoping it wouldn't bed bugs. Went to turn the water on to wash my face before going to bed the water came out just black really black the hot water didn't work for a while so I let the water run for a long time if I didn't do that I believe the water still would have came out black I don't like people coming to my room while I'm gone so the cleaning lady did give me clean towels and a trash bags when I asked her and she was real nice about it the door had too much space between the door and the door frame so I kept getting nats and mosquitoes in my room even though I had some spray but I had to spray every night because of that space in between the door and the frame the last day I almost got stuck cuz the door didn't want to open so I almost was stuck out or stuck in the room

Hotel was awesome. Ladies at the desk were super nice and the room was clean and nice. wasn't a lot of traffic. I definitely reccomend

Love the up grades, pet friendly, convenient location, excellent staff, on-site laundry and parking wasn't bad at all! Everytime I'm in this area, I more than likely will lodge here.

Room stunk bad for a non smoking room. Dirty wall, trim, door in bathroom which I started to clean because I couldn't stand to look at it. Sheets, fitted sheet, matress cover terribly stained. Blood spot on top blanket on the one bed.No kleenex in the room. Front desk gave me clean bedding materials. Should not have had to deal with dirty beds at all for price I paid.

I do not recommend staying here. I asked the clerk were the rooms clean before booking. She said she don’t know . I asked could I check room before booking . The room was dirty , tub was dirty , it was drink bottles , snack paper , condom , bed sheets was on floor and on table . Bed had spots on it . Refrigerator was nasty . No microwave . Guest were hanging outside , walking back and foward weird times of nights . Too noisy ! ITS A NEVER AGAIN FOR ME

Smoking Rooms Should Be Isolated

The smoking rooms are interspersed among the non smoking rooms. This is totally STUPID. Smoke was billowing into my room, causing me to cough incessantly. I had to change rooms! This was completely inconvenient since I had already bathed and was in my pajamas. The smoking rooms should be isolated along one corridor of the hotel, isolated from the non smoking rooms.

The staff was very friendly. The room was outdated and every time you turned on the bathroom light/fan the smell of weed would fill the room. Close to busy Highway so it was noisy. The room next to us had loud comedies and music all night. The weed smell was the worse.

Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom was all clean and didn’t have an old smell to it. Bed was super comfortable and all.

Room faced hwy, staff lied& said no other rooms available. I walked around back & found multiple singles. Workman had used room for power & bathroom, extension cord still plugged in. Had tracked dirt onto floor.

Decided to stop last minute and was pleasantly surprised by this Motel 6. I’ve stayed at a few recently and was not impressed. But this one was clean and updated.

The tv issue is horrible i could not hook my laptop up to do my work couldn't watch netflix couldn't do anything with the tv so i had to lesve way before the next day it was terrible i will nevrr go back there and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to stay there either

Rooms were disgusting - reeked of smoked despite booking non-smoking. Walls, doors, bathrooms were dirty. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Questionable people living, “working” and loitering outside our room. Load music. Felt extremely unsafe.

This hotel semed sketchy with people coming and going and there was a plastic bag over my smoke alarm.

The room was nicely presented until i went to look and evrything was dirty. The bathroom the floor microwave and the refrigerator. Remote to the to the tv disnt work. Only thing that was clean was the bed sheets.

This motel needs a full reconstruction.

Not the nicest or cleanest but if you need a few hrs sleep this hotel isn’t terrible and it’s cheap. Not enough parking for pick ups with trailers.

The place was the worst hotel I have Ever stayed in and due my travel for work I’ve stayed in plenty. It looked like nothing has been cleaned in YEARS - from the floor to the liens. Never again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Good enough for a one night stay.

I booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. The correct switch was made right away. The room was cozy. The toilet and tub were not deeply sanitized. The pillows weren’t fluffy anymore and the water pressure isn’t very high.

I like the new rooms .they have been remolded. Staff nice

Horrible Conditions

We drove up to our room and they had construction going on the second floor. We walked into the room and was appalled by the condition of the room. The floor was dirty, black stuff all over the floor. They said they just installed the new shower but the hot/cold faucet was installed backwards. There was mold in the bathroom. The table they had was coming off the wall. We should’ve asked for our money back but I didn’t.

It was just nasty nothing was wiped down it really need to be shut down I went and stayed at another hotel that was way more cleaner and presentable looking then this one!

It was an easy check-in and the staff was very friendly. Very easy to extend my check-in.
