Staff were GREAT

Room was very small. Hotel too with no facilities, not even a restaurant or cafe for breakfast. But it was ok and would stay again now i know what to expect

House cleaning could have been better. Incontinence with cleaning of room. I stayed for 3 nights & towels were changed once & dirty towels were left in room, toilet was cleaned once. Garbage was taken out everyday, there was dishwashing liquid to was my cup but nothing to clean it with. In house robes could have been ironed they looked liked they had just been taken off. My room was great size for myself but i was glad my husband didn't join me on this trip.

Handy kitchenette

Love having a kitchenette - very handy. Also loved the strong blackout blinds, helped me have a great sleep.

The property was very convenient, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean but not pristine.

Great location at the top end of Martin Place. Quiet and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Would happily return.

Would stay here again

Hotel was in exceptionally quiet location in the legal precinct around the corner from Martin Place. Several underground stations and bus stops were within a few minutes walk. If coming by airport rail get off at St James station. My only complaint was that water from the washbasin drained rather noisily via the shower outlet.

Room was quite small. Didn’t clean the carpet which was full of stains plus bits that needed hoovering up. Bathroom floor needed a clean. Forgot to service the room on day, had to remind them at 5 pm. Thought it was rather expensive for lack of facilities. Although a microwave was provided they didn’t expect you to use it given the small plates and lack of utensils!

Comfortable,quiet and easy to enjoy. Had breakfast at Piccolo Me (twice) and they are friendly, the food is fine and coffee is good. Easy walking around the city. Would stay again next year.

Place is getting a bit tired, no in house restaurant ordered room service which babe from the cafe across the road and was delivered cold. Breakfast voucher given for cafe but only included a coffee or a juice so you have to pay extra and staff there are pretty rude

Quiet room.

Convenient to all corners of the inner city - we walked everywhere. Even walked our bags up from the cruise terminal! A small shop and wine/grog shop very near.

Multiple stays at The Sebring. Reasonably priced accommodation that offers fair and clean stay.

We had to ask for more body wash day 2, no toilet paper day 4, bottle opener on our bench after room clean( we didn't put it there) road noise through the night and early hours on level 7???, Chromecast failed to work after day 1 and when asked for a solution I was given a number to ring to no avail, carpet not vacuumed from room to lift all 4 days, no staff knew anything about the on off bus really disappointed

Loved the staff, everyone was so nice. Great communication and lovely big rooms. Comfy bed, and good kitchen space. Bathroom was good too, but could do with some draws. Very happy we booked here. Would highly recommend

Nice place to stay. In a great location, lots of places like food, drink and site seeing in walking distance. Room nice and simple, dark and quiet. Comfortable bed. No major complaints.

This would have to be the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Great location to walk the whole city

Very modern, clean rooms, lovely staff. Only issue was the parking as Wilson parking do not turn the lifts on during weekends which meant we had to walk 5 flights of stairs with luggage. This would be a major issue for anyone impaired.

The service was friendly and competent. The room was clean and amenities well suited for business travel.

Quiet

This hotel is well located for visitors to the CBD. Links to Airport Rail are close by via St James and other connections via Martin Place. The only downside was in room dining from the restaurant across the road wasn't available to order from the room on the night I wanted it. Rooms are well laid out and design is thoughtful. Super quiet, hard to believe you're staying in the middle of the city. Will be back.

Small but very comfortable room. Great bed. Room was very dark in the morning which was nice. Not right in the hustle and bustle of the CBD so make sure you check out the location.

The location is amazing and the hotel is very comfortable. You can tell it's been newly refurbished. The foxtel channels didn't work and the razor isn't very good but overall had a great time. You also have access to anytime fitness which is great

Very convenient to everything and well appointed hotel. Only complaint is, even though the front desk is staffed 24 hours, we had to wait 5-10 to be checked in - as there was no one at the front desk around 6:30/7 pm on a weekday when most corporate travellers will be checking in. Otherwise - very good hotel and recommend it.

Hotel was well located for what we had planned to visit but on a Sunday night there were no nearby options for food

The hotel has brilliant staff. With no restaurant or bar facilities the hotel cannot be rated other than average. We appreciated and enjoyed its central location. J & R New Zealand

Staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable. The shower made my day. Room to move, shower head that could be moved to height and angle I wanted, taps that gave me the temperature and water flow I wanted. I would go back just because of being able to have a great shower. Bed was comfy too.

Property has just been refurbished so all nice and new with a new carpets smell, rooms are really nice with a very comfy bed, staff where great friendly and professional

When we booked this hotel it was a Mecure but now it is a lovely refurbished Sebel, as soon as you entered the hotel it had that lovely new carpet smell, looks like everything has been replaced, it was a nice week though during the New Years week, room has a nice feel of luxury about it and a nice comfy bed, staff are great and very friendly

The property has been refurbished and rebadged to the better Sebel brand. The refurbishment has been done on the cheap, the bathroom is tight for two people, no minibar but there is a mini bar product list on the reception counter, no restaurant, the adjacent restaurant was closed, so no where close for breakfast, no bar in the hotel and no room service. It's positives, friendly reception staff, complimentary bottle of sparkling wine that was surprisingly good and its walkable distance from Circular Quay and Darling Harbour.
