My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, as we found a bed in one room covered with blood stains on the sheets, while the other room had footprints on the sheets. This is completely unacceptable

Very clean and calm

Very clean hotel and baby friendly - free cot was provided on arrival and staff were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Buffet breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Hotel pool was also really nice and relaxing - we would go around 11am and it would be completely empty (which was nice actually). Checkout was easy too, just have to wait while they check the room in case we forgot anything. Only thing I wish they would improve on is their contact - I tried to contact them before we went to Qatar through online messaging service and they wouldn’t reply to my message, they would just reply details on discounts and offers. Other than that the hotel itself is great and I would definitely go again whenever I visit Doha.

a good hotel in very good area

Great hotel the staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble was upgraded off a delayed flight and nothing was too much trouble. Locationnis ideal near Joann metro and a plethora of Uber drivers will take you anywhere for reasonable fares.

Friendly staff

Hotel lobby noisy, staff and management don’t care at all, very disturbing at night late , screaming kids and no one care, food breakfast very mediocre, checkout operator don’t speak English well didn’t send doorman for the bags had to get them myself, room cleanliness not that good even though I tipped daily.

Top marks for inconvenience!

Worst door locking system ever for a hotel if this class. Complaint every day of the trip and got the engineer sent out on last day. Kids room door did not lock for days, lobby phone non functional, kids and wife waiting outside room in the cold after swimming to find door keys not working again. Emailed complaint which got the manager to come out to say I will send you a fruit platter for your kids as compensation for your continuous 6 day inconvenience. Reception staff was the most incompetent, unprofessional, biased staff I have ever experienced.

Excellent spa and pool facilities!

My family and I stayed for one night, with breakfast and dinner included. The jacuzzi in the men's room was being fixed, and the swimming pool water was chilly. I hope they warm up the pool. Also, I wish there were more food choices for kids and a play area for them.

Bad

I used to live in this hotel for years and things were fine until the last two times the experience was bad, as the room emanated a bad smell from the bathroom all the time. The other problem that I faced was due to the lack of respect of one of the employees in the security department, as he spoke to me with a lack of respect and started shouting without saying anything. To care about the presence of others or even listen to me. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the hotel management other than a word of sorry.

As soon as I walked into the room I loved how fresh and clean it looked. I stayed for a total of 7 nights. The first morning I did not realise I need to leave the sign out for the room to be tidied. I went to reception at 4pm and asked if I could get water bottles and coffee top ups. It was immediately actioned and my cleaning attendant Murtaza completed my requests. The next day Murtaza cleaned my room early morning upon my request and I finished the water bottles by 5pm (its so hot and humid in Doha at the moment). I noticed him cleaning a nearby room and asked I could have more water and coffee. He happily said ‘sure’ and let me take how many I liked. (I only need 4 bottles to keep me going till the following day) . Everyone is so attentive at this hotel and always happy to help. The dinner is lovely and I really wanted to compliment the chef but they told me he is downstairs. I hope he was told how much I enjoyed his biryani. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Joaan Metro Gold line Station which was perfect. I took the metro everywhere I went. One single journey costs 2 QR and capped at 6 QR.

On a weekend trip. Hotel is in good location next to mall and several shops. Excellent service with highly professional staff. In house dining on the roof top, swimming pool & gym in excellent conditions. Will stay again next trip. Highly recommended

Brilliant hotel. Very clean and friendly staff with a great breakfast. Only slight criticism is the staff at the front of hotel sometimes would just watch as I struggled to open the door aswell as trying to get a pram through. Sagarika on reception was very helpful. I emailed when I booked that it is my husbands 40th the week we check and we are on holiday to celebrate. The guy that checked us in refused to send a little cake to the room as we arrived at the hotel a just after his birthday which I was slightly annoyed about. All in all a wonderful hotel but staff that receive you need to be just that bit more attentive

Generally it was good , rooms are clean ,location is good , the only thing that was not good is BREAKFAST ,it was really poor in terms of choices of items & quality , it is OK,for 2/3 stars hotels but not for 5 stars hotel

Construction noise was terrible. It started at 5:48am. I really would like to know who authorized drilling to start at 5:48am.

My trousers (white cotton) left at the Hotel room 327 check out 21 April. I keep calling to the hotel but receptions don’t help.

This hotel is located in the middle of the city. Very close to everything. Hotel manager Mr Khalil is treating us excellent. He upgraded us to a great room. We received very nice welcome gifts. People work here are very well trained for professional and they are ready to help when is needed. We are very happy to stay here. Thank you to All for making us feel at home.

Hotel stuff has provided excellent service for us. Especially Room Manager Mr Khalil was very helpful. We are enjoying staying in this hotel. Roof restaurant is very nice waiters are very nice. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just excellent

Short business trip. The hotel has been totally renovated recently. It is in perfect condition. Everyone working here is very decent and helpful. I used the roof restaurant for breakfast which was amazing. I also enjoyed excellent meals as in room dinning. I will be in this hotel any time I come back to Doha.

I will not Recommend to stay at this hotel

Qatar air and property invited me, but neither informed me a VISA was required. Without VISA, I was denied departure from USA, and had to cancel my entire 90 day vacation. Qatar refunded my airfare. Property and Expedia took no responsibility.

Nice and relaxing

The hotel was very nice. Clean, and comfortable all around. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. I typically don’t like hotel buffets but I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner they offered. There was plenty of choice.

It’s was really bad. The hotel welcoming was very bad the receptionist unprofessional very bad attitude at the checking time then I ask let me talk to the manager but no response my room was not available and got informed only after I paid in full I was asking to change my room for two days which was booked for 3 days and to extend a month but same answer room not available in room I stayed the shower pipe was broken ask them to change or repair from the first day but unfortunately no any action. Midnight my room tel was ringing a lot , so I check out on second day I booked with breakfast but the restaurant was closed, it was the worth trip for me so,the way they talk I saw it’s one star service hotel not five stars hotel. The staff They was talking in bad way and not friendly , unprofessional at all ,

This is my second time i stay at this hotel it was very nice in all aspects except the receptionist ladies not too helpful on two occasions ... like robots in their answers .. But overall i would stay there again...

Mellenium is amazing as always. I love the hotel for many reasons like connectivity to drive to my clients, convenience of food and other day to day things. The best part is the Gym at Millenium.

Awesome staff, accommodations and comfortable room. The only downside to my stay was the upgrades/construction that was taking place during the day. However the staff did inform me of this when I arrived, along with timeframes and reason for this inconvenience. This was not a deal breaker!! I would recommend to my friends and stay here again in the future!

Great Stay, but restrictions

Great stay, hotel was very nice. Only problem was Thursday night you could hear loud music through the walls until very late. Also first hotel I’ve ever seen a sign for no outside food or drinks in room. I understand trying to encourage using hotel restaurant but to ban having anything else was a first. Overall though very nice hotel and decently priced.

It served my purpose of needing a clean bed near the venue I wanted to be near. Carpeting needs replacing and my room always felt damp to me. Could never get the temperature comfortable, could only turn it on or off, but could never adjust it to just be comfortable. They do have a nice breakfast upstairs in Cosmos and the staff in the Atrium Lounge were nice.

Initially at the time of check-in had some misconception because of online booking BUT staff handled the situation so nicely and politely that made me and my family really happy and satisfied.

Not great

Had to move half way through. Was in a room with a joining door and the guy smoking next door and listening to loud action movies at 1am was like it was happening in my room. The club access is essentially free tea and coffee. It’s a smoking zone and not that pleasant. Everything outside of tea and coffee is charged. Not worth it. Wouldn’t go back. It’s not great.

Deficient service

The shuttle from HAMAD International, as advertised by the hotel, was not available, requiring round trip taxi rides at a cost of US$50. That is why the satisfaction rating is low

The staff was friendly. However... Absolutely not a 5* hotel... 3* at best with just the attitude of 5. The sauna facility is ok... except one extreme rudeness... the female staff come and go at will from the men's locker room... I complained and was told this was normal.. they had to do it, no choice. absurd! several coffee shops near by, ignore the in-house coffee... ridiculous

relaxed vibe but the room was abit old-ish and very minimal access to power sockets. Event the one's which are around the desk are hard to access and you need to crawl underneath the desk to use the power socket

Great hotel with an air of luxury about it. Local shops very nearby and conveniently away from the city centre and tge wirst of the traffic.

Practical Hotel

Very practical for short business trip. Very good gym. Nice and helpful staff. Good service and good price. I will stay again.

Too expensive for the price without breakfast. Side view overlooks a mall terrace with all ducting etc. No real view besides a constant humming sound of some A/C generator - machine running in the back ground.
