A good stay.

A good selection, although dare I say ever so slightly overrated. However, it is a good place for a short stay. Cleanliness is okay. In fact, everything is okay. If you want great however, I would recommend another hostel...in my opinion, Ostelzzz comes to mind.

Just stayedthere for one night but it wasvery comfortable, well located, clean and give me all the info that I needed in Reception.

Close to the central station, restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff were friendly enough. Dorms were spacious. The water pressure in the shower was very low (it took much longer to shower due to this). I wish there was a small kitchen to use especially if not getting breakfast. It was good enough for the price and an one night stay.

No hand-soap at the bathroom sink. No soap or shampoo in the shower. When I asked for some hand-soap in the bathroom I was told maybe someone would bring some tomorrow. No one ever brought any. No smoking allowed inside the hostel which is great, but people smoke right outside in the backyard and all the windows are open so the hostel reeks of smoke.

Ok hotel, had to pay €7 extra to use the AC...

Great place and great price

Everyone was super friendly and helpful during my stay. The staff is great!

The staff was very polite, helpful and nice. I got a private double bedroom for 2 people with good size, clean, and a comfortable bed. The room had a private bathroom which was also clean and in a very good state. The provided breakfast was ok for starting the day, they made a very good coffee. The hostel is a 15 min walk from Milano Central Train Station, which makes it easy to go and see other towns and cities. Also, the tube station is very close to the hostel, 5 min walk or less. Makes it easy to go to the City centre.

For a hostel, it was very nice, just remember to bring a towel and you will be set.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hostel. The room was clean and well sized, the bed was comfortable, the back garden of the hostel was nice, and we had a patio which was a plus. Some of the staff were very friendly was well, and spoke good english! There was only two downfalls of this hostel. First is the provided breakfast. We personally had breakfast included with our stay, however it is simply just a croissant and some melba toasts with a drink of your choice. A better breakfast would do this place some good, even just some cereal or scrambled eggs! The other issue was our shower-head. The water flow was barely existent and it was spraying everywhere. It is just very clogged and with some cleaning could work perfectly.

Really great staff. Welcoming and lovely. The hotel itself was good. The room smelled even though cleaning was done, and the place is a little worn. Their is no air conditioning which is fine, but a fan in the rooms would be nice, it was a hot box I their. Overall okay place to stay

Worst hostel would be an understatement.

First of all, the neighbourhood was awful. Not only you have to walk 50 min to the city center but it's also not safe. The only thing cool about the location is the fact that it's near a great pizza place. To be honest, the smell hits you first. The big guy with a terrible mustache won't speak english at all and all he does is sleep. (be sure to knock with your foot after 23pm) One guy was speaking english very well but he was kinda rude. He printed 3 stuff for me and when I asked for him to print another ticket he would get mad and ask for a nice review. About the toilets.... Let's not. Terrible water pressure, there is never soap. It smells really bad probably because of some drain issues. You literally have to demand for toilet paper because they never check and don't care. ABOUT THE SMELL AGAIN. I think that is the worst part. It smelled like barf. There were stains on my sheets. Nobody gives a sheet in the hostel. The staff would be rude and yell if you don't pay for the city tax upfront (which by the way can be avoided if you stay in a hostel) I have nothing better to say. worst

Good value in Milan

It was as a hostel/hotel. We had a private room with private bath and a basic breakfast included for a good price. It was near the train station area and close to Metro. I felt it was good value for the money, especially for a short stay.

OK but shower elsewhere

It was Ok but the bathrooms were terrible - shower door falling off, locks not working and only one shower on the floor with multiple dorms from what i could see.

Overall a good experience. The facilities were clean and the outdoor area in back was nice and relaxing. Work was being done in the kitchen so breakfast was not offered throughout my short stay, something the person at the front desk did not pass on.

The worst hostel ever

Only one wall socket per room for 6 people, wifi is out of signal in the room, no lounge, people are not social at all, staff is frequently not at reception so forced to wait at entrance for awhile.

Ok Location But Poor Hotel Condition

This hostel is located two metro stops from Stazione Centrale and is within walking distance to inexpensive shops along Corso Buenos Aires. However the hotel and rooms are not well-kept. I stayed here and at another similar priced hostel in Milan and found you can get a much better deal at other places!

È andato tutto bene

Ho soggiornato una sola notte presso questa struttura. Avevo prenotato un posto letto in dormitorio misto per 6 persone (3 letti a castello). Devo dire che era tutto molto ordinato e il letto era comodo. Il bagno condiviso, anch'esso molto pulito, si trovava sul corridoio. Presente la carta igienica, ma non il sapone. Per le salviette bisognava pagare alcuni euro in più, ma avevo le mie, quindi il problema non si poneva. In camera erano presenti alcuni armadietti, anche se me ne avevano assegnato uno esterno, sul pianerottolo delle scale, ma comunque sorvegliato, inoltre si poteva chiudere a chiave. Non c’era bisogno di portarsi il lucchetto come in altri ostelli. Il personale alla reception era molto cortese e presente. Se avrò bisogno di fermarmi un’altra notte a Milano, è molto probabile che prenoterò al Milano Hostel.

En mi reserva entraba desayuno bufé incluido, y no fue cierto. Además me cobraron la tasa más alta que en otras estancias. Las toallas había que pedirlas. Sitio bastante anticuado y sin mantenimiento. Los colchones estaban ya bastante tratados. Y el personal muy justo.

Esperienza da non ripetere

Esperienza negativa. Si tratta di un dormitorio per ragazzi. Assolutamente inadatto a viaggi di piacere con amici e ancora di meno con famiglia. La colazione è imbarazzante. Vengo a Milano almeno 2 volte all’anno e sono stato in diversi Hotel, ma certamente non tornerò in questo.

今回はハズレ？

フロントの男性の方の対応は適当でした。 事前にメールにて、宿泊日前日から荷物を預かってもらえないか、問い合わせ、OKの返事をもらい、前日に荷物を持ってホテルへ。しかしこの男性の答えはNO。 メールのやり取りを見せても全く効果なし。 また、事前にカードで支払い済みであるのに、チェックイン時に請求されました。何度も支払い済みであると伝えましたが、聞く耳を持たず。メールの文章を見せてやっと納得した様子でした。 以前に泊まった際はとても良い対応でしたが、今回はとても不快な旅になりました。

Hotel veramente senza parole...sconsigliato...dentro la camera senza il phono senza asciugamani...senza sapone...e aria condizionaria voleva 7 euro a notte...da non credere....dopo aver pagato 95 euro...colazione cornetti di euro spin in busta solo alla ciliegia....senza un'altro gusto....

Personale eccezionale

Consiglio a tutti questa struttura sia per l'ubicazione che per la professionalità di tutto il personale! ! Se devo trovare una pecca ..... sono talmente buoni che non sgridano neppure i clienti che abbandonano i bicchieri del caffè sui tavolini del giardino. Albergo con terrazze interne che danon su un giardino curato anche d'inverno.

arrivo, il tizio alla reception mi fa aspettare in piedi un sacco di tempo, mentre sta facendo delle operazioni di registrazione e prenotazione di un posto letto, con una lentezza incredibile. quando è il mio turno non trova la prenotazione, guarda e riguarda lo schermo del computer, poi telefona e ritelefona (parla in arabo credo e quindi non capisco). finalmente mi dice che il suo collega non ha visto la prenotazione ecc. Alla fina, dopo circa un ora mi dice che possono darmi una stanza. In realtà è un dormitorio 6 letti, ma solo per me. Non hanno altre stanze con bagno, che avevo prenotato e pagato in anticipo. Stanza squallida, senza tv, senza neanche una luce sul comodico per leggere.

É un ostello con prezzo da hotel. La stanza non viene rifatta, la biancheria da bagno non é compresa nel prezzo, bagnoschiuma e sapone sono 1 di quantità e devono bastarti per tutto il soggiorno (non importa se soggiorni per più notti) e la colazione categoricamente da macchinetta selfe service (tutti prodotti da discount rigorosamente impacchettati da confezione famiglia ma soprattutto con tipico sapore, ovvero inesistente)

Muy buen hostel, dudé en alojarme allí porque no tenía muy buenas referencias pero está muy bien. Camas cómodas, facil de llegar al centro (10 min en metro que está a 200mts). Faltan algunas cosas básicas en la cocina. Buen ambiente en general

El único inconveniente es que no tienen a/c las habitaciones

Fine hostel

Overall value for money for a hostel. Hostel is located 5 minutes walk from metro and it's easy to get to Milan City Centre. Milan Centrale Stazione is only 15 min walk away. The room has a lot of mosquitos and always missing toilet paper and handsoap. But it's clean and has lockers. Vending machine and garden in the back. For the value, I would come back if I needed to come to Milan again. I was here with friends, but I think it will be difficult to meet new people here.

夏は暑さで眠れない

乗り換えに便利なロレート駅近くでセントラーレ駅からもふた駅と便利。 一つだけ、夏の滞在は相当厳しかった。部屋にエアコンがなく(ついてはいるが有料)、六人ドミに扇風機1台で暑さでほとんど眠れませんでした。自分は暑さには強い方なので、暑がりの人は無理だと思います。それを除けば大丈夫です。
