Nice area right next to Time square. Some more water bottles and toiletries would sbe good.
The bathroom in 321 needs updating. Tiles were cracked and very hard water stained and moldy
The hotel was clean and had amazong views. We had an issue getting thru the streets due to new years but the most amazing
Great hotel
The Hotel was very comfortable and quiet. Very convenient location. However, I do not recommend including breakfast in your booking. The breakfast provided was prepackaged grab-and-go items, and it was not worth it.
The cleanliness of the common areas, but also on the 18th floor. The room was clean everyday, with fresh towels and coffee refills. The weather was always on point inside the rooms.
Too old not very clean
Everything during our stay was great The staff and facilities are all very nice, the only thing that could be improved this or type of breakfast that you serve, we were expecting a full breakfast, not just coffee, yogurt, and cereal
Clean and centrally located
Room was fine. I had to check-in at the neighboring Millennium Hotel because the front desk was closed. Somewhat confusing. The room came with a pathetic breakfast that was mostly pre-packaged baked goods and coffee from a partially working machine. There are basically no amenties at this hotel. Expedia shares blame for providing factually incorrect information. Expedia does not have the amenties (or lack thereof) accurate. Expedia also does not include the $40 per day fees in the price in their search results. With those added fees, I would not recommend this hotel.
We were highly satisfied with our stay, particularly with the hotel management and exceptional customer service. Despite an early departure at noon, the hotel graciously refunded the unused night's accommodation.
Loved the convenience, quiet and cleanliness. It was hard to find someone to check us in when we arrived but there seemed to be someone there most times that we were coming and going throughout our stay.
Please back to the normal breakfast
Nice hotel, professional staff « except one rude lady at the reception when I did the check in ». The room was warm, it’s not my first time in this hotel i feel comfortable there overall, just if they serve the breakfast as the normal hotels, because it’s very limited in the choices and more sweet and carbs and they ask you to take what you need and put it in a bag and go, it was one of the Covid time restrictions and it’s still there, which is not convenient for a 4 stars hotel in nyc.
Totally under expectations
Liked it
I enjoyed everything about my stay the staff was great and very attentive to all my needs while there.
Second time I stayed at the hotel and everything was great!
Clean, affordable, and accessable
Loved the location
good
Spent three night in mid December 2024. The room was way too hot at around 80F. The A/C blew 90F, so I had to turn that off and open the windows to get any sleep. My first room was down low and the outside air was foul. Room faced the inside where several restaurants have kitchens. I complained and, to their credit, got a room five floors higher, which made a big difference. I would recommend paying extra for a room with city views. Maybe the air is cleaner up higher. Watch out for an addition $40/day facilities fee.
The staff is great. The rooms are a little dated but it's fine for the price.
Location was phenomenal for our visit being less than a block from time square, close to theater district, Rockefeller and Bryant Park. Our trip during the holidays was magical.
Some drawbacks that those who stay at this hotel will encounter are the following and it is important to consider them when paying, only one elevator works which is insufficient, it does not have breakfast, you only receive some snacks to eat in your room, the The furniture in the rooms is old, the cold water in the tub does not work, the heating does not work properly and they do not have competent maintenance personnel, the cleanliness of the rooms is bad, some days they do not change the towels and you have to request them. several times, but the good thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel can provide more and better service but it does not have the will or good leadership
The service is ok
Location is perfect! We were put in the Premier part of the hotel which could use an upgrade. Staff was nice and friendly.
Excellent place to stay.
great experience
Rooms were big enough, very near to times square
Gem in NY
It's a great hotel in a quiet area of midtown. Rooms are very spacious, especially for New York. Staff is friendly. Breakfast included. lots of restaurants nearby.
The hotel is centrally located near all the theatre, and that’s the reason I go to NY to see Broadway shows, the rooms are very spacious and big bathrooms…
Very close to Time Square. Also had a lot of nice restaurants in close proximity.
Times Square Location
Perfect location and can see the New Year’s Eve Ball from the window! The employees were all wonderful and accommodating. Housekeeping came right up with anything you needed. Packaged continental breakfast items, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee/espresso machine were convenient and a money saver. Bed was comfortable. Desk and molding could use some TLC. REALLY missed having a mini fridge! So inconvenient not to have cold drinks or be able to have leftovers. Overall good stay.
Amazing stay, loved everything!
Love this hotel and stay here often… the room we stayed needs attention with heating system/ either sauna like or nothing! Bathroom needs major do over- shower needs attention- poor water pressure… broken tiles around the room.. toilet has rust atop near lid… Location is good and staff is friendly!
Excellent location near theaters. Walkable to restaurants, Rockefeller Plaza, Grand Central Station. Clean, quiet room. Minimal takeaway breakfast was provided.
I was moved to another hotel, they had oversold the rooms.
Staff is excellent. Room was not that clean
This property has a great location however we were disappointed in the quality of the room for the price we paid. Our room was cold while our friends room was so hot they had to sleep with window open (in December). Again, great location, just don't expect a 'premier' quality space.
Don’t worth for money!
Monique took very good care of us. She was very helpful with directions plans and making recommendations.
Convenience to the theater district is the main reason we stay at the Millennium Premier
There are actually two Millennium properties separated by a theater on W 44th Street. The Millenium Premier was quiet and elegant upon entering. Check in was a breeze. Security was more than sufficient with room keys needed to operate the elevators. The room was large by New York standards and spotless. I had a room at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. There was a soaking tub and a separate shower. A hand held wand would be a nice upgrade from the standard shower head. Overall, great experience!
I’ve been at this property prior. I’ve also not liked the stay but was limited on time to go see a musical last minute and thought it might have been a fluke. However it was t the same issues occurred this time as last. Starting with very poor customer service at first, the man who checked me in, didn’t say more than two words I asked him for the highest floor. He told us we were late. Also, upon asking him for the highest floor, that is all he said was name and you guys are late. I got there at 7 PM. My room wasn’t the cleanest broken faucet in the bathroom sink dripping showerhead in the shower. Addressed it with front desk. No one came to the room. No one tried to address it. We’re only there for two nights so we dealt with it will not stay again also the black mold in the shower and the caked on layer of dust and the air vents and the heat that wouldn’t turn off was not in a positive .
The hotel was nice and staff was attentive
The hotel serves us as theater goers very well due to its proximity to the theater district. We also like the fact that its lobby is quiet and uncrowded.
It was good with great view of the city in 20 floor
Good property
We stayed at the Millennium Premier on Thanksgiving Day 2024 and had an overall positive experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, allowing us to attend the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and conveniently store our luggage upon arrival. The front desk staff were exceptional, accommodating an early check-in at 12:30 PM instead of the standard 4:00 PM. This was greatly appreciated and made our day much easier. The hotel’s proximity to several attractions we had planned to visit made it an ideal choice for the day. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. There was no vending machine or hotel shop to purchase water or snacks. The room did not have a mini fridge, which would have been a helpful amenity. The complimentary breakfast, served on the main floor, was limited to a grab-and-go selection (juice, coffee, fruit, pastries, etc). While sufficient, converting this space into a hotel shop could enhance the guest experience. One surprising aspect was the addition of a $40 “facility use fee” to our bill at checkout. This charge seemed unclear, especially since the hotel does not offer amenities like a gym or pool. Despite these minor concerns, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. Additionally, we highly recommend The Long Room, the restaurant across the street from the hotel, for a fantastic breakfast!
Overall pleasant. Only complaint is that the thermostat in the room did not seem to affect the temperature in the room at all. This was reflected by a stale feeling air blowing through the vent.
My heater didn’t work properly in the last two days
Not recommendable
I was so disappointed about breakfast included with the room. I was expecting hot meal breakfast like other hotels we’ve been. Ended up just continental breakfast that you pick what you want, bag it and go. Not a sit down type of breakfast. Very disappointing.
A Four Star Hotel? Hardly.
I rated it 3 stars and I feel that is very generous. The first night we had awful neighbors who tried repeatedly to enter our room from the hallway as well as the adjoining room! Upon complaining to the manager we were offered alternative rooms and the one they provided was fine regarding noisy neighbors and no connecting door. The rooms themselves are a bit tired in details (noisy HVAC, squeaky shower fixtures in the smallest shower that I have ever seen, leaky faucet, and even a light switch that inadvertently kills the TV signal). There is no breakfast room, only some plastic wrapped 'grab and go' takeaways. Towels to be replaced needed to have multiple reminders to housekeeping. Nice staff but service and amenities to rate 4 stars? Really?
Not much more to offer besides location
This hotel is fairly run down. Does not look like the pictures. The staff are pretty rude but not so rude that your experience is ruined. Just enough so you’re aware they hate their jobs. It could be much cleaner as well. Lacks comfort because the bedding and wash room linens are old a beat up. The best part of this hotel is location. If you want to walk and you do not care too much about much else, while also feeling the price is valid. This hotel is for you.
Great location. Excellent price
No frills or thrills just a Great location.
Location was amazing, surrounding areas were perfect, view was spectacular. Room was extremely clean darkening curtains definitely appreciated the two big water bottles in the room. Bed was extremely comfortable and huge. Appreciated the full-size couch in the room. Love the table and the chair plenty of space to put your things in love the full length mirror. Though some things do need renovation and update, bathroom definitely needs an update. Shower was extremely small. Love the spacious counter space in the bathroom. Didn’t have early checking available. That was a bit of a bummer but they did hold the luggage while we waited for checking and after we checked out, that was a huge help. Staff was friendly unhelpful.
My stay
I enjoyed this stay very much and all was very well . The staff was very friendly and helpful
We had the best experience with this property and its walking distance to shops and restaurants!! The staff was amazing, especially our girl at the front desk…always had a smile and ready to help with all your needs!!! It was our first time to NY and it won’t be our last at this property!!!
Loved staying here for our first trip to NY!
Location is super convenient. Room a great size. Welcoming and professional staff.
Location is good Furniture needs to be replaced The hotel needs to be renovated
Smells like a roadside motel. Really disappointed so we left and checked in a lessen hotel and lost our money that was non refundable.
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean but the bathroom needed some work. It’s an older hotel just a block from Times Square. I had some questions about the billing but Monique took great care of us, explaining everything in great detail. Thank you Monique!!
Great location for seeing several Broadway shows.
Very close to Time Square, room where clean and quite. Staff expectacular, they hel me with an upgrade for a client that came with me
Great Stay
This hotel was very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful very clean roomie room.
Overall, there's nothing negative about my experience whatsoever. I really enjoyed my time here.
This hotel is everything you need when you visiting New York city. The location is great, the staff are super friendly.
The treatment from your stuff was really bad
Exceptional staff. Pleasant helpful
Typical city hotel, although breakfast was included you had to collect in a paper bag and take back to your room to eat. Note no hot food available. Staff were friendly enough but it’s a very impersonal hotel and not at all homely.
The room was disgusting. The bed was broken. The carpet was filthy. The couch was dirty. But the staff was nice.
There was no attendant at the desk for the majority of our stay. Inconvenient to go next door for assistance
Nice place and people in the gritty city.
Very good value. The hotel location is perfect for shows and restaurants. Very clean, spacious and recently upgraded rooms. Monique at the front desk was informative and helpful.
Building has entrances on both 44 th and 45 th , great time saver.
Amazing staff. Loved our time there.
It’s outdated. Pictures online don’t reflect that. Staff was great.
.
Just wish breakfast had more healthy options
Good Hotel
It was good, very clean and in a nice central location. Was a bit confusing to check in, but the staff were very helpful
Location can’t be beat! Also, the executive king with couch and 405 square feet was enough size to spread out a bit. We will return!
Good location and friendly staff.
Great location
Great location. Clean spacious room for 2 in NYC. 3min walk to times square. No ammenties but if you are in NYC to be a tourist no reason to be in your hotel. Also the street is surprisingly quite. Id stay again
It was Amazing and Monique and The Front Staff was the best I’ve ever had!!!!
Breakfast options were really really limited. We had to call multiple times for water.
Great location very close to Times Square. And morning coffee and breakfast was awesome.
Arrived at 7pm and advised room was not ready and had to wait another hour. Compensated $40 for almost 5 hours delay on their part. Shower had horrible drainage basically stood in a puddle as you showered. City view was the back of the building facing an office. Carpets and overall appearance looks dirty.
I booked a stay and paid a $150 deposit, which I was told would be refunded. Despite following up via email, I haven't received a response. My credit card statement still shows the charge. Could you please look into this? I didn't break any items and was out most of the time, only using the room to sleep. Thank you.
Could’ve used a refrigerator in the room, location was right on for where we needed to be.
Great hotel in a great area, parking came out to $60 for 24 hours, breakfast was not good.
Nice quiet clean comfortable room.
Check in was fine, most were kind but if you have a problem you get zero help. Our toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. We called six times in our five day stay. The guy came after the third call jiggled the toilet and said it is fine. Left and it started running yet again. Called three more times and they never came back though they said it’s on the list. They offered to switch our room on our last night but to little too late. Our door didn't close without brut force they had no refrigerators available, breakfast is not breakfast but corn muffins and coffee with string cheese (not what was advertised) and to top it all off on the third call it rang 14 times when a woman answered very abruptly then proceeded to yell at me telling me she said she’d get somebody there. When I asked are you mad at me, she replied I said I’d get somebody there. The mngr told me they would remove my daily hotel fees (not nightly room charges) of $300 then when the problem persisted after it was supposedly fixed (jiggled) I was told they would remove the $300. What did they remove the first time? Then when leaving the hotel a man was stuck in the elevator screaming to be let out. So personally you can tell me words all you want but actions speak louder. Will not stay again and cannot refer positively.
Good Hotel
Location was very central
The staff is amazing, especially Monique. We were so happy with the hotel. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the city.
Great location. Close to all public transit options , situated between Broadway and 5th Avenue, within walking distance to everything in Times Square.
Guess our depends on what room you get, I was on the 19th floor. Great views and minimal noise. Spend a little more, it’s worth it.
Great hotel in all ways
We love the location near Times Square. Found out Premier hotel is next to main Millennium Hotel. Smaller, was nice, few riding the elevators, small group of rooms on each floor, lobby was spacious and never full of people, like the main Millennium. We will stay at either of the hotels in future, but really liked our stay at the Premier. Also breakfast came with our room, and not the main Millennium. No complaints, all good!

Spacious room, very conveniently located
