The property has no water for 4 hours. Hallway is not air condition. With weather in Philippines air conditioning is a must.

This property was very safe and in a nice location where the noise level was low. The dining option in the lobby dining area was amazing and the staff was well-trained and spoke English fluently. We never made it to the pool but when we fly out of Manila, we will stay there again because it was so nice.

With the heat, the restaurant Millie"s in the hotel's 1st floor provide a haven for dining and meetings. The breakfast is very spartan (limited choice) considering the price as pcompared to other hotels' breakfast. The option to pre-paid breakfast does not allow senior citizen discount. That discount is not given should be made clear when offering prepaid breakfast option. Honest prevents confusion.

Clean and comfy

Great hotel for a quiet stay with no frills. The room, in general, is very clean and comfortable for a good night’s rest. The only issue was with the cable that was not working for half of my stay. Love that there is a restaurant open in the building as well that serves decent Filipino fusion food with very attentive wait staff. The hotel staff is great too, from the guard who always greets you warmly at the door, to the friendly and knowledgeable front desk agents, to the accommodating housekeeping team. I’ll stay here again when I visit home because it’s budget friendly.

I booked online expecting to have a free breakfast. But when I check-in the front service is not included.

They made mistake on my booking for 3 person and charge me extra but later on the corrected it and gave me refund other than that it was a good experience staff are helpful.. need to improved bellhops services not enough staff had to carry our own baggage’s

loved this gem! we didn't expect much, but for the price it was excellent. this property are for those people looking for a respite in the middle of chaos. if you want malls and shopping this is not the place for you, but if you want quiet with views of trees outside your window, then this is it. the security guard was really nice and helpful, the front desk ladies were always smiling, and millie's was our daughter's favorite - it was delicious!!! great stay, the room we stayed in was comfortable and had plenty of space for three :) lastly the roof top pool was awesome. note: we did hear our neighbor's voices a bit through the walls, but no biggie since the crowd here seems to be business like.

Was charged for an extra person even thou there wasn't an extra person. TV didnt work for the 2 days there. Everything at Breakfast is cold. Except for the Omelet station. Not even an offer for the TV not working for the 2 days. Wont be back.

We usually stay here as a nice hotel to stop before catching a flight the next day, however this time we had two issues: 1. barely working A/C 2. no hot water at about 11pm.

Room 210. Nice hotel with very nice staff but the problem is you can hear the next door’s conversation clearly and loudly through the walls though it’s concrete walls. So annoying. Cant concentrate. Hard to sleep.

The dining room is very nice with a fine Buffett breakfast.

There is only one restaurant. The hotel should give a small map of surrounding eateries and ride options.

It’s very nice and I love that it’s safe to walk around the property, peaceful n quiet specially in the morning. The only thing is there’s no place close by to eat at or even a convenient store.

The hotel restaurant was great, good food and staff was excellent. The tv cable box was not working good because both remotes were in need of new batteries. So beside that everything went well.

This hotel is somewhat outdated, but it could certainly be worse. I stayed at the Radisson a few days prior, and this place blows them out of the water in terms of comfort. The Beds could improve, but I had no problem sleeping on them. A/C worked well. Internet clocked in at 144 mbsp. The CR has a bidet and I was finally able to enjoy a HOT shower! The rooftop pool is impressive at night! But, its not very deep. -Maybe 4.5 ft at its deepest. The TV is very small and low quality. The in-room ref makes noises, when it works. I was also not impressed with the onsite restaurant. Other reviews loved it, but the food was mediocre imo. Having had dinner there, we came down for breakfast but was disappointed. Their breakfast buffet, contained 2 hot items, rice, cereals and juice. Not much for P500/ea. So, we passed on breakfast. All in all, if I'm ever back in the QC area, I will stay here again.

Our stay was fine. Friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable, clean and everything worked. Buffet breakfast included was enjoyable. A few things to note from online info. Front desk is 6am to 10pm. No onsite laundry or do it yourself laundry. They send it out (reasonable cost). Security area so to get a cab have to walk out to the street. Overall we had a nice time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We booked Microtel by Wyndham UP Techno Hub via phone Nov 15 thru Hotels.com from the United States. During booking, specifically mentioned free cancellation policy. The booking was from Nov 26-Dec 1. The first night we saw a cockroach in the room. Our room and hallway smelled of cigarettes. The following day, we chatted with hotels.com. Discussed possible early checkout due to issues with room. Very accommodating and mentioned our booking was with free cancellation, so shouldn’t have any issue receiving a refund for the 4 additional nights as long as we checked-out before noontime that day. Hotels.com stated numerous attempts calling Microtel resulted with nobody was answering. Also had issues contacting the front desk when calling from our room. Found a different hotel so, packed our things and headed to the front desk. The Microtel front desk said they don’t have the authority to refund and the manager was not available at that time. She stated they would contact us via email or call us with decision, never did. NOTE no Manager on the property!!!! No manager in the morning, afternoon or evening. Hotel also mentioned that she did spoke with Hotels.com representative, Thor and would relay the message. Continued followup, speaking with 4 different reps. All stated no refund and/or manager. Hotels.com followed up several times with same results, no refund, no manager available. Bottom line, no refund for 4 nights not use. It was a HORRIBLE experience. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

very convenient, so near a state university where most of the activities are. Situated within the technohub it is a 15 min walk to the nearby hub of restaurants. but you can take a shuttle service for a P10 fare.

The white sheets were not white, they were almost brown, the towels were almost brown as well, they smelled good so I assumed it was clean, no coffee in the room, the walls are thin, you can hear people walking down the hallway and the corridor door being slammed/closed, the windows are thin as well because you could hear the cars on the freeway.

A basic, simple bargain hotel. Clean with comfortable beds and study air conditioning units. Offerings on the cable TV are okay but TV functions are sluggish and spotty. Make sure to TURN ON your mini fridge or whatever you are keeping in there will not keep. Adequate standard in-room safe. Bathrooms are roomy. In house restaurant/room service needs great improvement. It's overpriced and not well prepared. Better to get your food from the restaurants that are a 10 minute walk away. Swimming pool is nice with a great view. Front desk and phone staff need more training. ALSO... their policy of a "room check" after checking out is a bit annoying. I had to wait more than 10 minutes while they checked to see if stole any towels. I guess they have a problem with some sticky fingered guests.

Simple, basic amenities. Rooms are clean with good air conditioning units. TVs are small and cable channels are spotty. Swimming pool is nice with a great view of the surround area. Food offered by Millie's Restaurant (their on site food provider) could use improvement. The chicken sandwiches were bland, the mac and cheese left much to be desired. But the French Fries were tasty. Best to take the 10 minute walk to the restaurants on the other side of the campus. But we warned, it is very hot during the day. Front desk and phone staff need more training. Room attendents work very hard to keep the rooms clean. WiFi password is changed daily and it's a little difficult to obtain the new password. Rooms are affordable and I would stay here again in a pinch.

The facility was clean and had excellent WIFI. The beds comfortable. It came as a great surprise that unlike most hotels worldwide, there was no coffee maker in the room and coffee had to be purchase at a restaurant or via room service. Also, No drinking water in the room. There is only one ice machine located on the sixth floor for the entire hotel to use. Worse than this, was the dinner for New Years. At $30.00 per person, the food was average to below average at best and they didn't even have everything they advertised on the menu. Other guest were overheard making the same complaints. Definitely not a great holiday or even business accommodation unless you were wise enough to bring coffee, coffee maker and food. but where would you store it if you had.

The room was good, and there was a lot of room for the price we paid.We reserved last minute so we got a good rate. The downside was the drinking water in the hallway since the hotel cannot provide bottled water for their guests inside the rooms. Had to get in line for a long time to fill my pitcher since the people ahead of me fhad 2-3 containers to fill. The bathroom needs maintenance work too.

Property is very old looking with a very dirty facade and mold everywhere. The pictures on the travel look much better than the actual hotel. Like most Southeast Asian hotels there is not AC in the common halls, which allows the mildew to grow. The tap water is non potable so be careful and only drink the water provided in the hallway. The AC in the room sucked! I tried turning it to 16 dgrees Celsius and it never turned cool in the room, just stayed warm and humid, almost impossible to sleep when you are not used to that. Overall, I would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again.

The location for us was just right and because we found out that breakfast was not included with all reservations, we were a five minute walk to TechnoHub where we had plenty of food options. The Philippines can get very humid and unless we’re in our room, the rest of the hotel is unbearably hot. Also, they want names of every person that are staying in the room so they can charge you more. I had 3 of my adult children in a room and was forced to pay for an additional person in the room which nothing more was given. If there’s two beds in the room you should allow up to four people at no additional cost. Overall, the rooms are comfortable and close to SM North shopping mall and walking distance to TechnoHub for restaurants and convenience store. In Manila, traffic is predictable in that there’s always traffic where sometimes going 3 miles can take 30 minutes or more.

Hotels.com where I booked our stay defined a child as up to 17 y/o &so I booked for 2adults &1child. The hotel’s front desk, however, said my 17y/o son is considered an adult. And so I was made to pay an additional P500.00. And yet, there were only 2 towels, toiletries for 2. And only 1room key! Little things. But sometimes check-in experience makes all the difference in one’s hotel stay.

Nice hotel close to UP

I have stayed in this hotel several times for the last several years. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is new, and the rooms are clean. It is located in the UP Technohub, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. One of the best things about this hotel (to me) is that it is just across the street from the University of the Philippines Diliman, where I can jog every evening.

They were very kind enough to let me change my booking dates. The website was tricky. The staff are nice and professional. Very secure location. You have to pass 2 gates to get to the hotel and there's a secured door in the hallway. I feel very secured. Place is quiet even when i saw a lot of toddlers in the lobby. Relaxing. One thing i would love to find in the room is a mini fridge and slippers. Please don't let your guess request for it. All in all, i had a nice and relaxing experience.

I almost give this hotel a five star because of their superb customer service. Very attentive to our needs. Rooms are very clean. The only thing missing are a microwave oven and a small fridge in the room. Staff are great! Fish and chips from the restaurant downstairs was good. Secure and quiet area in Quezon City. Close to Heart Center and a mall.

Booking was thru hotels.com, I gave all the details about the age of my daughter, they charged me extra when we got there. The room says sleeps 4, when we checked in, only 3 of us were there, my husband and I and my youngest daughter, my eldest came to join us later and we paid extra. Maybe I’m wrong in thinking that when I booked the room that sleeps 4, it’s not by room but by the number of persons. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Clean, Relaxing & Nice Hotel

Staff are polite and nice, readily and promptly accommodate any requests . A very nice,relaxing and clean hotel in the QC Urban with nice view of QC. Food establishments are just a 5-minute walk in a well-lighted and quiet street, you do not need to go out and get a cab. Food is quite good though very few choices. Secure as well because you will need a card to go use the elevator and rooms have a card operated door before the rooms. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends
