This place was nice and cozy for a good weeknd stay, you can see the ocean from the condo and an easy 5 min walk to the beach. Would stay again

The property was in the perfect location with a beautiful view of the Ocean. it was well equipped with almost everything you would need in a kitchen. It was clean, spacious, and plenty of backup towels which was great. Only issue was the shower in main bathroom didn't work. We shared this with the maintenance man that ended up removing the shower head before the next guess checked in.

Condo was very clean and looked very nice. Nice and cool, nice ocean view.

Excelente lugar

This roomy condo was very enjoyable to stay in. The balcony was large enough for two lounge chairs, some small side tables and an outdoor couch. While on the balcony we had a great view of the water. The kitchen was large enough to easily make a lunch or dinner. Our only complaints about the kitchen was the lack of a coffee pot for the coffee machine and some cosmetic damage to the cabinets. The bedrooms had comfortable beds but, lacked storage space for clothing. The master bathroom had two sinks that made it easy for us as a couple to get ready to go out. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo close to beach

We’ve stayed with Modern Linda Vista before and has become our go-to! The space is super clean, comfortable and close to the beach, shopping and entertainment.

Super nice view! Loved it , the beach is 8 mins walking distance and the property was clean and spacious! Definitely recommend:)

Excellent property, breathtaking views, quick beach access.

Loved everything about the stay beautiful condo just the beds were rock hard and couldn’t sleep well. Other than that everything else was a 10 would definitely recommend. Beautiful.

The actual individual condo space itself was very sharp. The interior of it was well designed and the ocean view was awesome. We loved the room. Many reviews said it was under construction, but not much more. What we found that meant was the building itself had most of the rooms unfinished. It felt like a ghost building, there were only a few rooms occupied in about 50 and almost no other people in the building. That’s not the worst scenario though as we go to Las Conchos to get away from the crowds, it was just a little strange. The beach is only a block away though and overall we were happy with our stay!

Electricity went out on half the building and no one fixed it management disappeared and would not answer calls horrible experience

Once the construction is complete this will definitely be a place to visit

Didn't have the unit # or code to get in (should have that ready the second I paid and booked) Didn't know where to park not visible at all (where to go) No reception at all therefore delaying communication. No extra paper towels or toilet paper. Had coffee machine but no coffee or filters. Mosquitos inside the unit. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again

Amazing, comfortable condo in Las Conchas!

We had a wonderful time at the Linda Vista condos. During check-in I had an issue with the door as well as an issue with one of the toilets and staff was readily available to help. Communication was great, the location is perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute commute to other beaches and town. There is a small store on the property fully stocked with essentials. I will certainly stay again!
