A good option for Andorra. In house dining is next door at the Novotel, and funnily enough the bar there will only serve Beer and Wine before 8pm, which is a bit strange. The buffet style dinner was ok.

The location was very good. Staff were pleasant. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the room was poor. It was noisey and didn't cool the room sufficiently. I requested assistance from the staff at the reception, but to no avail. The bathroom was clean, but very small. My wife and I, were looking forward to our stay in the Mecure Andora. But our hotel experience spoiled our two day trip.

This is an exceptional, well cared for clean hotel. It is close to downtown for bars , restaurants , and shopping.

Disappointed

Misses the mark at every point. It may have been a 4 star when it was built but it hits at 2 star now, tired and dated. The best thing is the roof terrace, it is a beautiful area, with incredible views, which would be lovely to enjoy on a sunny day like today, however apparently it’s shut till 5pm? Which is not written anywhere? It says it’s dog friendly however, they can only go in the room. So our anniversary weekend away has been spent mostly separately, eating breakfast separately and using the roof terrace. We were woken up by a dog in another room barking nonstop, while presumably, the owner left the dog alone in the room to go eat breakfast.

Wonderful, great value, luxury hotel

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for the price. The room was spacious, clean, cool, and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again! the food was quite good, and the location was perfect for me--less than 10 min from the main bus station and an easy walk to more shopping than anyone could ever need. Plus, it was easy to get to historical spots buildings and other busses to other parts of Andorra.

Nice Stay

This was one of the cheaper hotels in Andorra. Very central with access to the main street from the 5th floor and near to all areas of interest. Very friendly reception staff. Room was good and comfortable. Cannot fault this place.

I would stay there again!

Close to the city centre and bus terminals. Amazing spa facilities like jacuzzi, sauna, hammam etc. The rooftop views are great. The room is well maintained. The wifi worked but you need to reconnect every now and then. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee when it gets cold but there’s free water in the fridge.

Very clean and good condition. Additional facilities of gym and pools. On site parking, which is essential in Andorra if you’re travelling by car. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Hotel was fine - service was a bit lacking. All in all, an okay stay though I wouldn’t return.

Great location for exploring the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable, full bathtub, stable working WiFi, but extremely expensive onsite parking fees.

Mini break

Very nice hotel with friendly staff all the way through the hotel. It is very clean with great breakfast some thing for every one.Nice bar area for that relaxing drink at the end of your day. In a great location for places to eat and shopping.Good Wifi, fridge in your room.Would surely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to city center.

Nice hotel, close to city center to enjoy view of montains and extensive shopping. Hotel great for family as there is pool and game/play area. Nice sun terrasse on roof with mini golf. Room was a good size for family of four. I can recommend ordering the breakfast which has a lot of choise.

We were happy with the hotel. Good location. Staff friendly and attentive.hotel car park convenient. Would have liked to have tea and coffee making in the bedrooms.

Expensive with poor service and unfriendly staff

We traveled in south France from for 8 nights in April 2017. This is our most expensive night with worst feeling. The staff were not friendly with poor English for communication. They just want your money and don't make us feel welcome.

Staying at this same hotel for 10+ years.......

We've been staying at this hotel while on motorbike trips for around ten years, as it's really accessible, has its own secure underground parking, and is pretty close to the main shops and bars. It's comfortable for the money, however I can't see that much has changed over the past ten years, apart from now being able to get free WiFi in the rooms instead of just in the lobby. Decor is a bit old hat, although in good order, the room TVs are still ancient CRT units - in spite of Andorra having endless shops selling a vast supply of duty free LCD tellies, and I have to say that meagre single pillow provided per bed is possibly the worst I've encountered in any hotel, anywhere. There's not even a second pillow in the cupboard - we had to ask reception twice to get this sorted out. Room was a bit stuffy and the aircon wasn't in operation (Oct), if you open the window for air there's quite a lot of traffic noise, which is inescapable in Andorra La Vella. Bathrooms are good and the showers excellent. The pool and sauna area is nice when the hotel is quiet, but I know that many of the large pool windows have been cracked and cloudy for at least two years, which is a shame given the surrounding mountain vistas. Breakfast is OK, if a little pricey. Overall, a reasonable hotel at reasonable money, but you'd probably be left wanting more from this outpost of the Accor/Mercure brand name. We'll certainly be considering alternatives for the next visit.

a short break

Normally I stay nxt door same group.I enjoy both but for a drink I had to go next door. pleasant stay.overnight parking cost has been rising steadily but you get security for the car.always recommend either.

Poor choice if you care about comfort

First- the positives: The price was reasonable. The gym was good. The indoor pool was nice. The hotel itself is in a nice location. The major issue is the room; it's obvious the room layout was designed by some corporate committee at Accor (parent company of Mercure) who clearly did not take guest comfort into account. The bed is very uncomfortable. The room is cramped and in serious need of updating. The Internet is incredibly slow (very unusual for Andorra). Bottom line, the hotel is nice, but the rooms are not. It is NOT a four-star hotel. 2.5 to 3 stars perhaps.

Central and affordable

central to shopping and nice enough rooms. Accor members will not get points if booked via expedia.

Good value for off season

A reasonable standard hotel chain for very low price in off season. I wouldn't want t pay any more for it in high season though.

Frugal services - go if you need to save money

Excellent location is all that this property can boast of. The front desk is very slow, cant speak English. Internet, though free, NEVER works - in rooms or in common PC area on level 5 - compound it with no mobile coverage for an international traveller in Andorra.They do not accept Amex. If you do not need anything except a clean room to sleep in, this place has no spectacular service to offer.

Séjour Horrible pour un hôtel 4etoiles. Pas d eau chaude, pas de prise électrique suffisante, la Tv avait une mauvaise réception, pas de place de parking obligé de se garer à un parking extérieur. Chambre par enfilade bref c est la dernière fois que je vais dans l hôtel. Il ne vaut pas le prix payé !

Todo ha sido muy fácil, y todo salió maravilloso. Volvería al mismo Hotel se vuelvo a Andorra.

Helt ok hotell

Et helt greit hotell, men det trenger en oppgradering! Rommene er romslige, med unntak av badet. På badet er det dusjforheng (!) noe som ikke er vanlig lengre. Wifi er svært svak, med unntak av på badet, noe som er litt upraktisk. Det er en (1) stikk-kontakt på hele rommet, noe som er veldig upraktisk. Vi fikk låne en ekstra i resepsjonen, mot et depositum. Bra frokostbuffet med godt utvalg. Ikke så veldig imøtekommende personale, med unntak av rengjøringspersonalet som var veldig hyggelig.

Bra o central, grym frukost. Dock dåligt med eluttag på rummet.

Bé. Hotel un xic antiquat però ben conservat. La posició del WC no es gaire còmode pels que tenim cames llargues. L’esmorzar, molt car pel que ofereix (em moc molt sovint a nivell d’Espanya). Simpatia a mil dels de recepció.

Todo resultó perfecto, el hotel resultó más de lo que esperaba, muy limpio, la ubicaciín de lo mejor, las camas y almohadas muy confortables, el desayuno muy surtido y de buena calidad, la zono de la alberca muy bonita, y el estacionamiento muy adecuado.

Qualité en baisse

Le lit de tres mauvaise qualité, apres la 1ere nuit ils nous ont changé le matelas. La salle de bain est minuscule et pas digne de ce genre d établissement ! Le petit déjeuner est en revanche très bon et très bien ainsi que le spa mais tout ça a un prix , qui n est pas donné quand même !

Hôtel , très bien placé au cœur de ville. En revanche, il commence à faire son âge.

Positif le spa et emplacement. Gros point négatif la chambre, rideau trop petit qui empêche pas la lumière de la rue d'entrée et literie très mauvaise ce qui nous a empêché de dormir.

Attente interminable à l'accueil pour faire les papiers bien que la réservation est été faite par internet. Cause ordinateur saturé. Panne d'un ascenseur avec clients à l'intérieur. Demandé une chambre avec Douche cause handicapé Donné une chambre avec baignoire impossible pour moi d'y accéder. Arrivé dans la chambre fenêtre ouverte avec 38° extérieur ? Nous avons fermé la fenêtre mis la Climatisation et nous avons compris, au retour odeur de brulé dans la chambre donc obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre et de subir la chaleur. ça s'appelle MERCURE . 139€ la chambre plus un prix prohibitif de 22€ de Parking. Un remboursement serait souhaitable. Nous nous sommes arrêté a Sarragos auparavant NH Collection pour 89€ avec une tout autre Classe

Eluttag saknas vid sängarna, interiören är gammal, frukostbuffé som vi hade kall, torr mat. Parkering får man betala 23 euro extra för. Trots att vi betalade för 1 natt drygt 2400kr för 4 personer.

Ensemble mitigé. Chambres vétustes et sombres, pas de bouilloire, café ni thé. Parking non compris dans le prix de la chambre. Seuls points positifs, l'espace détente qui est très agréable et l'emplacement.

Etablissement très propre et agréable. La chambre était spacieuse. Juste un petit bémol : les personnes grandes ont les genoux très près du mur aux WC.

Nombreuses modifications.... Imprévus et contretemps... 1er la réservation, chambre double supérieure n'était que pour une personne... Ce qui nous a contraint à payer 50€ supplémentaires... Hôtel. Com. J'y ai cru pour une fois proposait des tarifs intéressants mais en fait rien à voir c'était une chambre double supérieure pour 1 personne.... Abusé !! Beaucoup de monde sur la route + dans les rues + dans l'hôtel + au SPA... inquiétant... Restaurant habituel Fermé, magasin Leclerc punt de trubada fermé... La Chambre avec lit double+ lit simple Lit confortable, propreté, irréprochable mais cela me semble tout à fait normal. Rien d'une chambre supérieure malheureusement la salle de bains était très étroite difficile d'y rentrer si quelqu'un est aux toilettes sans lui donner un coup de porte...

Mercure un peu decevant

Les chambres sont propres , un peu petites , salle de bain , petite et pas de place aux toilettes, genou dans le mur!nous sommes quand même au Mercure avec le prix qui va avec! Petit dej. Les oeufs brouillés sont froids au même titre que le bacon !

Las habitaciones han quedado anticuadas, necesitan remodelación. Baño muy pequeño, que igualmente necesita cambio de look, por ejemplo quitando bañera y poniendo plato de ducha.

Fin de semana en Andorra

Hotel bien situado, muy cerca del centro peatonal. El Spa está muy solicitado y hay que reservar para poder entrar por el tema del Covid. Desayuno correcto, sin grandes alardes. La habitación era muy grande, con tres estancias aunque un poco estrecha pero al ser alargada se hacía una habitación enorme. En ese sentido muy bien.

Esta muy bien localizado, habitaciones limpias, Wifi de buena velocidad en mi medidor 12 de bajada y 5 de subida. Admiten mascotas (pago adicional), fundamental para mi, mi perro va donde voy yo. No tienen enchufes cerca de la cama y mi mujer tiene Apnea de Sueño por lo que tuvimos que pedir una extension que te cobran 10 euros de fianza, así que para el ordenador y cargar tabletas o móviles necesitarás probablemente la extension del cable. Te sugiero que incluyas el desayuno. El Room Service solo tres cosas........bueno para salir del paso una noche. Parking necesario y caro. En general muy buen experiencia y repetiremos a pesar de los inconvenientes mencionados.

Suficiente para pasar unos dias. Habitación normal. El baño un poco pequeño. Está limpio.

Hôtel digne des années 70, vieillot et poussiéreux ! Le SPA est une blague, digne d’une piscine municipale avec des casiers à moitié hors service et un personnel aussi accueillant que des agents des douanes ! Vraiment indigne du groupa Accor et certainement bien loin des 4**** dont il dispose ! Seul point positif : le petit déj ! Si non, passez votre chemin. Quel dommage !

Se agradece la gratuidad del SPA y el acceso directo a la parte baja y alta (centro ciudad) desde el mismo hotel.

Reservé habitación con 2 camas obviamente para 2 personas y solo constaba la reserva para 1 persona. El hotel lo arregló pero pagando suplemento. Creo que el problema es de expedia, no volveré a reservar en esta web.
