Incredible! Luxurious and incredible location but the most important thing is that the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful! I have OCD about germs and this place was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Would 100/10 stay here again!

We had a 2 nights stay and received very good services at the reception, breakfast. The location is good, u have foods around and in short distance to west lake. Price wise is reasonable in low season.

Room was very good, new. Bed iscomfortable, I can give 10/10. But we cannot adjust the AC from heater in the room. Even though it is winter , but the day we stayed here was hot, we had to open the window (and sweat) which was very noisy outside cause the hotel is closed to the main road. We stayed in the non-smoking floor but still have cigarette smell come out from the bathroom which was very annoying. Need around 15-20 mins walk from hotel to the nearest metro station so be prepared (don't believe what written in the hotel website, it's further).

This hotel is around 20 minutes walking distance to Xihu, overall stay is comfortable.

Trendy hotel but unfortunately I booked an executive room believing they are club rooms. On Arrival they said you have club room... But we have no club so you have a view. False advertising in my opinion, as paid extra for exec room as bfast is normally included. Ended up having to pay for breakfast. Had to find someone that speaks English and had to change rooms as non smoking rooms smelled like smoke in the bathrooms. Smart hotel but the tv casting/wifi doesn't work and when we asked they couldn't understand. Plus side is free self service laundry and robots wondering around delivering things was cool!

Even though this is a 4 stars hotel, but the amenities were refilled everyday. The housekeeping was good. Staff were friendly. The hotel location was convenient to restaurants and attractions around West Lake. The most impressive of this hotel was the robot. They adopted robot to provide basic services like food delivery from lobby to my room. I don’t need to go down and grab my delivery.

Last minute find in Hangzhou

The Hangzhou Mercure West Lake was a last minute find, and it was absolutely fine, considering that we normally only stay in 5 star properties. For non Chinese speaking guests, I imagine there are difficulties. To access the internet, you need to have Chinese ID, and a Chinese mobile number. The in-room television system is almost impossible to operate, as you need to be able to read Mandarin, and when you finally get it working, there is only one English language channel. The guest services manager, Candice, was very helpful. She booked train tickets for us, and was truly professional. It rained non stop during our stay, so we were pleased that the hotel was warm and comfortable.

Disappointed with the housekeeping and bathroom hygiene.

New and Modern Hotel but simple

Simple hotel, but new and modern. The rooms are quite small though, but well designed. The location is not fantastic, but close enough to some food options though limited. Not close to public transportation.

Nice place

Three night stay. Very good service and help for the traveler. Breakfast came with the room and was very nice with Chinese and western foods. A glass of their wine was offered every night. You can walk to the lake.

Affordable comfortable and great people (service).

Very friendly staff and check-in. If I brought along the prince og Norway - I still would stay there again. My son and I really enjoyed ourself there and after many hours of walking the streets of Hangzhou and West Lake area (4-5 hours) we really enjoyed settling in with dinner at the hotel. Loved the food, the quite and serviceminded personnel that made our 6 days there vety special. We intended to stay for two nights...but kept extending our booking. Very reasonable as well. We afforded ourselves one room each seeing the it equated to the same price as one room in Shanghai....🙂

完成度はあまり高くないかな

近代的なホテルなのですが、ちょくちょく完成度が低い感じがします。値段の方も高くないのである意味つり合ってるのかなとも。ただ仏系のホテルで英語があまり通用しないのはちょっと驚き。
