Extremely noisy hotel. Your're inundated with noise from floors above and below and rooms beside you or across the hall. Not sure what the place is made of but don't think there's an an ounce of soundproofing in that place. Definitely won't be back here.

It was the best experience in Mt.Tremblant, the best hotel in this rate, there was a big indoor pool and outdoor hot pool and both of em was open, room were super clean, breakfast was good... 10/10

Very shocked when we booked. The Microtel I remember many many years ago was very opposite of what I was expecting. Clean, professional and reasonably priced. I'm hoping it not just because it is in Canada but in the US as well.

We found the breakfast place was overcrowded, the continental breakfast only had scrambled eggs and beans no meats nor cheese except for Philadelphia spread cheese. Self serve pancakes, bagels, muffins, toast bread was available. For the two days we ate had to wait for clean dishes and scrambled eggs to arrive from kitchen. The kitchen staff were very friendly!

Everything is clean and everything we need is conveniently close. Staff and everyone are friendly. Had a fun stay with my fsmily

Excellent hotel to stay,

The property has a great water slide for the kids and a hot (warm) pool outside as well as a smallish pool inside. The rooms are clean and fairly new. But on a Friday families with young kids come in and they treat the hotel as a playground running and yelling up and down the hallways. Breakfast is also a lots of the flies situation where people seem to hoard the food to get them through the whole day. Very chaotic. There is little staff presence.

Clean and quite

The place was decent for what it was. Rooms were clean and breakfast was average but gets the job done. They placed us in connecting rooms so there was almost no privacy and lots of noise coming from the neighbours. Despite complaining to the staff at night and in the morning to see if we can be relocated, we were told “Sorry we cannot do anything”. Not a good response when the staff says “Enjoy your stay”. Will definitely not return here during our next trip in Tremblant.

Breakfast was less than optimal, the walls were paper thin and you could hear every noise. We stayed for one night and were unable to get a good night’s sleep. General cleanliness was nice, but very crowded. Not enough room for everybody to sit down at breakfast.

Rooms are not cleaned every day. They spoke of water consumption then it should reflect on price. Awful service. When you request towels no one to come upstairs… very frustrating experience

We had a pleasant stay at microtel. Everything was top-notch. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing and slide was so much fun! On our last night, we went to dine in at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. Would’ve gone there for every meal if known earlier. Also, the coffee at the buffet might be my most favourite ever!!!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il était indiqué qu'il y avait des bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques. Toutefois, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, sur les 4 bornes, il n'y en avait qu'une qui fonctionnait et elle était occupée. La dame de la réception nous a dit que la compagnie avait fait faillite et qu'ils ne les avaient pas remplacées. Avoir su, nous n'aurions pas choisi cet hôtel. Mis à part son emplacement sur le bord de l'autoroute, il n'offre pas beaucoup d'avantages. Nous avions aussi vu qu'il y avait un gym et lorsque nous y sommes allés, nous avons constaté que ce n'était pas un gym finalement. Dans un coin près de l'entrée, il y a un tapis, un elliptique et un vélo. Il y a 3 poids et un tapis de yoga. Cela fût très décevant. Le confort de la chambre était ok sans plus.

Breakfast was ok tho not enough choices. I was dissappointed with the colored plastics we used to eat: plastic plates, plastic bowls. Dining room feels like a garderie.

Over all my stay was fantastic

When we arrived in our room, we noticed A LOT of white hairs or furs on the carpet. It was the night before Thanksgiving and the front desk was very busy so I didn’t bother reporting it to them. The following night I asked for a housekeeping and specifically mentioned for the room to be vacuumed. We also met the housekeepers on our way out the morning that they’ll clean and told them to vacuum our room. When we came back, the room was tidied up but obviously not vacuumed. We have a one year old with us and the whole stay has been sneezing and coughing whenever we’re in the room.

Beautiful rooms. Water slide fast and a great addition for the kids. Breakfast was not worth it. I’d probably eat out next time. 7:30 and not a table to be had, muffins and waffles kind of gross.

Great place to stay in Mont Tremblant without being tied to The village. More reasonable rates and just a quick drive to the mountain.

Overall we enjoyed our stay with family and kids. May be they can improve breakfast areas accommodation.

We were given a room for the disabled which had some things that were annoying. The staff could’ve been better.

Everything is good but the bed sheet is not clean, there is booger on the bed sheet!! So disgusting!

Had to wait for check-in for over 10 minutes (desk not staffed well). However, when we encountered a problem with TV in room, front desk staff attended to it immediately. Location was ideal for us, and we would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it.

Average room. Not too good not bad

The hotel was clean, kinda new and in good condition. The slide in the pool area was fun for my kids! However the water was cold. The location did not have anything to do with the mont Tremblant village vibe. The view if the backside building was industrial! Not pretty. Consider this if you want to have some sort of village vibe. The breakfast vase veryyy basic! Just couple of options. Overral if the cleanliness and good condition of the place matters for you go for it.

For a newly built hotel and for them being short staffed at the time of our stay, it was overall and excellent stay! The room was super clean, everyone was super nice and welcoming! We’ll definitely be back for our next Mont Tremblant trip!

Room booked: studio with 2 queen beds. We were in room 303. I absolutely love that I was able to do the check in early online. I received a text and an email with the link to complete my check in. I was able to select the approximate time and any special requests. We were arriving later than we had originally planned. I called the hotel and they confirmed that it was ok and our room is confirmed already. The check in was very quick. The room was clean. There were a few long strands of hair in the bathroom, behind the bathroom door and on the dresser below the tv. Otherwise, the room was clean. The beds are comfy. The kitchenette area was functional. There aren't a lot of food options, late at night, that are very close to the hotel. Breakfast was my one gripe with the stay. There were a lot of carb options (cereal, bread, Bagel, oatmeal, waffle). However, they only had boiled eggs as a warm protein. The eggs tasted very dry inside as they'd been sitting in the warm water for a while. I think providing scrambled eggs would make the breakfast area a lot more enjoyable. There was fruity Yogurt as well. They had an assortment of fresh fruit which was very welcomed. The checkout process was very easy. I received a text again with the option to check out online. Overall, I would stay there again but I might bring other items for breakfast.

Great place to stay - convenient to all the outdoor activities in the area. Very attractive, very helpful and kind staff, rooms were well-furnished and clean. We plan to stay there again.

Nice hotel. New and well maintained, clean, new bedding and appliances . Breakfast could be better, just serials, boiled eggs and coffee of course, but it is OK. Would recommend it to everyone.

Room was great and very clean

Quiet and convenient. About 10 mins from the pedestrian village, and 4 minutes from Spa Scandinave. Room was a bit dark and AC was very much an ON or off, so we had to get used to it blasting cold air periodically.

Nice hotel. It's great that there’s a pool and water slides for kids. Unfortunately, it was too crowded when we visited. The breakfast option is nice, but again, there were too many people (the food was average, but better than nothing). There’s a nice bar just steps away from the hotel. Also, only 3 out of 7 charging stations were working, and they weren't regulated in any way. Two of the working chargers were occupied for two days, so we ended up using the nearby supercharger, which is conveniently close to the hotel.

A perfect location. Staff was always smiling and offering to help. It would have been nice to have more towels in the room and at the pool. More hooks and hangers to hand our cloths.

We picked this hotel based on good reviews. While the staff is accommodating and friendly, we were disappointed with the following: - Breakfast at the restaurant was all carbs; no hot breakfast such as sausages, eggs, beans, etc. I expected more, and it was chaotic at breakfast. The guest should be to blame for that part, but it was an awful experience. We skipped breakfast on day 2 to avoid this madness, Gym: I was very disappointed. There was some cardio equipment but no weights except a set of 5, 10, and 15 lbs. There was also no weight machine. I needed and expected more. The gym was adjacent to the washing machines (opened door), which was not ideal, and the gym room was very small. Pool: It's great to have a water slide! The kids loved it, but there was no supervision, so a bunch of older kids showed up, bomb-dived in the pool with small children, went to the water slide without waiting for the kid ahead to finish his slide, and they went three kids at the same time down the slide. It was outright dangerous, and it made the experience terrible. To make this worse, my kid knocked his head on the unprotected part of the metal railing next to the slide. Location: OK, you're next to a Tim Horton's and a restaurant, but that's it. You must drive 12 minutes to Tremblant village; you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. - Rooms: small but clean. Very basic. That said, I loved the staff we met; they were all great. However, we will not return.

Good hotel near the main attraction of Mont-Tremblant for a fair price. Breakfast was ok, I wish they had a little more options. The pool is good and nice waterslide for kids. The rooms look modern and clean.
