Breakfast was great.

This property is expertly managed. There is a repairman, with a loaded cart, patrolling the hotel constantly. Most everything is in perfect condition.

Close to Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc. The ski storage area was fantastic to dry the skis overnight.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially on the Friday night. We needed some stuff that was missing in the room and the guy on staff was really sweet and friendly. Breakfast was a no can do, they write that between 7&8am its quiet but when we went downstairs the lineup was huge and just ended up bringing up to the room some juice and muffins. Nice to see a few new places around the hotel that have opened up, but still a lot of empty spaces, would have been nice if a few more places were there just to have some variety. Now for the issues we had..the tissue box was almost empty and had to ask for another one. The fan was super loud in the washroom, almost deafening! We found hairs on the sheets and pillows which is totally unacceptable for the type of room we had or any room for that matter. I know its been 5 years that we have been there since covid, but at this rate i cannot even say that the room was cleaned up in the first place, and even if it was, my suggestion to you guys is get new cleaning ladies or better yet give them more training cos it was just way too much! The coffee machine was filthy as usual, the tray was full of crumbs where they put the mugs. Stove element had burnt food on food. Cutlery drawer was full of hairs inside too. Microwave same, dirty and some hairs. They probably use the same cloth to "clean" the room which only spreads the dirt everywhere, hence the hairs! We had some really noisy neighbors,they had kids that kept playing in the hallw

This hotel is ideally situated for all area activities. Sadly construction quality is poor for its use. They have a pool so family clients, the walls are paper thin and floors transmit sound. You not only hear your neighbours but thier neighbours as well. House rules are not enforced. Will not be staying there in the future

The hotel address in google map takes me to the back of the hotel. I need do drive a large loop to go back to the front door of the hotel. Maybe something the hotel can speak to Google?

Microtel is a good hotel that provides all basic amenities. We paid a lot more than their usual rate and could have gotten a better hotel in this price.

Good location, clean and well-maintained property. However, the breakfast could be better. Very limited choice of meals was offered.

I had booked a room with a mini kitchen, but I was surprised to find that there were no dishes provided. It was unclear why I was paying extra for a kitchen and microwave when there were no utensils or plates available.The TV remote barely worked, and the TV volume was limited to a level where it was difficult to hear anything. Additionally, the fridge and air conditioning made unusually loud noises throughout the night. I generally don’t wake up due to background noise, but this was noticeably louder than expected.I had assumed the hotel had a gym, but it turned out there wasn’t one. That was my mistake for not checking beforehand, though it's uncommon for hotels not to have at least a small gym.The breakfast options were quite limited in terms of healthy choices—the only option was boiled eggs, while the rest consisted mainly of sugary carbohydrates.Communication was exclusively in French, with no translation option. I had to copy and paste emails into a translator manually. Lastly, I kept receiving bank notifications about declined or attempted charges , When I went to the lobby to inquire, I was told that this was their daily method of verifying sufficient funds for the stay.Overall, my experience was disappointing due to these various inconveniences.

Bad service After my vacation at the hotel ended, I found that they had charged me extra money on my credit card. When I asked them about it, I didn’t get an answer, and they told me, "Call us later so we can find out the reason."

Close to the ski hill and restaurants. Staffs are nice.

Ce fut une mauvaise expérience aucunement insonorisée on pouvait entendre les enfants crier et courir à côté en plus le soir il y a eu une chicane dans le corridor à cause du bruit justement! Petit lit queen on aurait dit un lit double Si vous voulez la paix je ne recommande pas. Sinon le personnel est excellent super gentil et accueillant!

As a family I appreciated that we were able to use the dining area. We could bring take out and eat in the dining area instead of bringing food into our room. The kids could play board games and spread out. Just wish the pool area was bigger and had more chairs, it would get crowded.

Easy place to stay. Close to Tremblant. Rooms are clean. The breakfasts used to great; now, they're only good.

The breakfast was more continental- muffins, toast, waffles. No hot stuff like eggs or bacon (except for hard boiled eggs) and waffles if you’re willing to wait in line. Disappointed that for a family hotel, the hot tub was only for 18+. I understand adults want to relax without kids, but they should have certain hours for kids and for adults only.

Clean and such a fun place with kids!

My kids who are ages 7 and 12 yrs were not allowed in the hot tub outside and no where was that info on the website advertised. We were told by management that the rule (18 )was applied only a few weeks prior to our stay and their website wasn't up to date. Had I known my kids couldn't go in hot tub I would not have rented a room in this hotel. The water slide wasn't working properly at many times.

We stayed here 5 years ago and had an excellent experience. This time we were a bit less satisfied as the tv system would not work without glitching due to the wifi. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with boiled eggs and waffles being the only hot food choices all 3 mornings we were there. Cleanliness was good and staff was very friendly.

Convenient location for tremblant skiing. Short drive.

The hotel and staff were great. The restaurant and coffee nearby were excellent options. The parking was the only slight issue, but that was likely just due to all the snow piles and busy time of the year. Over all it was a great hotel.

Need handsoap by the sink, more kleenex in the room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was a great addition.

I had an amazing stay at Microtel Inn & Suites in Mont-Tremblant! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. I loved the modern, minimalist design—perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of the beautiful Mont-Tremblant area. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to the ski slopes and the village, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, I had an incredible experience and would definitely recommend Micro Hotel to anyone visiting Mont-Tremblant. Propre, belle piscine, parfait pour les tournois

Les lits ne sont pas stables et bougent quand on se tourne. Solidifier les lits aiderait au confort. La glissade d'eau et la piscine ont été appréciées. Le déjeuner inclus est ok, comme tous les hôtels qui ont le petit déjeuner inclut.

Extremely noisy hotel. Your're inundated with noise from floors above and below and rooms beside you or across the hall. Not sure what the place is made of but don't think there's an an ounce of soundproofing in that place. Definitely won't be back here.

It was the best experience in Mt.Tremblant, the best hotel in this rate, there was a big indoor pool and outdoor hot pool and both of em was open, room were super clean, breakfast was good... 10/10

Very shocked when we booked. The Microtel I remember many many years ago was very opposite of what I was expecting. Clean, professional and reasonably priced. I'm hoping it not just because it is in Canada but in the US as well.

We found the breakfast place was overcrowded, the continental breakfast only had scrambled eggs and beans no meats nor cheese except for Philadelphia spread cheese. Self serve pancakes, bagels, muffins, toast bread was available. For the two days we ate had to wait for clean dishes and scrambled eggs to arrive from kitchen. The kitchen staff were very friendly!

Everything is clean and everything we need is conveniently close. Staff and everyone are friendly. Had a fun stay with my fsmily

Excellent hotel to stay,

The property has a great water slide for the kids and a hot (warm) pool outside as well as a smallish pool inside. The rooms are clean and fairly new. But on a Friday families with young kids come in and they treat the hotel as a playground running and yelling up and down the hallways. Breakfast is also a lots of the flies situation where people seem to hoard the food to get them through the whole day. Very chaotic. There is little staff presence.

The place was decent for what it was. Rooms were clean and breakfast was average but gets the job done. They placed us in connecting rooms so there was almost no privacy and lots of noise coming from the neighbours. Despite complaining to the staff at night and in the morning to see if we can be relocated, we were told “Sorry we cannot do anything”. Not a good response when the staff says “Enjoy your stay”. Will definitely not return here during our next trip in Tremblant.

Breakfast was less than optimal, the walls were paper thin and you could hear every noise. We stayed for one night and were unable to get a good night’s sleep. General cleanliness was nice, but very crowded. Not enough room for everybody to sit down at breakfast.

Rooms are not cleaned every day. They spoke of water consumption then it should reflect on price. Awful service. When you request towels no one to come upstairs… very frustrating experience

We had a pleasant stay at microtel. Everything was top-notch. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing and slide was so much fun! On our last night, we went to dine in at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. Would’ve gone there for every meal if known earlier. Also, the coffee at the buffet might be my most favourite ever!!!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il était indiqué qu'il y avait des bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques. Toutefois, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, sur les 4 bornes, il n'y en avait qu'une qui fonctionnait et elle était occupée. La dame de la réception nous a dit que la compagnie avait fait faillite et qu'ils ne les avaient pas remplacées. Avoir su, nous n'aurions pas choisi cet hôtel. Mis à part son emplacement sur le bord de l'autoroute, il n'offre pas beaucoup d'avantages. Nous avions aussi vu qu'il y avait un gym et lorsque nous y sommes allés, nous avons constaté que ce n'était pas un gym finalement. Dans un coin près de l'entrée, il y a un tapis, un elliptique et un vélo. Il y a 3 poids et un tapis de yoga. Cela fût très décevant. Le confort de la chambre était ok sans plus.
